Chapter 3: Mountain break in.

Ty, Revit, and their gang are still making their way up the mountain slope, and they were careful not to get caught on any of the magnetic rocks. They didn't know exactly how they were gonna save their friends though, they hadn't seen everything D-structs had set up yet.

Spyro:(panting) "Man, this is one steep mountain."

Leo:(panting) "Don't give up now Spyro, our friends need us."

Slash: "Yeah, we've dealt with worse stuff than this."

Jet vac: "Focus guys, do you wanna save our friends or not!?"

As they continued up the slope, they finally made it to the top. But as they did, they found the entrance to a tunnel on the side of the mountain wall.

Ty: "Hey guys, I think we just found our way in."

Ton ton: "Oh yeah, nice spotting dude!"

Sunset: "Gotta say, this is quite a piece of luck."

With that, the whole group (minus Jet vac) quickly snuck into the tunnel. But as they did, Jet vac was a bit dumbfounded by them going in without the okay from a leader.

Jet vac: "Hang on, who's the team leader here!?"

Ty:(from inside the tunnel) "I am, now come on!"

Jet vac: "Fine, but I would've made a better leader."

With that, Jet vac followed the group inside the tunnel.

As the group journeyed through the tunnels, they tried their best to stay as quiet as possible. But all of the tunnel walls were made entirely of magnetic stone. While Ty and Ton Ton rolled along, they had trouble keeping themselves away from the walls.

Violet:(whisper-shouts)"Guys, watch your sides!"

Ton ton:(whisper-shouts)"It's not our fault that these tunnels are so narrow!"

Sunset:(whisper-shouts)"Just try to be more careful anyway!"

Ty: "Guys, focus."

Suddenly, the right side of Ty's head got pulled into the wall and got caught there. Since Revit was riding on his nose, the pull caused him to fall off and also get stuck to the wall. The worst part of it was that the noise the hitting impact made was so loud, it echoed throughout the entire tunnel corridor.

Leo: "Shhhh, you're gonna get us caught!"

Everyone stayed silent for a few minutes to see if the noise caused any problems.

Slash: "Do ya think anybody heard that?"

Spyro: "Ya think anybody didn't hear that?"

After they waited for a few moments, they suddenly heard the sound of distant echoing footsteps. Coming around the corner at the far end of the tunnel, they spotted Leonard, Kaos, Splitter, and the wicked witch chatting with each other. Before long, Splitter had spotted the group of heroes and gave the alarm.

Splitter: "Intruders!"

Wicked witch: "Stop right there!"

As the group of villains ran towards the heroes, Leo tried to pull Revit off the wall while Ty tried to pull himself off the wall. Leo already managed to get Revit off the wall, but he could see that Ty was still struggling.

Jet vac: "Hurry up Ty!"

Soon enough, Ty managed to free his head from the magnetic wall. He could still see the villains that were running towards them, but there was a slight problem.

Ty: "The tunnel is too narrow to have a battle!"

Violet: "Great, just when I thought this day couldn't get any worse!"

Ty: "Don't worry, I've got an idea!"

With that said, Ty swung his wrecking ball against the left tunnel wall creating an opening back out by the slope. As the group of heroes ran out through it, Spyro, Jet vac, Leo, and Sunset ran over to 1 side while Ty, Revit, Ton ton, Slash, and Violet ran over to the other. As Leonard, Kaos, Splitter, and the wicked witch ran out, they angrily looked back and forth between the 2 groups.

Kaos: "You fools, you think you're so smart getting away with this so easily!?"

Wicked witch: "Too bad, our little party is just beginning."

Slash:(pulls out his mace) "Well now, it's going to end!"

Leonard: "Oh yeah, well not on our watch!"

With that, the villains split up and took their pick at which hero to fight.

Violet vs Leonard

Slash vs Splitter

Jet vac vs Wicked witch

Leo and Sunset vs Kaos

Leonard was trying to punch at Violet, but he just couldn't break through her force field. Once she found the right moment, Violet clapped her hands together causing her force field to explode like a bomb. The explosion made a noise so loud, Leonard was forced to cover his ears.(I borrowed this move from John2851) Seeing this as her next moment, Violet ran up at Leonard and threw a couple punches at his snout along with a karate kick that caused him to stumble backwards a couple yards.

Leonard: "Ow, watch the egg sniffer!"

Violet: "Oh, there's more where that came from!"

But as Violet came running at him again, Leonard suddenly and secretly grew an evil grin. Once Violet got close enough, Leonard gave her a belly gong sending her bouncing off his belly like a yoga ball. Ty saw this happen, and he suddenly grew alarmed.

Ty: "Vi!"

Thinking fast, Ty raced over and swung his wrecking ball at Leonard sending him smashing into the mountain wall and falling unconscious.

Violet: "Phew, thanks for the save."

Ty: "No problem.

Meanwhile, Leo and Sunset were holding off Kaos the best they could. Kaos was shooting Leo with purple lightning bolts from his hands, but Leo kept blocking the blasts with the blades of his katana swords.

Kaos: "Agh, hold still you stupid reptile!"

Luckily, his next lightning blast was so strong that it caused Leo to fall backwards along with losing his grip on 1 of his swords. But unknown to Kaos, Sunset came up behind him and kicked him right in the nuts. Kaos winced while groaning in pain, then he toppled to the ground on his side.

The wicked witch was flying on her broomstick around Jet vac, and she kept shooting purple blasts of magic at him with her wand. But no matter how much she tried, Jet vac just kept dodging her blasts.

Wicked witch: "Try this on for size pretty birdy!"

With that, she blasted a massive dark purple blast of toxic smoke that quickly flowed towards Jet vac.

Jet vac: "You don't have to call me pretty…."

At that moment, he used his air vacuum to suck up all the toxic smoke that the wicked witch had blasted.

Jet vac: "...because they just call me a pro!"

The Wicked witch was so angry, she zipped down towards a startled Jet vac. But before she could reach him, a jet of fire shot her sending her plummeting down below the slope. Jet vac looked to his left, and saw that Spyro was the one who shot that blast of fire.

Spyro: "Now that's what I call being all fired up."

After that, Jet vac gave Spyro a thumbs up before looking towards Slash who was still fighting Splitter.

Splitter was swinging his side-saws towards Slash, but he kept blocking them with his mace. But unknown to Slash, he was being forced towards the edge of the cliff.

Jet vac:(gasp) "Slash, look out!"

Ty: "Don't worry Jet vac, I got him."

As Ty quickly went towards Slash and Splitter, Slash was getting pushed closer and closer to the edge of the cliff. Before Slash knew it, he felt the back edge of his feet touching the edge of the cliff with a few pebbles falling from it.

Slash: "Uh-oh."

As he looked ahead, he saw Splitter charging at him so he could ram him off the ledge.

Splitter:(chuckles evilly)"You're finished shelly!"

Ty: "Slash!"

Just in time, Ty rammed into Splitter's causing him to tumble partly on his back.(because of his back-saw) Ty then smashed his wrecking ball on Splitter's stomach, and his back-saw dug deep in the ground underneath him. Revit, Jet vac, and Sunset walked up, and they were amazed by Ty's second save.

Slash: "Wow, thanks for coming when you did Ty."

Ty: "You betcha, 2 for the price of 1."

As all the heroes recovered from their big battle, they scanned the area with the unconscious villains laying around them.

Revit: "I am glad we survived that sudden ambush, but we better get moving before these guys wake up."

Violet: "Yeah, we still gotta save my mom and brother."

Suddenly, the rest of the group suspiciously turned towards Violet.

Violet: "What?"

Spyro: "Uhh, have you forgotten that there's other people in there too!?"

Sunset: "Yeah, Rainbow Dash and Applejack are in there too."

With that, they quickly went back inside the tunnel to find their friends. But what they didn't know was that there was a security camera put up on the side of the mountain by the slope, and D-structs had seen them through it in the room where the other heroes were hanging on the wall. The heroes had seen their friends get in, and they were very pleased.

Dash: "Oh yeah, our friends are gonna kick your butt!"

Suddenly, D-structs quickly rolled up in front of Dash and snarled in his face.

D-structs: "Foolish child, I'm not letting them reach you! Lord Megatron wants you all gone, and I'm gonna help him make sure it goes that way."

Wheeljack: "I wouldn't bet on it, our friends are much tougher than you guys will ever be."

Mikey: "Yeah, you stand no chance!"

D-structs: "Oh, don't I? Well…..you just wait and see."

With that, D-structs picked up a large chunk of ore and rolled off down a tunnel leading to another area inside the cavern. After he left, the heroes on the wall shared nervous looks and started worrying about what D-structs might be up to.

Meanwhile, D-structs stopped just around a dark corner and dropped the ore in front of someone.

D-structs: "I promised you ore if you would do your job, and here it is. So you do your job how you please….

As the figure emerged from the darkness, that said figure turned out to be Pounder.

D-structs: "...and pound."

With that, Pounder pounded his face-hammer down on the ore chunk creating a large cloud of dark grey smoke.

Meanwhile, the heroes on the wall were getting really tired of being on that said wall. Just then, they saw Ty and the other heroes come around the corner towards them.

Mikey:(gasp) "Guys, you made it!"

Rainbow dash: "About time, I'm tired of being on this wall!"

Ty: "Hey, ya want us to rescue you or not?"

Dash: "Just be careful, D-structs teamed up with some real bad dudes!"

Violet: "It's okay, we already ran into them."

But just as they were about to figure out how to free them, they heard a loud "bang" sound coming from somewhere behind them. When they turned around, they saw Pounder resetting his face-hammer with his game face on. The heroes grew a bit nervous, but Slash stepped forward.

Slash: "You guys guard our friends,(pulls out and claps his mace) I'm gonna teach hammer-face some manners."

Stealth elf: "Slash, be careful."

Slash stood in his place, and he stared back at Pounder while tightly gripping his mace.

Slash: "It's time for you to pay for kidnapping my friends you earthquaking menace!"

Pounder growled before pounding the ground in front of him, then they charged at each other for battle.

Slash swung his mace at Pounder's head a couple times, then Pounder grabbed Slash by the back of the shell with his tail and threw him away. Slash got back up and punched him in the face a few times, but the last one sent Pounder crashing into a boulder. After Pounder got up, he charged at Slash and pounded him. Slash tried blocking his attack with the back of his shell, but Pounder pounded his shell sending him crashing through a rocky pillar

Slash:(groans in pain) "That's not gonna feel good in the morning."

As he was getting back on his feet, he saw Pounder charging at him again. After growing a sly grin, he pulled a kick at his face. Once he grabbed the back of his head, he smashed his head against the ground.

Pounder was dazed for a moment, then he regained himself and got ready to pound Slash again. But Slash grabbed him by the head again, and he swung him towards the wall on the side of the mountain. Pounder skidded across the outside cliff and fell down into the pit below, but he wasn't alone once he was down there.

Wicked witch: "What are ya down here for hammer-face?"

Back in the cavern, Slash felt very relieved at his victory. With that, he put away his mace and walked back over to the others.

Applejack: "Yee-hah, that was quite a show Slash!"

Bumblebee: "Yeah, you got lucky there pal."

Slash: "Thanks, it's what I do."

Ty: "Excellent, now let's see if we can find a way to get these guys down."

Revit: "My thoughts exactly."

With that, the rescue team started thinking fast on how they were gonna get their friends down from the magnetic wall.
