"VERT WHEELER!" Someone yelled.

The Wave Rippers theme is heard playing from an alarm clock.

Vert wakes up out of surprise. He looks around. The same purple room that he's been in before. It was all a dream. He then saw the scientist and an X-88 drone.

"Vert Wheeler. Your father would like to see you in his office. Please eat and prepare yourself as necessary." The X-88 drone said.

Vert looked on. "What could dad want?" He thought.

"He knows I'm not going to help him. So what is it?" He continued.

Vert had already established this the day he found out the leader of the Silencerz was his dad.

"Son, we need to talk." Major Jack Wheeler said to his son Vert.

"Dad?" Vert said, a look of shock on his face.

"I know it's a lot to take in all at once. So I can understand if you're-"

"I-I don't understand. You're working for the Silencerz? Why?" Vert said, confused.

"I don't work for them son. I'm the leader." His dad said.

"What!?"

"I was hoping that something like this would never happen. Where I'd have to tell you what I was really doing when I was called up."

"You were here. Racing in the realms." He said, looking at his dad now, everything coming to him. "And when the drones infiltrated the Acceldrome. I needed to stop Gelorum but there were drones blocking the track. A Silencer cleared it out. That was you." He said, recognizing the car.

Jack nodded. "I wish I could have been there to help you more but-"

"Help me? Dad you could have been helping all of us stop the drones! We could have been working together!"

"That just wouldn't have worked Vert. And you only have Dr. Tezla to blame." Jack said.

"That's why you told me to quit racing." Vert said lower. His realizations had started to turn into anger. "You wanted to get rid of the competition!" He said, looking at his dad again, pointing at him accusingly.

"I wanted you to quit because I didn't want you to be involved in their street racing. To get caught up and then have your life ruined. But then when I found out the Teku were in the realms, I wanted you to quit because I didn't want you to get hurt or worse because of Tezla's personal exploits."

"Personal exploits? Funny you say that when the Silencerz have been stealing technology from him." Vert said.

"Who told you that? Dr. Tezla?" He sighs and then curses under his breath. "This is exactly why I didn't want you involved in this. What he told you was a lie. No telling how many other times he's lied to you." Jack said. "He stole technology from us." Vert folded his arms after his dad said this, looking forward to hearing what he had to say. "What you called 'Gig' was an X-88 drone that he stole and attempted to reprogram." Jack sneered a little. "What he failed to realize was that X-88 drones are built to resist any type of reprogramming."

"That's why the Accelechargers weren't working. He was switching them out with the fakes." Vert said, remembering that Wylde suspected there was a spy.

Vert unfolded his arms. "But that's still not much of a reason to trust you. You lied to me dad! You turned my friends against each other! You tried to hurt them!"

"We weren't trying to hurt them son." Jack said, trying to get his son to understand that what he believed they were doing was right.

"Yeah, tell that to Taro in the Ice and Pipeline Realms. And when you guys hit my car with an EMP in the Junk Realm." Vert said.

"We only did it to stop Tezla from getting the Accelechargers. We would never try to hurt you or any of the other drivers that Tezla recruited, even if we are on opposing sides. The Pipeline Realm. One of the drivers were in danger. I believe he was Teku. A drone was about to blast him and he was defenseless. Luckily, I found him and saved him when I did."

"How do I know you're not lying about that?"

One of the other drivers beside Jack revealed themselves. Alec Wood. Vert's best friend and teammate of the World Race team Wave Rippers.

"Because he saved us." Alec Wood said.

"Alec? Us?" Vert said.

The other two drivers revealed themselves as well. Dan Dresden and Banjee Castillo. Vert's jaw dropped seeing them.

"Tezla said you three were lost in the realms." Vert said. While Tezla never told him this himself, he learned of this through Kurt when they were discussing their plan to rescue Wylde.

"We would have been. Had the Silencerz not found us." Alec said.

"It was the Warped Realm." Alec started.

Flashback

Warped Realm

Alec was driving Switchback. At one point, the drones also entered the realm and he, along with Dan and Banjee clashed with them. He was trading paint with an RD-08 pickup. Until he intentionally relented, which sent the RD-L1 driver and his RD-08 pickup off into the void.

He looked on. Until the track suddenly changed on him. He was too focused on his previous triumph that he didn't leave himself time to adjust.

He yelled in panic as he was trying to frantically adjust. But it was too late. The pick-up truck's extra weight while turning didn't help matters either.

Dan and Banjee heard warped screaming from Alec on their comms.

"Alec? Alec!" Dan said before his comm went dead.

"He's…. gone." Banjee said, closing his eyes.

"You must continue on. The Racing Drones are gaining more ground as we speak." Dr. Tezla said on the comms.

Dan and Banjee did so. But the drones were too far ahead. They won the realm and the Accelecharger.

With Dan and Banjee already out and with ten minutes remaining, the Silencerz, particularly Major Wheeler were able to find an unconscious Alec and rescue him before the realm closed.

Lani looked on in shock and then looked down in hurt as one of the drivers was trapped in the realm as the timer went to zero.

"We wanted to get him out, but…" Dan said.

"I don't know enough about the realms yet to say if it'll ever open again for us to be able to get him out. I'm sorry." Dr. Tezla said to Dan, Banjee, and Lani.

"As for me, I got lost in the Fog Realm." Dan said.

Fog Realm

Not long after the realm started and Dan realized that it was too foggy to really see much, he told Tezla about it on the comms.

"It's too foggy for me to be able to use the Eye in the Sky." Dan said.

"Understood. Proceed with caution." Dr. Tezla said to Dan and Banjee.

Even though Dan was as careful as he could be, he trailed one of the drones too much and he didn't see the stone spire. Something that the RD-S1 drone was able to maneuver around and dodge. Fortunately, Dan was able to dodge it enough to avoid a fatal collision. But his car was too damaged and it put him out of commission.

"Dan! You okay bro?" Banjee asked over the comm, continuing to look for obstacles on the track as he raced.

"My car's done." Dan said.

"Where are you? I'll come-"

"You can't." Dan said.

"I know what Tezla said, but after losing Alec, we're not losing you too!" Banjee said.

"No. I'm not even saying this just because of the drones. I didn't see the stone spire. I'm lucky that a totaled car was all it was. It's too dangerous. Better that one of us comes out and goes up against the drones than nobody." Dan said.

"Dan is right. You must go on. We still have a chance to claim the Accelecharger." Tezla said.

Banjee shook his head. He didn't want to leave him, but he didn't have much of a choice.

In the end, the drones came out victorious again.

"It was the Swamp Realm." Banjee said.

"The Swamp Realm?" Vert's eyebrows widened. "We were there!" Vert said.

"Wish you guys were there when I was. Maybe Ballistik would still be with me." Banjee said.

Swamp Realm

Banjee, the last World Racer standing between the drones and the Accelechargers, was in his domain for this realm. Road Beast cars were excellent for swamp and forest terrain.

It wasn't long until he encountered the Racing Drones.

"You're in my kingdom now." Banjee said.

Hot Wheels: World Race Road Beast Theme Plays

Banjee was able to keep up with the drones with ease, combining the strength of the Road Beast vehicles and his skills and experience as a driver.

"Deploy mines." RD-L1 said to an RD-S1 unit. The RD-S1 unit nodded. But before he could do so, Banjee rammed into the RD-S1's RD-06 vehicle, knocking it off the track and sending it into a tree, causing it to explode.

He caught up to two more RD-S1 units. One was driving an RD-01, while the other an RD-03.

"Corral formation." The RD-S1 unit in the RD-03 communicated to the other in their language.

The RD-01 intentionally fell behind Banjee.

"I don't think so!" Banjee said, realizing what the drones were trying to do, activating his saw blade. He cut the RD-03 vehicle in half, the drone along with it.

The RD-S1 behind him charged an energy ball, but Banjee used the drone's own tactic against it, slowing down and then knocking it off the track.

But the battle wasn't over yet. In a track under Banjee was RD-L1 in his RD-04 SUV and a line of RD-06 cars trailing him.

"The human is ahead of us. We cannot afford to lose!Destroy him!" Gelorum ordered.

"Understood." RD-L1 said.

The RD-L1 became more aggressive in his driving, but kept control, which gave the drones a fighting chance in catching up with and defeating Banjee. Whenever Banjee ran into branches, he used his saw blade to cut through them. The drones had caught up to Banjee and had passed him as the alternate tracks they took converged into one.

"This one's for Dan and Alec." Banjee said.

Banjee gets on the side of RD-L1. He tried to use the extra weight on the SUV to knock him off the track. But Banjee wasn't going to just give in like that. One of the RD-S1 units made the mistake of deploying mines to try and finish off Banjee in an instant. It caused 3 out of the other 4 RD-S1 drones to be destroyed as Banjee got out of the way.

The RD-S1 unit that wasn't hit went on the other path. Though it found out that it was a dead end. The hard way, slamming right into the wall, the impact destroying the car.

The RD-L1 unit and RD-S1 kept in front of Banjee.

"The human can't stop us." RD-L1 said to Gelorum on the video comm. But it wouldn't be Banjee that would stop him. It would be another dead end. He crashed. Banjee was able to stop himself just in time to avoid crashing too.

Road Beasts Theme Stops

"Looks like I'm the last hombre standing! There's no more drones." Banjee said.

"Keep the course and retrieve the Accelecharger!" Tezla said, excited at the prospect of retrieving and studying an Accelecharger.

"You got it Doc!" Banjee said.

Banjee was driving, taking another path. "WHEEPA!" He said as he continued driving. As he was driving, he saw a dead end.

"Dead end. There's…. no other paths to take Doc. What do you think I should do?" Banjee asked.

Dr. Tezla's eyes widened for a second then quickly returned to normal "Impossible! One of these paths has to lead to the end!" Dr. Tezla said. "Backtrack! Maybe one of the paths you didn't take before early on in the realm leads to the end."

"Alright. I'm-"

"AAAHHH!"

"Banjee? What's going on? Banjee!" Lani said, frantically.

All that could be heard was the sound of metal being pierced through. Banjee was able to fight it off. At the cost of his camera and some of his fuel as it sucked a good bit of his fuel out of his gas tank.

"The signal from his camera has been lost." Gig said.

"A *static noises* my gas! How *static* time *static*." Was what was heard from Banjee's comm.

"His radio's still working but something seems to be wrong with it." Gig said.

"I'm just glad he's alright." Lani said. "You have a little less than 30 minutes Banjee!"

"30 minutes? I got this." Banjee said. He put his foot on the pedal to speed up. About 10 minutes later, his car started to slow down. "No!"

That was heard by Lani and Dr. Tezla.

"Banjee, what's wrong? Is it another dead end?" Dr. Tezla asked.

"*static*-rse. I'm out *static*." Banjee said.

"We didn't read you Banjee. Could you say again?" Lani said.

Banjee slammed his fist on the wheel. This was the best opportunity to win the Accelecharger. He wasn't about to give up that easily.

He opened the trunk. "Good thing there's a spare in the trunk." He goes and fuels up.

"We're back *static* business!" Banjee said triumphantly.

Lani and Dr. Tezla could infer what he was saying.

"You've got a little over 15 minutes left! You have to hurry!" Lani said.

"Don't worry Lani, I'll make it!" Banjee said. He was on another path. No dead ends as of yet.

Just then he saw more bugs.

"Not again!" Banjee said. He was going to shake them this time. But he paid too much attention to the bugs and lost control. By the time he could regain a semblance of control again he ran into another dead end, knocking him out.

Silence was heard.

"Banjee can you read me?" Lani said. After a couple of minutes there was still no silence.

"Banjee can you hear me? You have 12 minutes left! You have to hurry now!" No response. "Banjee!"

Bugs were seen surrounding his car like vultures. One of them had dived down to drain the fuel. A second one got to it. And more were closing in. Luckily for Banjee he wouldn't be there to share the fate of his car. He was taken by an invisible figure. They disappeared through an invisible vehicle.

The rest of the realm time passed. And Banjee never came out.

Lani looked down.

"No! We were so close!" Dr. Tezla said.

Lani looked on, upset at Dr. Tezla. He sounded like he wasn't even concerned with what happened to Banjee. But more about not winning the Accelecharger. She wanted to confront him about it, but she decided against it. Taking off her earpiece and leaving the room.

"Lani, where are you going?" Dr. Tezla asked.

"Since then, we've all been racing for the Silencerz." Alec said.

"I haven't seen you in two years man! You could have at least said you were okay." Vert said.

"If I could've I would've. Sorry man." Alec said.

"This entire organization is composed of good people Vert. Believe me when I say it. You can trust them. They're all trying to do the right thing." Banjee said.

Vert wasn't sure he'd go that far in trusting them yet. After a couple of seconds of silence. Vert spoke. "I wanted to go back in the Storm Realm and find Kadeem. Gig said the Storm Realm couldn't be reopened. Maybe he was lying too."

"He wasn't lying to you. What he said was partially true. At least that's what our current knowledge and research has told us." Jack said.

Vert looked over at him. From his face, he was waiting on a supplemental explanation. "A racing realm can't be reopened if it's been completed. The Storm Realm was completed. The Swamp Realm wasn't."

He went on. "Of course, there's the case of the Ultimate Race. Once all the realms are completed, each one opens up one more time for the final test."

"You were in the Swamp Realm. And in other realms before the Teku and Metal Maniacs started racing for Dr. Tezla. So you know about drivers getting lost. You could have saved Kadeem! Wylde! Why didn't you?" Vert asked.

"We weren't in the Storm Realm. If we were, I promise you we would have tried our best to save him. As for Kurt's brother, we tried. I tried. But he was already gone. I was too late. The drones had already taken him. I'm sorry." Jack said.

"Sorry isn't going to bring back Kadeem." Vert said, shaking his head and then walking past the Silencerz racers. If this was his dad's way of getting him to trust the Silencerz, Vert believed he wasn't doing a very good job.

As he walked, he was surrounded by X-88 units.

"I am afraid we cannot let you pass." One of the X-88 units said.

"Please Vert. Just cooperate. Help us." Jack said.

"What, you want me to join your team after what you did to my friends?" Vert said.

"No son. I'm trying to keep you away from the dangerous racing." Jack said. Alec was about to step in and say something but Dan reached out his arm, stopping him and shaking his head.

"Even after beating Gelorum you still don't believe in me."

"If I didn't believe in you, why did I let you go against Gelorum instead of going myself?" Jack said.

Vert looked at Jack in surprise and his jaw dropped a little. He never thought about that at all.

"I know you can race, son. But I don't want to put you in extra danger. I want you to help in another way. Help us understand the circle. Tell us what you saw with the Accelerons." Jack said.

Vert looked at his dad in the eyes. "No."

"Son-"

"You've done everything to try and convince me to not trust Tezla. But you haven't much to convince me why I should trust you." He then looked at the others. "You want me to believe you're trying to do the right thing? Let me see my friends. Let me tell them everything. About you. About the Silencerz." Vert said.

"I'm sorry Vert. I can't." Jack said.

"Of course you can! You're the leader of this team!"

"Take him." Jack said.

Other Silencerz soldiers grab ahold of him.

"Dad! What are you doing?"

"I hope you'll understand son."

They take him away.

"I don't like this." Banjee said.

"The Silencerz are a top-secret organization. Wouldn't be much of a secret if so many people knew about it would it?" Dan said.

Alec shook his head.

Present Day

Taro was seen in his Riveted on an empty highway to the left of a modified Dodge Charger R/T. Wylde was seen standing to the side of a Corvette Stingray off the road. The same car he used in the World Race. Thanks to Kurt, he was able to retrieve the car out of impound. Except this one had a fresh coat of paint, no longer sporting the Wave Ripper colors. Now it had Metal Maniac colors. Tork, Porkchop, Monkey, and Karma were there too.

The driver window of the Charger rolled down. "I heard you skied down Mt. Everest twice." No response from Taro.

"This ain't Mount Everest." The man said, wearing sunglasses. He had a pale complexion, brown hair, and a 21st Street tattoo on his left arm, the Muscle-Based racing crew from the Need for Speed Carbon video game being his favorite. He rolled up the window.

Monkey was in the middle of the two cars before running off to the right. "All right! The road's clear!" The man in the Dodge revved up his car.

Play Pedal to The Metal by Kazzer

The red light in the middle of the cars changed to yellow. The lights coming from Sparky.

About 4 seconds later, the light changed to green. And they were off. The Charger driver took an early lead. There was a turn after a straightaway. Both Taro and the Charger driver made the turn, avoiding the railing and potentially falling to their doom. Then there was a tunnel made of twists. They both turned their steering wheels as needed to make the turns. Then there another large curve. They both beautifully drifted in the curve. Another corner was coming up, and Tork took the inside. The wider Charger gave its driver a harder time cornering and not allowing Taro to pass. He grimaced. He shifted the gear and tried to speed up. He was able to pass Taro and looked at him, a grin on his face as he did. And it was back and forth. The Charger driver, fed up with it, decided to collide his car with Taro's. But Taro wouldn't back down that easy. Taro wasn't going to resort to knocking him off the road. But he wasn't going to let himself be pushed off either. This battle continued until Taro saw the road getting narrow. If one of them didn't back off, one or both were going to crash and drive off a cliff. Taro backed off and slowed down.

"Heh." The Charger driver said smugly.

Thanks to the narrow road, he was able to stay ahead of Taro. They eventually were able to get past the railing areas and onto areas where there were concrete barricades instead. The final section of the race involved a series of small curves and twists and turns. Taro looked on. Using the Junk Realm as experience, he was able to hit the apex of the road. The other driver hit some patches of dirt, which slowed him down.

"I'm gonna pass you." Taro said. This aggravated the Charger driver. So much so that right before they hit the last corner before the finish line, he sped up.

Pedal to the Metal Stops

"Pass this." He said, speeding up even more in an attempt to ram Taro off the road. Taro took the inside of the corner. The Charger driver was late in his turn and he ended up hitting a lamppost, spinning a little.

By the time he regained his senses and got to the finish line, Taro was already there.

He drove up to Taro and stopped.

Taro opened up his window and so did the other driver.

"Someone else told me something about me skiing down Mt. Everest once. The difference is he can race." Taro said, not even considering his opponent a racer after what he tried.

"Tch. I don't need this. Take your stupid $70. I'm outta here!" He said, giving Taro the money before speeding off.

"Hey Karma." Monkey started, trying to get her attention.

"Yeah?" Karma said.

"How come you're here watching Taro race? I mean you're the only Teku here." Monkey said, curious.

Karma looked at him, caught off guard by the question and then quickly looked away from Monkey. "I was just… interested to see how this would go is all. Maybe there was something I could learn from this race."

"Ah, gotcha." Monkey said, believing he understood what Karma was getting at before running out to congratulate Taro.

"Forget the race! You skiied down Mt. Everest? Twice!?" Monkey said to Taro. "You guys are insane you know that?" Monkey said laughing as he did, referring to all of the Metal Maniacs there.

Taro, in the back of his mind, was still wondering where exactly Vert was and hoping he was alright.

Karma joined in on the celebration.

"This race didn't involve Teku. You didn't have to come." Taro said.

"Yeah. I know." Karma said. Suddenly, her phone rang. Kurt.

"Hello?"

"Karma. Lani says she has some info that might lead us to Vert. Meet us outside Tezla's old headquarters." Kurt said.

"Right. I'm on my way." Karma said, hanging up.

"It's Kurt. He says Lani has some info that might lead us to Vert. He's outside Tezla's old Headquarters." Karma said.

"Well what are waitin' for? Let's go!" Tork said.

They all got in their cars and drove to the old headquarters.

Silencerz Headquarts: Major Wheeler's Office

After eating, he enters Major Wheeler's office. On his desk was a nameplate with his name on it. On the right of it was a picture of Mrs. Wheeler, Jack's wife and Vert's mom. He also had pictures of Vert, including one in front of where he was in front of Deora II after the World Race.

"Morning dad."

"Morning Vert." Even though Vert was still upset with his dad, he was at least going to remain cordial.

Vert looked around at the pictures, noticing one where his dad was seen on a racetrack, with people that he's never seen before. They looked like a pit crew. He glanced at it longer than the others.

"Believe it or not, I was a racer just like you at an early age. High school." Jack said, a little reminiscent.

"You came in here to talk to me about something. What is it?" Vert said. He wasn't about to allow his dad to make this into some casual conversation as if all was forgiven.

"Right. Listen, I know I can't change your mind about helping us. And I know I can't change your mind about trusting the Silencerz. But I owe it to you, as a father, to tell you the truth. About everything."

Vert had a serious look on his face, ready to listen.

Tezla's Cube

"Alright, everyone's here. Go ahead." Kurt said, arms folded.

Lani paced a little before stopping. "I've been thinking. Ever since the Acceledrome was destroyed. About what Dr. Tezla said. When GIG destroyed the Acceldrome, he said that he could only do what he was programmed to do."

Kurt turned his head a little. He was wondering what Lani was getting at.

"But that's just it. Dr. Tezla never programmed him to do that."

"If Dr. Tezla didn't program him then who did? GIG's been around since the World Race. Only he would have access to him." Kurt said, finally speaking up.

"The Silencerz."

Kurt looked on, a confused look on his face. Many of the others were confused too. Taro only raised his eyebrows and folded his arms.

"I found out while you guys were in the Cosmic Realm. The Accelechargers weren't working correctly, so I asked if there was something they could fix to get them to work. But GIG told me that he checked the cars and he didn't find any issues. When Vert asked about checking the Accelechargers, GIG said there was no need. That was when I thought that something was off. We've used the Swamp Realm Accelecharger numerous times. With different drivers in different cars. But now all of a sudden they weren't working and nothing was wrong? I went to search where Dr. Tezla's car was located. I took an Accelecharger scanner with me just in case. That was when I found the Accelechargers hidden. I wanted to take them back to Tezla but GIG stopped me. With a driver for the Silencerz not too far where he was. That was when he said he was working for the Silencerz. He's been with them the entire time, even before you all started entering the realms. He probably was with them during the World Race too." Lani said.

"That's who was spyin' on us." Wylde said.

"That's how they were able to get a hologram of the wheel of power. He sent the blueprints of the hologram to the Silencerz." Kurt said.

"Right."

"But wait a second. Tezla thought GIG was working with him, right? Ever since that World Race stuff. If they've been stealing technology from him, maybe they were able to hack GIG or something." Monkey said.

"Not quite. He stole him from the Silencerz. Dr. Tezla tried to reprogram him but it didn't work. GIG told me their programming couldn't be tampered with. He just made it seem as if it did. That's how he was always spying on us. He was always programmed to work in the best interests of the Silencerz."

"Wait, wait, wait so Dr. Tezla stole the Silencerz' robot, but then they stole the wheel hologram using the robot he stole, and they tried to steal the Accelechargers. Is this making sense to anybody else?" Monkey asked.

"It makes a whole lot of sense. The Doctor was hiding something else from us. No surprise there." Kurt said.

"The only way he'd be able to steal something from the Silencerz was if he was working with them." Karma said.

"Or for them. Either way, I'd say he left the minute his interests no longer aligned with theirs. For all we know, the Silencerz could be the good guys in all of this." Kurt said.

"Then, I started to think about the wheel holograms and how GIG was able to send them the blueprints. When Vert entered the Wheel of Power hologram back at the Acceledrome to escape, there's only two places the other side leads to. The Realm that's open or the source of where the actual wheel is. Similar to how the EDR works. Even though the Acceledrome was destroyed, Sparky was still able to transport to where Highway 35 was since that was where our Wheel of Power hologram was." Lani explained.

"The Ultimate Race was over. Gelorum lost." Karma said.

"That means more than likely he's where the actual wheel is." Lani said.

"But the drones have the wheel, right?" Nolo asked.

"Yes." Lani said.

"If that's the case, he's in trouble." Tork said.

Wylde looks at his metal arm. "I wouldn't mind turning more of those drones to scrap heap."

"Who's to say the Silencerz don't have him?" Kurt proposed. Everyone turned to him.

"GIG and Tezla have been lying to us. For all we know, GIG could have done something to send him to the Silencerz before he destroyed the Acceledrome, regardless if they have wheel or not." He reasoned.

"But why would he do something like that?" Lani asked.

"Because he won the race against Gelorum." Taro said, speaking up for the first time since they've been there. "He might have seen something with the Accelerons that they want to know about. If Tezla and the Silencerz worked together, then they studied the Accelerons too."

Kurt nodded. "The only way we're going to be able to really have a plan in finding Vert is if we talk to Tezla about this." He said.

"Let's do it." Nolo said. They all knew where Tezla's new headquarters was, so it wasn't that hard to find where he was.

Tezla woke up out of his sleep when he heard footsteps and the door open.

"Kurt? What are you all doing here? Did you find anything on Vert?" Dr. Tezla said, surprised to see him and the others all gathered here.

"Skip the introductions, Tezla. We're the ones that'll be asking the questions here." Kurt said.

"What's going on between you and the Silencerz?" Nolo asked.

"I've already explained before." Dr. Tezla started.

"We know about GIG. About how you stole him from the Silencerz. And about how he was working for them the entire time." Kurt said.

Dr. Tezla glanced at Lani. He figured that she was the one that told them about all of this. He looked back at Kurt and the others.

"There's more to you and the Silencerz that you're not telling us about. Who are they? Why were they in the realms? And why did you decide to leave them?" Kurt asked.

"We think whatever happened to Vert may be connected with the Silencerz." Karma said, trying to be the calmer voice of reason to convince Dr. Tezla to talk.

Dr. Tezla thought for a moment. He sighs. "If it'll lead us to Vert. Then I suppose I have no choice. I will tell you everything I know about the Silencerz." He said.

Shirako turned his music down very low so he could hear. Everyone else also looked at Tezla as well, paying attention to what he had to say.

A/N: And there's the second chapter!

The picture on the wall of Jack was him with his pit crew. This is a reference to the 1969 Hot Wheels cartoon that focused on Jack and his racing in his high school years.

Also, Pedal to the Medal by Kazzer was a song in the Acceleracers soundtrack but was never used. More than likely it was intended for the fifth movie. Expect to see other unused songs in the soundtrack to appear in the story as well.

The RD-06 and RD-03 cars are cars that were never seen in the movies. So I decided to use them here. It can be reasoned that after the Swamp Realm, Gelorum and the drones deemed that it was time to upgrade their vehicles, using the ones seen in the movies. Also, the choice to not include some of the hazards of the Swamp Realm seen in the movies was intentional. Gelorum acted as if she didn't know what was interfering with the Recon Drones. If they entered the Swamp Realm before, it can be inferred that they never encountered all of the hazards the first time through, considering that the paths, as GIG described in Ignition "led to nowhere" the first time.
