So a few months ago, Autistic-Grizzly and Crusherboy93 asked me to do a fight between Agent Venom Nagisa vs John Bertrand. I said yes, and decided to do it as chapter 21, since I already had other fights listed. And now, it's finally here. They've been waiting for a while, so hopefully it lives up to their expectation.

Bryant: AC Heroics, Hunter Classroom. Certainly two of Azure's favorite fanfics in the Assassination Classroom Category.
Thea: So let's piss off one of the authors by killing one of their characters!
Bryant: Actually, they asked us to make it just a regular fight, not a fight to the death.
Thea: Oh come on!
Bryant: Don't worry, the next five fights might be death fights.
Thea: Alright, fine.
HC Isogai: Can I say the fight thing?
Thea: What the, why are you here?! And why should you say it, I'm the one who says it!
HC Isogai: Uh, I'm from Hunter Classroom?
Bryant: So?
HC Isogai: I'm Azure's seventh favorite Assassination Classroom character?
Bryant: …Fine.
HC Isogai: Alright!
Bryant: Anyways, John Bertrand, the superhuman bounty hunter.
Thea: And Nagisa, aka Agent Venom, the Symbiote Assassin.
Bryant: Hello everyone! I'm Bryant Reese!
Thea: And I'm Thea Price.
Bryant: And we're here to analyze these two fighters and find out who would win, a WI Battle!
-Line Break-
Bryant: In Kunugigaoka Middle School, more specifically Class 3-E, the students were prepared to experience a boring school year at the mercy of their asshole schoolmates and sh*tty teachers.
Thea: But if the school knew the truth about these kids, they'd crap their pants. Cause these students aren't just regular students, they're superheroes and assassins! Recruited by Japan's Ministry of Defense, the Green Lantern Corp, and the Nova Corp, Class 3-E was tasked to defeat the incoming threat, Thanos, and save the universe. And out of these heroes, one stands out thanks to his natural talent and badassery. Nagisa Shiota.

Bryant: We covered Agent Venom in the past, but there is much, much more to him than one would think.
Thea: Nagisa Shiota spent most of his life under the care of his abusive mother. He was forced to dress up for her, essentially acting as her doll. Not cool, lady. Not cool.
Bryant: Unable to deal with her actions, Nagisa eventually fell behind his studies and was eventually dropped into E-Class. There, he met Aguri Yukimura, the teacher of the E-Class.
Thea: So Aguri was working for a douchebag named Yanagisawa, who was experimenting on the World-Renown assassin, the Reaper, who actually ended up turning into a yellow octopus named Korosensei. When Korosensei attempted to escape, Aguri was caught by a tentacle mine trying to calm him down.
Bryant: Aguri's dying wish was what sent Korosensei to eventually become the teacher of the E-Class in her stead. But Korosensei wasn't the only test subject. There was another. A Klyntar, symbiotic beings that can bind itself to a host. This symbiote was named Venom, and it was good friends with Aguri. Aguri used the last of her strength to ask Venom to go find Nagisa, and bond with him.
Thea: And then Nagisa became even more of a badass than he already was! He became, Agent Venom.

Bryant: As Agent Venom, Nagisa has all of the powers belonging to Spiderman and more. He has superhuman strength, speed and durability. He's immune to most poisons, resisted mind control, can crawl on walls, create pitch black webs to swing either himself or his opponents around, see in the dark, or turn invisible with his camouflage.
Thea: He also can absorb other people's weapons and use them for himself. If people get past his night vision, he has the classic Spidey-Sense to keep him light on his toes.
Bryant: The Spidey-Sense is an omnidirectional radar that Nagisa can use to sense and observe his surroundings. He can even get feelings of dread when something bad might happen, much like precognition, though it's not good enough to actually see what will happen in the future. With the Spidey-Sense, his reaction and evasion is boosted drastically.
Thea: Nagisa is more than just cool abilities though. He's super smart, and was trained by a lot of teachers, like Daredevil, Bitch-sensei, Karasuma, Black Panther, and more.
Bryant: Even without Venom's help, Nagisa is a skilled assassin. He's also received a pseudo Super Soldier Serum which increased his base abilities. He's skilled in knife-fighting, stealth, hand-to-hand combat, negotiation, parkour, marksmanship, and seduction. He has techniques such as sensing a person's consciousness, stunning them with his signature Clap Stunner, and intimidating his opponents with his bloodlust.
Thea: Or knocking them out with the Kiss of Death! Heh, I bet Kayano really likes that in the bedroom.
Bryant: It's possible. They are dating after all, and Venom is often displayed as increasing certain emotions.
Thea: She definitely is having fun with him in the bed.
Bryant: Enough of the sex jokes. Let's move on to his arsenal.
Thea: My favorite part of his stuff are his guns. His signature guns are his M1911A1 Pistols, which we covered several times already. His FN P90 is a neat little submachine gun that can fire up to 1100 rounds a minute at a range of up to 200 meters. He's also got his Heckler & Koch XM8 rifle, which can fire up 750 rounds a minute and can hold 100 rounds at once.
Bryant: Unfortunately, Nagisa was held back by his own mental state. His mother's influence was still hurting him, and his bloodlust threatened to overwhelm him. If he's not careful, he risks falling into his berserker Venom form, which is just as deadly, but a thousand times more sadistic. But Nagisa's story is the story of growth, and he was soon able to come to peace with his own life. Thus granting him access to his Guardian form.
Thea: With his Guardian form, he gets another boost to his physical abilities, is immune to fire and heat, and gets a freakin' Space Sword! Oh, and apparently he can use time travel!
Bryant: It's complicated. Nagisa was able to wield the Infinity Gauntlet at one point despite the immense power it possessed. This is because, when he was a baby, he was struck with Sudden Infant Death Syndrome, but was saved by Doctor Strange, who saved him with the Time Stone. His body absorbed the Time Stone's energy, essentially making him a pseudo Infinity Stone. Now, he can't lock people into infinite time loops in order to make a bargain, see into all possible futures, stop time, or is immune to time, but he can go back in time and be recharged by the Time Stone. Though he won't be using these powers in this fight.
Thea: Yeah, Nagisa did make a badass sword named Hope-Bringer, which is on the same level of Stormbreaker, and he travelled through time a bunch of different times. But the thing is, that was all an older version of himself from a darker future. We're using the current 'modern' version, who didn't do those kinds of things, nor does he really know how to. Side note, we won't be comparing Agent Venom to the canon Agent Venom. We're just using him as he is in AC Heroics.
Bryant: Even so, Nagisa is not one to underestimate.
Achievements:

Bryant: He's fast enough to dodge lightning, strong enough to injure Thanos, and tough enough to survive the explosion of the HYDRA Base in Paris. Assuming that it was the same size of the laboratory Korosensei was created in Japan, which compared to fourteen feet tall street lights comes out to have a surface area of about 1,026 meters, and assuming the explosion was a third the size of the lab, this puts it out to be about 7 tons of TNT. Even more impressive is when he went berserk into his Beserk Venom form. In which he took hits from Black Canary Hara.
Thea: We looked at her fellow sound user, Songbird Yada, and we said that she can produce a sound that equals to being hit by 170 megatons of force. And Black Canary is probably just as loud as Songbird in AC Heroics.
Bryant: He's able to match Aqua-Knight, the Izuku Midoriya of another one of Autistic-Grizzly's fanfics, Son of Atlantis, but only for a small amount of time. However, keeping up with Aqua-Knight at all is still impressive. Especially since Aqua-Knight should compare to Supergirl, who he was able to take on fairly well.
Thea: He's fought off Thanos's army, dismembered Death to All, took on the entire Assassination Classroom in his Venom form, and even overpowered most of them! Why did we put him up against Red Hood again? He's way too strong.
Bryant: Agent Venom is certainly a powerful hero, but he's not unstoppable. He does have his weaknesses.
Weaknesses:
-Chocolate distracts him easily
-Sound based attacks
-Guardian Form tires him over time
-Reckless
-Mostly relies on Venom
Bryant: While his Guardian form is certainly a reliable one, he can't hold it forever, and has a time limit. And while it does get rid of his fire and heat weaknesses, it doesn't get rid of his sound weakness, though he has shown to be able to power through certain amounts of sound, as he not only took hits from Black Canary, but also from multiple sound guns. Even so, enough loud sounds can eventually overwhelm him.
Thea: There's also the fact that he's super addicted to chocolate. It's almost as bad as Azure with his Turkey Hill Diet Ice Tea!
Azure: Hey, it tastes better than the regular Ice Tea! Plus, it doesn't have any harmful ingredients.
Thea: Hey, we're all part of the author's personality. I'm his destructive and energetic side. Bryant is his intellect. You're his creativity. So we really can't judge since we all like ice tea. You just like it more than us.
Azure: I suppose that's true… *sips ice tea and walks away*
Bryant: Nagisa's biggest weakness however is arguably his recklessness. He doesn't hesitate to put himself into danger, and that can leave him vulnerable in certain situations, especially if he loses Venom, as his powers are pretty reliant on him.
Thea: Still, Nagisa is one badass hero. He's definitely more than capable of finishing his fights, no matter his weaknesses.
(ACH Nagisa) The point between Rage and Serenity. That is where I need to focus. I'm ready.

Bryant: The Assassination Classroom was a group of deadly assassins, all being trained to kill the unkillable.
Thea: Korosensei, a yellow octopus moving at Mach 20!
Bryant: Korosensei was a result of antimatter experiments, where the mad scientist Kotaro Yanagisawa attempted to make it so that they can produce antimatter in the human body.
Thea: And then a rat blew up 70% of the moon, and in order to make sure that Korosensei didn't do the same, the government asked a bunch of kids to kill the octopus for them. And after a year of fun times and making friends, they did it, in the saddest ending of an anime series ever. Rest in peace Korosensei. At least until you come back by a mosquito to die again and be resurrected again as a clone.
Bryant: Years after the graduation of the Assassination Classroom, the entire class was called to the old campus by Karma Akabane. Once there, Karma proposed an idea.
Thea: Start a bounty hunting group and kick some major ass!
Bryant: And that they did. With an extra member.
Thea: John-

Thea: Ah, dammit.
Bryant: John. Welcome.
John: Thank you, thank you. Good to be back. Excited to be participating in a What If Battle again. Quick question, why was Nagisa's analysis first?
Bryant: Because he's the author's favorite anime character.
John: Oh, right. Anyways!

Bryant: As a child, John grew up as the rich son of the Bertrand family in America. It was a, regular life. As he grew older, he was transported to Japan for a foreign exchange program. There, he met Toka Yada, and the two eventually fell for each other. When Karma started the bounty hunting group, Toka invited John to be a part of the team.
John: Connections, resources, and lot's of skill. What's not to like?

Bryant: John is a skilled strategist, cunning opponent, and expert swordsman. He was one of the five members of the Hunter Classroom who was chosen to be the leader of the team.
Thea: And he got quite a few things he can use in battle! Like his tentacles!
Bryant: Back in the age of Korosensei, John was one of several people who was chosen to be experimented on with tentacles. In his case, the tentacles gained sentience, and have been helping him in battle.
John: Oh yeah, Rock and Creed. They give me flight, superhuman strength, speed, durability, and healing. My healing factor can even let me withstand exposed plutonium in my suit. You know, that thing used to power nuclear power plants?
Bryant: Speaking of which, John's teammate Itona made a high-tech suit for John, much like the Mark 50 Iron Man suit in the MCU.
Thea: It can fly up to Mach 10, change shape to adapt to battle, detect heat signatures, make him invisible, fire beams of energy, fire missiles, and spray a formula to seal wounds. And if that's not enough, he can just fire the Unibeam or charge it with his tentacles!
Bryant: Kind of redundant, considering the fact that he can already fire lasers, fly, and heal.
Thea and John: You can never fire enough lasers or fly or heal.
Thea: He's also got smoke grenades, gas grenades, flash bang grenades, and sound grenades.
Bryant: In addition, thanks to his multiverse hopping, John can use a variety of magic spells. These spells actually come from the world of In Another World With My Smartphone. He doesn't know how to use all of the spells, but he does know a good amount of them. While he can use these spells with just his hands, he mostly relies on his staff and incantations to use them.
John: I can throw around fireballs, spears, storms, shoot water from my hands, fire or create shards, chunks, or balls of ice, create vortexes and storms, generate lightning, control sand, create spears of light, use a tracking spell, remove friction, and put people to sleep. I'd say I have a pretty good moveset.
Thea: Oh yeah, John does get an Omnitrix, but he hasn't had it long enough or done enough things for us to actually calculate it. Plus both authors asked us to keep it out.
Bryant: John has achieved a lot during his time as a bounty hunter.
Achievements:

-Max speed was recorded to be Mach 50

Bryant: He has long since surpassed Korosensei in speed. He's been recorded to be flying at a max speed of Mach 45.
Thea: But in Triple Discord, he's been listed as Mach 50!
Bryant: Well, yeah, but that was a joke.
Thea: Eh, why not take it seriously. Mach 50!
Bryant: Ugh… While this may seem a little much, he has flown into space easily. His own antimatter beam has been able to fly into space in a few seconds. Considering a distance of 63 miles, this means that the beam can reach a speed up to Mach 97.
Thea: Try dodging that Kamehameha! Not only that, it was able to vaporize Yanagisawa, meaning it must've reached an energy's worth of 3 gigajoules!
John: How many times have you guys used that number?
Bryant: He's killed other Yanagisawas too. As a result of the multiverse shenanigans, John has gone up against many alternate versions of the Hunter Classroom. He's even been able to withstand radiation from a nuclear power plant.
John: I already said that.
Bryant: But what does it mean? What exactly did you survive?
John: Uh, nuclear power plant?
Bryant: Thanks to a combination of his suit and his healing, John was able to withstand the effects of plutonium for what I estimate to be around 15 minutes. A nuclear factory is capable of producing 13,968 mwh a day. That translates to over 50,000,000,000,000 joules of energy. Considering the time he was exposed to it, this means that John withstood about 521 gigajoules of energy. That's equal to about 59 megatons of force.
John: Wow I'm tough.
Thea: He's also strong enough to force a bunker door close. That's 25 tons of pure metal right there!
Bryant: John is certainly strong, but he's not invincible.
Weaknesses:
-Human body is still vulnerable
-Can be overwhelmed
-Special serums
-Reckless
Bryant: John is tough, but he has died before via a special serum that caused his tentacles to explode. Plus, should he be up against an opponent who outclasses him in strength and speed, he can be overwhelmed. His biggest weakness however is how reckless he is. He rarely even hesitates even in some of the most dangerous situations, and often needs help from his teammates to get him out of those same situations.
Thea: Nah. His real weakness is the fact that his body is still a regular human's. He can be knocked out and/or drugged a little too easily.
John: Hey, I can withstand 59 megatons of force from a radioactive power plant. I think I get a pass.
Bryant: John may not be a perfect bounty hunter, but he's far from the worst. It's going to take a while to take down the superpowered bounty hunter of the Hunter Classroom.
(John Bertrand) He'll get the justice he deserves, but through a court, not a vengeful son.

Bryant: Alright, the stage is set, time to start this dance.
Thea: Battle ready, set, GO!
-Line Break-
John bounced on his feet, pacing back and forth. AV Nagisa watched him as he paced the room. The ACH and the HCs were in a secluded facility, waiting for a project to be finished.
"John, she's going to be okay. Be patient." AV Nagisa finally said.
"I know, I know." John groaned. He looked at where a pair of doors were closed, preventing him from seeing inside.
"You need to calm down. You had an update not too long ago. Grizz will update again soon." AV Nagisa said.
"Agh, I can't calm down, I'm too excited! I want an update now!" John nearly shouted. AV Nagisa sighed, before thinking.
"Hey! Young Chiba!" he called. Ryu stopped tossing a ball at one of his tentacles and walked over to the two.
"What's up?"
"John's restless while waiting for the next update to our crossover. How about the three of us spar? I know you need to release some stress." AV Nagisa offered. Ryu opened his mouth to respond but was interrupted by his phone vibrating. He opened it and read the text.
"Sorry, but no. Rinka wants to go on a date. But for now, why don't you two enjoy yourselves?" Ryu pulled out his portal gun and shot the wall, revealing a large, empty city.
"I found this a while ago. Abandoned due to some sort of monster attack. Was going to use it for some more intense training, but hey, it's a big multiverse. I'll pick you guys up after a few hours." Ryu said.
"Perfect! Come on John. You know what they say, 'time flies when you're having fun'." AV Nagisa said. John breathed to calm himself.
"Yeah, okay." John nodded as he walked into the portal. AV Nagisa walked out after him. Ryu walked out the door after closing the portal. The HCs and the ACH all looked up after they left.
"I bet 50,000 yen on AV Nagisa!" GR Karma called.
"I'll take that bet." HC Karma responded, taking out his wallet. The three classes all took out their wallets and began making bets. Hey, they were all waiting for their updates, what else were they going to do?
Meanwhile, in the abandoned city, John had geared up and was flying through the city. AV Nagisa had turned into Agent Venom and was swinging ahead of him.
"You ready?!" Agent Venom called back to John.
"I was born ready!" John declared.
HC Isogai: The Battle of the Fanfics begins now!
HC Isogai: Fight!
John charged up a blaster shot and fired it towards Agent Venom. Sensing it, Agent Venom shot a web to the side and pulled himself towards the buildings. He ran up the side of a skyscraper as John flew after him, firing shots from his hand blasters before charging in towards the superhero. Agent Venom leapt over an explosion and pushed off the building, letting John smash into the building. John turned but was caught off guard by a web sticking to his chest.
"Huh?" he grunted. Agent Venom pulled himself towards him and smashed a fist into John's helmet. John staggered but ducked under another swing and countered with a kick, sending Agent Venom up the building. Agent Venom skidded to a stop and stuck to the side of the building with his feet. Spikes came out of the bottom of John's feet, letting him stick to the side as well.
"Okay then." Agent Venom pulled out his pistols and began firing towards John. His suit changed to create a shield as John charged through the bullets and slammed a punch into Agent Venom. Agent Venom blocked the hit and the two swung at each other again. They grunted as their fists connected with each other.
John growled and jumped off the building. Compartments opened on his shoulders and missiles shot out of them. Agent Venom ran up the building, dodging and shooting the missiles out of the air. He fired another string of web towards John and pulled himself and John towards each other.
They both raised their hands and threw them forwards with a yell. Connecting it, the two were sent flying to opposite ends of the street. The two slammed into the ground and stood up. Agent Venom fired his bullets towards John again as John took to the air. The bounty hunter shot to the side and fired more energy blasts towards Agent Venom as the superhero jumped out of the way. Agent Venom took out his guns and opened fire again. John dashed around, avoiding the shots. The two took to the sky again, firing and dodging each other's shots.
"Hey John, I don't think this is working. We should try something else." Rock suggested. John grunted as he shot towards Agent Venom to throw another punch. Agent Venom twisted midair, causing John to miss. John turned and grunted as a black web stuck to his chest.
"Sh*t." John groaned. Agent Venom yanked John towards him and punched him in the helmet, causing him to flip in the air. Agent Venom whirled around as he fell, using more webs to pull himself up and kick John in the back, sending him flying up. John growled and turned around, firing an anti-tank missile towards Agent Venom. The superhero shot another web and caught the missile before spinning and throwing it back at John.
"Now that deserves a sh*t." John deadpanned before creating a shield. The missile exploded against it and sent him flying. Agent Venom did a fist pump before web zipping after him.
"Woah woah woah!" John grunted before slamming into a statue, causing it to break in half.
"Okay, that hurt." he groaned as he stood up, swaying slightly. He looked up and grabbed the statue top as Agent Venom swung towards him. He spun and hurled it towards the incoming hero.
"Is that it?!" Agent Venom taunted as he swung and smashed the statue. John flew through the dust cloud and punched Agent Venom through the air.
"Not quite!" John grinned as he fired his blasters to back-hand Agent Venom away. He grunted as he slammed against a street light. John landed and charged towards Agent Venom, punching him rapidly before turning his hand into a battering ram.
"Ah crap!" Agent Venom crossed his arms before John smashed the ram into them, sending Agent Venom flying down the street as the street light fell. John picked it up and hurled it through the air.
"Oof!" Agent Venom grunted as he bounced off the street before landing on fours. He web-grabbed a manhole cover and swung it around before throwing it towards the street light, cutting it in half. He scanned the area for John, but didn't see him.
"Where did you go?" Agent Venom mused. He closed his eyes and waited. A buzzing alerted him, and he quickly jumped to the side as John slammed down where he was. Agent Venom tagged him a web and yanked John around before throwing him down the street. He gave chase, using his webs to fly after him and drop-kick John even further.
John landed on his feet and charge-tackled Agent Venom, sending debri and chunks of the street flying as he dug his feet in. John slammed his feet onto the ground and the two shot into the air. Agent Venom punched John several times before kicking him away. The two shot through the air as John flew after the swinging superhero. The two continued to exchange blows as they zipped through the air of the buildings. Agent Venom twisted over some missiles and shot the rest before yanking himself faster.
"How are we doing Venom?" Nagisa asked as he swung around. He dodged another attack from John and the two exchanged blows before John kicked him away.
"We're doing fine, but we should start playing it smarter. John is stronger than us, so we have to play to our other advantages." Venom said.
"You got it!" Nagisa grunted as he shot another web and yanked himself up the building. John gave chase and landed on the roof. He looked around, seeing nothing.
"He must've cloaked himself." John realized. A web stuck to his face, covering his eyes. John grunted as he tried to pull it off, only for another web to stick his hand to his face. Agent Venom appeared as he shot more and more webs, encasing John in a cocoon.
"Wanna give up? You seem a bit tied up at the moment." Agent Venom taunted. A blue glow from the cocoon stopped him, and a huge beam of energy shot from John's chest and blasted Agent Venom off the roof. John grunted as his suit created spikes and cut through the cocoon.
"I'm not going down that easily." John said as he leapt off the roof and aimed his blasters. Agent Venom blinded him with another web shot before shooting towards a building and catching himself.
"Quit doing that!" John grunted as he ripped the web off and went for a hit. Agent Venom pushed off the building as he dodged the punch before using a string of webs to pull himself back for a drop kick, slamming John against the building. Agent Venom kicked him twice before using more web to swing him over himself and hurled him towards the ground. John grunted as he straightened himself and fired more missiles. Agent Venom threw a net of webs and caught the missiles before swinging them around and throwing them back at John. They exploded on impact, sending John through another building. John groaned as he stood up inside the building, his suit cracking and falling apart.
"So! Wanna give up now?" Agent Venom asked as he landed in the building. John grunted.
"I'm not even close to being out of tricks, goo boy." he retorted. He pulled out a magic staff with a diamond on top and pointed it at Agent Venom, who looked at him, confused.
"Flame blow, Blazing Eruption: Explosion!" John chanted. A ball of fire shot from the tip of his staff and exploded, surprising Agent Venom as he was blasted out of the room. Venom yelled in pain as he struggled to keep his form.
"Ugh! Venom, are you okay?!" Nagisa grunted as he recovered and swung away from the building.
"Yes, but look out!" Venom warned as John shot out of the building and gave chase. Agent Venom grunted and yelped as he dodged the fire and wind attacks. He dove through the air and swung using a street light and swung back into the air. He whirled around and fired more webs towards John, who dodged the web shots. Agent Venom landed on the side of the building before zipping up the side with his webs and wall sticking. John fired wind blades and fireballs towards Agent Venom, destroying the wall. John stopped and charged up a beam of energy before firing it after Agent Venom. Agent Venom grunted as he web zipped quickly towards the top before pushing off it and falling backwards.
"This is starting to get old." John groaned before being drop-kicked. John pushed Agent Venom away but was quickly pulled back into a punch by another web. John elbowed Agent Venom and blasted him with another ball of energy. Agent Venom grunted before web zipping into John and slamming him against the building nearby. John shoved Agent Venom away with his legs before using his tentacles to anchor himself.
Agent Venom shot a flurry of webs towards John, but they were knocked away by Rock and Creed. Agent Venom leapt off the building and web zipped up to him. John quickly dodged the attack and punched Agent Venom's mask. Agent Venom grunted before ducking under another punch and uppercutting John left and right. John grunted before blocking another punch and countering with a hook. He grabbed Agent Venom before kicking off the building, cracking it as the two flew off. He grabbed Agent Venom from behind and propelled them downwards. Agent Venom threw his head back and smacked it into John's nose, making him grunt before managing to break free and kicking him away. The two landed on opposite sides of the street with a cloud of dust.
"Ow… Man am I glad Crusherboy93 doesn't make me do this kind of stuff regularly. Or, at all, has he made me do something like this? Ah, whatever." John groaned as he stood up. He looked to see Agent Venom getting up as well. The bounty hunter rushed towards him and slammed into Agent Venom's back before flip kicking him back into the air. John bent down and shot up, tackling Agent Venom and taking the two into the air. The two shot up into the sky. Agent Venom continued to dodge John's fireballs while using his webs and guns to counter-attack. John flew back and charged up a ball of energy.
"Ka, me, ha, me, HA!" John yelled as he shot a beam of energy towards Agent Venom. The superhero grunted as he was blasted and sent back down into the city. He used his webs to catch himself with two building corners and launch himself back up towards John.
"Come forth Fire, whirling spiral: Fire Storm!" John chanted again as he fired a stream of fire. Agent Venom crossed his arms.
"Not going to work this time!" he grunted. The suit exploded, and out of it flew Nagisa in his Guardian Form. The flames slammed into him, but fizzled out.
"What the-?!" John grunted as yet another web stuck to his chest, and he was pulled in for another punch. Agent Venom kicked him down and shot another web, catching the tip of the staff. John looked at it before holding it out.
"Come forth, Lightning! Pure Sparkling Javelin: Thunder Spear!" he chanted. Lightning raced up the web and shocked Agent Venom, causing him to lose his grip on the web. John stopped his fall as Agent Venom landed on the side of another building. John held up his staff as magic gathered at the end of it.
"Come forth, Ice! Grand Frozen Mass: Ice Rock!" John chanted. A giant ball of ice appeared at the end of his staff and hurled itself towards Agent Venom.
"Oh come on!" Agent Venom growled before he leapt off the building towards the ice. He used his webs to pull himself towards the ice ball and drop-kicked it as hard as he could, sending it and him back towards John.
"Oh sh*t! Burst forth, Fire! Purgatorial Roar: Mega Explosion!" John casted as the ice ball nearly hit him. The ball exploded, and the two were stunned and fell. The two landed on the roof of a building. Agent Venom recovered and turned invisible as John stood up.
"Where did he go this time?" John wondered. Web was shot into his eyes, and his staff was wrestled out of his hands as he was suckerpunched across the roof. He slammed into the other side with a grunt.
"No more magic tricks." Agent Venom grunted. John ripped off the web to see Agent Venom snap the staff in half.
"Ugh, b*tch." John complained before holding his hand up. A wave of magic swept across the roof as he casted Search. Agent Venom blinked as he became surrounded with a blue light.
"Did you really think it was going to be that easy?" John snarked before throwing a grenade. Agent Venom shot a web, sticking the grenade to the ground. The grenade exploded, and Agent Venom yelled as a wave of sound blasted him. He shot more webs, entangling John. Rock and Creed shot out and ripped the webbing apart before shooting towards Agent Venom. The superhero quickly drew his Space Sword and slashed the tentacles, which quickly regenerated. John and Agent Venom shot towards each other, quickly attacking at high speeds, their limbs becoming blurs.
John used his tentacles to block the Space Sword while punching Agent Venom. Agent Venom grunted as he was kicked backwards. He slashed heavily, slicing the edge of the building off and sending it flying. John pulled himself towards the building chunk with Rock and Creed and drop-kicked the chunk towards Agent Venom, who sliced it in half with his sword. John stopped in midair and put his hands together.
"Kamehame, HAA!" John yelled as he fired the beam of energy again. Agent Venom held up his sword and blocked the beam, grunting as he pushed through it. John increased the attack's intensity, knocking Agent Venom off his feet. John leapt towards him and punched him again.
"It's time!" John said as he reared back. Agent Venom looked up, only to get punched again.
"MUDA! MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! "MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA MUDA! MUDA!" John yelled as he kicked Agent Venom even harder. The last kick sent Agent Venom through a building and onto the street on the other side.
"Augh… that… hurt…" Agent Venom groaned as he stood up.
"Not done yet!" John declared as he shot through the holes of the building. Agent Venom dodged backwards, letting John smash the ground he was just a few seconds ago. The two waited for the other to make a move, both slowly healing.
John suddenly raised his hand and threw another grenade before shooting it with a laser from his finger. The flashbang went off, stunning and blinding Agent Venom. John leapt towards the blinded superhero. He raised his hand, a ball of anti-matter gathering in his palm. Agent Venom groaned, and then jumped up and over John's attack. John whirled around, only to get webbed to the building.
"You stupid? All I gotta do is-" John began as his tentacles came out. Suddenly, they were webbed up as well, sticking to the wall. Agent Venom stood and began hurling more and more webs. John grunted as his legs were stuck to the building and his arms were webbed against his chest. More and more webs continued to trap him and his tentacles.
"Time to end this!" Agent Venom dug his hands into the ground and pulled up a massive chunk of the road and threw it up into the air before leaping backwards between the buildings. He shot a dozen web strings at the sides with one hand before using the other to shoot a thicker web at a building further away. He began pulling himself towards the other building, pulling back the other strings.
"Oh sh*t!" John groaned as he began pulling himself out of the webs. Agent Venom looked between him and the building.
"It's all or nothing!" he grunted before letting go. He shot forwards as John yanked himself free of the webs.
"KAMEHAMEHA!" John yelled as he fired a third beam of energy. The road chunk fell in between them and cleaved through the beam as Agent Venom slammed into it. The two shot through several buildings, causing them to fall. Agent Venom flipped and landed as the unconscious John slid up to him.
"Whoo! Can't believe that worked." Agent Venom grunted. He looked down and picked John up. John mumbled incoherent curses.
"Sorry about that John." he apologized before using a web to pull himself and the bounty hunter through the air.

Thea: Whoo wee! What a fight!
HC Isogai: How?!
Thea: Wait, why are you still here?
HC Isogai: Forget that! How did John lose?
Bryant: It's more simple than you think. They matched each other in a couple ways. They had similar levels of training and skill, they both had similar levels of mobility and agility due to AV Nagisa's web swinging and John's flight, and they also were around the same level in terms of intelligence and tactics.
Thea: So they were pretty even in those aspects. John also had quite a few things going for him.
Bryant: For one thing, when looking at and comparing their series to each other directly, it's clear that John had the edge when it came to healing and strength, as AV Nagisa hasn't done anything like moving a 25 ton door or healing from radioactive exposure. Not to mention John's wide variety of spells helped him keep AV Nagisa on his toes.
Thea: Like how John's Search spell helped him keep track of AV Nagisa when he cloaked himself, and how John had more ways of fighting at a range than AV Nagisa's limited options. Plus, having three minds working together was better than having only two minds.
Bryant: On top of that, John has been in the business of bounty hunting for longer than Nagisa has been in the superhero business.
HC Isogai: So… how?!
Bryant: Well, you see, while John had those advantages, they just weren't enough to keep him in the lead.
Thea: John's arsenal meant that he had more options in the fight, but that didn't mean they would all work. John's fire spells were neutralized by the Guardian Form, his hypnosis wasn't able to work on AV Nagisa since he could resist mind manipulation, the gas grenades wouldn't help since Klyntars are immune to most poisons, and his more tricky spells and abilities were countered by the Spider-Sense. Like when John tried to use his own cloaking or blinding AV Nagisa, or when he attacked from behind.
Bryant: John really didn't have a way to get past the Spider-Sense, nor was he able to land a good hit in to take AV Nagisa out.
HC Isogai: But what about John's sound grenades? Wouldn't they have taken AV Nagisa out?
Bryant: The sound grenades would certainly help, but they wouldn't take him out for good. AV Nagisa has already proven himself being able to resist sound based attacks when he fought the ACH as Venom. Despite Black Canary and a multitude of sonic guns, designed to take AV Nagisa down by taking advantage of his weaknesses, he still tore right through them with little issue.
Thea: So just because he had that 'magic bullet' doesn't mean John could take AV Nagisa out just like that. While AV Nagisa could take advantage of the fact that John's body was mostly a regular human's.
Bryant: And when it came to experience, John may have been doing this for longer than AV Nagisa has, but AV Nagisa was actually able to match John thanks to who and what he fought.
Thea: Sure, John fought alternate versions of himself, but so did AV Nagisa. And John hasn't fought anything like Thanos or his army.
Bryant: Simply put, while John has been fighting for longer than AV Nagisa, AV Nagisa fought a much wider variety of opponents, thus putting their experience on an equal level.
HC Isogai: Ugh, I guess I can't argue against all that. But what about their other stats? Speed, durability, and all that. John is stronger, right?
Thea: Yeah, he is, but AV Nagisa's fights against the likes of Aqua-Knight and Thanos proves he can keep up with opponents that are stronger than himself. Not to mention the fact that AV Nagisa was actually faster.
Bryant: It's unreasonable to assume that John is actually able to go to Mach 50, as in Triple Discord the entirety of the AC and HC was recorded to be moving at that speed despite there only being a few tentacle users compared to the whole. But let's give the benefit of the doubt to John and assume that not only can he go up to Mach 50, but can also be scaled to Chiba from Hunter's Next Life.
Thea: We're really reaching since John and Chiba's antimatter serums are pretty different from each other, especially since John's antimatter serum was made during the same time as Itona and Kayano's while Chiba's was the latest and greatest formula. But for the sake of argument, let's compare them to each other anyways.
Bryant: Chiba was able to catch a bullet that was 26 meters away from him in order to save Sakura Kiyashiki. Considering the fact that the bullet was fired from only 2 meters away, and he caught it half way, he had to have made this trip in 0.001 seconds. To do this, he had to be moving at Mach 74, or about 56,778 miles per hour.
Thea: That's almost four times as fast as Korosensei.
Bryant: But on the other hand, AV Nagisa was able to dodge lightning, from just a couple feet away. Analyzing the scene, the dialogue, and the descriptions, it's clear that Nagisa dodged lightning after it was fired from five feet away. Considering the speed of lightning, which is 220,000 miles per hour, and the distance it traveled, this puts Nagisa's speed at Mach 287.
HC Isogai: Okay, but he knew that it was going to happen.
Bryant: Even considering that, if we were to lowball his reaction to being only a third of what he did, that would still put him at Mach 96, and still faster than John.
Thea: In terms of durability, it's pretty clear. Not only did AV Nagisa tank a hit that, at minimum, equal to 170 megatons while John could only withstand 59 megatons, AV Nagisa took a hit that was his weakness like nothing even happened in his weaker Berserk Venom form, while John would've died if it wasn't for HC Nagisa and HC Karma.
HC Isogai: I! Well, uh! Dammit.
Bryant: John's versatility and superior strength helped him keep up with AV Nagisa for most of the fight. But AV Nagisa's superior speed, durability, and Spider-Sense helped him end the fight.
Thea: Looks like Agent Venom took John to-
John: Took-me-to-class! Which-means-the-winner-of-this-WI-Battles-is-Agent-Venom-Nagisa!
Thea: Agh, son of a b*tch!

Bryant: *grumbles as he looks at it*

Bryant: Hm… this should be interesting. *Shows Thea*
Thea: This is going to be awesome.
A tall, dark figure walked down a path, eventually coming to a stop at the edge of a cliff. His helmeted head looked up as his raspy breath sounded out. Down, several dozen miles away from him, was a village. On the side of the village's mountain, there were a couple of faces carved into it. The man grunted, unimpressed.
"This planet has sustainable food and water, as well as many resources. But the people here are unimpressive. Perhaps we can use them as manual laborers." the man said.
"Perhaps. But perhaps not." another voice said. The man turned around, seeing another man dressed in a gray shirt and a blue cloth hanging around his stomach and his knees over dark blue pants held up by a large purple rope. A katana hung at his waist. What surprised the armored man was the fact that the man was hanging from the bottom of a tree branch.
"Who are you." the first man demanded.
"No one to be trifled with. And that village is my home." the second responded coolly. The first man raised his arm, opening his cloak and revealing a silver cylinder. The cylinder jumped to his hand, and extended into a red, glowing blade.
"Don't underestimate the power of the Dark Side." the first man warned. The second man closed his eyes, before opening them to reveal that they turned scarlet red with three comma shaped pupils surrounding the middle pupil.
