Am back, to the people who reviewed Shockwaves, I'll take your advice and just call Naruto, Naruto. I'm still going to have people call him that as that will be his codename and what he goes by on missions. Only his close friends will know the original name.
Weaver was balancing on a rock. He may have been an S-rank shinobi, known and feared far and wide but he still had his fair share of things to learn. When one's ability is centered on manipulating the dead, there is an infinite number of things he could do. So far, his ability that made him so feared was the ability to revive the dead. That was his strongest ability, he could summon the souls of dead people and put them in clay dolls after making a contract or agreement with them. After making the agreement, the souls will fight for him or whatever they agreed to, Weaver can control them, or they can control themselves depending on what Weaver does. There were only a few weaknesses that being it taking a while to summon the dead and make an agreement, the strength of the dolls was based on himself, and every technique the dolls performed was taken from his chakra pool.
Luckily these weaknesses weren't that big for Weaver as he already had several souls, he made contracts with so that they would fight and serve him. He trained his speed as it was 1 of, if not the most important thing for his dolls that could reform themselves to have. And, he had plenty of chakra for his dolls to use, plus the chakra allowed them to strengthen their techniques.
Weaver was currently practicing his ability to connect to souls. Like most of his abilities, it had several uses. He could use it to approximate how long until they die assuming no new factors came into play. He could use it as a beacon to track people and he could even use it as a weapon to weaken people. He could make them feel fear, hesitate, make them ill, slightly harm them physically, and even do things like poisoning them. The ability relied on his ability to focus since he would have to change his heart rate to perfectly match theirs. Telling their heart rate was quite easy, the hard part was perfectly syncing them.
Once he was able to change his heart rate, he then just had to use his chakra to pull on their soul and connect it with his. Once he completed that, he could start altering their souls. It required the utmost concentration to do, but when mastered, was an excellent and useful ability. When he didn't have something to target and test on, he would balance on the point of a spike with the tip of his boot while reaching his chakra and soul out like a radar, searching and feeling the environment around him.
Weaver jumped up avoiding the bone that swung below him. This was part of it, he would have to dodge attacks while doing the exercise. With his ability to control surrounding bone which there happened to be a lot of, he was able to set up a system where a random bone would come out in an attempt to strike him. Weaver continued to send his chakra out, only when he could raise and lower his heart rate to match the numbers he had carved out on rocks, could he rest.
Weaver continued the exercise while dodging each attack. He finally managed to get it to his standard and took apart the system and moved onto the next exercise. This exercise was a continuation of reaching other souls. When he got good enough, he could use the soul of an agreeing person and make weapons out of it. He could either make the real physical weapons or use them as spiritual weapons to attack the soul of another person. The soul parts he uses will be return and Weaver could use his own soul if he needed.
He would practice this by turning his soul into weapons attacking things. All he had to do separate the spiritual parts of his chakra from the physical parts and manipulate his soul and connect it with his physical chakra. He would then solidify it and try to form it. He had done it before but found himself using the ability less and less since he started mainly fighting with his skull staff.
Weaver successfully did the process and made several sharp round blades that he flung into the wall. They each easily pierced it before turning back into chakra and his soul and came back to his body.
These were just the tip of his abilities, but he had to go back now. 3 months had passed, and he has 2 years and 11 months to collect the rest of the Jinchuuriki. Weaver took a deep breath before sending himself back to the normal world.
Weaver looked around the clearing to see if Fuu or Gaara returned yet. He saw no one so he sat down to wait. He waited until he heard 2 simultaneous poofs. Weaver looked up and saw Gaara and Fuu both standing in the clearing after completing their training.
"Hello, Gaara, Fuu. We have a full schedule right now. We are going to meet with some people I know, they have some important information," Weaver said. "Before we do that, tell me what you learned and what your summoning animal is."
Fuu decided to speak up first, "Well, I got jumping spiders. They taught me how to solidify my chakra and I can use it to form things and make threads. I can use the solid chakra to form barriers or weapons. I can also make chakra that slows down things in it. I tested it out and found I could wrap things with it so I can slow down targets." Weaver nodded and thought about the advantages of this technique.
Gaara stepped forth and explained his technique, "I've learned to make rings called transmission holes. I am capable of sending things through them so I can move things around the battlefield. I can move myself through them and anyone who gives me permission. I can alter the transmission holes to do things like linking some so they send things to each other. I can also do something like making them infuse something onto another although it takes time to set up the rings since I have to set up symbols on the rings." Weaver nodded again at that, both of their abilities were useful and could be used in several different ways.
"Ok, well I should probably explain my abilities too. I can make contracts with dead people and put their souls into dolls to fight for me. I can connect to people's souls to do things like giving them diseases. At a higher level than that, I can use the souls of people who allow me to, to make weapons. I can control bones and darkness. I have other abilities too but those are some of my more notable ones. My summon, is with skeletons," Weaver explained. "Now, let's go!"
Fuu and Gaara nodded as they started following Weaver. Gaara on his sand cloud, and Fuu with her wings. They passed through towns, rivers, forests, and more as they ran day and night to their destination. They stopped running one night at a town, "Ok, here we are," said Weaver. He went and climbed up a building and sat there, waiting. Gaara and Fuu quickly followed and sat down too.
Suddenly, a flock of crows came and started forming a body. Fuu's eyes widened in shock as she saw the S-rank missing nin, Itachi Uchiha. "How nice of you to arrive, Itachi. I'm assuming Jiraiya didn't come with you," said Weaver, nonchalantly talking with an S-rank missing nin from his village.
"No, he didn't come with me, it would be nice if he did though," replied Itachi.
"Um, Weaver, why are you talking with an S-rank missing nin like it is a normal thing to do?" asked Fuu.
"Because he is one my contacts. We are both posing as missing nin for the village. Although Itachi is working as a spy and I am, well gathering the Jinchuuriki," answered Weaver. Fuu just looked between the 2 S-rank shinobi. So young for someone of their status.
At that moment, Jiraiya chose to appear. "Hey Weaver, Itachi, you guys made it," said Jiraiya.
"Correct," said Itachi.
"Well, I believe we should exchange the information we got, Itachi?" declared Jiraiya.
"As you know, I have infiltrated a secret organization. This group is called the Akatsuki, we are currently completing missions and amassing funds. After, we will start hunting the Jinchuuriki for a plan on world peace. I don't know how they plan to do that though," shared Itachi. Gaara's and Fuu's eyes widened after hearing that.
Jiraiya just nodded in response, "Weaver?"
"I am currently going after the Jinchuuriki of the Stone. There are 2 of them, Han and Roshi. They are both at the moment, traveling hermits. I don't know how easy it will be to get them to join the group. Anyways, I also got some information from the summons. Apparently, Iwagakure and Kumogakure are planning an alliance and a future attack on Konoha. If my information is correct, the attack should happen a bit after I return to the village," said Weaver. This time, everyone except Weaver's eyes widened.
"This is urgent news, Itachi, Weaver, stay in this town. I will report back to the village and ask what to do," said Jiraiya. Itachi and Weaver both gave a small nod as Jiraiya ran off. The 4 remaining people went and leapt into a nearby forest and set up camp.
"So, Itachi, what are you planning on doing?" asked Weaver.
"I will continue spying inside the Akatsuki while leaking information, depending on what Jiraiya has for us, I will change my course of action. Anyways, are you absolutely confident that the Cloud and Stone are planning an attack on us?" replied Itachi,
Weaver gave a short nod, "Correct, the skeletons throughout those villages have told me so. They plan to start a war and get back at us for the previous wars. They chose this moment because of the Kiri civil war and Suna being incapable of helping us from their weakened state." The 2 shinobi both went quiet and sat their waiting for Jiraiya to return.
They spent the next few days simply waiting for Jiraiya to come. Weaver sat on top of a rock, evading Fuu and Gaara who he had try to hit him with sticks. He was practicing connecting souls again and he was trying to see if Jiraiya was nearby. Suddenly, his eyes snapped open, and he broke the 2 sticks as he saw Jiraiya back at the building the met at originally.
"There he is," said Weaver as he got up and ran down to the building. Itachi quickly followed and Gaara and Fuu both flew down. They all sat down as Jiraiya cleared his throat.
"Orders from the Hokage, Weaver, continue with what you were doing but keep us updated on the situation with Kumo and Iwa. Itachi, your orders have been changed drastically. On the day of Weaver's return which I believe you know, meet with him at this town. You are to travel back to Konoha at top speeds. The day of Weaver's return is the day you return to Konoha as well and your mission is over," Jiraiya said. This was met with mixed reactions, Fuu and Gaara seemed indifferent, Weaver gave a short nod, and Itachi's eyes widened momentarily before nodding.
"I see, well if that is all then I'm off," said Itachi.
"Same here," said Weaver as he got up and left with Gaara and Fuu. Jiraiya just watched before sighing, this was ending in disaster and the world was most likely going to enter another great war.
"So, the stone?" asked Fuu as they were traveling to their next destination.
"Correct, we are collecting Han of the Steam Armor and Roshi of the Lava release. As I mentioned, they are traveling hermits and hold no connection with the Stone," said Weaver.

-Analysis-
Weaver at this point in time, is the strongest shinobi in the world. His normal, base, combative skills are on the level of an A-rank shinobi. He lacks durability and strength, but he is incredibly fast. What makes him the strongest is his ability to summon the dead. With it, he could summon Hashirama, or Tobirama, or any other dead person except the people who used the reaper death seal. It's broken and overpowered. He also can enter KCM and stuff but for a short time since his body can't handle it for too long. Same thing for full Bijuu mode, although he doesn't use it often.
