Episode One: Shift Into Turbo

Divatox's Ship - Angel Grove Lake
Divatox is seen walking around her ship giving out commands. "Alright, alright! Porto, Rygog get back to work!" Porto startled by this responds frantically. "Uhh yess madame!" Divatox continues on "They ruined the most important ceremony of my life. Now, I'm going to ruin the most important ceremony of theirs." She then grabs her telescope about to locate the whereabouts of the rangers. "Oh, I wouldn't bother with those college applications rangers, you won't make it to freshman orientation." She says as a sinister grin etches across her face.
Angel Grove Botanical Gardens
As the current gang of rangers are mingling with the retired rangers, the current rangers (along with Jason, Aisha, Kimberly & Justin) all take turns narrating the story of what happened on The Island of Muranthias, with Kat starting first. "I mean it was absolutely amazing really." Tanya chimes in. "Yea guys, you won't believe all the things that happened to us it was incredible. From Billy creating these new powers-" Jason and Kimberly add in. "To us both being captured by Divatox's forces." Aisha adds in "To me finding Lerigot and having to lead Tommy and Kat on a rescue mission to Africa." Justin adds in "To me finding out that the only group of friends I've had since I've been here are the Power Rangers would excite anyone. This experience has been fun!" Kat adds in "The best part of this was defeating Maligore and sticking it to Divatox!" Adam finishes. "These new powers are amazing! I can't wait for the new adventures we'll be embarking on with these new powers." Zack speaks "Man the Power Rangers have always had excellent adventures but not like this one. Trini adds "Yea this was really cool you guys. So what happened to Divatox anyway? Billy starts to explain. "I've been doing some reconnaisance, Divatox is back on her homeward, Planet Gratha. She's been really quiet but Tommy, Zordon, and I all feel like we should keep our guards up. We'll never know what to expect." It's at this point that all of their communicators go off. Adam, being the second in command of the team raises his communicator and speaks. "This is Adam." Alpha answers on the other end. "Rangers report to the Power Chamber, Zordon needs you right away." Kat speaks first. "I think we better get over there and see what's going on." Jason speaks up first "Graduation isn't for another 3 hours, we'll stay here and cover you just in case someone asks about you." Zack adds in." Yeah go see what Zordon needs, it could be important." Justin gets up with the current rangers. "Um I think I'd better go with you guys to the Power Chamber, with Billy having to continue ranger duties for another week you guys may need a technical advisor." Adam responds. "Good idea Justin." The current rangers say their farewells to their friends and depart for the Power Chamber as a green, yellow, pink, blue, and a white streak form and jets away into the sky.
Divatox's Ship - Angel Grove Lake
Divatox and Porto are analyzing the device Porto just created. "It's ready captain!" He says as Divatox looks at the device waiting for him to debrief her on what it is. "Alright you walking marshmallow, what have we got here?" She inquires. As we've discussed when detonator will achieve maximum implosive power in 60 minutes." As Porto is explaining Rygog buts in "But will it be enough to destroy earth's energy facility?" He asks as Porto continues to explain. "Oh yes and then some." Divatox further explains. "The blackout will shut down the entire city right when the rangers are having their graduation ceremony." Divatox says as her and Rygog let out a maniacal laugh.
The Power Chamber - Angel Grove Outskirts
Alpha is standing with Kat, Adam, Tanya, Billy and Justin, he is showing off the graduation cake he made for them. "And I made it all by myself." The team looks at the cake with awe and smiles when Tanya speaks. "It's beautiful Alpha." Zordon begins to speak as the team gathers around his plasma tube. "Rangers, I've been proud of you for many things but never as proud as I am at this moment." Alpha blurts out "Ay yai yai rangers! I'm so happy I could cry!" Justin pats Alpha on the back and speaks" Don't worry Alpha, it'll be okay." Adam gets the team back on track. "Alright well we'd better get going before we miss it." Billy then adds in "And before our parents start asking questions. Jason and the others can only cover for us for so long." Kat adds in "Awe man I hope I can remember my speech." Tanya reassures her "Oh you'll do great." She looks at Justin as he goes to another side of the command center with Alpha. Tanya then inquires. "Are you coming Justin?" Justin and Alpha are working on one of the computer mainframes. He looks back and assures the four rangers "I'll be there close to startup time. Alpha promised he'd teach me about the communication systems." Alpha then confirms this "Right Justin, let's get to it." The four rangers look at Justin with smiles as Tanya just adds in "Don't me late, okay?" Then Adam, Billy, Kat & Tanya teleport away in a flash of green, blue, pink and yellow streaks.
Angel Grove Energy Center
Bulk and Skull are looking at the energy center with excitement as Skull speaks. "Oh yea Bulky, this is a lot more exciting than doing parking tickets." Bulk looks at him as if he's unsure about their new assignment and speaks. "I sure do hope we can handle all this action." They take one last look behind them then venture deeper into the plant not noticing the fact that Porto and Rygog have just beamed right in behind them. Porto instructs Rygog on how to set up the implosion device. "Now remember Rygog, you must place the detonator in the exact center of the power plant's infrastructure in order to cause the maximum damage. Rygog not looking enthused about it at all brushes him off. "Yea yea whatever! Come on!" Porto then adds on. "One more thing. Take this blaster laser in case anyone gives you any trouble." Rygog lets out a real sarcastic statement "Why thank you, what a great idea. Yea I won't need it though." Porto responds under his breath "Why is he so damn stubborn?" Bulk and Skull have already made it to their destination within the center when Rygog comes from out of nowhere and corners them. "Hey Fellas, I got a proposition for you." Bulk and Skull stand at attention, frightened by what they see in front of them, Bulk speaks. "Don't worry Skull, I have a plan." Rygog responds raising the blaster to the duo. "Either step aside or I blast ya!" Bulk and Skull squeal out of fear and begin pointing at each other before a lightbulb rings off in Bulk's head. "Hey! Remember the last class we took at the academy?" Bulk quickly responds "Yeah!" They both scream out "LET'S DO IT!" Before flashing a series of poses much to Rygog's chagrin. "Well this oughta be good." He says sarcastically. After they finish their pose down Bulk steps up "Now what do you say?" Rygog responds "I say... you lose!" As he shoots Bulk with the blaster pistol injuring him and knocking him unconscious. "BULK!" Skull yells out as he tends to his unconscious friend. Rygog looks at the blaster in his hand "Man this thing has a kick to it, tend to your friend but let this be a warning to you. Don't get in my way again!" He then continues towards the center of the plant so he can place the detonator. He finds a good location to place the detonator and sits it upright, turning on the device and setting it for 60 Minutes. "Well that does it! 60 Minutes and its the beginning of the end! Yes! Now how do I get outta here?!" Rygog says before teleporting away, his mission finally complete.
The Power Chamber - Angel Grove Outskirts
The radar in the Power Chamber goes off causing Justin and Alpha to peep their heads up and look at the viewing screen. "Ay Yai Yai, Rygog has injured Bulk and has planted an implosion device at the Angel Grove Energy Center!" Justin perks up and takes charge. "Zordon, I'll go to the energy center and get Bulk and Skull to safety. You might want to call Tommy as to not blow the rest of the team's cover. Someone needs to shut that device down before someone gets hurt." Zordon instructs. "Very Well, Justin but be careful." Justin takes a step back. "Right!" He then teleports away in a streak of white light. "Oh Ay Yai Yai Yai Yai!" Alpha says in a worried tone as he pages Tommy
Angel Grove Race Track
Tommy hops out of the race car chatting with his Uncle Jeff and his pit crew. "Good job Tommy! It's quitting time. We'll see you tomorrow." Uncle Jeff says as Tommy smiles and responds. "Thanks Uncle Jeff, I'll see you later." As Tommy walks towards the locker room to change out of his clothes but gets that ever so familiar beep from his communicator. He puts the communicator towards his chin and speaks "What's going on Zordon?" Zordon responds on the other end. "Tommy, Justin needs your help at The Angel Grove Energy Center. Rygog has planted an implosion device right in the center." Tommy responds "You've got it! I'm on the way. SHIFT INTO TURBO!" Tommy morphs into the red turbo ranger and teleports to the Energy Center.
Angel Grove Energy Center
Justin teleports in and within a few seconds Tommy teleports in with a streak of red light. Just as Skull and Bulk, whose just regained consciousness come from the corner of the plant. "I'll try to disarm that implosion device." Tommy is about to say Justin's name but remembers that he's morphed. "You!" He says pointing at Justin. "What's your name?" Justin who see's what he's doing responds "I'm Justin." Tommy responds "Justin, can you get these two to safety?" Justin responds "You can count on me red ranger." He then goes over to Bulk and Skull and leads them out of the plant to safety. Tommy goes into the center of the plant where the implosion device is located. He locates the device before being ambushed by someone, he dodges the sword attack, looks up and sees General Havoc. "Well... we meet again Oliver! It's nice to see you've been keeping guard. Did you REALLY think you could get rid of me that easily?!"
