Madison continued running as she was searching for Miguel. There was still no sign of them, and she tried to look everywhere. As her feet grew tired, she leaned against the wall in exhaustion and starts sitting on the floor to rest for a bit until she heard shouting.
She quickly got up and starts following the sound. The shouting was getting louder and louder but as she looked to her right. She saw a crowd going on in the alley. Madison started to wonder what was going on until something made her realized what it was. She quickly got to the crowd and try to see what it was, but the people were blocking her.
Trying to find a better look, Madison spotted a couple of crates being stacked. She carefull climbed up and sat on top of the box. The view was getting better as she finally saw Miguel with his partner, Tulio. They were gambling a bet with dice from a scene she remembered from a movie.
"Seven!" Tulio shouted.
"All right!" Miguel smiled.
"Yes! Partners!" Tulio cheered and Miguel starts playing his lute.

"Hey!" the gambler yelled as he got their attention, "One more roll!"
The con men smirked and looked back at him.
"Uh, guys, you're broke! You got nothing to bet with!" Tulio laughed.
"Oh yeah?" he replied as he was bringing out something, "I got this!"
Madison watched and saw that it THE map itself. The map to El Dorado.
"A map?" Tulio scoffed as he frowned that it wasn't money.
"A map!" Miguel gasped with excitement.
"A map of the wonders of the New World." said the gambler.
"Wow!" Miguel smiled as he tried to pull his friend to see it, "Let's have a look."
Madison looked at Miguel as she saw the excitement on his face. For that character, Miguel loves adventures and would love to experience on. While he was tracing the paths on the map, Miguel grabbed it out of the gambler's hands for him to hold it. He finally pulled Tulio to have a look with him.
"Excuse us, for one moment, please." said Tulio.
Madison looked at the two as they were having a small conversation without anyone hearing but she knew what it was as she remembered the lines.
"Tulio, look! El Dorado, the city of gold. This could be our destiny, our fate." Miguel whispered with excitement to him, but Tulio rolled his eyes.
"Miguel, if I believed in fate, I wouldn't be playing with loaded dice." said as he was holding the red dice until Miguel made a sad look. "Not with the face."
Madison could see Miguel doing some funny faces like trying to change Tulio's mind. She covered her face as she was trying to laugh until she noticed Miguel was looking at her. She saw him wink, which took her by surprise, and then whispered something to Tulio. The black-haired man turned his face to look at her until the gambler came and snatched the map from them.
"I said one more roll! My map against your cash." he said.
Tulio looked at Miguel as he had a pleading look on his face. Begging to have the map. The black hair nod and smiled.
"All right, peewee. You're on!" said Tulio as he was ready to roll but the gambler stopped.
"Not with those! This time we use my dice." he said as he brought out a pair of white dice, "Got a problem with that?"
"No." Tulio replied with a small whimper as he put the red dice in his vest grabbed the white ones.
Madison could tell the look on his face that he wasn't expecting this. Tulio turned to face Miguel with a frustrating face.
"I'm going to kill you." he whispered as his finger slid across the neck for kill.
Miguel smiled sheepishly but the bet must go on. As the gambler placed the map with the money, Miguel was playing his lute while Tulio was preparing himself.
"Come on, baby. Papa needs that crappy map." Tulio muttered.
Madison watched Miguel going by the ladies as he was flirting with them, but she noticed him looking at her, he winked again. Madison looked down like feeling shy. Don't know if her face was blushing. Wait a minute, she can't be in love with him. Her heart only belongs to Alex. But if he was here, he would be jealous or making him jealous.
"Stop that!" Tulio shout at Miguel which caused him to stop playing his lute. "Show me seven!"
Tulio rolled the white dice to the ground. One of them land on a three but the other was spinning. The people starting to feel the suspense and Tulio covered his eyes as he starting to feel nervous until the other die land a four. The crowd gasped and groan as Tulio uncovered his eyes and saw the number.
"Seven!" Tulio gasped happily.
"All right!" Miguel cheered.
Madison watched the gambler in defeat as Miguel happily grabbed the map. Tulio lauged at his victory and start gathering the money.
"Well, nice doing business with you." he said to the gambler until something came out of vest.
Madison looked to see it was the red dice which she only knew it landed on a seven. The gambler pounded his fist several times for the dice to land a different number, but it was still a seven.
"I knew it!" the gambler growled in frustration as Tulio quickly grabbed his dice, "Your dice are loaded!"
The crowd shouted angrily at the con men and Miguel played his lute in a dramatic way, but Tulio stopped him.
"What? You gave me loaded dice?" Tulio acted as he pointed at Miguel.
Once she saw Tulio walked away, Madison carefully got of the crates and start following him and Miguel but suddenly stop to see a guard facing Tulio with a stern face.
"He gave me loaded dice!" said Tulio as he was pointing at Miguel, "Guard, arrest him!"
"You dare to impugn my honor?" Miguel acted as he stood beside him, "He was the one who was cheating! Arrest him! He tricked these sailors and took their money!"
"Oh! Now I'm the thief?"
"Yes!"
"Take a look in the mirror, pal!"
"Oh, you better give them that money back, or I'll..." Miguel looked around until he grabbed a epee sword from a guard, "En Garde!"
"En Garde, yourself. I will give you the honor of a quick and painless death." Tulio grabbed a dagger from the other guard, but it was small, "But not with that."
Madison chuckled at that part, but Tulio finally pulled another epee and starts to fight with Miguel.
"Well, any last words?" Tulio asked in an act.
"I will cut you to ribbons, fool!" Miguel replied.
"Such mediocrity. Let your sword do the talking."
"I will. It will be loquacious to a fault!"
Madison continued watching the two fight, but she knew it was an act to get away from the crowd and the guards.
"You... mincing, fencing, twit." Tulio spoke as Miguel was hoping from table to table until he got to the crates.
"Ah, you fight like my sister."
"I fought your sister. That's a compliment."
"Braggart!"
"Heathen!"
The two were now on the roof as they continued fighting but Tulio slipped and fell as the roof tile came loose. Miguel continued but finally got the epee out of Tulio's hand into his while his epee pointed at him. Tulio quickly got up and looked at the crowd.
"Ladies and gentlemen, we've decided it's a draw." he announced.
"Thank you all for coming. You've been great. See you soon." said Miguel as he the epee to the guard and they landed between his feet.
"Adios!" Tulio shout until he and Miguel jumped to the other side.
'Well, that was quite a good show.' Madison spoke with an amused smiled, 'Still I need to find the two again. But the question is, how will I get on the ship?"
Madison started walking as she tried to find the con men, but she remembered the scene that a bull was chasing them. She wondered if she finds it, maybe she'll see them again. While Madison started her search... something grabbed her.
Madison screamed and was lifted over the shoulder. She looked and couldn't believe her eyes in horror. It was the same sailor before.
"Nice to see you again querida." the sailor chuckled.
"You! Let me go, you imbecile!" Madison cried out.
"I think not señorita. You're coming with me."
Madison screamed and kick as she was carried away by the sailor.
"Get your hands off me, you pig! Or you will suffer the consequences!" she growled but the sailor didn't listen.
The girl tried to break free from the creepy sailor. She started to feel tired but kept on fighting it until the two finally reached to a ship. Madison's heart was beating fast. Scared that if he brings her here, more sailors will do something to her. As the sailor stopped, he stopped and threw her in a hole. Madison looked around and know this very similar room. It was a prison cell that Miguel and Tulio were in.
"Now you be a good girl and stay there. I'll be back when the time comes." he said left.
Madison growled and tried climbing.
"Just you wait! I'll even try ripping your head off!" she growled but no reply.
She moved back away and sat by the corner of the cell. Eyes start streaming down her face and never felt so scared in her life. She prayed to God from up above to help and save her. Hoping that maybe someone will save her.
