One day Ash and his friends Brock and Felicia were walking into a town but then Felicia noticed a poster on the billboard who was overexcited
Felicia: oh my goodness guys I can't believe it they are having a play here and the play is my all-time favorite movie.
Ash: you are going to sign up for it right Felicia.
Felicia: you bet I am oh this is so amazing oh Pikachu isn't this wonderful she says as she picks Pikachu up and starts to dance with him and she just laughed. Brock and Ash were watching Felicia dance with Pikachu until Brock noticed that Ash's face was turning red.
Brock: hey Ash are you okay.
Ash was not listening he was too busy watching Felicia notice that Brock was talking to him. Brock was about to say it again but he knew why he is turning red.
Brock: oh I see you still have a crush on her do you.
Then Ash was out of his trance and just said wait what Brock.
Brock: you were gazing at Felicia again. You got it bad for her.
Ash: Oh no I was not grazing at her. I was just happy for her. Now I want to know if there or any male roles in this play.
Brock: why do you want to know.
Ash: oh no reason I was checking that's all. You know all friends must look after each other.
Brock: yeah sure that's the real reason.
Ash and Brock knew how much Felicia loved acting that is why she is traveling with them so that she can be an actress. Ash and Brock were also curious too on the play as well.
Brock: woah Felicia what is the name of this play.
Felicia: oh this play is called the hunchback of Notre Dame it is a very beautiful story it is a story about the person who rings the bells and tells the story of him and I have to get the role of Esmeralda.
But when Felicia was explaining to the boys about the story of the Hunchback of Notre Dame and why Esmeralda is very important to her the director of the play came out and notice that this girl was very interested in his play so he overheard Felicia saying some of the lines from the movie.
Director: excuse me miss I see that you are interested in my play. You will be the perfect Esmeralda since you know a lot of her lines.
Felicia: Oh yes and thank you so much this happens to be my favorite movie and Esmeralda is my favorite character.
Director just told them to follow him. Then Felicia and the boys continue to follow the director inside the building until Ash and Brock recognize an old friend of theirs there was also a signing up for the play as well it was Sophocles who also wanted to sign up for the play as well.
Ash: hey Sophocles are you planning on doing the play too.
Sophocles: oh hi Ash and Brock I see you are still traveling with Felicia he says pointing Gaggers at Ash. Ash just brushed he had a crush on Felicia for a while now but he never told her cause he thinks that she might not like him back.
Ash: yeah I am so what role are you trying out for but then that was when he had a thought maybe I should try out for the play too.
Sophocles: oh I am getting the lead role. I don't know that much about him but all I know he is suppose to be the hero of the story.
Then Felicia walked up with a surprised expression on her face and noticed that Sophocles was going to play Quasimodo.
Sophocles: oh yes. So who are you going to be?
Felicia: I will be playing Esmeralda.
Then suddenly the Director came in and noticed that he didn't have anyone that can play the roles of the captain of the guard and Chopin. Then he noticed Ash and Brock but Felicia wanted to know who was playing Frollo and the other characters.
Director: excuse me do you boys know any acting we don't have enough actors that can play these roles so I was hoping that you two would. Then he handed Ash and Brock their scripts. They looked curious Felicia came up to them cause she wanted to know who they were playing as.
Brock: Oh sure I don't know much about acting but I will give it a try. How about you Ash.
Ash: yes of course and after all it could be fun. So who am I playing as?
Director: you will be playing Captain Phoebus you are the captain of the guard and Esmeralda's love interest.
When Ash heard the love interest his face turned bright red again cause Felicia is going to be Esmeralda.
Ash: uhh, uhh thank you, sir he said nervously.
Brock: Now I am going to be colphin he is a very silly guy who happens to be the narrator of the story.
Director: Now I called two special people to play judge Frollo and The Archdeacon oh here they come now.
Then outside of the theater there was a car and a man came out and it was Professor Oak.
Ash: Hi Professor are you here for the play too.
Oak: yes I am here to play the Archdeacon what about you Ash.
Ash: I am going to be Captain Phoebus. But he is going to change to Captain Ash actually
Oak: oh very nice you know you are the love interest to Esmeralda
Ash: yes I know that.
Felicia: Oh don't worry Ash I am sure you will be a great Captain of the guard. I know you can do it. Oh hi, Professor Oak, I see you are here for the play too.
Oak: yes I am it is great to fanilly meet you.
Felicia: it is nice to meet you too professor oak what role are you going to be.
Oak: I will be playing the archdeacon.
Felicia: oh that is great now all we need now is Frollo.
Finally after a long time of waiting then a limo showed up and everyone was shocked to see who came out of the limo but everyone was not happy except for Felicia cause she doesn't know who this person is. The person that came out of the limo is Giovanni the leader of team rocket and right behind him was Jessie and James who also got roles in the play to they are going to play some of the soldiers in the play. Then the director came over to them to greet them and welcome them. But when everyone else saw him they were all glaring at him but the one that was not happy about Giovanni being here the most was professor oak.
Giovanni noticed the looks that he was getting but he just ignored them and just walked over to the director and just said thank you for having me join your play. The director just said it is an honor that you can even be here and I can't picture anyone that can play judge Frollo than you. Professor Oak is not the only one that is not happy about the bad guys being here. Ash and Brock are not happy that Jesse and James being here and hope that they are not here to steal their pokemon.
Brock: look Ash what do you think team rocket is here for.
Ash: I bet they are here to steal pikachu again but I am sure they are up to no good so whatever happens we have to keep an eye on them.
So after everyone came to the theater then the director started to call everyone onto the stage so that they can get started on the first scene. Then everyone got their scripts and started to get to work on the play. At first, everyone seems to have a hard time cause no one knew how these characters acted will except for Felicia. So after a long day, he turns back to all of the actors and told them to get some rest for tomorrow cause they have rehearsal tomorrow and I want all of my actors well-rested before they rehearse for the play. Ash, Felicia, and Brock decided to go to the pokemon center that was right next to the theater. They have been practicing for this play all day and they are tired that they couldn't even keep their eyes opened.
Ash: woah what a day I can't believe how much I learned from being this character I like playing Phoebus was so hard but I am glad that I can pull it off.
Brock: yeah me too but we better get some sleep that director wants us to be there first thing in the morning so we are better off going to sleep now.
Felicia: yes all of you did a great job. I say we were so good that we can even relive the story of the hunchback of Notre dame. You guys were also very good even when team rocket was there.
Ash: yeah that is another thing how did the director find them I know that they follow us everywhere but I can even believe that I have to be in a play with them, But I will not let it get to me. I have to stay focus on this role. So let's go to bed we got some more rehearsing to do tomorrow and Felicia you were perfect as Esmeralda. We were so good in fact that we can play these roles in our sleep if we could.
But what they didnt know was the director was following them in secret and had a smirk on his face. " oh don't worry my pretty you will be able to relive the story all you have to do is wait until tonight.
when they got to the Pokemon center Felicia decided to head off to sleep before the boys did so that she can get to the theater first thing in the morning and she was excited to get started on working on this play. so anyway back with the boys. Brock was starting to get strange feelings about the director so when Ash went to the soda machine so that he can get a drink so when he did brock walked up to him and started to ask him if he noticed something strange about the director as well.
Ash didn't know what Brock was talking about cause he thought that he was just doing his job and thought that Brock was overthinking so he said Now that you mention it brock I am starting to get some strange feelings about him too, but come on I am starting to get tried and Felicia is waiting for us and did you hear what he said is that we have to get up early so we can get to the theatre first thing in the morning so let's figure it out in the morning. I really can't wait to play this role. He says as he and Brock were heading back to their rooms and Brock thought maybe Ash was right maybe he was just overthinking. So when Ash and Brock got into the room they noticed that Felicia was still awake and just going over some lines from the play until Ash told her that she did a good job at acting today and I can't wait to work on this play with you.
Felicia: awww thank you Ash I. She says as she got into her bed that was the bottom bed. Then the boys started to get into their bed too. But when they were going to bed they felt something very weird but they thought that it was just nerves about the play but that is what they thought. While they were sleeping a huge wind came into the wind and opened the window and transform them into the story of the hunchback of Notre dame but Ash and his friends were not the only ones that got sent to Paris Giovanni, professor oak and Sophocles also got transform into the story too but they will figure that out once they wake up,
Then suddenly when they all wake up Ash and his friends were not in the Pokemon center anymore they were in the city of Paris. But Ash and his friends were not the only ones here. Giovanni and Professor Oak were also here as well and all of them were all confused about how they got here in the first place.
Ash: hey what's going on and where are we.
Felicia: looks like we are in a small village.
Then they heard a very familiar voice coming from nowhere it was a director "hahaha you all are finally awake thank goodness" I thought you will never wake up.
Ash and everyone just looked around trying to figure out where that voice was coming from but they didn't find anything so Ash screamed up to the sky and said who are you and where are we he shouts.
Voice: will I am happy that you ask you are in the city of Paris and if you look behind you the Cathedral of Notre Dame is right behind you.
Felicia: oh my goodness it's so beautiful in person, but why are we here? I can't believe that I am seeing the real Notre Dame in person.
Voice: well you calm down let me explain will you see that you all are actors in my play which is the hunchback of Notre dame. This is a trick that I do so that my actors can feel what is like to live like that character and what better way to do that than live the story?
Brock: I knew there was something wrong with you and you can't just trap us in here. I see this was all just a trap.
Voice: no not actually it is a learning experience and you will thank me when you get out of here that is if you can get out of here.
Ash: what do you mean and how do we get back home?
Voice: oh that is easy all you have to do is play your part in the play but this time instead of captain Phoebus is going to be Captain Ash.
Brock: Oh I get it if we are going to get home we will have to relive the roles that you give us and act as we live in the story.
Voice: wow I am happy that someone got it. I am surprised the Professor didn't figure it out.
Oak: sorry I was too busy freaking out cause should be back in the lab but ai am stuck in a storybook.
Then Ash came over to him to calm him down and said don't worry Professor oak we will find our way out of this all we have to do is live in the story I am sure will be home in no time. This might even be fun. Then Felicia came up to him and agreed with him and said Ash is right this might even be better than our play and It will be fun to be Esmeralda but her name is going to be Felicia.
Then all of the young adults all thought this was going to be fun but Giovanni and Professor Oak didn't think so. Cause they didn't want to work together but it might be their only chance to get back home. Then Giovanni turned to Professor oak and said just so you know I am not happy working with you on this. The only reason why I came to do this stupid play is really for the money so now this is what I get trapped in a story but a least I get to kill people cause I know my character is the villain that is one thing I am happy about doing in this play.
Professor Oak didn't like what Giovanni was saying and thought that this might be their only way out of there.
Professor oak: look I am not happy doing this with you too but it might be our only way out of here even though I don't show up as much. While look at the bright side you are a villain so I will you I would be grateful.
When oak and Giovanni were talking the voice told them to start getting ready cause they are up first and told everyone to get ready for tonight cause Giovanni has some Gypsies to round up.
Giovanni just said alright and just climb on top of an Rapidash and ran into the night and went to an underground bridge so that he can gather up some gypsies that sneaked into Paris. The only one that can stop them is Judge Giovanni so when he got on the Pokemon he saw all of his team rocket members lined up and ready for their orders from him. He just told them to follow him and then they were gone.
Wow it looks like Ash and Friends have a huge adventure ahead of them. I know I took a while on writing this first chapter but I hope you all love it or hate it don't care review and also I am working on two stories right now and that is this one and my new story called super mario's daughter. I am also been focus on other stories as well but I want to stay focus on these too.
