"Hello, one and all. My name is Venusmon. I might be a powerful digimon, but I hate fighting. I love to spread love. I would like to help others find love just like a matchmaker. That's exactly what I'm going to do. There are two of humans that are camping out in the Digital World with their friends. There's something there, but it seems that those two need a little persuasion on what they might be missing. Let's help them out with that."

Venusmon has decided to play a bit of matchmaking and try to help two people get together. It was just as she said. Davis and his friends decided to go camping in the Digital World, but they already decided to go to sleep and hit the hay. However, that was when Venusmon decided to make her move. She used a little bit of her power to get two of them dreaming. Those two happened to be Davis himself with Kari. The two of them have been friends for years, but Davis always felt something towards Kari. Kari never really gave him a chance. Now, they're both eighteen and are still just friends. Well, Venusmon might soon change that as both of them were having the same dream.

The Dream

The Dream takes place in the real world, but they think they're a little older. Davis came walking out of a bar and was feeling good about himself. Since it's just a dream, and since he never had alcohol in his real life, he never knew what it's like being drunk.

"Man, nothing a like nice cold drink to help you relax in the night." Davis said as he was on his way out.

"Come on, baby."

"Please just leave me alone." That was when Davis looked down an alleyway and saw what looked like Kari, but she was being harassed by some guy. It looked like she wanted to leave, but the guy put her arms in a vice grip and wasn't going to leave her alone.

"You're hurting me!" Kari said.

"I'll make it hurt." The guy said as he was about to really let Kari have it, but that was when Davis acted. He came and knocked the guy right in the face and got him to let go of Kari.

"Didn't you hear the lady? She said no." Davis said.

"Big mistake." The guy said as he charged right at Davis and tackled him and the two of them started fighting. Kari just stood there and watched in horror as the two of them fought. Davis tried his best to fight back, but the guy got a few good hits in himself. However, Davis gained control of the fight and knocked him into some trashcans. After that, Davis just stood there with him a little beaten, but he was the winner. "Forget this. I'm out of here." He got up and just got out of there.

"Thank you so much." Kari said.

"Sure... No problem..." Davis said before he dropped to one knee and tried to remain conscious. Seeing that, Kari hurried over to him and knew she had to do something to help.

"Hang on. The hotel I'm staying at isn't that far from here." Kari said. "Let's get you cleaned up and some first aid." She couldn't just leave him beaten like that and took him back to the hotel to help him.

The Hotel

Kari brought Davis back to the hotel she was staying at. She helped him with his injuries and got him cleaned up. It didn't seem like a doctor was really needed. The two of them just sat on the bed and she just finished cleaning his wounds.

"That should do it. Nothing looks too bad." Kari said. "You should be fine within a few days."

"Thanks." Davis said. He was rather anxious about this. They were in a nice hotel with a beautiful girl, but he was trying hard not to try anything. The poor girl already went through a lot. "Well... I think I should get going. You probably want to be alone and put the whole thing behind you."

"Wait." Kari said as she grabbed him by the arm and kept him from going anywhere. "You don't...have to go so soon. You should at least take it a little easy. Just wait around here until you feel well enough to leave."

"You sure?" Davis asked.

"Uh... Yeah... I mean, I don't want to be alone after that." Kari said. "After seeing what you did back there, I think I might be in good hands." Davis liked the sound of that and felt okay with him staying. "Uh... If you don't mind, I think I'm going to take a shower to help me relax."

"Not at all." Davis said as he allowed her to go. Kari walked right into the bathroom and tried taking a relaxing shower. Davis just hung around the hotel room since she wanted him to stay. Davis has an idea of what he wants to happen, but he wants to be respectable for her. Kari was in the bathroom for some time as he heard the water shut off. Davis just wondered around the hotel room until he noticed the bathroom door was slightly opened. He took a look inside and caught a glimpse of Kari with a towel loosely around her. He blushed, but he backed away and sat back on the bed to try and act like he didn't see anything. That was when Kari came walking back in with a robe around her.

"Are you okay?" Kari said.

"Fine." Davis said as he tried to act innocent. Kari sat back on the bed with Davis' insides turning even more.

"I... I just want to say thank you again for what you did." Kari said.

"Well, you needed a little help from that jerk." Davis said.

"Still, you took a beating to try and defend me. No one has ever done something like that for me before." Kari said. "Seeing that, I feel...secure...and you're quite a guy. I'm sorry... Is that weird? Is this weird?"

"No... Not at all... Besides, it was nothing." Davis claimed, but Kari grabbed a hold of his hand.

"Not to me." Kari said. The two looked at each other and felt a force drawing them in as the two of them actually kissed each other and it felt like it could go somewhere more.

"Wait." Davis said as he pulled back. "That's not why I did it. I don't want you to think that I... I..."

"I don't." Kari claimed. "It's just... I feel drawn to you..." Kari claimed as she kissed him once again and was allowing whatever happens to happen. Davis went along with it as the two of them were having a great moment together. Davis opened up her robe as he placed Kari down on the bed. As he hovered over her, he removed his clothes with Kari helping out by unbuckling his pants. Once all his clothes came off, both of them saw each other fully exposed and they both loved what they saw. Kari ran her hands over his abs and that alone felt nice to Davis. Especially when she worked her hands down his body.

"Oh..." Davis moaned from the just the hands alone. He played his part as he slid his hands over her body and she felt shivers running through her body. Davis lowered himself down to her and placed his lips against hers. The two of them slid their hands against each other gently and smoothly. It was like they both had silk wrapped around them. The two of them rolled over with Kari over him now. Kari worked her way down his body, but Davis had to be sure about this. "Wait... Wait..."

"What?" Kari asked.

"As much as I love this, I want you to be sure. That guy was coming down hard on you." Davis said.

"He was, but you're being gentle and considerate." Kari said as she shows that what she wants. That's really all Davis wants as he sat up and had Kari positioned to sit right on top of his lap. Once he had her there, she felt something pierce her and she enjoyed it. The two of them sat like that as Davis pushed against her. Kari felt his hot breath brush against her skin and she loved it. She held his head close and let him do the work as she planted kissed around his head. During the whole course, Davis was careful and considerate just like she wanted. Both of them felt so relaxed and loved by the other. As they both continued on like that, they looked right at each other and felt that love even more by looking into the others eyes when they felt something coming for both of them. That was when everything went black.

Reality

Davis shot himself straight up from that dream considering what was about to happen between the two of them in that dream. He couldn't believe that dream really just happened to him. He took a quick look inside his sleeping bag and saw a bit of a problem. When he saw that, he got out of there and tried to fix it. What he didn't see was that Kari's eyes were open. She didn't see him, but she was embarrassed about what happened to her.

...

The Next Morning

"You're up early, Davis." Ken said as all of the others got up with Davis already awake and trying to make some breakfast.

"Yeah... Had a bit of a rough time sleeping after a dream." Davis said. When Davis said that, Kari blushed as it made her think of that dream. When the two of them looked at each other, both of them blushed even more. Still, the dream felt so real. Both of them felt a sense of happiness, Davis felt blissed, and Kari felt like there was more to Davis than she thought. "Kari... I was wondering... Maybe we could..."

"Do you want to go out to dinner later? Just the two of us?" Kari asked with him being surprised.

"Yes! I mean...I would like to." Davis said. Something about that dream just put things in perspective.

"Why did you ask him out?" Yolei questioned.

"I don't know... I guess I just felt something..." Kari said as she's willing to give Davis a chance. That dream was a bit persuasive. What none of them saw was that Venusmon was high above them and she had a part in it. With a lauch feeling like she accomplished something, she took off to spread even more love and form new love.
