Back at the Human Shelter...
"Well, this is an unpleasant surprise," Mr. Crocker said to himself and he then smiled. "But on the bright side I finally have my own apartment away from my mother! I should have a dinner party Friday," he then faced his student before taking out a broom to sweep up his cage. "Turner! if the Ape Overlords haven't dissect you by Friday, you wanna come to my fancy dinner party? I'm serving shrimp puffs." he then invited and offered.
"Shrimp puffs are gross!" Timmy groaned before his eyes widened in horror. "Dissect me?! I gotta get out of here before I'm cut open and/or forced to eat shrimp puffs!"
Bippy watched with Cosmo, Wanda, and Kerri as he thought back to when Timmy helped him out of his cage during the food fight in the cafeteria back home before they soon saw the door open and hid away so they wouldn't be seen. Two Ape Overlords soon came towards Mr. Crocker as he was cleaning up his cage.
"No! NO! Don't take me, I'm hosting a party on Friday!" Mr. Crocker panicked before pointing to Timmy. "Take him!"
"WHAT?!" Timmy gasped.
The Ape Overlord shrugged and closed his cag,e then went over to Timmy's cage and opened it, grabbing the boy and taking him away.
"How about you?" Mr. Crocker asked as he then looked at Eliza. "How do you feel about shrimp puffs?"
"I wish I could help him." Eliza frowned about Timmy.
Bippy soon looked over and came to Eliza for a moment.
"Hey, little guy." Eliza said.
"You can talk to us?" Bippy asked her.
"Yeah, I can talk to animals, it's a long story." Eliza told him.
"Well, I gotta save my friend." Bippy replied.
"You better hurry before that door closes." Eliza told him.
Bippy looked to her and soon unlocked the cage for her since he had thumbs and soon ran off.
"Aww... He saved me." Eliza smiled.
"Why you and not me?" Wolfgang complained as he scratched himself like a dog.
"Sorry, but you might wanna take that up with the warden." Eliza smirked before she soon left him since he was a bully.
"And we can help too." A new voice added.
They looked over to see the wall being tear down and they looked over to see Lana riding on a lepord and carrying a spear.
"Lana?!" Lincoln asked, shocked to see his younger tomboy sister. "What are you doing here?"
"I'm in charge of the Ape Overlord Rebellion, remember?" Lana replied. "We're gonna take down those apes, reclaim the city, and bring justice, even if we aren't the dominant species of the Earth!"
"Who all is with you?" Lincoln asked her.
"I'm glad you asked," Lana replied before whistling. "Okay, team! Come on out!"
The rest of the team soon came out by Lana's side.
"We're not cartoons." Lana smirked.
"We're CHIMPTOONS!" The team added.
"That's my team," Lana smiled. "Now let's go kick some ape butt!"
"Yeah!" The team agreed.
Little did they know, the muffin got away as they soon went to save Timmy.
"Hey! A muffin!" Mr. Crocker smiled, picking it up before looking at a schedule. "I'm not scheduled to eat until March. I better save this..." he then said to himself.
Timmy was soon strapped down into a room that had dangerous looking tools. Two Ape Overlords stood over him as one of the apes took out a red marker and marked an X on his forehead before taking out a banana.
"What're you gonna do?" Timmy scoffed. "Smush that banana on my forehead?"
The overlord then peeled the banana to reveal it was a sharp and painful drill.
"Oh, come on!" Timmy yelped.
The others arrived and then looked shocked before narrowing their eyes.
"All right, guys! Let's go get 'em!" Lana proclaimed before she tackled one Ape Overlord while Bippy tackled the other.
Danny began to punch and fight the Ape Overlords around him.
"Danny!" Dani smiled.
"You guys shouldn't have come here." Danny said to her.
"Can't help it, I gotta help my friends in need." Dani replied.
"Don't worry, Timmy, we'll get you out of here!" Cosmo told his godson, disguised as a knife.
"Really?" Timmy asked.
"Well, he could be paraphrasing." Wanda scoffed, disguised as a magnifying glass.
The Ape Overloads grabbed Lana which angered Lincoln as his eyes glowed orange and shot an energy blast at the Ape Overlord.
"What was that?" Timmy asked.
"It's a long story, we'll tell ya later!" Lana said. "Hey, come at me, King Kong! I bet you won't do it!"
An Ape Overlord soon lunged out, tackling Lana, but she wasn't scared. Dani soon rushed over to Timmy and freed him from his shackles which made them both smile to each other. Bippy soon chattered quickly.
"You got it, Bippy!" Cosmo smiled before waving his wand to grant the young monkey's wish.
Soon enough, Chimptropolis was turning back into Nicktropolis and the humans are now back to being the dominant species.
"Wait a minute, Monkey World is gone and humans rule again?" Timmy asked in confusion. "Is this what Bippy wished for?"
"Uh, it was either free Timmy and his friends, make humans the dominant species on Earth again, and remove all traces on Monkey World, or something about wanting a banana," Cosmo replied. "I forget which. I might've paraphrased."
"Glad that's over with," Timmy said, walking off before checking himself. "Wait! Where's the magic muffin?"
"I thought you had it!" Cosmo said.
"I thought Bippy had it!" Wanda said.
Bippy shrugged as he didn't have it.
"Wait a minute, if we don't have it then that means..." Dani began to realize.
"CROCKER HAS IT!" Lincoln cried out.
Behind a boulder, Mr. Crocker soon appeared with the magic muffin in his hand. "Huh? What am I doing here?" he then wondered as he looked to the muffin before taking out his tracker. "What? It can't be!"
The tracker then told him that this was the muffin he was looking for.
"A magic muffin! Hooray!" Mr. Crocker cheered before taking a bite. "I wonder how it works? Oh, well, no use solving a mystery on an empty stomach," he then groaned as he hated the taste. "Ugh! What a horrible muffin!"
A magical surge soon cast over the crazy man from biting into the magic muffin.
"It's working... I feel the magic!" Mr. Crocker beamed. "Yes... YES! I can wish for ANYTHING! But why should I settle for only one lousy wish when I can have as many as I want?! All I have to do is say the magic words... I WISH I COULD CAPTURE A FAIRY GOD PARENT!"
A high-tech butterfly net soon came into his hands as it soon reached out for Cosmo and Wanda.
"We gotta find Crocker." Timmy told the others.
"He could be anywhere." Dani added.
Kerri soon came, smiling to her aunt and uncle. Cosmo smiled back, but Wanda didn't as she felt something was wrong.
"Look out!" Wanda cried out, seeing the net and soon pushed the others off of the cliff before flying after them, but unfortunately, the net caught her and pulled her back. She tried to escape, but her magic was useless while inside the butterfly net. "LET ME OUT! LET ME OUT!" she then panicked.
"I FINALLY CAPTURED A FAIRY!" Mr. Crocker laughed at his victory.
"Oh, no!" Kerri gasped.
"Let me out of this accursed thing!" Wanda cried out from the inside.
"You're not going anywhere, little fairy because I'm going to use your magic and make the world what I want it to be: Mine!" Crocker laughed.
"WANDA!" Cosmo yelled out as his wife was taken away by the insane human man.
"Aunt Wanda!" Kerri added.
"This is bad." Lincoln said to himself.
Meanwhile at Fairy World, the alarm went off as Jorgen had a towel wrapped around him with a shower cap on his head and he was carrying a rubber duck as he came out of the bathtub. "Some emergency has interrupted my very muscular bath," he then complained before grabbing a nearby fairy soldier. "WHAT IN THE NAME OF MY BULGING TRICEPS IS GOING ON?!" he then demanded.
"Sir, according to these reports; a fairy on Earth has been captured in a high-tech butterfly net, created by a crazy fairy-hunting teacher." The fairy soldier said, showing him photographs of Wanda, the butterfly net, and a chicken before seeing that and took out a photograph of Mr. Crocker.
"Those accursed butterfly nets will be the death of us all!" Jorgen sneered as he squeezed his rubber duck. "I must prepare for anything... SCRAMBLE THE FAIRIES!"
There was soon a fairy alert which scrambled the fairies out of the Fairy Academy to get to work. The fairies flew out and grabbed their wands as they began to scramble. Jorgen was in his regular clothes with the fairy soldier by his side right in front of the rainbow bridge.
"Uh, sir, now that we've scrambled the fairies, what do we do?" The fairy soldier asked.
"We cannot risk another fairy to be fairynapped by those despicable butterfly nets!" Jorgen replied and he then destroyed the bridge from Fairy World to Earth with his wand.
"Uh, sir? We could've blown up the bridge without scrambling the fairies." The fairy soldier spoke up.
"I LIKE TO SCRAMBLE THE FAIRIES!" Jorgen replied which nearly rumbled the world around him. "Now the humans will never be able to reach us with their butterfly nets of death!"
"But sir, we usually just poof to Earth," The fairy soldier then said. "We didn't have to destroy the bridge."
"I LIKE TO DESTROY THE BRIDGE!" Jorgen replied again. "As long as that crazy hunting teacher has a fairy no fairies will be allowed on Earth and thus, I return to my bath." he then added before he changed back into his bath attire and left the scene.
Back on Earth, Mr. Crocker was running and laughing with Wanda in his butterfly net.
"Wanda, come back!" Cosmo cried out as he flew off to save his wife.
"Cosmo, stop!" Timmy called out as he stopped the green-haired fairy. "He'll capture you too."
"But I love her!" Cosmo got out of his grip. "We gotta save her, Timmy, we gotta!"
Bippy soon chattered in concern.
"This is all YOUR fault, you poop throwing primate!" Cosmo then glared at the monkey.
"I love her too, Cosmo, and I won't let anything happen to her." Timmy reassured his fairy godfather as he pushed Cosmo back.
"But I'm useless without Wanda!" Cosmo frowned. "I can't even clean my ears without Wanda!" he then magicked up a Q-Tip and thudded it against his head. "See? MY EAR'S NOT CLEAN!"
"Uncle Cosmo!" Kerri frowned back.
"Don't you realize what this means?!" Cosmo sounded hysterical. "I have to start dating again! I'm terrible at small talk! Go on, one of you ask me about the weather!"
"How's the weather?" Timmy asked.
"JEFF!" Cosmo got in his face before looking even more miserable. "See? That makes no sense! My small talk stinks!" he then curled up in the air and sucked his thumb.
"Okay, Cosmo's gone bye-bye, guys, looks like it's up to you and me!" Timmy said.
"Muffins here! Fresh banana nut muffins!" The man from earlier announced as he was pushing a cart full of muffins.
Bippy chattered happily and soon walked away from Timmy and the others.
"Okay, it's up to us," Timmy then said to Dani and Lincoln. "Now if I was Crocker and I finally captured a fairy, what's the first thing I'd do?" he then rhetorically asked.
The three stopped to think together until they came up with a conclusion together. "Rub it in the face of my students." they then deadpanned in unison.
"To the school then!" Kerri proclaimed, disguised as a normal human kid.
"So, who is this again?" Lincoln asked. "Timmy, do you have another girlfriend? First it was Trixie Tang, then it was Dani Fenton, those times with Cindy Vortex, then some nice girl named Missy, and I don't even wanna talk about those times with Chloe Carmichael."
"Uh, you remember my cousin, Kerri," Timmy said, putting his arm around the girl. "She's... From... Uh... Tibecuador."
"Uh, yeah," Kerri quickly added. "It's nice to meet you, Lincoln Loud."
Lincoln just glanced to her. They then rushed off to the school to attempt to get Wanda back.
Mr. Crocker soon came inside of his classroom in a high-tech battle suit with wings.
"Wow! Cool!" Sheen beamed. "Mr. Crocker, are you an Ultra Lord fan too?"
"No, I'm not, but I have good news!" Mr. Crocker replied. "I'm quitting teaching-"
The students cut him off and cheered happily for that news.
"I'm quitting teaching to become ruler of the Earth!" Mr. Crocker then finished with a wicked laugh which made the students frown slightly.
"Crocker's got the muffin!" Dani gasped.
"Say goodbye to your free will, children!" Mr. Crocker told his students as he pulled out his scepter with Wanda inside of it.
"Wanda..." Timmy whispered fearfully.
"Now bow down before my power, for as the fairy magic is mine! ALL MINE!" Mr. Crocker glared as he used Wanda's magic and turned Sid and Stinky into a couple of ice statues, Sid became a nymph and Stinky became a mermaid.
Dani cupped her mouth in slight horror.
"Hmm... Ice sculptures..." Mr. Crocker frowned. "Weird, I was going for a smoldering pile of ash."
"Mr. Crocker, may I go to the bathroom?" Sanjay boy asked.
Mr. Crocker then turned the boy into a toilet head. "Anybody else have any clever comments?" he then asked as he darted his eyes around the room.
"Mr. Crocker, may I go to the Sanjay?" Chester raised his hand before being turned into a urinal.
"I'm guessing that's a no." AJ said, feeling uncomfortable.
Timmy couldn't take it anymore and soon came into the classroom along with Dani and Lincoln. "That's enough, Crocker!" he then called out.
"Hey, kids! Guess what I'm going to turn Turner, Fenton, and Loud into?" Mr. Crocker then remarked once he saw the three students.
"Fruit pies?" Drake Parker guessed.
"Rolls of toilet paper?" Skeeter Valentine added.
"All excellent suggestions." Mr. Crocker smirked.
"We gotta get Crocker out of here before he hurts someone else!" Timmy told the girls before running out of the hole in the wall.
Cosmo waited in the hallway before turning into a lunchbox as Timmy ran up to him.
"Oh, no, you don't, you need a hall pass for that!" Mr. Crocker smirked as he then tried to zap them.
Dani and Lincoln then began to shield the magic blasts with their own powers.
"I wish I had a shield!" Timmy soon told Cosmo.
"I-I-I'll try..." Cosmo replied, then turned into a shield on his own, much to his delighted victory. "Whew! I did it."
The zap then came for them and luckily, the kids dodged it with their shields and it bounced off somewhere else.
"I'm on the rebound!" Cosmo cheered.
The blast then hit Helga Pataki and Josh Nichols, turning them into a bowling pin and a warthog.
"Well, this stinks!" Helga glared.
"I know!" Josh replied. "I had a hall pass!"
"We gotta get out of here," Lincoln urged the others. "Man! If only I had teleportation powers too."
"Wait, Timmy, do you know what this means?" Dani asked since Crocker's magic bounced off of Cosmo.
"Magic can't effect other magical items!" Timmy smiled to her. "And I've got a whole bunch of other magical items back at my house! From my Fairy-Versary party!"
Mr. Crocker tried to zap Timmy again, only for the shield to bounce it off and soon made a mess in the bathrooms which had to be cleaned up.
"Uh... I'll let the night guy get that." Gordy said as he saw that and walked off.
"Cosmo, I wish we were at my house." Timmy said.
Cosmo then waved his wand and turned into a giant green mouse.
"On a mouse... Close enough..." Timmy deadpanned, he then kicked Cosmo to make him go like a horse. "Hyah!"
"Squeak!" Cosmo said before he began to buck up like a horse and then darted down the hallway.
"Magic..." Lincoln whispered to himself. "There's only one sister I know who can use magic and that's Lucy," he then added before speaking aloud to Timmy and Dani. "Guys, if we're gonna defeat Crocker, we gotta get some help. I'll get some of my sisters."
"How are they gonna help?" Lincoln wondered.
"Well, if you would tell me your secret, maybe I could tell you mine." Lincoln replied.
"I will, Lincoln, but you gotta understand that they might be taken away from me forever." Timmy told the white-haired boy.
"Then you know what? You can go on your own." Lincoln said.
"Oh, Lincoln, don't be like that." Timmy said.
"I thought we were friends, but I guess you can't even trust me enough to tell me what's going on here," Lincoln huffed as he decided to go home. "You can trust the Fentons, SpongeBob, and even Jimmy Neutron, but not me. That hurts, Timmy."
"Lincoln, I have fairy godparents!" Timmy soon blurted out.
"What?!" Lincoln asked as he stopped and looked back at the bucktoothed boy.
Timmy looked around as though he expected something to happen, but nothing seemed to, other than Mr. Crocker causing chaos for Nicktropolis.
"What did you say?" Lincoln asked as he walked back over.
"I have fairy godparents." Timmy repeated himself.
"You mean that Cosmo and Wanda are-" Lincoln began to say.
"Yes," Timmy nodded. "My fairy godparents."
"He's not really supposed to tell anyone," Dani added. "Except for those big adventures he had with me, Danny, SpongeBob, and Jimmy, so they were allowed to know. Cosmo and Wanda will go away forever if anyone else knew."
"Oh, I see." Lincoln remarked.
"I'm really sorry for not telling you." Timmy said softly.
"Maybe they're not going away because Crocker's ruining the world?" Dani guessed.
"I'm not sure, but at least it didn't happen when I told Lincoln." Timmy replied.
"I guess it's time for me to tell you my secret, Timmy." Lincoln said.
"What is it?" Timmy then asked.
"You remember that Ace Savvy comic book contest that had that superhero family called The Full House gang in it?" Lincoln asked.
"Yeah, it sounded like something you'd come up with." Timmy nodded knowingly.
"Well, that's because I did... and I'm part of the real life group that came from it." Lincoln soon admitted.
"No way!" Dani and Timmy gasped at that.
"Yes, way," Lincoln nodded. "And I go by the name Ace Jr in that group."
"Really now?" Timmy asked.
"That's why I did what I did earlier," Lincoln said. "Now, where do we have to go?"
"My house," Timmy said. "I have a bunch of stuff from my Fairy-Versary Party that can help us."
"Uh... What's a-" Lincoln began to ask.
"No time to explain, we better move now!" Timmy told him.
"Alright, but I better get my sister, Lucy if this is a magical emergency," Lincoln said. "She knows a lot about magic from Great-Grandma Harriet."
"All right," Timmy nodded. We'll need all the help that we can get."
"Do you want me to get Danny too?" Dani offered.
"Yes, but remember to come meet me at my house." Timmy replied.
"Hurry up! Crocker's magic is coming in fast!" Cosmo warned them all.
Soon, Dani and Lincoln split up as Mr. Crocker flew up and changed the school into his throne. "Go ahead and run, kids! But there's nowhere else to hide in MY WORLD!"
"He's gonna turn Nicktropolis into Slavestopolis!" Kerri cried out as she rode home with Cosmo, Timmy, and Dani back to Timmy's house to hide from the magical change in the world like when Bippy made his Monkey World wish.
Lincoln went to his house to get his sisters, but it was too late. Mr. Crocker turned Nicktropolis into Slavestropolis and the city was a now a disaster and there was even a sign that said "Population: Depends on Crocker's mood".
"Oh, no! I hope that my family's alright." Lincoln panicked.
