Hey there,

here's the next chapter. This chapter deals with the feelings from a few people who cares about Harvey. I decided not to write something about Mike cause he was there when he was stabbed and in the ambulance and after he went home a talked to Rachel. I thought maybe it'd be too much.

Hope you enjoy :)

It was the worst night of Donna's life. All she could think about was Harvey and ven after falling asleep, she dreamed about him. As soon as her cell phone rings she rushes afraid to look at it because it could be the hospital telling her Harvey's gone. But it's always someone else: either Rachel or Mike checking up on her or Marcus who's still on his way and doesn't get a plane to New York that fast.

Every time she closes her eyes she hears the shot and sees Harvey fall backwards, blood everywhere and Mike unable to hold the wound. Harvey bleeds out in front of her and she can't do anything, not even hold his hand and assure him everything will be fine because damn Huntley holds her tight and won't let go. And then he closes his eyes and stops breathing and Donna wakes up; every god damn time…

Donna gives up sleep around 5 AM. Visiting hours don't start until 8 am and she's considering sneaking into his room but doesn't want to risk being banned. She makes herself a coffee and sits on her couch with a blanket. She remembers how they first met and how strange it must be for people if they'd tell them. She just walked up to him and talked and told him what to do. She smiles and wipes a separation. Harvey's reaction to the sex part was so honest that she wasn't really expecting it. But that's exactly what she loves him for - his honesty, he says straight out what's on his mind, that's one of the many things that makes him so special. He's not perfect, no one is, but to Donna he's the most perfect person ever. There is absolutely nothing she would change about him. She loves his emotional side, which he so seldom shows and when he does it's only Donna; how he always pretends he doesn't care but will move heaven and earth to protect the people he loves - like he's done with Mike now - but what she loves most about him is his eyes when he smiles. When he smiles, it's genuine and heartfelt, making Donna melt every time.

She would give anything to see that smile now.

Donna smiles and cries at the same time. "I love him" she tells herself "I love him"

It's the first time in all these years that she's admitted that. She didn't do it the other time, she didn't do it when Louis asked her in front of witnesses and not all the many other times she had the opportunity.

She remembers the day he hired Mike and how she watched him starting to care about him even though he'd never admit it. His actions told her everything and how disappointed he was when Mike betrayed him with Jessica and he forgave him anyway.

But one of the best memories is the dinner Party with her mother and her weird boyfriend and of course their ritual they never told someone what they really do. Expect Mike, she knows he knows but she nerven felt betrayed or anything.

"We need a new ritual"

"uhm maybe we can think of something to do with a can opener?"

He takes the bottle opener from the waiter unnoticed and holds it in front of donna while looking at her with a smile.

"Harvey, That's the dumbest thing i've ever heard" she said looking at him. Then she thinks about it and laughs "actually"

"I love you Harvey" she whispers" "but I can never tell you…"

Donna's thoughts are interrupted by a knock on the door. It's Mike who wants to look after her and brings breakfast.

"I'm not hungry Mike"

"Donna, you have to eat something, Rachel forced me too and she was right. You need your strength and you can't be there for him if you break down." Donna nods in agreement.

"She eats a bagel and has another cup of coffee and then they go to the hospital.

At Pearson Specter, the mood is gloomy. Everyone knows what happened, everyone knows what happened to Harvey and who is responsible for it. Jessica has to answer every minute how he is doing so she decides to say so in a meeting where everyone will be informed.

Jessica can hardly concentrate, but hides it well. She knows everyone thinks she's cold and doesn't care, but everyone also knows that she and Harvey have a special bond. Nevertheless, the looks of the others are as if they would say "How can you just not care?"

She thinks about that postman who years ago stood up for a completely rude old woman, for whom she financed law school and has never regretted it. She would trade everyone in the company for Harvey. He never does what she says and he drives her crazy, but he's the best lawyer and best partner she's ever worked with and it's been a heck of a lot.

"Jessica, you wanted to speak to me?"

"That was hours ago"

"I had a morning appointment"

Jessica looks up at him

"Sure" she said and smiled

"you should try it too" he says and smiles.

"Shut up! You gotta do something for me"

"everything"

"pro bono"

"everything but that"

"Harvey, we have to do these things sometimes"

"I'm not saying we shouldn't, I'm saying I shouldn't"

Jessica laughs and shakes her head at the thought of it. She knew Harvey wouldn't care. She knew he would pass it on to Mike.

Louis is sad, he doesn't know how to behave. Last year he did everything he could to get him fired and yesterday he told him he wouldn't work there.

"I wish you had never come here from the DA Office. Then I would have been a name partner. Jessica just didn't choose me because she idolized and never valued me or my work and never will."

"You know Louis, I always knew you were jealous and didn't like me but I didn't know you hate me that much. You're not a name partner because Jessica doesn't trust you, it's because you're sneaky and only have your advantage in mind. You proved that last year and we forgave you. You did it so many times but now ist enough. Were done. And if you hate working with me that much then you should leave the firm. There wont be much people who'd miss you" Says Harvey and leaves.

Louis regretted it before he even finished speaking. He was just upset and now he doesn't really know why he was so mad. It was just a damn case he wanted to take on and Harvey got it.

They used to be friends, they always worked together and covered and supported each other. That changed the moment Harvey became senior partner, Louis has been always jealous of him. He was that when Harvey became junior partner before him, when brought Donna with him and he wasn't allowed to have an assistant himself, when he became senior partner and when he got his name on the wall. Louis never congratulated him for nothing even though he knew that Harvey's deserves it.

He can't hold back his tears because he realizes it was always his fault. It is his fault that the relationship between the two has taken a negative turn. He'll do whatever it takes to get things back to how they were once Harvey gets back. If he comes back…

Rachels couldn't sleep either. She cares about Harvey cause she knows how much he means to Mike and the other way around and how Harvey helped her with Lucy when Mike went to jail. She loves him. He taught her so much about law, life and loyalty she completely thinks differnltz about it now. She can't focus on her college project, she'd have an exam in a few days but she'll cancel it as soon as the work day starts. She has to be strong because Mike and Donna needs her. As worse as it is for her, for them it is even worse and especially for Donna. She never understood why they aren't a couple.

"Rachel, what can I do for you?"

"Hey Harvey, uhm… it's.. it's Mike's birthday and Donna is visiting her partners, I… I thought maybe you want to come by and we could…"

"of course, I'd love to. I have a meeting in 15, is it okay when I come at 8?"

"8 is perfect. Thank you Harvey, I'll prepare everything"

Harvey knew it was his birthday but he was so tired that the only thing he wanted was to go home and lay down. But then Rachel called and he couldn't say no. He couldn't because he still felt guilty and because he knew how much it would mean to Rachel and how important it was for her.

He bought an ice bear for Lucy which was bigger then her itself. She was so happy about it. "Thank you uncle Harvey." she said with happy eyes and gave him a hug.

"she really loves you, you know?" Rachel said

"I really love her, too" answers Harvey

"I saw him today" said Harvey taking a sip of his drink. "He tried to call you but there were some trouble and the prisoners weren't allowed to call anyone. It hasn't nothing to do with Mike that I can say for sure. " he reassured her. "He's fine and next year your gonna celebrate together, I promise"

"Thank you, Harvey" Rachel said with a sad smile on her face.

That night she realized how much she loved Harvey and how she wouldn't want to miss him in her life. They laughed, they drunk and they even took photos with and without Lucy.

"Thank you Harvey, for everything. Thank you for coming tonight. I know how tired you are, I just didn't know whom to call and…"

"I'm glad you did" he interrupts and he means it. "I didn't know how much I needed it myself." He said honestly

"Good night Harvey"

"Good night Rachel"

"Marcus" Donna greets and hugs him. "And you must be Lilly." She looks at the older woman next to Marcus. "That's me, nice to meet you Donna, I've heard a lot about you," she says, smiling at her. "Ah, really?" Donna asks raising an eyebrow.

"Yeah, Harvey always tells something about you when he speaks to Marcus, I was sure you two we..."

"Mom" Marcus interrupts

"I'm sorry, how is Harvey, can I see him?"

"Lilly, I don't really think it's a good idea for you to go in there. He needs rest and if he hears you I don't know what it would do to him."

"Donna, I'm sorry, but he's my son and I want to see him."

"I think we should wait until he gets better"

"Donna, with all due respect, he's in a coma, he can't hear anything. I just want to see him for a moment."

"Your not going in there" screams Mike, who just walks up and overhears her last sentence. Everyone turns to Mike.

"And you are?" asks Lily

"Mike, Mike Ross. Someone who really cares about Harvey"

"I'm his mother," Lilly argues

"But not a good one," Mike shoots back

"Mike please" Marcus says "not now" Mike shakes his hand which he extends to him.

"Nice to see you, Mike"

"Nice to see you too, I just wish it were under different circumstances"

"You want to see him?"

"Yes, sure, but..." He looks at Lilly.

"No," says Mike, "not until he's at least a little better."

"I'm family, I have a right to know how he's doing. If I want, I can ban you all from seeing him," says Lilly angrily

"MOM, THAT'S ENOUGH" Marcus looks at her angrily.

"YOU MAY HAVE NERVES. YOU LOST THAT RIGHT WHEN HE HAD TO COVER YOUR SECRETS. WHEN YOU FORCED HIM TO. HE WAS A CHILD, HE TRUSTED YOU" Mike is so angry he can barely control himself."YOU HAV... "

"Mike stop" Donna stops him.

"Mom you should go now"

"But I..."

"No, let's talk about this later, but for now you all need to calm down and I want to go see my brother now."

Marcus goes to Harvey, Lilly goes at her hotel and Mike and Donna stay in the waiting room. Later, Lilly comes back and apologizes.

"I did not mean that. I was just mad that you wouldn't let me see him," she says.

Mike and Donna talked about it while they were alone and decided to let her see him.

"but if there's only the slightly difference in a worse directon, you'll go out right away and you're not allowed back in, got it?" asks Mike

"Got it" and makes his way to Harvey.

Marcus enters Harvey's room and pauses for a moment. He's lying there vulnerable like he's never seen him before. His brother who always protected him from everything and everyone.

"Hey..." greets Marcus.

"What are you doing?, What the hell did you think when you jumped in front of a bullet?"

Marcus sits in the chair next to Harvey's bed and strokes his arm.

"But that's the way you are, right? always protect the others, no matter what it costs. You've always been like that" she says and a tear rolls down his cheek.

"You have to fight Harvey, you're my brother, I need you. We're all so worried, the kids have been asking for weeks when they will see you again and why you visit them so seldom. They love you and I know you do love them, too. Everyone here is worried about you. We all need you buddy. You need to fight Harvey, you have to..."

After Marcus leaves, it's Lilly who next goes to see him.

"Omg Harvey. My little boy," says Lilly, patting Harvey's cheek. She can't help but cry. "I'm so, so sorry...for everything. I've never been a good mom, what I expected from you... I... I know there's no excuse for that. But I want you to know that I am so so sorry and I know you probably won't believe me, but I love you Harvey. Please, come back. Even if it means I can't see you again, I just want to know that you're okay, that you're safe," she says, kissing his hand.

She then bends down and gives him a kiss on his cheack and then she leaves Harvey's rooma.

I hope you liked it so far and it wasn't not boring. I though it would be good to write about how they feel.

Reviews and suggestions for improvement are always welcome :)
