As the pair began to walk Goku noticed his body felt much lighter. He felt as though the world around him was clearer too. "Hey Bell. What does joining a Familia mean?" He questioned his white haired friend.

"Oh" Bell said putting his finger to his chin. "Joining a Familia is like joining a family, but you also get a Falna from your patron Deity. It basically makes you stronger" Bell explained. He wasn't sure how much a Falna was going to help Goku, but he felt that he could at least give him and idea on what the Goddess gave him.

"Hm." Goku gave a hum as he raised his hand and shot a ki blast from it without warning Bell. "I can use my ki again!" Goku said with a bright smile dispersing his ki as it was shooting into the sky.

"T-That was magic!" Bell said in admiration. He'd always wanted to learn magic, and even prayed to use it at times, however even with his increase in stat gains he could never use it. "Awh man" Bell complained.

Goku tilted his head to the side at the boys change in expression. "That wasn't magic that was Ki" Goku tried to explain. "Why do you look so sad?" Goku questioned.

"Well I can't really tell the difference between either" Bell admitted as the two regained their pace. "But I forgot to ask goddess Hestia to update my status" Bell admitted.

"I'm sorry we got so carried away with me" Goku admitted rubbing the back of his head as he apologized. "But I'm sure your status will be good if we keep training" Goku said brightly causing Bell to perk up.

"You're right" He said trying to stay upbeat like his new friend.

The pair stopped at a local discount clothing store for Goku to pick up a new orange shirt to put over his gi. Although a bit uncomfortable Bell didn't want Eina to see the Saiyan already sporting ripped and torn clothes. Soon after the two arrived to the guild hall and called for Eina by name.

Eina's Office

"Hello Bell and..." Eina said to the pair unsure of who the newcomer was. "Err and you are?" Eina questioned normally enjoying her one on one time with Bell and teaching how to Adventure in a safe way.

"Hi I'm Goku" The Saiyan replied. "I came here to sign up as an adventurer for the Hestia family" Goku said. His honest and innocent tone getting to Eina. All the while handing over his application.

'Great another one.' The Half-Elf thought to herself. He looked rather sturdy but his attitude made it clear that he was also the type to run head first into danger. "And why do you want to become an adventurer in the dungeon" Eina questioned. It became a normality to ask that question to the greenhorns. It was normally how she could tell how long they'd last at this point.

"I want to help Bell train in the dungeon" Goku said happily. "I also have to pay for the roof I broke" Goku admitted rubbing the back of his head remembering his accident.

Eina gave a dumbfounded look. Never had she heard a comment like that. The debt part was normal, but to simply train someone? That wasn't a reason to become an adventurer. "And you don't want any of the fame or glory of going into the deeper floors?" Eina questioned. She wanted to know what the newcomer thought of diving deep as soon as they came.

"I mean. We'll get there eventually, but we need to train and build up his fighting skills first." Goku admitted to the Half-elf. His kind and honest tone hitting Eina like a sack of bricks.

'Is he serious' Eina thought to herself as her eyes darted to Bell who was a little flustered at what Goku said remember what he told Eina when he first came. "Ahem" Eina vocally cleared her throat. "I'll approve your application and we'll respect your privacy as you wrote out on your application. Do you know what kind of Attendant you'd like?" Eina asked.

She liked the newcomer. It wasn't often that someone gave the response they did. They normally wanted to become first class adventures and die. It happened so often that Eina had become emotionally blind at that point. The only Adventurer she had was Bell, and with Goku he seemed to be safe and stuck to the earlier floors.

"I'd like you as my advisor please" Goku requested with a kind expression that Eina rarely saw.

The Half-Elf took a minute to think. 'If I have them both wont it be safer? Plus I'll still know what floors Bell goes to' Eina gave a nod. "Alright I'll see what I can do. Since Bell is here too I'll have him exchange his Crystals in front of you so you'll know what to do with the ones you've collected." Eina said as the group stood and moved to the front.

Guild Exchange

At the exchange Bell gave his example getting roughly five thousand Valis from his exchange. "It's pretty simple" He explained standing by Eina as the two watched Goku move towards the exchange pulling out a sack of crystals which shocked Eina.

"What's he doing?" Eina questioned with a glance to Bell. "He's exchanging the Crystals he got yesterday" Bell explained. Eina's eyes widened as she spoke once again. "How does he have crystals?" The Half-Elf questioned.

Bell had to explain the events that transpired last night, and let the information settling in the Half-Elf's head before she spoke. "Hey Bell. Adventurers never.." She said pausing to wait for the boys response.

"Adventurers never go looking for adventures" Bell said in response having Eina beat it into his head since they met. "But he didn't go for an adventure he just came to save me" Bell said as he notice a smile on Eina's face.

"So long as he keeps you safe it's fine." Eina admitted as Goku came to the group.

"I ended up getting ten thousand" Goku said with a bright smile on his face. Eina and Bell widened their eyes. Bell seemed to misunderstand how Goku had gotten to him so fast.

"H-How many monsters did you beat looking for me?" Bell questioned having skipped over that little bit of information until now.

"Oh. I lost count after the first floor. They just kept coming so I took them out." Goku explained. Unlike Bell he hadn't picked his fights as much in the dungeon. Simply slaying any creature that dared come into his path with bad intentions.

"R-Right. Alright lets head to the dungeon, but first... The Hostess of Fertility" Bell said with a gloomy expression. He wasn't sure how he was going to explain his stunt. All the same the pair made their way to the place they hadn't dined and dashed from before.

The Attendants Office

As Eina went into the back office thinking over the experience from before. Goku didn't seem like a bad influence on Bell since he didn't seem to aspire to be a top tier adventurer and fixing a roof wouldn't cost that much.

While she was deep in thought about the newcomer her ears caught the sound of her fellow workers speaking about Goku.

"Isn't that the guy who beat up Bell?" Rose said as she walked towards Eina. "How was your talk with him? Is he gonna become another rising star that dies off early?" Rose said with her typical nonchalant fashion. After all Rose was a veteran attendant who'd seen her fair share of promising Adventurers die off.

For once Eina had to think about her response. "Uhm" She seemed to have a hard time wording it perfectly. "He wants to become an adventurer to fix a roof, and to train Bell?" She said still a bit confused that was his intention. "He also doesn't care about becoming a first class adventurer or even going deep into the dungeon" Eina said with a bright smile as Rose gave a look even more confused than Eina.

"Did hell freeze over? Never heard a reason that wasn't fame or money" Rose said slapping her hand against her face. "Since he's reasonable though. I think you should take him since his goal seems to be Bell" Rose teased the Half-Elf as Rose began to walk away leaving Eina in her confused state that effected her whole workday.

Hostess of Fertility

"WE'RE VERY SORRY!" The Monkey and Rabbit said in unison to Mama Mia. Both handing their share of the night prior to the owner. Without a second thought the owner took her dues.

"You're lucky you know Syr" Mama Mia said with a cold gleam in her eye. "Otherwise this wouldn't be a talk. Since one of you turned the walkway in front of our inn into a crater" Mama Mia said glaring at Goku

He couldn't see it but the presence of a woman's anger was enough to pressure even the strongest Saiyan Warrior. "I'm sorry!" Goku repeated as Mama Mia laughed.

"It's alright. Loki saw it as Bete's fault so she paid to repair it. I hear Bete is looking for you so I'd be careful" Mama Mia said with a bellowing laugh.

To her surprise Goku seemed to pull out another pouch of Valis. Still in his bowing stance he spoke. "Can I please have some more" Goku requested which shocked Mama Mia.

"Err We don't open up until later" She said, however given his state she figured she could help a little. "Syr give your little guy friend his lunch I'm gonna bag up some left overs for the spikey haired fellow" Mama Mia said heading to the back.

Syr didn't miss a beat handing off her lunch to Bell with a blush on both of their faces. "T-Thank you" Bell said as Goku stood back tall as ever.

It wasn't too much longer until Mama Mia brought back a much larger lunch box for the Saiyan and took his money. "It's more than normal, but I can't charge you much since it's old" Mama Mia clarified.

"That's fine" Goku said drooling at the mouth as he took the meal into his own hands. Holding it close to his chest like a lover he'd met again after a long time.

"Right then. Lets get to the dungeon" Bell said bright eyed as the pair quickly left the Hostess of Fertility and to their first adventure as a team.
