Maria and her sister screaming. Maria ran towards Dawn, comfort her, and started crying.
"SOMEBODY HELP!" Maria yells
"HELP! SOMEONE, PLEASE! (Sookie yells. A vase falling to the floor and shattering. Sookie turns around, and Jason enters the room and stares at Dawn's body.) Oh my God, Jason. (Sookie moves toward Jason, and hugs him. Maria still comfort Dawn and still crying.) Oh, my God." Sookie said
"It's okay." Jason said
Like hell it is! Look at her! She is definitely not...okay!" Sookie yells
Beating on Jason with her open hands.
"Bangin' on me ain't gonna change anything none." Jason said
"Dawn? I heard yelling. (Dawn's neighbor, Miss Lebvre, enters the room, looks at Sookie and Jason, and sees Maria comforting Dawn's dead body.) Sweet Lord in heaven. No. (She makes the Sign of the Cross on herself and looked at Jason out of anger.) What did you do?" Miss Lebvre asked Jason
"Me?" Jason asked in confusion
"We found her, Miss Lebvre. He...just got here." Sookie said
"I saw you last night, Jason Stackhouse. I heard y'all fightin', then she took a shot at you, and you ran off. And now she's dead." Miss Lebvre said
"Jason?" Sookie ask in confusion
"Yeah. We had a fight. But I came here to apologize." Jason said
Jason holds up a small bouquet of flowers.
"She fired a gun at you, and you come back to apologize?" Sookie asked her brother
"I didn't do this! You gotta believe me." Jason said
"Well, I'm calling the police." Miss Lebvre said
Miss Lebvre leaves the room.
"Well, call 'em! (Jason threw the bouquet across the room.) I had nothing to do with this." Jason said
Jason leaves the bedroom, then violently swings open the front door of Dawn's apartment.
Sheriff Bud Dearborne and Detective Andy Bellefleur are in Dawn's living room, speaking with Maria, Sookie, and Jason.
"Now, I realize you've been through a lot. And you're scared. But I need you to try and remember when you got here. Was the door open? Or just unlocked?" Sheriff Bud Dearborne asked both Sookie and her sister
"Uh...o-open, I think." Sookie said
"I can't believe she's gone. Found her and I comfort her." Maria said
"I wish you hadn't done that." Sheriff Bud Dearborne
"SHE WAS MY FRIEND!" Maria yells
Maria steps outside and cries. Sam approaches to her and hugged her.
"It's ok." Sam said
Stackhouse Residence.
Maria was in her room and looked at her photo with herself and Dawn. Sookie knocked on the door and came in.
"We made plans to go shopping on Friday. Jason...He never do something like this." Maria said
"I know. I'm on it. I'm going to read every mind on everyone else." Sookie said
"Sometimes the mind can tell a lie." Maria said
"Other times it can't. The person who killed Maudette and Dawn. He or she might be after fangbangers." Sookie said
"Of course." Maria said
Maria couldn't tell her sister the truth. About Dawn and Eric. Couldn't tell her about Fangtasia.
"Maybe that vampire bar has some answers." Sookie said
Nighttime.
Shreveport
Fangtasia.
Office.
"As I would've told you many times. Dawn and I..." Eric said as Maria cuts him off
"Dawn's dead. Someone's after fangbangers." Maria said
"I'm sorry." Eric apologize
Maria started crying and Eric started to hug her.
"But I can't be here much longer. (Eric stopped hugging her and looked at her in confusion.) My sister and Bill are coming here to ask questions about Maudette and Dawn." Maria said
"Good old Bill." Eric said
"You know him?" Maria asked Eric
"He use to party." Eric said
"They can't know I'm here. I'll tell her for the time being." Maria said
Eric snuck her out of the back. Maria took her clothes off and puts it in her backpack.
"I'll tell her soon. I promise." Maria said
"Go!" Eric said
Maria turns into a Weretiger, grabs her backpack, and ran away.
