Master Fighter Battles 3 Chapter 16 Blaziken Warns Snorlax

Master Snorlax: (Gasps). Blaziken? (Snorlax runs over to see what happened to Blaziken). What is the Stitch? (Everyone notices what Snorlax is doing and looks over in concern and worry).

Oricorio (Pa'u Style): Who isshe?

Scream Tail: (Gasps and hugs Blaziken). Big Fire Hawk!

Master Snorlax: What are you doing here?

Master Blaziken: Marshadow attacked the valley. He now has every expert in Sinnoh, including Urshifu and the others. It is... it is all gone, Snorlax. Everything, everyone. (Snorlax is in shock and cannot believe it).

Master Snorlax: Everyone?

Master Blaziken: Everyone. (Watchog screams Concerned and forgetting about the greater worries here).

Watchog: How is my restaurant? (Nearby Snorlax's look at him, confused about his priorities then he realizes what he did). We will talk later.

Master Blaziken: And now He is on his way here. He is after you, Snorlax. He is after all Snorlax and Hisui Pokémon. (This is alarming to everyone as they all get very worried looks).

Master Snorlax: How long do we have?

Master Blaziken: Not long. Please, tell me you have mastered chi.

Ursaluna: (To villagers). Here, takes the baby. (Snorlax turns to approach his dad).

Master Snorlax: Dad. Dad?

Ursaluna: (Holds up a baby Munchlax). Ok, who belongs to this one?

Master Snorlax: You need to teach me the secret chi technique now. (Ursaluna gives the Baby Munchlax to its Parent).

Ursaluna: I am afraid you need more time. Everyone, go to get your things. (Everyone scatters to pack up as quickly as they can). Let me hand you that.

Master Snorlax: I do not have more time! And I need to learn it now.

Ursaluna: Sorry, you are not ready. Ok, pack everything!

Master Snorlax: I am ready.

Ursaluna: Not quite.

Master Snorlax: What are you talking about? (Snorlax and Ursaluna are now crossing a bridge), I have done everything you have asked, I mastered napping, sleeping in, hammocks, hot tubs, I am totally involved with my Hisui Pokémon parts. Now why will you not show me? (Finally, unable to take it anymore, Ursaluna just blurts out to Snorlax the Truth).

Ursaluna: Because I do not know it! (Snorlax is in massive shock to learn that his dad does not know "Chi" after all. Snorlax asks hoping it is not true).

Master Snorlax: You what?

Ursaluna: I do not... know it, ok? No one does. Likely we used to but... but not anymore.

Master Snorlax: You lied?

Ursaluna: No, I... Yes.

Master Snorlax: W-why?

Ursaluna: To save your life! I found out a Shadow Punch-swinging maniac is coming for you. What am I supposed to do? Just-just let that happen.

Master Snorlax: Yes! Because I am the Dragon Warrior. Facing maniacs, look that is my job. But because of you, I left the valley unprotected, I left my friends unprotected. And now they are all... they are all... (Snorlax finds the thought of what he is trying to say too horrifying to finish his sentence).

Ursaluna: And you would have been, too, I lost you once, I am not going to lose you again, I cannot. (But Snorlax is angry with his father and pushes him away saying).

Master Snorlax: You just did. (Snorlax walks away angry as he returns to the Village, he sees the villagers panicking and running to escape before it is too late).

Snorlax Villager #8: Mom, pick me! (Watchog suddenly appears to hug Snorlax in relief that he is safe).

Watchog: Snorlax! Why I am so worried for you that I cannot even enjoy being right about everything. Now run, run, run as fast as those chubby legs can go. (Snorlax turns to Watchog and tells him bluntly).

Master Snorlax: Run? There is nowhere to run. (Watchog finds this worrying as he then asks).

Watchog: B-b-but what are you going to do?

Master Snorlax: I am gonna stay and fight that monster. (Watchog misinterprets Snorlax's words and chooses to speak against him).

Watchog: Snorlax, he may be a monster, but He is still your father. (Snorlax knows that Watchog misunderstood him and says being clearer and more direct with his intentions).

Master Snorlax: Not him! Marshadow! (Watchog gasps and finds this horrifying and begins to panic).

Watchog: No... (Snorlax runs off to kick down A Couple of bamboo trees. With the wood, he creates a wooden training dummy that looks like Marshadow and begins practicing his moves).

(Meanwhile, Marshadow is coming closer and closer to the secret Hisui Pokémon village as he runs faster and faster, eager to get the "Chi" of Snorlax and all the Hisui Pokémon).

(Back with Snorlax he is still training against the dummy he made. From a distance, Watchog is watching worriedly for his son. Before he glances up to see the home where Ursaluna is).

(As Snorlax continues to train, Watchog walks up to Ursaluna's room. Carrying a large bowl of dumplings, he sees Ursaluna come out of his hiding place).

Watchog: Hungry?

Ursaluna: No, I... not really. (Ursaluna takes a seat on the floor before beginning to eat the Dumplings Watchog brought). Well, imaginably just one. (Then Watchog says to comfort Ursaluna).

Watchog: Youknow, you were not the only one who was lying.

Ursaluna: (Eats dumpling). Huh?

Watchog: I-Idid not really come along because I was worried Snorlax would go hungry, I was worried about you. (Ursaluna misinterprets Watchog's Words asking).

Ursaluna: Worried that I would go hungry?

Master Snorlax: No. I was worried you would steal Snorlax from me.

Ursaluna: I would what? (Watchog feels guilty for ever suspecting Ursaluna before and says admitting the truth to him).

Watchog: Iknow. That was crazy. But I realized having you in Snorlax's life does not mean less for me. It means more for Snorlax. (Ursaluna finds this touching on Watchog's part before saying sadly).

Ursaluna: Well... No, I am not in his life. Not anymore. (Watchog finds this a little amusing pointing out to him).

Watchog: Your son got mad at you. Welcome to parenthood. (Ursaluna is truly remorseful of his lie to Snorlax).

Ursaluna: Y-you do not understand, I lied to him. He will never forgive me. (Watchog says relating to Ursaluna's trouble).

Watchog: Ilied to him for twenty years. He still thinks he came from an Egg. (Watchog then says to ease Ursaluna's Worries a bit). Sometimes we do the wrong things for the right reasons. (Both look at the photo of Snorlax and his mother). Look, He is in pain. He is confused. (Watchog takes out a picture of him, Snorlax, and Ursaluna from when they first met before). And he still needs to save the world. (Watchog places the drawing of Snorlax, Ursaluna, and Watchog near the photo). He needs both his dads. (Watchog then leaves, as Ursaluna reflects on what Watchog said as he looks at the two pictures again).

(Meanwhile, with Snorlax training against the dummy, he eventually gets tired and stops for a second. As he is about to resume his training after taking a break, Blaziken suddenly appears and blocks his fist having recovered fully).

Master Blaziken: This is not going to work.

Master Snorlax: It needs to. (Snorlax and Blaziken spar as they talk through this).

Master Blaziken: You are not thinking straight.

Master Snorlax: I am.

Master Blaziken: You are not.

Master Snorlax: I am.

Master Blaziken: No. (Blaziken leaps into the sky and lands in front of Snorlax).

Master Snorlax: Yes, I am.

Master Blaziken: I have seen Marshadow; I have seen what he can do.

Master Snorlax: But he has not seen what I can do. (Snorlax spins Blaziken around and gets into a particular Stance, which makes Blaziken raise an Eyebrow in disbelief of an idea like that).

Master Blaziken: The Wuxi Finger Hold?

Master Snorlax: That is my best move. I just need to get to Marshadow, grab his finger, and then Skadoosh. Back to the Spirit Realm. (Blaziken twists Snorlax's arm into a position making him wince in pain).

Master Blaziken: He has an army of jade warriors. (Snorlax tries in vain to escape from Blaziken's grip). Everything they see, he sees. So, there is no sneaking up on him. (Blaziken forces Snorlax to his Stomach). You will never get close enough.

Master Snorlax: It is gonna work. (Snorlax pushes against Blaziken only for her to force him onto his back with her foot on his face).

Master Blaziken: A expert in chi can only stop him. (Snorlax and Blaziken stop sparring as he groans in annoyment at having someone remind him about that again).

Master Snorlax: Oh, you sound just like Urshifu with the chi. Chi this. Chi that. Chi-chi, I am not an expert in chi. OK? I do not know if I am the Dragon Warrior. I do not even know if I am a Hisui Pokémon. I do not know who I am! (Sighs). You are right. There is no way I can stop him and his army. (Snorlax is now feeling just like giving up now. Blaziken looks worriedly for Snorlax and lack of success here. Until a Voice says getting their attention).

Voice: Unless you had an army of your own. (Snorlax turns around to see appearing from the fog behind him is his father Ursaluna).

Master Snorlax: You?

Ursaluna: Not just me. (Walking out from behind Ursaluna is Watchog).

Watchog: Us.

Ursaluna: All of us. (Appearing from behind Ursaluna and Watchog is every resident of the Village). I finally found my son after all these years. It is gonna take a ton more than the end of the world to keep us apart. (Snorlax cannot help but point out the one big problem here).

Master Snorlax: But you do not even know kung fu.

Ursaluna: Then you will teach us. (Snorlax panics at this, remembering what happened the last time he tried that).

Master Snorlax: What? No, I cannot teach you kung fu! When I could not even teach Blaziken, and she already knows kung fu! (Ursaluna says hoping to appeal to Snorlax right now).

Ursaluna: Snorlax, I-I know I am the last guy you wanna trust right now. But you gotta believe me. We can do this. We can learn kung fu. We can be just like you. (Snorlax Pauses at hearing this before asking).

Master Snorlax: What did you just say? (Ursaluna was not expecting this from Snorlax and says making a guess).

Ursaluna: Uh, we can do this?

Master Snorlax: No.

Ursaluna: We can learn kung fu?

Master Snorlax: After that. (Snorlax in a fit of excitement gets closer to his father as he nervously says).

Ursaluna: Uhh, we can be just like you? (Now Hearing exactly what he wanted to hear says excitedly).

Master Snorlax: Yes.

Ursaluna: We can?

Master Snorlax: No! You cannot. (Snorlax laughs happily). But you do not have to be. That is what Urshifu meant. I do not have to turn you into me, I need to turn you into you. (Ursaluna looks confused at this as he looks at Watchog).

Watchog: Thatdoes not make any sense.

Master Snorlax: I know! (Hugs both Ursaluna and Watchog). Thanks, dads.

Watchog: You arewelcome?

Master Snorlax: I am gonna do something I never thought I would be able to do, I am gonna teach kung fu.
