Saito looked around him nervously as the helicopter moved towards the streets towards the Schale club room along with the other students, other than Rin, that was in the reception room.

Looking down from the window, he saw there are heavily armed hostiles and tanks wreaking havoc in the streets. Most of the buildings have been hit by explosives and the roads are definitely not a good place for vehicles to drive.

"Seriously, why are we the ones that need to go through this mission, don't the GSC have the Valkyrie Police to help you?" Yuuka sitting right next to Saito, grumbling loudly to Rin.

Chinatsu just answered her calmly while she thoroughly checked her medical bag. "Rin told us that they have deployed most of them on other streets already. Right now, they are assisting all other academies to quell the chaos. So the only logical choice is to have all of us assisting Sensei."

Yuuka continued to grumble silently as she could not retort to what her fellow student was saying at all. Now all she can do is wait for the touchdown and finish what they need to do.

"We all know what we have to do once we get into battle. But let us also remember that Sensei is with us." Hasumi said.

Shun nodded in agreement. "That's right, Mr. Saito does not have the same kind of resistance to bullets that we have, so we have to make sure to not let anyone get behind us."

"Yeah, you won't be in the frontline with us, Sensei. It's for your safety."

Saito nodded. Ultimately, the fact of the matter is that all he has right now is a single pistol, a bulletproof vest, and the device that he got from Rin. It is for his safety and he still has no real idea how to use that device. "Don't worry, Suzumi. I won't get in the way. But the least I can do is take command, is that ok with all of you?"

"That's the least I can do instead of being a deadweight." He thought.

All the students said "Yes" without any hesitation except Yuuka, who slowly but reluctantly nodded immediately afterward.

Right as they finished talking, the General Student Council pilot told them over her communication device that they would be landing soon, and they needed to prepare themselves once they arrived at the scene. So all of them picked up all the things they needed and get ready for the upcoming fight.

On the street near the Schale club room known as the DU Outskirts, several students in biker helmets patrol the area with weapons on hand for any upcoming combat. Some were vigilant, while others were having idle chats or just lazing around, seemingly believing that everything is just fine.

"Hey…" One of the thugs asked.

"Yeah?" Her partner answered.

"Have you ever wondered why we are here?"

The friend looked into the distance. "It's one of life's great mysteries, isn't it? Why are we here? I mean, are we the product of some cosmic coincidence, or is there really a God watching everything? You know, with a plan for us and stuff. I don't know, but it keeps me up at night."

The second thug stared at her friend in bafflement and just shook her head. "What? No! I was asking why are we in the middle of the street over here instead of inside the club room?!"

"Oh… erm yeah… I think it was because the boss herself wants to be there by herself. I don't know, never paid attention."

"Wha- are you kidding me?! Ah, whatever, as long as I'm out of the bar I think I'm fi-"

The thug's word was interrupted by a loud rifle shot. The entire street was immediately on high alert and began to look around for their enemies. Then, there is a voice called out in the walkie-talkie that she had on her waist, letting everyone know where their enemies were.

"Fountain line to Backline!" The person behind the walkie-talkie called. "We need reinforcements! They're here, five of them!"

One of the backline members who heard it immediately took up her walkie-talkie. "FIVE?! HOW THE HELL YOU GUYS LOSE?!"

"WE DON'T KNOW ALRIGHT?! We just know that they are all from different academies and somehow their attacks are well coordinated- GRENADE, TAKE COVER!"

The sound of an explosion was then heard from the other side before many of them from the backline decided to just run to the frontline to cover for the others.

Just what the heck was happening?

Gunshots and loud explosions kept ringing in his ears as the battle on the street kept going. Yuuka rushed out quickly from her cover and did her best to kite around the rain of bullets shooting at her.

"Take them out, Hasumi!" In her earpiece, Hasumi heard Sensei's order. Without a word, she took aim and shot each of the delinquents without missing a beat.

"Good one, Hasumi. And thanks for willingly being the bait against our opponents, Yuuka." Saito praised.

Yuuka just shouted back at him. "Keep your praise later, Sensei! Let me recover for a little from the JHP rounds! This is gonna leave a mark."

From the distance, Saito uses a telescope and sees Yuuka's injuries and the marks that were left behind by the bullets.

"Yuuka, retreat back to Chinatsu's position for quick recovery. Suzumi, Hasumi, Shun, stall the fight and take out as many of them as you can. Advance with caution!"

The girl all said "roger" and followed their teacher's order. Yuuka quickly and carefully moved to the backline towards Chinatsu to cover her injuries all the while the other students pushed forward.

"Rin's right, the halo on them really makes them resilient." While he observed Shun and the rest of the front line pushing through their enemies, he would occasionally glance at Chinatsu and Yuuka as the Gehenna student covered the Millenium student's injuries with bandages. Without the halo on their head, they will definitely die before they close the Schale club room.

"Sensei," Suzumi called Saito. "The coast is clear. You can move now."

Muttering a thank you, Saito began to move from his position toward the girls. As he began to move, he noticed that the delinquents that were shot were just unconscious or groaning in pain.

He ignored them right now, there are more concerning things to do.

The other girls all decided to regroup and check their current supplies and check their injuries.

"This is easier than I thought… I guess we can chalk up to Sensei being a good commander." Suzumi spoke up.

Yuuka whispered, agreeing with Suzumi's words. "Are you sure you are an amnesiac? You seem to be way too good at strategies and commanding a group of gunners."

Saito shook his head, very much understanding her doubt. "I am amnesiac. And I very much know that I never got into a gunfight before, let alone commanding in a battle."

"I think we can chalk it up to instinct or Sensei was a commander of sorts and is unconsciously working with what he used to know before he lost his memories." Hasumi theorized.

"Regardless," Chinatsu spoke up as she joined the rest of the group after healing Shun's injuries. "We all have to thank Sensei for his commands, making all of us fight more efficiently."

Shun looked at Saito happily and said, "Well, we all can thank Sensei for helping us. I felt that this must be why the President summoned you. Or that there is more than meets the eyes."

Saito shrugged. "Not sure about the last part, I mean, I still am a normal human and I have no idea what the heck these devices are anyway."

The students all gather around him and look at the silver device and the blue rectangle object that he is holding.

"Have you pulled that red lever before?" Shun asked.

Saito pulled the lever. Aside from the 'hook' on the left side of the lever moving, nothing changed.

Then Shun asked about the blue rectangular object and noted the button on it. He pressed the button and the only thing that it does is make "Kamen Rider" and "Rocking Hopper's ability!" and nothing more.

Then Hasumi suggested putting the said object into the silver device and pulling the lever to see what will happen. He did so and aside from the two fitting perfectly and the hook being able to pull open the blue object, nothing happened.

"From the looks of things, I suspect these devices are meant to be placed on something or someone. See here, there are empty spaces between both sides of the device. Either it is meant to attach to something or slot this device into. So we need to find where it works and what it is for."

"But for now…" She said as she looked at the tall building in the distance. "Let's focus on reclaiming the Schale club room! Let's go!"

Everyone nodded and began to jog towards their destination.

Then Rin suddenly called them from their earpiece. "Everyone, can you hear me? I figured out who might be the culprit behind this riot."

She then continued and said. "Wakamo is her name. She is a repeat offender that escaped along with others from the Correction Bureau after she was suspended from Allied Hyakiyakko Academy."

"What does she look like?" Saito asked.

"If you see a girl in a fox mask and black kimono, that's her. Do be careful around her." Rin said and then cut off the communication.

"So we found our rascal on the loose…" Shun said. She gave out a rather unamused chuckle (one that seems to evoke nothing but danger). "Looks like we need to teach her a little lesson on behaving."

Something tells Saito that she will do more than that, but all that he could do now is hope that she will not go overboard.

"Hmmm…" A girl with a fox mask hummed as she looked at the strange floating object in front of her. "This thing really is a resilient thing huh? I can't even destroy it with my gun. No use to burn this whole building, nothing here seems worth it to destroy."

Wakamo then let out a sigh. Disappointed that the General Student Council did not call the Valkyrie Police, but now that is not something that she should be concerned about. It does make things more interesting to see how well other academies are.

Still, there is a rumor that there is someone very important among them right now who is pushing back the delinquent outside of this building.

She doesn't care about if they would come here. All she needs is for the delinquents outside to distract them long enough for Wakamo to do her job and get out. Besides, they do have a tank on operation, so that should give her ample time.

As she hummed a tune looking around if there is anything other than the floating object that she can see as important, her ear picked up metallic footsteps from the distance. She looked in the direction of the footstep to see who was coming in her direction.

As the footsteps got closer and closer, she began to notice a tall figure walking toward her, but she was only able to see it shrouded by the darkness in the building.

"Well, I did not expect someone to slip past the defense from outside. May I know who this peculiar person is?"

The figure did not say a thing at all. She raised her eyebrow behind her mask as she saw the figure walking toward her.

"... end…"

"Huh? What did you say?" Wakamo asked.

"KIVOTOS MUST END."

As the group continued to move forward, they all noticed multiple delinquents in the distance. The sensei quickly moved to a taller building in the area for a vantage point.

Hasumi fired the shot first, alerting their enemies. Immediately, all the students go into a formation: Yuuka at the front taking the enemies' attention and shooting down covers, along with Suzumi supporting her in the endeavor using her guns and her flashbangs. Meanwhile, Hasumi and Shun stayed on the backline to pick off more dangerous enemies one by one from the back.

"Suzumi, backups on the northwest, slow them down!"

"One flashbang coming up!"

"Yuuka! Spread your shots!"

As Saito continued to issue orders to the students and watch them slowly push forward, he suddenly felt a chill down his spine. He looked to his back but found no one behind him, but still felt an uncomfortable presence around him.

Pulling out his pistol, he unlocked the safety and looked around his surroundings, hoping that his instinct was wrong and he was just being paranoid.

"Sensei, are you there?"

Yuuka's voice snapped him out of his focus, and he quickly holstered his gun before replying to her. "Yeah, I'm okay, need something?"

"We are all very close to the Schale building now. We just need to ask if you will be moving closer to us."

The bespectacled teacher looked around the road ahead of him. Seeing that he is relatively safe, he decided to start walking out of the building. "Yeah, I'm walking out right now, good job all of you."

Shun then responded. "Thank you, Sensei- AHHH!"

"Shun? Are you okay?"

Unfortunately, his response was ignored as he heard an explosion in the distance and Suzumi screaming too. Without hesitation, he pulled his pistol out and started to sprint towards where the explosion was.

Unknown to him as he rushed away from the building, a hooded figure walked out of a pillar and watched the teacher moving further away. They hummed a little and walked away from the scene, all the while holding a rectangular object in their hand.

I did say I will be posting the next part after a few days.

So yeah, this is part 2 of the prologue, where we are now getting into the heat of the action. I just want to immediately say that, I never wrote a gunfight before. The most I did was a close combat battle before, but even then, I felt the quality of it was rather mediocre. So I am hoping things will be better this time, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

Anyway, there are some changes to the sequence of events and some divergences are now shown. So how will this affect the future of this plot? Well, that is for future me and you to concern.

There is not much to say other than that, right now I am actually taking a small break before writing the next part of the story since I took too much time on the prologue alone.

So yeah, see you all soon.
