"Hello, stud bucket," Sidney greeted with a giggle as she watched her boyfriend climb into her bedroom through her open window.
Billy flashed her a grin. "Evening, Princess," he replied, landing on her carpeted floor with a small grunt when he was all the way in. He closed the window before turning to face Sidney.
"Did you watch The Exorcist and think about me again?" She asked playfully, referring to the night a few months back when he first snuck into her room.
"Maybe," he quipped with a mischievous smirk as he made his way towards her to plant a kiss on her lips. "Do you want to have some more raw footage?" He waggled his eyebrows and she laughed, playfully shoving his chest away from her at yet another reminder of that night.
"But we're edited for TV," she gasped, one hand resting on her chest as she stared wide-eyed at him. "How scandalous would that be?!"
The couple chuckled as they sat side by side on her bed.
"You know," Sidney began as she turned her body to the side so she was facing Billy. "Of all of your romantic gestures, you crawling through my window at night is my favorite." Her hand reached out and took Billy's, lacing their fingers together so they stayed connected.
"Really?" Billy smiled at her. "Why is that?"
"It reminds me of that scene in Romeo and Juliet where Romeo recites his soliloquy to Juliet and climbs up to her balcony."
"Are you comparing our relationship to Romeo and Juliet?"
"Only the good parts."
"Oh, good," Billy joked. "I was afraid you were going to suggest that we both drink poison or something."
Sidney rolled her eyes.
"So…am I your Romeo?" He asked.
Sidney smiled at him as he brought her hand to his lips and kissed it. "You're my only Romeo," she said softly.
The way that Billy looked at her always took her breath away; there was so much love and devotion in his eyes it was as if she was the only thing he ever wanted to look at. It was as if she was the center of his whole world.
"You're my only Juliet," he said, dropping her hand and leaning closer to press a sweet kiss to her lips.
Sidney instantly returned his kiss, bringing her hands up to cup his face. Their lips moved seamlessly together, their rhythm in perfect sync.
Sidney never felt so connected to anyone before, at least not romantically. Being with Billy made her feel warm and tingly, like she was stuck forever on Cloud Nine. She always wanted to be with him, wrapped in his loving embrace. Billy Loomis made her feel like the luckiest girl in the world.
Similarly, Billy felt the same way. He was like an addict whenever he was near his girlfriend; he never got tired of her voice, her smell…absolutely nothing about her made him bored or unsatisfied. In fact, it was quite the opposite. The taste of her, the way her hair fell down her shoulders, her selflessness and the loyalty she had towards her loved ones…everything about Sidney Prescott drove him crazy and brought out the best in him.
It wasn't long into the kiss before Sidney found herself on her back with Billy on top of her, his leg settled between hers. A moan left her mouth when he pulled away from her lips only to trail his down her neck, nipping lightly at the flesh. His hand caressed her thigh, turning her moan into a whine.
"Okay, Romeo, let's keep this PG-13," she giggled, pushing his hand off of her bare skin.
Billy groaned against her neck. "You're killing me, Juliet!" He said dramatically, rolling off of her and flopping beside her on his stomach.
"I am not killing you."
"Yes, you are! I can feel my breath fading from my lungs and my heart is slowing down! Oh, God, this is it, I can feel it! Goodbye, cruel world!"
With that, Billy went as limp as he could and closed his eyes, tongue lolling out the side of his mouth and limbs splayed as if he actually dropped dead.
Sidney rolled her eyes, both exasperated and amused at her boyfriend's antics. She loved him, truly, but he could be such a class clown. "Stop it," she said, swatting him hard on his back.
"Ouch!" Billy opened his eyes and glared up at her. "I thought Juliet was supposed to be a docile lady. That wasn't docile at all, that was abusive!"
"And Romeo is supposed to be a gentleman. You're melodramatic."
"Hmph!" Billy huffed, getting up from her bed. "I don't have to take this. I'm going home."
Sidney laughed. "I love you!" She called out as he stormed towards her window.
"Sure you do," he said, opening the window.
"I do! You're the love of my life, my own Romeo Montague!"
Billy grinned at her, unable to keep up his angry facade. "I love you, too, my Juliet Capulet, my one true love," he responded and then he was gone, slipping out of her window and climbing back down the tree to return home.
Sidney settled back against her mattress, smiling to herself as she turned out the lamp on her nightstand. She loved Billy so much, she really did, and she couldn't see herself without him.
Billy Loomis was her Romeo Montague, and she his Juliet Capulet, and unlike the Romeo and Juliet of their story, the two of them would have a happy ending.
