After a Sonic had a bit of distance, he looks to the ship then shouted ''hey Robotnik I have a small surprise for you''

''I do not like surprises rodent especially if they are from you'' Robotnik said over the loudspeaker

''oh that's too bad because I can guarantee this one will be a wash out'' Sonic said before he started spinning to dig and sending dirt all over the place

After doing a bi of digging Sonic came to an underground turbine then he jumps on one of the gears then said as he started to run ''I think this thing needs a serious case of hedgehog power''

Meanwhile buck ion the surface Robotnik then said ''well Princess it looks like this ridiculous war of yours agents me is over''

''don't count on it Robotnik'' Sally said then there was a rumbling noise then she said ''what's going on''

''I don't know what if I had to take a guess then I would say this is Sonic's doing'' Manic said

Before long dirty oil came gushing out one of the pipes and hit the cloud buster dead on making the airship flood in the stuff then Bunny said ''that ol sugar-hog did Sal he knocked Robotnik for a real loop'' then she starts cheering

Sally who wasn't paying attention to Bunnie said ''come on Sonic where are you'' then Sonic shot up from a hole then rushed over to where his friends and family are then the chipmunk princess said ''Sonic are you okay''

''I am fine as there is nothing a shaken snake cant fix'' Sonic said before he stared to shake getting the gunk off of him

Once Sonic was done Sonia said ''all no you don't you are having a shower when we get back to the forest''

''hey guys cheek it out'' Manic said as le was watching Robotnik's airship go down

Once the airship crashed Bonnie said ''it seems that Robotnik has brought the farm''

''Robotnik has a farm'' Antoine asked

''she means Ant is Robotnik is dead'' Sonia said

''well I will believe it when I see it'' Sonia said as she remembers what happened in Maga then she said ''so Sonic you go and will go to see if there is a body while Manic gets''

''will do'' Sonic said before running of to the crash site as Manic started to work on the cage

After ten minutes Sonic runs back then Sally asked as she jumps out of the cage ''so any sign of him''

''nope there was no sign of him'' Sonic said then there was an earthquake

'' sacre bleu what is going on'' Antoine asked

''I think that was a quake'' Sonia said

Sally notices something then said ''guys looks at the river''

''oh my stars the river its over flowing'' Bonnie said

''no its much worse than that because I think the island is sinking'' Sally said

''I think you're your right'' Sonia said

Sonic then pulls out a power ring then said ''alight Sal you hold onto me, Sonia you hold on to Sal, Manic you hold on to Sonia, Bonnie you hold on to Manic and Ant you hold on to Bonnie because we are about to major juicing'' then the power ring activated then he speed of to get of the sinking island

Once they was off the island the freedom fighters watch as the island sank then Sonic said ''so do you really think Robotnik is really gone Sal''

''I wish I can really yell you I really do but we will know by tomorrow whether he is dead or alive so let's go home'' Sally replied then they all went home

Later in the day Sonic and Sally was sitting by a tree in the great forest sitting agents each other when Sally said ''you know Sonic that dream you had was properly a warning so maybe next time think before you act'' when she didn't get a reply she said ''uh Sonic'' only to see Sonic was asleep

''oh you are the most Mundo beautiful thing I have ever seen you make my heart pound'' Sonic said in his sleep making Sally blush then gains a confused look and the sleeping hedgehog said ''you make my mouth wate oh yes there is nothing like a chilidog''

Realizing that Sonic is dreaming of chilidogs Sally said in annoyance ''you have got to be kidding me'' then she rest er chin on her hand and looks away completing missing Sonic slightly opening his eye and has a smirk

Later that night Sonic woke up because of another then he said'' that is the second time this has happened I think I should stop cooking altogether''

Later at breakfast Sonic was eating with Sally Tails and Cosmo when Manic and Sonia came over and once the duo sat down the green hedgehog said ''so what was your nightmare last night about''

''well, that's what happens when you make and eat three homemade chilidogs before bed'' Sonia said

''don't I know it'' Sonic said before saying ''anyway get this in my dream I was toe to tentacle with a sea monster the one that is known as Moby deep''

''I can't believe that you are scared of Moby Deep it just an old sailor's tale Sonic'' Manic said

''oh did I say that I was afraid'' Sonic said

''what's Moby Deep'' Cosmo asked

''well Cosmo Moby Deep is a sea monster that has been sinking boats for a very long time'' Sally said

Just them Bonnie came rushing over and said ''guys we have trouble at port Mobius because apparently they are saying that Robotnik is the towns hero''

''why on Mobius would they think Robotnik is a hero'' Manic asked

''''I have no clue but whatever it is it cant be good son we need to go to Port Mobius'' Sonic said

''so how are we going to get to Port Mobius'' Sally asked

''I have that covered'' Manic said

''you do'' Sonic and Sonia asked

''of cause I do now how about we finish breakfast then I can show you'' Manic said then they all went back to eating their meal

Half an hour later Manic led everyone toa garage then camper van then the intelligence agent said this Camper Van has a three-seater where the drivers can sit, and in the back there are beds on which the travellers can take a nap it is also equipped with a hover-engine allowing it to fly above ground and is a very fast vehicle in its own right although its nowhere near as Sonic'' then he opens it then said ''go on take a look inside''

Then everyone started to look inside then after a few minutes Sonia sad ''hey Manic why is the back so big and bare''

''oh that it so we can take our equipment we will need such as your dirt bike Sonia and my hovercraft skateboard to load or unload the bigger equipment we will need the camper van also has large door/ramp in the back'' Manic said

''very nice bro and I take it you have been building this thing with Rotor'' Sonic asked

''that's tight he has Sonic'' Rotor said as her was walking over to check the vehicle out then he turns to Sally then said ''also Sally we have problem with the trees''

''then once we are done here, we can leave and look for mum'' Manic said

''great now the question is who goes to Port Mobius as we can't all go in case Robotnik did survive yesterday and attacks while we are all gone, and we have no idea when we will be back'' Sonia said

Sally thinks about it then said ''that is a smart idea so Sonic you and your siblings go we will stay here''

''got it well hopefully nothing will happen while we are gone'' Sonic said

''and if it does, we will be ready for it'' Sally said before giving Sonic a kiss on the cheek then said ''well good luck''

''thanks Sal you to'' Sonic said then he and his siblings got in the camper van and Sonia drove of

Once the van was gone Sally turns to Rotor and asked ''so what's wrong with eh trees'' then Rotor told Sally what's wrong with the trees then they went to investigate the river

When the triplets got near Port Mobius Sonic said ''I will go on ahead and start asking around''

Once Sonic got to town, he went he walks up to a statue that was covered then asks ''why on earth is this thing covered'' then as he pulls the cover of he sees a face on it then said ''Dingo what are you doing''

The dingo turned cover jump of the statue and said ''oh you know just hanging around''

Then Sleet walks over then said ''I guess you did on that this town sees Dr Robotnik as a hero'' then he turns to the Swatbots and said ''well what are you waiting for blast him'' then the bot blasted the blue hedgehog

''uh oh'' Sonic said before dodging the laser fire and as the lasers hit where Sonic once stood it created a bit of smoke

When the smoke cleared, and Dingo saw nothing there he said ''you got him Sleet''

Of to the side Sonic was leaning against a wall then he whistled then said ''are you guys slow or are you guys slow'' then the Swatbots shot at him but he ran to dodge the blast then u[ agents another wall he said ''yep you guys are slow'' before he ran of

''I said blast him'' Sleet said unaware Sonic was running towards them then as he ran though the group the Swatbots did as told and tried to shoot the hedgehog btu was too slow and shot each other

Sonic runs to a group of Mobians and asked ''stupid question but is anyone with the resistance'' and the answer he got was everyone pointing a gun at him then the speed agent said ''guess not and a simple no would have been better'' before running off as they started to shoot at him

Sonic runs to the entrance to see the guards closing then he stops then said ''that's a good try guess but that's not going to be a problem'' then he jumps and does a spin dash and breaks though the gate then once he was on the other side he said ''now there is a problemo'' as there was a squad of Swatbots wating for him ready to fire at the blue hedgehog who dodged the lasers and rans back to the statue to see a scorpion like vehicle there the stopping in between the vehicle and the statue

Sleet who was driving aimed at the hedgehog and said ''I wont miss this time'' but Sonic just runs of and letting the stop hit the Robotnik statue which fell on the vehicle

As Sonic was running around he stops in front of a pair of gate then said ''alright an exit just what I needed'' then as he grabbed the handle it turned in to a hand

''I have you now'' Dingo said before the campervan hit him

''about time you got here what took you so long'' Sonic asked

''she wouldn't speed up'' Manic said

''that's because I didn't want my heir to be messed up'' Sonia said

''you do know that the wind cant mess your heir up because there need to be a breeze for that right Sonia'' Sonic said as he jumps in the camper then Sonia drives off leaving behind a groaning Dingo

''so what did you find out'' Sonia asked as she was driving to the docks

''unfortunately I didn't as they seemed to be waiting for us'' Sonic said then he sees a swatbot then said ''sis look out'' then the swat bot shot at the camper then Sonic activated his medallion then said ''okay sis you keeping making the tracks and I will play this axe'' then he opens the hatch that was on top of the camper then he shot the Swatbot that was chasing then

Both Manic and Sonia looked back then Sonia asked ''did you get it Sonic''

Manic look out the front then shouted ''lookout Sonia'' then then they both screamed as the Camper took of and landed in a pleasure cruise ship then as it went in to a hall Sonia hits the breaks making it stop before hitting the stage

Sonic gets out of the camper then said ''you could have placed us in the front row Sonia''

Then they heard someone say as Sonia and Manic as getting out of the van ''argh welcome to the Queen Aleena'' then then hedgehogs turn to see an walking up to them as he continued ''I be Captain Squeegee I heard the composition that's going off in town that wouldn't be you landlubbers would causing it and dragging me into it''

''could be Sonic the name and resistance is our game'' Sonic said

''well then glad to meet you I am the head of the local resistance'' Captain Squeegee said as he held out his hand for a shake which Sonic took then he said as he lets go ''well to tell you the truth I am the local resistance''

''so what is this boat'' Sonia asked

''this boat be Queen Aleena and it be a showboat'' Squeegee said

''well looks like the show is done'' Manic said

''there hasn't been one on weeks not since everyone went over to Robotnik's side'' Squeegee said

''and that is why we are here to see why the port sees Buttnik a hero'' Sonic said

''argh that's because they think he can protect them from Moby Deep'' Squeegee said

''but isn't Moby Deep a legend'' Sonia asked

''argh he be real alright and maybe you are the three hedgehogs I be needing to capture the sea monster then that will show everyone that we don't need Robotnik's protection'' Squeegee said

''sure we will help you, but can we start in the morning as we are hungry, it's getting late and we came a long way'' Sonic said

''sure I will show ye to ye rooms'' Squeegee said

The next morning Sonic Manic and Sonia was with Squeegee when Sonia asked ''now that we are refreshed mind telling us what's going on here''

''when Moby Deep first stared sinking ships, everyone went to Robotnik begging for help now the only way to win them over is for the resistance to catch Moby Deep'' Squeegee said

''sorry Cap but we are here to fight Robotnik not sea monsters'' Sonic said

''now wait a mobius minute Sonic I smell something fishy about this''''

''what do you mean Sonia'' Sonic asked

''what if Robotnik is the one sinking the ship in order to force Port Mobius to go to him for protection because they are afraid'' Sonia said

''you could be right Sonia now that we have that solved, I am out of here'' Sonia said as he started to rev before stopping because of Manic

Manic stops his brother by saying ''whoa there bro we need to see if the sea monster is real or not and I just happen to have an idea to prove it''

''will this take long'' Sonic said

''who knows'' Manic said as he leads them to a room that had a stage and a water tank then he goes on stage ad starts to rig something up then once he is doe he summons his drums then said ''by bouncing sound wave of off stuff you can tell bow big they are and all I have to do is lower the mic blay a few beats and then listen to the echoes that comes back'' then he plays a few beats then he said as the echoes was too loud ''ouch'' and he shot out of his chair then as he sits up he says ''like that''

''but how can we test it when there is nothing in the tank''' Sonic asked

''and that is where one of you two comes in all you have to do is jump in and act like a sea monster'' Manic said as he walks over to this siblings

''and how about you go jump in a lake'' Sonic said

''and what about you'' Manic as facing his sister

''and get my heir wet you have to be joking'' Sonia said

The Squeegee walks over to them and said ''argh what a bunch of whiners I'll play Moby Deep for ye'' then he goes over to the tank and jumps in and the moment he hit the water he starts absorbing it then once he has absorbed it all he said ''grr I hate it when that happens'' then he tries to get up

Manic sees the captain struggling and he says ''no need to worry captain I will help you'' the he jumps in and lands on the captain letting the water out

As the water was out it had a splash back on Sonia and Sonic, but Sonic was quicker and didn't get went and went to get a towel and Sonia said ''ow warn us next time Manic''

''towel'' Sonic said as he holds one out for Sonia

Sonia takes the towel and says ''why thank you''

Then Manic and Squeegee get out of the tank the green hedgehog said ''now all that left to is take the boat out to sea and see what is really out there one of Robotnik's subs or Moby Deep''

''well then count me out plus someone has to keep an eye on Sleet and Dingo someone fast'' Sonic said before running off the boat

''we know that Sonic doesn't like water that mush but he is acting like he is afraid of it'' Manic said

''he be a member of the Chaos of speed correct'' Squeegee asked

''that's right'' Sonia said

''then he be afraid of it as all speed agents have and will'' Squeegee said

''what do you mean by that'' Manic asks

''all speed agents are naturally afraid of water because it can slow them down, but they can overcome this fear and it can only be overcome by something that they fear more but it will always be there and there nothing we can do about it but'' Squeegee said

''wander what he fears more than water'' Sonia said

''properly losing the two of you not let's get going'' Squeegee said before leafing the toom and to the control room to get the boat out to sea
