Hello, heroes and villains. Centurion Maximo here and welcome back to Young Justice: Their War, Our World. In the last chapter, the Autobots find out that Megatron and his Decepticon fleet is three days away from Earth and they need to prepare with the League and Team.

Soon after though, Artemis is kidnapped by Klarion the Witch Boy, and while in his little fortress, accidentally lets it slip that the Light is losing out to the Machination. However, the Team along with Zatara save Artemis, but not before Bludgeon makes a little appearance and makes himself a little more terrifying by taking a head-on fireblast from Klarion without a single scratch.

Now, back to the action!

*Outer Space. Earth. Megatron. Unknown Time*

Megatron was on the bridge of the Nemesis, simply overlooking the view of Earth. He still couldn't believe that the flesh creatures working with his Decepticons were actually proving useful, carrying their own right. He'd be flat-out lying if he said he wasn't slightly impressed. "Decepticons, prepare for descent!"

"YES, LORD MEGATRON!" Every Decepticon in the fleet obeyed as they began descending into the planet's atmosphere. The ride was bumpy, but not too bumpy since the ships were heavily armored and shielded. Six minutes later, the Decepticon fleet was on Earth, but completely cloaked.

"Blackout, set course for Isla Santa Prisca." Megatron ordered.

"Yes, Lord Megatron." Blackout acknowledged. With that, the Decepticon fleet made it's way to the destination.

*Earth. Isla Santa Prisca. 8:00 am*

The Decepticon fleet uncloaked and landed in the water where the other Decepticons and humans of the Machination were waiting. Opening up, the Decepticons within the ships came out, Megatron being last. Every single being present bowed down to him. "This is what is expected in my presence." Megatron commented.

"All hail Megatron!" The Decepticons uttered.

"Rise." Megatron ordered and everyone stood up. "Now, inform me of your progress here on this planet."

*Happy Harbor. Mount Justice. 10:12 am*

No one was in a joyful mood as they saw what the Watchtower's secret cameras recorded. It was a fleet of Decepticon Cruisers, with the Nemesis in the forefront. "Megatron is here." Optimus said grimly, breaking the silence.

"So, the Master of the Decepticons has finally arrived on Earth." Drift commented.

"This is bad. This is really fricking bad." Bishop began to panic a little. "Buckethead brought an entire fleet with him."

"Great. This is just fantastic." Cliffjumper sarcastically remarked. "Plus, what did you kids say about Bludgeon?"

"He took Klarion's power head on and he wasn't even scratched!" Wally shouted. "How do you explain that?!"

"This is something we all completely forgot about." Greyhound admitted. "Bludgeon is also a practitioner of the dark arts."

"Dark arts, as in…" Zatanna gestured.

"Yes, dark magic." Metalhawk finished.

"That's not a good thing to learn." Zatara frowned. "Dark magic is very dangerous to wield and can have serious drawbacks."

"Hey, guys!" Flash ran in. "We found something the Machination will probably gain interest in."

Soon, everyone was gathered in the main lobby. "So far, what we know is the Machination is planning something big, on this day in Paris, France. An informal gathering of mystery writers, readers, and solvers is being hosted in the apartment belonging to madame LeRoux, a patroness of the arts." Aqualad informed.

Madame Leroux is one of Paris's upper class citizens, she must have something the Machination would want." Batman added.

"Then why are we staring at a green stone?" Conner asked.

"That green stone is the Dragon's Eye, believed to have great powers." Lois explained. "It's being held for auction at Madame Leroux's party in Paris, France."

"No doubt the Machination will want to steal it for their own purposes." Wonder Woman assumed.

"So this is an undercover assignment." Robin guessed.

"Indeed. Robin, we're sending you, Zatanna, Kid Flash, and Artemis undercover to the party." Batman said. Robin and Zatanna blushed lightly looking away from each other while Artemis and Wally smiled softly. Zatara saw his daughter blushing at the Boy Wonder and narrowed his eyes, thinking.

*Gotham City. Black Mask's Suite. 12:00 pm*

"Speak, Black Mask." Megatron said.

Black Mask nodded before beginning. "I got contacted by an associate of mine in China, he thinks he might be able to help us." He then showed everybody a picture of a green gemstone.

"Pretty, but what is it?" Firefly asked.

"It's called the Dragon's Eye. It was unearthed in China over a thousand years ago. Its glow is believed to be magical. It is said to contain great power, power to defeat armies or overturn an empire." Black Mask explained, getting everyone's attention.

"That would be something worth possessing." Bitterfang was actually starting to salivate at the thought of having the green gemstone.

"We must have the Dragon's Eye." T.O Morrow urged. "It could be a great power source for Project: Andromeda."

"Or a new source of Energon." Venomsting theorized.

"Then we must get that Dragon's Eye at all costs." Megatron clenched his fist.

"Lord Megatron, we must be subtle about this." Hellcrest reminded. "We're still in the midst of gathering allies as well."

"Hmmm…" Megatron hummed as Bludgeon returned. "Bludgeon. How was your mission?"

"Unfortunately, Klarion has proven to be more slippery than originally thought, though he didn't hurt me in the slightest." Bludgeon informed.

"How unfortunate." Starscream sneered.

"Should we help out getting the Dragon's eye, my lord?" Skywarp asked.

"No. You all need to attain alternate modes to blend in." Megatron reminded.

*Madame Leroux's Party, Paris, France. 17:12 pm*

Robin was in a classic black tuxedo while Zatanna was in a very nice sparkling black dress and black heels. Wally was in a black blazer and Artemis was actually in the dress given to her by Klarion. "You look really nice, Dick." Zatanna blushed.

"T-Thanks. Y-You, too." Robin stuttered.

Soon, they entered the room where the Dragon's Eye was. It was filled with a ton of people wearing fancy clothing, not noticing Lucas Boomer, Bludgeon in his Human Pretender Shell, and Shimmer in the crowd. "Some of those kids are here." Shimmer whispered.

"We'll have to work fast, then." Lucas whispered back.

"Don't worry." Bludgeon cut in as he opened his jacket a tad, revealing his swords. "I always come prepared. "Besides, Morrow has Red Tornado and Red Inferno on standby."

"May I have this dance, beautiful?" Kid Flash flirted with a grin.

Of course, handsome." Artemis responded with a grin of her own and the two moved to the dance floor, Robin and Zatanna just watched from the sidelines.

Soon, though, Madame LeRoux walked into the room. Everyone clapped for a couple minutes. "Welcome, one and all. Today, we have the Dragon's Eye, a legendary gem believed to have mystical powers. All the proceeds will go to charity."

"Good thing Bruce gave me a bit to acquire it." Robin whispered with a grin.

"We will start at $50,000." Madame LeRoux clasped her hands together.

"$60,000!" A random person announced.

"I hear $60,000! Anyone willing to go higher?" Madame LeRoux asked.

"$80,000!" Another person called out.

"One million!" Robin suddenly voiced, making most people stare at him.

"Damn it! We don't have that kind of coin!" Lucas quietly cursed.

"The bid is one million." Madame LeRoux's eyes sparkled. "Going once, going twice…"

"Two million." A new voice calmly said. This person had short, black hair, red eyes wearing a black tuxedo with red and white inner lining and black and red dress shoes.

"T-The highest bid is two million. Going once, going twice, sold!" Madame LeRoux. "What is your name, sir?"

"Lance Beaker, Ma'am." Lance smiled as he took the gemstone and gave her the money straight up. "Have a good day, everyone!" Everyone was just in stunned silence as Lance walked out. Bludgeon had his eyes narrowed before coming to a realization.

"That's not a human." Bludgeon whispered.

"What do you mean?" Shimmer asked.

"That Lance Beaker is a Decepticon." Bludgeon answered very quietly, making Shimmer and Lucas's eyes go wide.

Exiting the party, Robin and Zatanna caught up to Lance. "Mr. Beaker!" Robin shouted, causing him to stop. "How did you get two million dollars? No way you could've actually gotten that money legally."

"I only do so for the Machination." Lance smirked, his eyes seemingly glowing a bright red. Robin and Zatanna immediately got into a combat position while Lance merely smirked and drew two Laser Pistols, pointing them at the duo. "I wouldn't if I were you."

"Why not?" Zatanna challenged.

"First off, my comrade is right behind you with his sword close to your necks." Lance gestured. The two turned to see Bludgeon in his Pretender Shell standing right behind them. "How are you, Bludgeon?"

"I'm doing fine, Lance." Bludgeon smirked. "Shall we get going?"

"Indeed." Lance began walking off into a ground bridge that suddenly appeared, Bludgeon, Shimmer, and Lucas following through.

"Damn!" Robin punched his hand in frustration. "We were so close!"

"We'll get another chance to stop the Machination and Decepticons." Zatanna smiled. "In the meantime, I thought Artemis and Kid Flash looked good on the dance floor."

"Agreed." Robin chuckled. "You know... I-I can't believe I-I'm about to say this, but..." He was stuttering lightly, which Zatanna giggled at.

"What is it?" Zatanna asked with a blush and small smile.

"I-I-I l-like you." Robin finally admitted. "Ever since you showed up, my heart would beat faster whenever we talked. Even when Batman was dead, you never gave up hope that things would get better and that's something I admire."

Zatanna was a little stunned until she spoke up. "Robin, I'm honestly touched and flattered. You know? I-I like you, too." The two held hands for a moment until knockout gas canisters exploded all around them, separating them.

"We have the target." A voice informed. Robin was able to see the voice belonged to a Kobra thug. He tried to crawl to Zatanna's unconscious body, but wasn't fast enough as she was picked up and carried to other Kobra thugs. "NO!" He was able to shout loudly.

*Unknown Location. Unknown Time*

Zatanna, still unconscious was brought to a secret Kobra base. "We got her, my lord." The Kobra cultists bowed to a tall, bald man wearing a modified Kobra garb. "Everything is going as planned, Lord Kobra."

"Excellent, with my bride to be and her power, I will be unstoppable!" Lord Kobra declared loudly, the cultists cheering with him.

Hello, everyone. I hope you all liked this chapter of Young Justice: Their War, Our World. Megatron and his fleet had finally arrived on Earth. Later, Black Mask informs everyone of the Dragon's Eye in Madame LeRoux's party in Paris, France that's said to have great powers.

Robin, Zatanna, Kid Flash, and Artemis go undercover in the party, but Lucas Boomer, Shimmer, and Bludgeon are there as well. Unfortunately, the gemstone is acquired by Lance Beaker who is Laserbeak in a human holoform.

Lastly, Zatanna and Robin admit their feelings for each other. Suddenly, the former gets kidnapped by Kobra. What will happen next? As usual, if anyone has any ideas for this story, please let me know in the comments/reviews, or personally PM me.
