In the office.

Maria slapped Eric.

"That's you for not telling me." Maria said

"She's new, ok? New borns can spot something different. I didn't want you to get hurt or worst." Eric said

"She's a teenager like you told me. Bill turned her, he made a deal with you that you could not keep, and you kept me out of here for 2 weeks. (Eric looked at Maria in guilty.) What else you've been hiding? (He didn't say nothing.) Forget it. I'm outta here." Maria said

Maria leaves but Eric blocked her path.

"Lafayette is in the basement and my maker Godric is missing in Dallas." Eric said

"Give me the keys." Maria said

He gives her the keys. Eric and Maria walked in the basement. She sees people chained up.

"Maria Stackhouse?" Royce said

"I'm getting you out of here." Maria said

Maria unlocked Lafayette's chains.

"You can help me too?" Royce asked Maria

"Fuck you, gay basher." Maria said

"But...(Lafayette stand up. Maria bend her knees. Royce looked at her eyes as they begin to change into cat eyes and back to regular eyes. Royce was frighten.) What the fuck are you? Stay away from me freak bitch." Royce said

"I think Royce feels guilty after all." Maria said

Eric, Maria, and Lafayette walked upstairs. They walked in the office.

"You weren't going to kill me?" Lafayette asked Eric

"Call me a softy." Eric said

"I'll tell you everything. I'm here because of the V, right? How about I give you the names of everybody I ever sold to?" Lafayette asked Eric

"And all this time I thought prostitutes were good at keeping secrets." Pam said

"Don't get it twisted, honeycomb. What you wanna know?" Lafayette asked Pam and Eric

"The vampire you had your little arrangement with. Eddie Fournier. What happened to him?" Eric asked Lafayette

"I don't know. Last time I saw him he was doing real good. But I think he may have been taken by somebody." Lafayette said

"By whom?" Eric asked Lafayette

"I think it...I think it was...Jason Stackhouse." Lafayette said

"My idiot brother." Maria said

"I understand dealers of vampire blood sometimes trade product with one another across state lines. Any buyers in the Dallas area?" Eric asked Lafayette

"One. He never gave me his name though." Lafayette said

"A friend of mine in the Dallas area, his name is Godric, has gone missing. Now, while the circumstances of his disappearance are unclear, it stands to reason his blood would be very valuable, as he's over twice my age and ten times the vampire I will ever be." Eric said

"Lafayette? Why don't you wait outside? I got some business to discuss. (Lafayette walked out.) Maybe I can find him." Maria said

"You want to be a spy?" Pam asked Maria

"Why not? Where is he in Dallas? Be specific." Maria said

"Fellowship of the sun." Eric said

"Shit. Doesn't matter. I'm still doing it." Maria said

"Vampire hating cult." Pam said

"I'm the spy. I'm going." Maria said

Outside of Stackhouse Residence.

Eric and Maria in the car.

"I wasn't going to kill Lafayette you do know that right?" Eric asked Maria

"I know." Maria said

"I don't want to put you in danger." Eric said

"You're not. This is my choice. I'm gonna bring him back to you." Maria said

"Then take this car." Eric said

"Eric I couldn't." Maria said

"Don't you remember? I've got plenty." Eric said

Maria dials the number. She puts it on speaker. Man speaks.

"This is Reverend Steve Newlin." Steve said

"Hi. This is...Stella Burkley. I'm calling because I was wondering if you still got room for one more?" Maria asked Steve

"Everyone is welcome. All you need is $2,000 and you'll be here." Steve said

"Thank you." Maria thanking Steve

"You most certainly welcome. Let the light shine on you for the fellowship." Steve said

Maria hangs up. She kept her fingers crossed.

"I'll deliver the $2,000 tomorrow." Eric said

"I'll be ready." Maria said

Eric and Maria kissed each other.

Sunday.

Morning.

Living room.

Maria and her sister were talking to Mr. Lancaster.

"Is there a problem with our grandmother's papers?" Maria asked

Mr. Lancaster

"Oh, no, no, that's all okay. I have some terrible news, I'm afraid. Great-uncle Bartlett has passed on. I know it's so soon after both of your grandmother. This must be quite a shock." Mr. Lancaster said

"Can you tell us what happened?" Sookie asked Mr Lancaster

"Well...The Lincoln Parish Fire Department found him a few miles south of Simsboro. He washed up on the shore." Mr. Lancaster said

"How did he get all the way down there?" Sookie asked Mr Lancaster

"The Walnut Creek runs behind his house. Sheriff's guessing he got too close and fell in. They're calling it an accident officially. There's no sign of burglary or forced entry at the house, and he was such a sweet old man that there'd be no reason to hurt him, anyway." Mr. Lancaster said

"Were there any marks, or anything on his body?" Maria asked Mr Lancaster

"Well, there's gators and fish in the water. And he'd been there for a few weeks, so... There's not much of a body to speak of. I can't tell you girls how sorry I am. He was truly a kind, giving man. I was proud to call him my friend. The one consolation, great-uncle Bartlett cared for the both of you deeply. He stated in his will that he wished for you two to inherit all his financial assets. It's not much, $11,000. But it's a token of how special you two were to him. Go ahead. Take it." Mr. Lancaster said

Sookie and Maria shown up with the $11,000 check. Walked towards their brother.

"What happened?" Jason asked his sisters

"They're saying it was an accident. He fell into the Walnut Creek. Behind his house. There's something else. He left me and Sookie inheritance. Neither one of us want it. Here." Maria said

Maria holding the check out.

"Wait. Why did he leave it to you two? I was the one who used to mow his lawn every Sunday."

"It doesn't matter. He was old. It's yours now. Come on, now." Maria said

"Split it all together." Jason said

"We don't want it. (Their brother takes the check.) We gotta get to work." Sookie said

"See ya, Hoyt." Maria said
