Chapter 45 Over Lords

Sean along with Korra, Anakin, Kenobi and Ahsoka were on the Ebon Hawk in the far outer rim.

A few days ago they had gotten a distress call from this sector.

But the real confusing thing was the distress code was a Jedi one that hadn't been used in over 2,000 years.

So naturally the Jedi and Legion council sent them to investigate.

While Sean flew the Ebon Hawk his flagship the Destroyer would arrive separately.

"Dad we're at the Rendezvous point awaiting your arrival." Sean said.

"We're already here and I don't see your ship anywhere." Tarkin said.

"Now this doesn't make any sense. This ain't right. We're at the exact location where the distress signal came from and theres nothing out here. Dad's at the same site and he's not here." Sean said.

"I don't like this. I think we should turn back." Anakin said.

"I happen to..." Tarkin tried to say before his transmission was cut off and the power went out.

"What a fucking shock." Sean said.

"I don't like this." Korra said before they power came back on.

"There. Nothing to be concerned about." Kenobi said.

"Uh you might wanna think again." Ahsoka said seeing some massive object.

"What is that?" Korra asked before they were pulled into a bright light.

Sean groaned as he slowly opened his eyes seeing they were still on the ship that was on the ground.

"What just happened?" Ahsoka asked waking up.

"I have no idea." Sean said going outside.

Walking outside they saw the planet was all green with the rocks floating in the air.

"What is this place?" Anakin asked.

"Hmm." Sean said.

"Are One of you the One?"

Sean turned before seeing a green haired woman with Green eyes appeared.

"Hello." Kenobi said.

"Who are you?" Sean asked keeping his hand on his Power Sword.

"I am daughter."

"Very informative." Sean said annoyed.

"Are one of you three the One?" The Daughter asked.

"One what?" Korra asked.

"I will take you to him." Daughter said leading them away.

"I do not like this. And who calls themselves daughter?" Anakin asked.

"How the fuck should I know?" Sean asked as they walked around the edges of a cliff.

"Have you noticed something? This planet..." Korra said.

"Is very strong in the force. I haven't even needed to use my inhibitors since we got here. They're completely turned off." Sean said.

"What are you anyway?" Korra asked.

"We are the Middle, The Beginning, and the End." The Daughter said.

"What the hell does that even mean?" Ahsoka asked.

"I have no idea." Sean said before noticing the place beginning to die before rocks came down on them.

"Look out!" Korra yelled airbending it back cutting them off from Kenobi and Ahsoka.

"That was my brother's doing." Daughter said.

"Brother? How many people are even here?" Sean asked.

"Three." Daughter said.

"The Middle, beginning and the End. Oh my god." Sean said chuckling.

"What?" Anakin asked.

"She's one of the Mortis Gods." Sean said.

"Mortis Gods?" Anakin asked.

"Three powerful force wielders that represent light, darkness and neutrality. Daughter, Son, Father." Sean said.

"Correct." Daughter said.

"So all three of them are stronger in the force than anyone else.

"Partially. There aren't that many force wielders out there. Most have been long forgotten but clearly they're still around if she and and the other two are." Sean said.

"We're blocked off." Kenobi said.

"Head back to the ship. See if you can contact the fleet." Sean said as they continued their path.

Ahsoka and Kenobi arrived back where the Ebon Hawk was but it was gone.

"Oh now what? We left it here." Ahsoka said.

"Clearly someone doesn't want us leaving or calling for help." Kenobi said before someone appeared behind them.

"Lose something."

Both turned seeing a man with pale skin and red eyes with the whites replaced with black.

"Who are you?" Kenobi asked.

"I am the Son." Son said.

"Oh great this again." Ahsoka said.

"We'd like our ship back." Kenobi said.

"Not yes. Is it true that one of them is the Chosen one?" Son asked.

"How do you know of such things?" Kenobi asked pulling out his lightsaber as did Ahsoka.

"What is about to happen shall occur wether you like it or not." Son said.

"You are Sith." Kenobi said.

"Sith? Yes and No. I would take Shelter. The storms can be very lethal." Son said before turning into a beast and flew away while the two ran into a cave.

Meanwhile

Sean, Korra and Anakin arrived at some Monastery before they found some old man sitting down before they did the same.

"Welcome, my friends." Father said.

"What is it that you want from us?" Anakin asked.

"The Learn the truth about who you really are, One that maybe one of you have known all along." father said standing up. "One you must believe in order to fulfill your destiny." Father said.

"Meaning what?" Sean asked.

"It is late. You should get some rest. Then you will learn the truth." Father said.

Meanwhile

Ahsoka slept in the cave while Obi-Wan kept watch.

Thats when she opened her eyes looking around.

Only to see some teenager who was human in grey robes by the fire making her frown pulling out her lightsaber as she noticed Kenobi was then missing.

"Who are you? What have done to Master Obi-Wan?" Ahsoka asked making him chuckle.

"Wow you seriously weren't kidding when you said you were hot tempered when you were my age." He said.

"Excuse me?" Ahsoka asked before he faced her showing his face showing he had white skin with white markings on his face.

But what really got her attention was seeing his blue eyes...Her eyes.

"Who are you?" Ahsoka asked.

"You tell me...Mom."

Ahsoka widened her eyes at this as he removed his hood showing brown hair before she sat down next to him.

"You're...my son?" Ahsoka asked.

"Not born till after the War which is gonna end real soon."

"Whats your name?" Ahsoka asked.

"Damian." Damian said.

"Your father...Who is he?" Ahsoka asked making him chuckle.

"Oh don't play dumb. You clearly know who my old man is." Damian said.

"Sean? How? I admit he's been an interest to me but...I don't like the idea of sharing." Ahsoka said.

"Oh not right now...Not till after he saved you." Damian said.

"From what?" Ahsoka asked.

"You'll see real soon. Besides you said yourself to me you loved the life you have since it gave you me and my sisters." Damian said.

"Sisters?" Ahsoka asked.

"Twins. Born 12 years after me." Damian said before a flash of light occurred outside.

"Ahsoka!" Obi-Wan yelled waking her up as she looked around for Damian but found him gone. "What is it?" Kenobi asked.

"Nothing. But I think we really need to find Sean and the others." Ahsoka said.

Meanwhile

Sean was asleep in his room before feeling a gentle hand on his face.

"Wake up."

"Oh come on Korra can't you hold out till we get back?" Sean asked.

"Excuse me!"

"Wha!" Sean yelled before seeing his mother. "Mom?" Sean asked.

"Just how many times do you two go at it? Didn't your adoptive father teach you restraint?" Bastila asked.

"Yup thats you all right." Sean said rolling his eyes as she sat down. "How are you here?" Sean asked.

"This place flows deeply through the force. It allows even those long since dead to come here. For a short while." Bastila said making him look away. "You feel guilty for not saving me." Bastila said making him sigh.

"I should have gotten there sooner." Sean said.

"Sean." Bastila said holding his face. "That wasn't your fault. I was gonna die anyway regardless if you got there any sooner. But it was for the best. Sometimes people need to move on." Bastila said.

"Mmm. So why are we even here?" Sean asked.

"They believe one of you three are the Chosen one." Bastila said making him groan.

"Not that fucking garbage again. There is no chosen one. You put your entire faith in the belief of one prophecy you blind yourself to whats in front of you." Sean said making her smile.

"True. Prophecy's can be more consequential when you put too much faith in them. But this one is real. One of the three of you are meant to restore balance." Bastila said.

"Thats why we're here? To see which one of us it is?" Sean asked.

"You three have the strongest connection to the force outside this place." Bastila said.

"That doesn't mean anything." Sean said.

"Perhaps. But one of you is meant for greater things." Basitla said vanishing making him frown.

Approaching the father who was meditating he stopped in front of him.

"So you brought us here because of some prophecy that might not even be real?" Sean asked.

"Oh? And what convinces you it may not be real?" Father asked.

"You depend too much on a prophecy you blind yourself to whats around you. Put too much faith in it and you lose faith and everything else. Try to prevent one by any means and you just make it happen unintentionally." Sean said.

"None of those I can deny. There are indeed many dangers to believing in prophecy as you can clearly see yourself. However...They are also there for a reason. Nothing ever happens by chance." Father said.

"No...they don't. But what do you want with us?" Sean asked.

"As you no doubt know my children and I can manipulate the force like no other...Save for you." Father said.

"My connection is damaged." Sean said.

"Yes. Your losses in the past have caused this. Your strength comes from your bonds. Willing to go to great lengths to protect what you have." Father said.

"So why are we here?" Sean asked.

"I wish to know which of you is the Chosen one. And there is a way to find out." Father said making him frown.

Next morning

Sean stood in the center of some arena.

"It is time to face your guilt and know the truth." Father said before both Son and Daughter in animal forms arrived with both Obi-Wan and Ahsoka before landing.

"Whatever it wants don't do it!" Ahsoka yelled as Korra and Anakin rushed out.

"Let them go!" Sean said.

"I have ordered my children to kill your friends. The Question is which one will you choose to save." Father said above him. "A friend and teacher...Or someone you care for greatly." Father said making him look at Ahsoka as she saw flashes of Damian next to him making her growl trying to get free. "You must now release the guilt." Father said.

"Let them go!" Korra yelled.

"If he fails one of you two will have to take his place." Father said before the whole place began to shake as Sean's eyes glowed pure white before reaching for both of them.

"Kneel!" Sean roared as they let Ahsoka and Kenobi go before turning human kneeling as time of day and night passed by in minutes before stopping at day again.

Groaning Sean fell to his knee as Ahsoka rushed to him.

"Are you ok?" Ahsoka asked.

"Yeah. It's been a long time since I've used that much power." Sean said as the Father floated down to him.

"You have passed the test. You are the Chosen one." father said.

"Now what?" Sean asked

"Do you feel your destiny? You must see it now." Father said.

"See what?" Sean asked annoyed.

"I am dying. And you must replace me." Father said.

"You must be joking. I can't just stay here. I have responsibilities back home. Kids a family. Your asking me to abandon them." Sean said making him frown.

"I...Did not know that." Father said.

"More importantly theres a war going on. I can't just leave now." Sean said.

"I cannot force you to stay." Father said.

"No...You can't." Sean said as the group left.

Later

On the Ebon Hawk after finding it again they were in the air about to leave.

While this was going on Sean drifted off to sleep.

Finding himself on the ground he looked around before spotting the Son.

"What do you want now?" Sean asked annoyed.

"Join me. Together we can change the balance of the universe, My friend." Son said.

"Piss off." Sean said shocking him. "I am not going to join the dark side or the Sith. It's not my nature." Sean said.

"How simple you make it. Light and Dark, as if there is one without the other." Son said. "Aligned, you and I can restore balance wherever we go, Peace to the universe." Son said.

"HA! How stupid do you think I am. You mean become like the Sith. Never. They already took everything from me before. I'll be damned if I ever became like them." Sean said walking away.

"We will destroy the Sith and the Jedi!" Son yelled as Sean glared at him through his mask.

"Sean!" Korra yelled waking him up.

"We need to get out of here now." Sean said.

"Whats wrong." Anakin asked before they heard Ahsoka yell making them look seeing her being held by the Son.

"Leaving so soon?" Son asked. "No without one you love I think." Son said before opening the ramp and flew out.

"Son of a bitch!" Sean yelled as he rushed to the cockpit and flew after them.

"How'd he get in?" Korra asked.

"He's a god how do you think?" Sean asked following them only for them to vanish.

"Where'd they go?" Anakin asked before they landed.

"These guys are more advanced in the force than us right now. They can do things no one else can." Sean said.

"So what do we do?" Korra asked.

"You and Obi-Wan look for the Father. Anakin and I will hunt the Son down and find Ahsoka. Then we go home and hopefully never come back to this place ever again." Sean said.

Later

"You cannot keep me here!" Ahsoka yelled chained up. "You hear me!" Ahsoka yelled.

"Save your Energy." A small creature said. "You have been left to die."

"Then I will escape." Ahsoka said.

"Impossible. I have been here for more years than I care to Remember."

"I am a Jedi. We don't give up that easily." Ahsoka said.

"Jedi? Huh. But so young. Where is your master?"

"He'll come for me. And if not Sean will." Ahsoka said.

"Ah...One you love."

Thats when he set her free.

"Thanks." Ahsoka said.

"Tell me...This man you seem to love...Why?"

"He's kind, caring, Understanding, wise." Ahsoka said before yelling as he bit her. "What have you done?" Ahsoka yelled.

"You are mine now." The son said changing to his true form.

Meanwhile

Korra and Kenobi arrived at the Monastery.

"So we go in and ask for help. Then what?" Korra asked.

"Then we get Ahsoka and get off this planet." Kenobi said before the Father was launched out by Red lighting.

Curtesy of the Son.

"I HATE YOU!" The Son roared before flying off.

"So much for that." Korra said.

"Father!" Daughter yelled running down to them.

"Your cruel brother did this and took a friend of ours." Korra said.

"He couldn't have." Daughter said.

"Don't be blind because you're siblings. He's been consumed by the Dark side." Kenobi said.

"There has to be a way to stop him. Some weapon to use against him." Korra said making her frown.

"There is. Father created it incase my brother ever went too far. I can show you where it is." Daughter said.

Leading them to a cave before arriving at somme shrine.

"I can go no further." Daughter said.

"What is this?" Korra asked.

"A weapon Father created as a means to make sure he had a way to stop my brother in the event this ever happened." Daughter said as Korra approached it before it began to open up and a blade was seen as she took it.

"This will kill the son?" Kenobi asked.

"Yes." Daughter said.

Meanwhile

Sean and Anakin arrived at the Son's lair before they decided to split up.

Arriving in some garden he found Ahsoka kneeling before a tree.

"Ahsoka?" Sean asked.

"Yes?" Ahsoka asked.

"Come on lets get going." Sean said moving to grab her before he sensed darkness around her and frowned. "Ahsoka?" Sean asked before she faced him showing her Sith yellow eyes. "What did he do to you?" Sean asked.

"He's made me more of myself than I've ever been. And he sent you a message. If you don't join him he'll kill me." Ahsoka said laughing.

"Like hell he will." Sean said before pulling out the Power Sword.

Inside the sanctuary Anakin ran to the Son.

"What have you done to my Padawan?" Anakin asked.

"He's corrupted her." Daughter said appearing with the others.

"Sister. What a pleasant surprise. And you brought friends." Son said.

"What have you done, brother?" Daughter asked.

"Done? I have done what is right. Or wrong depending on your view." Son said.

"Our father is dying. Did you try to kill him?" Daughter asked.

"He was being too selfish and didn't die soon enough so I sped it along." Son said.

"You're no different than Unalaq." Korra said.

"Unalaq? Your uncle who tried to control all? If only i had met him before he was killed." Son said before she Earthbended him making him grunt before laughing.

"I will enjoy turning you to my side." Son said.

Sean was outside fighting against Ahsoka before she cut his side making him yell before kicking her back.

"Holding back? all that power inside you and you refuse to use it?" Ahsoka asked annoyed.

"I don't use my full power because I could end up destroying everything." Sean said.

"EXACTLY! DO IT ALREADY!" Ahsoka yelled as she tried to slash him but he actually grabbed it shocking her.

"You want that snips?" Sean asked amused.

"DON'T CALL ME THAT! I HATE IT WHEN YOU AND SKYWALKER CALL ME THAT! I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVE KIDS WITH YOU!" Ahsoka yelled.

"Hmm?" Sean said curious by that remark before kicking her feet out making her fall before he stabbed her side making her yell before she felt the darkness within her leave her body as her eyes returned to normal blue.

"Ugh." Ahsoka said as he picked her up. "Sean?" Ahsoka asked.

"Easy Mango. I got ya." Sean said making her groan.

"I hate that name even more." Ahsoka said making him smile before the Son was thrown out by Korra as she had the blade in hand before charging at him only for him to take it.

"How amusing you think you could save her from me." Son said throwing it at Ahsoka before blood flew in the air.

Only it wasn't her blood.

Ahsoka gasped seeing it pierced Sean who growled using his body as a shield.

"Sean!" Ahsoka screamed.

"I'll be fine." Sean said.

"ENOUGH!" Father said pushing them all back.

Only for the Son to blast him down before taking the Dagger back.

"And now it ends." Son said going for the kill.

Only for Daughter to take it.

"NO!" Father screamed in horror as the Son looked in horror.

"WHY!" Son roared flying away.

"What have I done?" Father asked holding his dying Daughter.

'It is not too late.'

Sean heard a voice before looking around.

'The soul can be saved and preserved within another body.'

Sean narrowed his eyes before grabbing her head as she let out one last breath before her body stopped glowing.

"She's dead...And yet...The balance...Remains." Father asked before seeing a green glowing symbol on Sean's right hand. "You...Absorbed her mind and soul within you." Father said.

"You did?" Korra asked.

'Did I?' Sean asked.

'I am now part of you. Forever keeping the balance of the light.' The Daughter said within him.

"Perhaps there may yet be way to keep the balance after all...But how did you know to do that?" Father asked.

"I heard a voice. Telling me to preserve her from within." Sean said.

'Hmmm. Could it be his doing?' Father asked.

Later

Sean and the others were on the Ebon Hawk to form a plan to stop the Son.

But right now Sean was helping Ahsoka rest up.

"By the way." Sean said.

"What?" Ahsoka asked.

"What did you mean by we have kids?" Sean asked making her freeze before sighing.

"While we were seperated when we first got here...I had a vision. A man showed up 15 years old...He's our Son. Damian." Ahsoka said.

"Oh?" Sean asked.

"He told me we get together after you saved my life...I'm assuming from that." Ahsoka said as he held her face.

"And are you against that?" Sean asked making her smile before she took off his mask and kissed him.

"Not anymore." Ahsoka said making him grin.

"Get some rest." Sean said walking away putting it back on before going to a speeder.

"Where are you going?" Kenobi asked.

"To get some answers." Sean said driving off.

'You intend to kill him don't you?' Daughter asked in his head.

'If have to. You can't deny he's a danger here. Our conflict only made him more so.' Sean said.

'Yes...It did. But there may be another way to reach him. Or at least keep your conflict from spiraling out of control.' Daughter said.

'And that is?' Sean asked.

'There is a place he tends to visit here. Perhaps there you can learn the secrets to defeating him.' Daughter said.

"Good enough." Sean said going to where she instructed.

Arriving at some well he looked around.

'What is this place?' Sean asked.

'A place where possibilities are seen. Father forbids me from ever stepping foot in here. He on the other hand does so constantly.' Daughter said.

Sean looked seeing a massive station with a cannon.

"Star Killer base." Sean said.

'What is that?' Daughter asked.

"That is the Sith's ultimate weapon. Hiroshi built that thing to use against us because he's insane. Couldn't tell the difference between good and evil. Sith and Jedi. He built it to destroy us but ended up captured." Sean said.

'Weapons such as these should never exist. No one should have that much power. Not even us.' Daughter said.

"On that we agree. We know where to find the location of it but we're having issues finding a way past the defenses. We're pretty sure if somehow we went there with a massive invasion they would destroy all designs on it preventing us from learning its weaknesses. So for now we have to play this safe and find a way." Sean said before seeing something that caught his attention. "Is this the only way?" Sean asked.

'You ask what you already know.' Daughter said sadly making him sigh.

Later

Sean was in front of the Father telling him what needed to be done.

"I suspected this might be the only way." Father said.

Thats when the skies began to change as lightning rained down upon them before the Son appeared.

"Here we go." Sean said.

"I ask you one last time. Do not leave, my son." Father said.

"You have no power to keep me, old man. You must understand by now, this planet is not my destiny." Son said.

"What you will do will destroy all that is good. I beg you, restrain yourself and stay." Father said.

"I cannot." Son said.

"Ok enough words." Sean said before blasting him with force lightning before he did the same as they were in a stalemate.

"Our power is even. You cannot defeat me." Son said.

"I have a little help." Sean said as Daughter in Astral form appeared behind him.

"What? Sister?" Son asked in shock before yelling as he was blasted back. "What is the meaning of this!" Son yelled.

"Your sister now lived within him. Mind and Soul. And soon...So shall you." Father said taking the blade.

"Are you going to kill me?" Son asked mockingly.

"No...I am doing what must be done." Father said aiming it at himself.

"What?" Son asked in shock before he shoved it in. "NO!" Son roared in horror rushing to him.

Only for him to groan as Sean's Power Sword went right through him before grabbing his head absorbing his mind and soul before letting go seeing a red mark on his left hand.

"light...And Dark now reside within you." Father said falling over. "I am a fool...I thought I could control the future...But all I did was bring the death of my children." Father said as Sean kneeled next to him.

"No one is perfect. We all make our mistakes. Whats important is we learn from them." Sean said.

"Yes...Beware...The threat...Greater than the Sith...Will come...In years to come. Other universes must be found to prepare against it...For he..." Father tried to say before dying and vanished.

"So you both in there?" Sean asked.

'Yes.' Both said.

'While not my original plans...I can live with this.' Son said.

'As can I.' Daughter said before Sean walked away knowing this place would soon be erased.

Later

"So both the Son and Daughter now reside within you." Tarkin asked his son as they walked the halls of the Senate building.

"Yeah...Now I know how my Titan counterpart feels." Sean said making him chuckle.

"So he knew about the threat. Claiming it would be soon." Tarkin said.

"Aye. Whatever that is we'll face in time." Sean said.

Later

Asami was screaming as she was in the middle of delivering as Sean held her hand.

"It's ok." Sean said.

"GRRR! Easy for you to say! You're not the one pushing this THING OUT!" Asami screamed.

'Are you actually going to take that from her?' Son asked amused.

'What would you have me do? Smack her?' Sean asked.

'Remind her this was what she wanted.' Son said.

'Point made since Kukaku did the same thing.' Sean said.

'Honestly why did you need so many. Why not just Korra?' Daughter asked.

'Need I remind you during the days of the Republic they forced this on me at first before I got used to it?' Sean asked.

'Fair enough.' Daughter said.

Asami screamed louder than last time before soft crying was heard making her sigh as Ann took the baby away to clean up.

"There." Sean said wiping her head of sweat.

"Ugh." Asami groaned before Ann came back with a blue bundle in her arms handing it to her.

Asami smiled looking at her son who had her hair before opening his eyes showing her eyes making her tear up as she kissed him.

"Oh honey. Mommy loves you so much." Asami said as he giggled.

"So what are you gonna name him?" Sean asked making her smile.

"Arthur Kruger." Asami said making Arthur giggle as she held him close. "And I promise your Grandfather won't ruin your life like he did mine." Asami said.
