Carmen was walking thru a dense, dark forest, full of life. The sunlight filtered thru the leaves as Carmen heard the animals running around and she smiled.
"Viridian forest is so lively." She commented out loud as she walked. A few minutes latter she felt a soft paw on her ankle. She looked down and saw a small yellow critter. She crouched down to get a better look at it, and it was clearly trying to get her attention. It had bright red cheeks that seemed to glow with energy and a tail that looked like a lightning bolt.
"Well aren't you a cutie." She smiled as the animal propped it's self up on her knee and was trying to give her something it had in it's mouth.
"What's this?" She held her hand out and he dropped a shimmering blue and violet stone in her gloved hand.
"How pretty." She held it up in a sun beam and it sparkled like a piece of a star. She took her glove off and petted the critter.
"Thank you."
"Pika!" He replied and smiled.
