*Chapter 12: So Time To Have Some Babies*

"So it's alright with you?" Chie asked Yukiko nervously.

"Of course, Chie! You're probably going to use these yoga DVDs more than me. You should probably do some with Narukami-san as well." Yukiko said, looking over at Yosuke, nooging Yu's head like a brother would do to another. It was a warm summer day and they were enjoying a day out on the riverbank, taking in the sun and having some drinks.

"Hehe, looks like Yu Narukami is gonna be a second place winner compared to Yosuke Hanamura when it comes to children!" "Well, I'm not gonna be the one taking care of triplets, am I?" Yu said, smirking at Yosuke who instantly frowned hard.

"Man, I am NOT looking forward to Yukiko's birth next week. My fingers still haven't recovered from last time…" Yosuke whined, looking at his hands. "You think that's bad, Chie works out. She could CRUSH my hand if she wanted to." Yu said, chuckling as he drank another soda.

"I'm gonna have to cut back on the alcohol, aren't I?" "Well, it's not like I drank much anyways. I just didn't do it as much when I remembered me and Yukiko were gonna have the kids. Could be worse. I could still be on that smoking kick I had when we were in high school." Yosuke chuckled.

"Yep. But how did you feel when you realized that: This is it. You're having children." Yu asked Yosuke, wondering how his best friend handled the responsibility of fatherhood.

"Excited. You?" "Very very anxious. But…in a good way, y'know? Chie's gonna be a great mom, she's got a ton of energy." "And you got a lot of…stuff." Yosuke chuckled nervously, Yu looking at him with a deadpan stare.

"...thanks, partner." Yu said sarcastically, throwing his can onto Yosuke's head. "Yeah, I think he'll do these with me. Honestly I'm surprised how…chill he is with having a baby. I mean, before in that other future, he HATED the idea of having children and it made me…sad. But now, he's even more excited than me!" "I think he now realizes that he just wants to make you happy. And that in turn, gives him happiness." Yukiko said, smiling.

Her smile quickly dropped as he let out a huge gasp and clutched her stomach.

"Yeah, honestly he's such a…Yukiko?" Chie looked over at Yukiko whose eyes were closed and her teeth clenched.

"...chie, can you…call yosuke please?" Yukiko gasped out, clutching onto the table.

"Oh my god, it's happening! YOSUKE!" Chie yelled out, Yosuke and Yu turning their heads towards the girls confused. Yosuke saw Yukiko struggling and instantly realized what was happening. He ran over to Yukiko before stopping and running back to Yu, tossing him the keys to their car and running to Yukiko to calm her down, then Yu ran over to the car before stopping and running back to Chie and running with her to their car to park at the entrance to pick up Yukiko.

"DRIVE DRIVE DRIVE, WOMAN IN LABOR WOMAN IN LABOR!" Chie screamed out the window, opening the door to let Yukiko and Yosuke in. Yu instantly slammed on the gas and drove off onto the road, checking on the back window to make sure both Yosuke and Yukiko were all right.

"It's gonna be ok sweetie. It's gonna be alright. You've done this before, you can do i-IT AGAAAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOWWWWW" Yosuke was interrupted by Yukiko crushing his fingers again, causing Chie to chuckle a bit. "OWOWOWOW GOD YUKIKO NOT AGAIN!"

Yu sped through the empty Inaba roads before hitting heavy traffic. "...shit, I forgot. It's a Saturday and the weather's super hot. Everyone's headed to the beach." "C'mon, c'mon, c'mon!" Chie said, banging her hands on the car window.

After a few minutes, they were back on the road and bomb rushed towards the hospital. "DR HASHIDO, IT'S HAPPENING!" Chie said, yelling at the front desk, seeing her and Yukiko's doctor.

"Ah, a bit earlier than I predicted. Well then, let's do this thing." Dr Hashido said, leaving Yosuke and Yu to check themselves in.

"...I think I left the overnight bag at my place. Is it alright if you could get it, dude?" Yosuke asked, quickly scribbling down his info.

"Yeah yeah, of course." Yu said, sensing the worry in Yosuke's voice.

"Hey, look at me. You did this once, you guys are gonna get through it, all right?" Yu said, putting his hand on Yosuke's shoulder to comfort him. "...yeah. Yeah! Yeah, I got it!" Yosuke said, running towards the room Yukiko was being wheeled towards.

Yu walked back to his car to drive back to Yosuke and Yukiko's house. The drive was a safe one back considering the traffic as he got the key from the potted plant and picked up their bag as he drove back to the hospital. He went into the elevator, calming himself down as he breathed in and out.

Just then, he felt a sharp pain to his head and sensed that something was wrong. He felt like time stopped and saw something…haunting. It looked like…a Shadow? Walking towards the hallway that Yukiko's room was in. He called out to the Shadow who seemed to notice him and ran away.

"Hey! HEY!" He said as he sprinted down the hall towards it. He ran towards the Shadow and tackled it to the ground, only to reveal it was…his. It was him with a baby's outfit on, crying and yelling at him. "What in the hell?" Yu muttered before the baby's voice became clearer to him.

"MOMMY AND DADDY DON'T LOVE ME. THEY DON'T! THEY NEVER LOVED ME! THEY SHIPPED ME OFF EVERY YEAR AND LEFT ME ALONE! CHIE WILL BE JUST LIKE MOMMY! SHE'LL LEAVE YOU ALONE WHEN SHE HAS A BABY! I DON'T WANT A BABY, I WANNA BE HAPPY FOREVER! I DON'T WANT A-" Yu looked at the Shadow with annoyance and simply sighed

"Ok ok, I've dealt with this before. You're me and I'm you, yada yada." Yu said, walking away. The Shadow ran up to Yu, yelling and babbling. Yu remembered something one of his friends did once and turned around and punched it straight in the face. Then time resumed back to normal and the Shadow was gone. "Huh. Guess Kanji's way of dealing with things is a LOT better than I thought." Yu said, before remembering and running off to see Yukiko.

He opened the door to see Yukiko in a hospital gown and in bed, holding Yosuke's hand a lot more gently and slowly breathing. Chie was right by her side holding onto her and looking worried, rubbing her best friend's stomach to calm her down.

"Everyone all right?" Yu said, passing the bag to Yosuke. "Yeah. We're all good for now, partner." Yosuke said, smiling. He ruffled through the bag and pulled out a pillow and a box of animal crackers.

"The doc came over and said that her labor MIGHT take a bit long. Anywhere from a few hours to 20. Soooo, get comfortable." Chie said, sighing and caressing her own stomach. Yu sat down next to Chie and looked at Yosuke and Yukiko. They were strangely a lot more calm than he expected. He remembered how Yosuke kept on insisting that things were going to be a lot easier due to them experiencing childbirth before, but he was still nervous as ANYTHING could happen.

"Well, we're gonna be out in the hall so…if anything happens, just give us a holler all right?" "Yeah. Yu. Chie. Thank you for being here." Yukiko said before looking over at Yosuke smiling at her. "Your favorite's the zebra, right?" Yosuke asked, digging his hand into the large box of crackers. "The giraffe, dear." Yukiko said, chuckling before wincing in pain.

Both Yu and Chie made their exit and sat out in the hallway, staring out at the window. Chie remembered something and called up a few numbers. "Ok everyone should be here soon." "Yeah…well, here we go again." Yu said, sighing and sitting back in his chair, holding Chie's hand.

"Big bro!" Nanako walked up and gave Yu a big hug. Nanako was a lot taller than normal and was now in middle school, the same one Yu taught at. She still however had her innocent demeanor and looked the same as she did all those years ago. Nanako then turned towards Chie and gasped.

"And big sis is here! You're pregnant as well! Are you gonna give birth along with Yukiko?" Nanako said, staring at her stomach.

"Haha, of course not, Nana-chan! We just found out we're going to have a baby. It's gonna be a LONG while before we have him. Or her." Chie said, smiling at Nanako. Dojima walked up and looked at Yu, still looking about the same as he always does, only having a few gray hairs on his beard and top.

"So, how's she doing?" "She's doing good, though it's really rough to look at her. She looks like she's in a ton of pain." Yu told them. "Yeah, I bet. I remember when this little lady was born." Dojima chuckled, patting Nanako's head who was still looking at Chie's stomach in astonishment. "I can still remember my wife screaming so loud, I could swear the window cracked in our room. Had to get a couple of ear muffs so the doctors and I wouldn't lose our hearing!"

Yu looked over to see Rise and Teddie running towards them in the hallway, holding multiple bags with them and Teddie holding a giant teddy bear and a bouquet of balloons.

"How's she doing? Are her contractions worse than before? Did they place her in the right spot on the bed? Is she crying heavily?" Rise barraged Yu with a dozen questions, while he looked in confusion. "Uhhh, I…think?" Yu said, while Rise sat down and Teddie sat close to her.

"Oh boy, this is going to be bearciting!" Teddie said as Nanako finally looked away from Chie and giggled when she saw Teddie. "And Teddie's here too!" Nanako said, running over to hug Teddie. "Oh, Nana-chan! If I knew you were going to be here with Sensei, I would've gotten something beary special from Europe for you!" "That's ok, you and Rise-chan being here is better than anything you could've gotten!" Nanako said, giggling and talking with Rise and Teddie.

"Well, I'm gonna go get some coffee from the cafeteria. You guys want any?" Dojima asked after some time passed. "Ooooh, coffee sounds really good!" Chie said, sounding exhausted. "Uh wait, can you…have coffee? Like…will that mess with the baby or anything?" Yu asked, concerned. "Oh yeah, that's a good question. Uh hey Dojima-san, do you remember if YOUR wife could drink coffee when she was pregnant with Nanako?" "No, she was fine with it. Just make sure you don't drink too much and you'll be good." "Oh, can you get me one with a LOT of sugar and cream?" Rise asked. "Got it. I know how Yu and the rest like theirs. I'll be back." Dojima said, heading off to the cafeteria. Yu peered into the door to listen to how Yukiko was doing, Chie doing the same.

"I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS! WHY WON'T THEY… COME OUT?!" Yukiko was screaming, squeezing Yosuke's wrist harder and harder. "Yukiko, honey…please! I'm begging you! Just…loosen your grip a bit?!" "YOSUKE, I…HATE YOU SO MUCH! YOU…YOU DID THIS TO ME! I'M NEVER HAVING SEX WITH YOU FOR AS LONG AS I LIVE ON THIS PLANET!" Yosuke could feel his wife grip his arm harder and harder. "I thought…this wouldn't be so hard cause you already went through the pain!" Yu and Chie looked at each other in fear as they realized it probably wouldn't be the best idea to go help Yukiko out. "Hey uh…future apologies if I get as bad as Yukiko." "Apology accepted. In the future."

Rise immediately covered Nanako's ears as Yukiko cursed for a few minutes and looked over at Teddie with fear in his face. "Man, I feel so bad for Yuki-chan. I can't imagine how hard giving birth to three little cubs is for her!" Teddie said, wrapping the string of the balloons over his finger and letting it go.

"Well, that's the hard part of having kids." "Oh speaking of! Rise-chan, are you gonna have a baby like Chie and Yukiko?" Nanako said, smiling at Rise. Rise immediately looked over to Teddie who was sniffing some of the teddy bears and applying cologne from a bottle he brought, sneezing in the process into his arm. "Um, maybe in a while, Nana-chan." Rise said, chuckling weakly.

It was still strange to see Nanako still act and look the same as she did all those years ago. Especially considering that in that other future, Nanako was…very different in personality and looks. Yu shuddered at the thought and Chie noticed. "Something wrong?" She asked, looking at her husband's face staring at Nanako with fear. "...yeah yeah, just uh…just remembered how Nanako looked in that 'other future.'" "Ohhhhh yeah. That version was…something." Both of them shuddered at their memory, Yu nearly vomiting.

"Dude, that's your 3rd cup. You sure you're ok?" Yu said, looking at Yosuke pacing up and down the hallway, trying to drink his coffee as quickly as he could to go comfort Yukiko. "Yeah yeah, I'm all right. Just gotta get as much energy as I can." Yosuke said, tilting his head back to get the last drops before throwing his cup into a nearby trash can and heading back in to help his wife.

A few minutes later, Yu noticed Naoto and Kanji running into the hallway, both of them wearing Hawaiian shirts and sunglasses. "We're here! Apologies, we were at the beach before getting the call from Teddie." "Yeah, you would not believe how frigging packed the streets are. Seriously, we went through like 2 traffic jams!" Kanji and Naoto sat down, while Teddie and Rise headed to the guest area to rest with Chie, Dojima, and Nanako.

"So how is Yukiko doing? Is she all right?" As Naoto said that, a crash was heard in the room she and Yosuke were in.

"Jeez, Yukiko! You don't gotta throw those headphones, I was trying to play some relaxing-" Yosuke was interrupted by Yukiko gripping his arm, resulting in him squealing in pain. "I DON'T LIKE THAT KIND OF MUSIC AND YOU KNOW THAT!" Naoto looked over at Yu, with shock on her face. "Yeah she's good. The doctor said she should be fully dilated in an hour or two." Yu said, Naoto looking terrified and concerned for Yosuke more than Yukiko.

"Geez, Yosuke-senpai's sounding like a dying animal. Would've thought that he and Yukiko wouldn't be in THIS much pain." Kanji ruffled through his pockets, getting a small book out to pass the time. "Oh, you kept my Moby Dick book I gave you? I didn't think you would make it past the third chapter, Kanji." Yu said in astonishment. "Yeah, I'm at the part where Ahab's about to fight the whale. Shit's pretty cool." Kanji said, chuckling.

"Oh, Naoto and Kanji! How are you guys doing?" Chie entered the room, with coffee on a tray for the three of them. Naoto noticed the bump on Chie's stomach and went over to her, her eyes filled with wonder. "Chie-senpai! You're pregnant too?"

"Hehe, yep! I guess Yu forgot to tell you guys the news, huh?" Chie said, staring at Yu with daggers in her eyes. "Well hey, they were in Canada, the service was bad." "Never mind that, it's so good to see that Narukami agreed to have children with you! This is…beautiful. Isn't it, Kanji?" Naoto looked over Kanji, who looked up from his book in astonishment.

"Uh, yeah! Yeah, of course it is! Though it's like…super early isn't it? I mean it's been less than like, 2 months since your guy's wedding." "Well I wanted a baby as SOON as possible! Something wrong with that?" Chie pouted at Kanji. "Nah nah, course not! Not at all!" "Still this is absolutely amazing. Newborn life is one of the most precious things I've ever witnessed!" Naoto said eagerly, examining Chie's stomach.

"Heh, y'know, Naoto seems REAL eager when she sees babies. Maybe it's a hint?" Yu said, smirking at Kanji and nudging his elbow. "Hey, hey, we got a plan, all right! We ain't gonna have kids for like…a few more years! I just…need to prepare myself alright?" Kanji said, his face turning red. Naoto was still enamored by Chie and the two of them started talking while heading down the hall. "…they left with the coffee, didn't they?" "Yep." Yu replied to Kanji, who went back to reading his book again.

Dr Hashido entered Yukiko's room and promptly dodged a cardboard box thrown at his head. "Yep. Looks like she's dilated and ready to deliver."

"HASHIDO, GET THESE BABIES OUT OF ME, RIGHT NOW!" Yukiko was nearly completely out of breath and was crying now. "GET THEM OUT GET THEM OUT!" Yosuke was also crying but for a completely different reason. "...Doc! Don't you have something I can give to her to squeeze?! My arm's turning purple!"

"Ah not to worry, Mr. Amagi. I have just the thing." Dr Hashido reached into one of his pockets and pulled out an apple stress ball, gently putting it into Yukiko's other hand. She then immediately crushed it so hard, the foam from the openings were poking out slightly. "Ah, it's THAT painful. Well then, time to do this. Here, take these." Dr Hashido said, passing some scrubs to Yosuke who instantly put them on. "Huh, that was quick. Have you done this before?"

"Hm? Oh no I uh watched a pregnancy video and picked up on things to prepare, y'know?" Yosuke said nervously, the doctor nodding in response.

"Well that's good. This next part is the hardest." A couple of nurses were helping Yukiko into a wheelchair to move her into the delivery room. Yosuke held her wife's hand and mimicked some breathing for Yukiko to follow.

"Breathe, breathe, it's ok honey. It's ok, I'm here for you." Yosuke said, continuing his breathing which Yukiko was having trouble with following due to her crying and feeling large amounts of pain.

"Yosuke! I don't want to do this! It's…it's too hard to do it all over again!" Yukiko said, bawling her eyes out and holding onto the stress ball even harder. "Again? Hm, a case of deliriousness as well. I know my wife felt the same way. Anyways, this way Mr. Amagi!" Dr Hashido said, running out the hall hauling Yukiko, who then went back to screaming.

Yu and Chie were standing out witnessing the scene, looking at Yosuke in his scrubs and hyperventilating. "Good luck, Yukiko! You can do this!" Chie yelled at the end of the hall.

"CHIE STOP YELLING! I HATE YOU!" Yukiko yelled out from down the hall. Chie chuckled and looked over at Yu who looked scared. "She's gonna be fine." Chie said, nervously smiling at Yu before also looking scared.

Dojima walked back in with Nanako, witnessing the scene. "Yep. Just like Chisato." Dojima chuckled, sipping his coffee. "Dad, can I have some coffee please?" "Hm, it's black, Nanako. I don't think you would like it." "That's ok Dojima, Nanako, you can have mine, I lost my taste. Chie said, giving her coffee to Nanako who gleefully took it. "Yay! Big sis is the best!" Nanako said, hugging Chie who gasped when Nanako hugged her a bit too tight. "Oh! I'm sorry! I have to remember not to hug you so tight anymore now."

"So how many hours has it been, exactly?" Naoto said, looking over at Yu who looked at his phone. "Hm, about 18 hours. It's 3 in the morning." Yu said, yawning and nearly dozing off. Almost everyone was either asleep or struggling to keep awake. Strangely, Teddie was the only one completely awake and was twiddling his fingers and looking worried.

"I'm hoping that it's not so painful when Yuki-chan has her baby cubs! I remember when Rise-san had our little Teddie Jr. Her nails were as sharp as my claws! It was beary painful for me, Sensei!" Teddie said, looking over and patting Rise's head, who smiled in her sleep and held onto Teddie's arm. "I'm sure she'll be fine, she's gone through childbirth once, she can do it again. Still though, it seems that even though our memories transferred, our experiences and pain…didn't. That must be why Yukiko is still feeling so much more pain than before in that dream." Naoto said, pondering and rubbing her fingers on her chin. "Well, all I know is that I'm sure she and Yosuke will do just fine." Yu said, yawning.

Meanwhile with Yukiko and Yosuke. "Ok, Mrs. Amagi, we can see the head for baby number one right now! You just need to push a little-" Dr Hashido was then interrupted by Yukiko screaming her lungs out.

"COME! ON! COME OUT! JUST! PLEASE!" Yukiko was yelling as loud as she could while crushing her stress ball so hard, the foam was spilling out slowly from the opening like toothpaste from a tube.

"You're doing great, honey! It's gonna be ok all right?" Yosuke was trying to comfort Yukiko as much as he could while looking over at Dr. Hashido trying to get the first baby out. He was starting to get nervous, he was worried that things weren't going to go well. That Yukiko wouldn't be strong enough. He was scared for her and her children's lives.

Yukiko let out one more scream that nearly shattered a window in the room, then another one joined, much smaller and shriller.

"She's out!" Hashido said, passing the baby girl to a nurse to be cleaned up. "...yosuke, can you see her?" Yukiko weakly said. Yosuke looked over to see a healthy baby girl, his little baby girl. Nari came out and was crying and screaming but she was here. For real this time.

"Yeah…she's beautiful." Yosuke said, his voice cracking. Yukiko smiled before letting out another grunt of pain.

"Okay, one down, two more to go! Come on, Mrs. Amagi, you can do it! Just push! Mr Amagi, let your wife hold your hand, the stress ball is empty." Yosuke looked over in horror as Yukiko's nails were dug deep into the ball. He sighed and held Yukiko's other hand, instantly wincing from the pain he was experiencing. He knew though that what he was feeling was nothing compared to his wife.

After a few more screams from Yukiko, she finally managed to push out all three of her new born children. "Here we go…" The nurse said, carrying two of the children as Hashido carried the third and gave them all to Yukiko. Their children were cooing and had their eyes half shut. They were well and finally in front of them. Yosuke sat down to see Yukiko, crying not of pain, but of joy. Her smile was weak but she was happy. Happier than she's ever been.

"...i missed you all so much." Yukiko said, kissing all three of her children's heads. Yosuke was also crying as he held the third child, a healthy baby boy.

"Hey there, little guy…you're the newest member of the Amagi family." Yosuke said, placing his finger on the hand of his son, softly gripping it as he saw his other son let out a giant yawn. "He's strong. Like his brother." Yosuke said softly, still crying as he went over to Yukiko's side, seeing her look in joy at her children. She was crying as well and smiled brightly. They were all finally reunited and even had a new child to love alongside them.

"…Jin. Your name's gonna be Jin Amagi." Yosuke looked over at Yukiko who looked over at Jin and Yosuke gave him to her. Yukiko stared in astonishment at her new baby son. "...he has your eyes." Yukiko whispered. "And he's got your hair." Yosuke said, softly brushing his hand on his son's head. Both of them sat there and stared at their new children for what seemed like a lifetime.

"I promise to you and to them, I'll make sure you all are safe and happy." Yosuke said, kissing and hugging his wife. Dr. Hashido looked with a smile on his face as he excused himself, another successful childbirth. The three children were taken away to be examined to make sure they were completely healthy and Yukiko was wheeled out into a regular hospital room to rest up and recover.

"Yosuke, thank you so much for going through all of this with me. Secretly, even though I knew it was fake, I wanted to go back to that dream Izanami made for us. Even if my children were fake, my love for them wasn't. At all. And my love for you wasn't as well." Yukiko smiled as she felt her eyes becoming heavy. "And mine as well wasn't fake. It was real. This entire time." Yosuke said, tucking her in. "You gotta get some rest now, the kids are gonna be alright. I love you." Yosuke said, kissing her forehead. "I love you too." Yukiko closed her eyes, sleeping.

Yosuke stayed by her side for a while until she fully fell asleep. He was still in astonishment from what happened. He always thought that he would never get his old life back. He would never get his children back. But he did, and he felt like he and Yukiko overcame that hurdle and won. He left the room, slowly closing the door while looking at Yukiko, making sure not to make any noise and walked down the hall. He took in the sun rising up from the windows as he made his way to the waiting room, nothing but the beeps of a few machines being heard.

He went in to see everyone sleeping, Teddie clinging onto the giant teddy bear he got for them while snoring heavily. Rise clutching his arm and wearing an eye mask with some bees and bear prints on it, Yu slouched over, his head staring at the ceiling snoring badly as well, with Chie sleeping on his lap, Dojima and Nanako the same way, Naoto staring out the window semi-awake sipping on some coffee while Kanji was sleeping with his face on a desk, a pool of drool slowly piling up. Yosuke sat down and smiled, knowing that his friends were willing to stay in a giant hospital overnight all for his and Yukiko's sake. He slowly started to close his own eyes as he slept for a few hours. Then Naoto went over to shake Yosuke.

"Mmrm?" Yosuke mumbled, opening his eyes halfway to see Naoto in front of him. "Apologies, Yosuke-senpai but…is Yukiko-senpai…" "She did great. Tired as all hell obviously but great. The kids came out all healthy and well." Naoto sighed, sitting next to Yosuke. "Oh thank god. I knew that the birthing process would be draining for both of you so I understand completely falling asleep like a rock." "...speaking of, what time is it?" "Hm, about 9:37 AM to be exact. Everyone's already headed to where Yukiko-senpai is but I volunteered to stay behind to watch over you." "You were gonna cry seeing Yuki and the kids again right?" Yosuke chuckled. "I will neither confirm nor deny that." Naoto said, taking a giant gulp of her coffee.

"Anyways, how does it feel that you are now officially a father? Well, a father again." "same as i did back then. I feel…whole again. It feels like I got a purpose, y'know?" "That's amazing to hear. I knew that you would make for a great father to Yukiko-senpai and your children. You never lost your touch." "all right, well, I'm gonna sleep a bit. Yukiko's probably awake so you should go see her." "You should see her as well. You're her husband. Let me get you some coffee." "...thanks, Naoto." "That's what friends are for, senpai." Naoto smiled, going over to the coffee table, pouring a cup for Yosuke. They both headed down the hallway before hearing a squeal. They rushed in to see Chie, Rise, and Teddie at the viewing area, looking in childlike joy at his and Yukiko's children.

"Oh look at Yasuhiro and Nari! It's been so long!" "Hm, big sis, what do you mean? Yukiko-san just gave birth to the babies." Nanako asked, confused at Chie. "Swear!" Nanako pointed at Yu, who grunted and reached into his pocket to give his cousin a 100 yen bill. "Heh, yeah. Honestly, going that long without seeing or hearing them…it makes me appreciate this moment so much more. I have my babies back." Yosuke said, tearing up a bit before Dojima passed him a tissue, which Yosuke promptly blew into.

"I know the feeling, Yosuke. These kinds of moments. They can never be replicated." Dojima said, smiling looking over at Nanako. Teddie was pressing his face against the glass super hard looking at Yosuke and Yukiko's new child. "What did you name that one, Yosuke?" "Oh, his name's Jin. Jin Amagi. It was my great grandfather's name." "Wowee! Hi there, Jin! My name's Teddie!" Teddie said, smiling brightly and waving behind the glass at Jin, who was asleep.

"Oh yeah, Yosuke-senpai. Wanted to give you this." Kanji reached into a bag he was carrying and pulled out some bibs. The old bibs he and Yukiko used to have that she held onto after they woke up. "...Kanji. You made these?" "Well yeah, y'see…" Kanji closed in on Yosuke's ear to whisper to him so Dojima or Nanako couldn't hear, both of them still in awe at the children. "Yu told me bout what happened with Yukiko back when we woke up from all that crap and…i thought it would be nice to give you some new ones." Yosuke hugged Kanji who was surprised but hugged him back. "Thank you. Yukiko's gonna love these." "Hey, that's what brothers do, eh?" Everyone then headed to Yukiko's room, congratulating and giving her company.

Yu noticed that Chie was gone and went back to the viewing area to see her still looking at all of the children with a big smile. "Still looking?" Yu said, putting his hand on Chie's shoulder. "Yu, just think. In a few months. We're gonna have our little boy or girl there. And…it's gonna be the greatest moment of our lives." Chie said, putting her hands on her stomach. Yu put his hands over hers and looked at her with a smile. "It will. And also I won't promise that I won't cry." Yu said, chuckling before Chie laughed alongside him. "Oh believe me, my eyes are gonna be all dry and crusty when it's all said and done! I'll look like some weird alien creature!" Chie said, snarling like an animal and holding her hands up to her face like they were claws. Yu laughed and the both of them headed back to meet up with everyone else.
