Emerald said when Cedric and Azure look to the side to see an amused but slightly altered Emerald who used Zetsu to sneak in but its also when they noticed his left arm looked rather demonic in nature now and no Aura was emitting from it at all.
Cedric would've blushed at the compliment but the arm thing threw him off.
"E-Emerald?… what happened to you… or what happened to your arm and… you had fun with the globs of Life and Death?!" He said while surprised at the last part.
"Well more like Life to be exact while she had fun with Death, anyway she will be back in 24 hours when Death contacts me, had to pretty much join the Death Clan but if I die, I pretty much become a special Death type warrior that pretty much works for Death and Can't reincarnate until I pay off this kind of debt,got Cynthia's soul in exchange and Life made her a new body, one that can really work wonders hehe… life gave her natural shapeshifting so she and Lillum will get a long well." Emerald said while he grins at Cedric while trying to play off what he just said as an everyday moment though the wide eyed looks he got from Azure and Cedric said otherwise.
"S-Seriously?!" Cedric said with wide eyes.
"Seriously on the serious!?" Azure said while Emerald got a half lidded look on his face.
"Yeah, wouldn't lie about that, I mean sure I need to get Cynthia back in 24 hours if you don't believe me but considering I got this freaky arm, pretty sure the lack of Aura would say much but if I'm being doubted I'll just get Cynthia in 24 hours and she will vouch for me, anyway see you two lovebirds later, going to get some grub since I worked up an appetite walking back from Death's place to the entrance." Emerald said as he got ready to jump down the hole to the living room and when he did so, he left Azure and Cedric alone.
"Okay… Aura or not… that was shocking." Cedric said.
"Yeah… even more so than your loads hehe… still on a serious note think Emerald is OK given his arm?... it was so… unnatural that I worried his arm lost all its life if not for the fact it moved." Azure said when she saw Emerald's death attribute arm… man Maite and Lillum will be so many levels of shocked later.
"No kidding. Definitely owe him big time if he went to the trouble of getting Cynthia I'll introduce him to some Death Clan women. They do love strong warriors." Cedric said.
"Maybe… for now though we should rest, 24 hours need to pass before we see anything out of this so… night Cedric… see you in the morning." Azure said when she kissed Cedric on the lips and went to hug him before she dozed off in no time… strong front aside, seems Azure was tired from many things happening this day and she fell asleep fully just now.
Cedric did smile a bit as he held the sleepy Azure close.
"Good night Azure. I love you." He said and you don't need Aura to know that it's true.
It was a bit early to do this but the scene fades to black on this day… how would the next day go is just about anyone's guess but one thing was sure, 24 hours from now would be one interesting reunion.
