Toronto, Ontario, Canada. A city of beauty, hustle and bustle, and also a city that housed a lot of Canada's television network companies. Inside the skyscraper that housed the headquarters of one such company, a handsome brown haired man with black eyes dressed in the rather casual getup of a white shirt underneath a dark jacket with dark blue trousers and dark brown shoes was standing inside an elevator that was making its way up to one of the floors of the building. The brown haired male was Don Albano, the host of The Ridonculous Race, the reality show that took Total Drama's place after the show was cancelled due to the low ratings of the rather over the top seasons All-Stars and Pahkitew Island. Despite having only received one season so far, The Ridonculous Race proved to be very successful thanks to its refreshing concept and Don's down to earth personality. But now that Total Drama was starting to make a comeback thanks to the success of Total Drama Revived and production on Total Drama: Revenge of the Action had just started, Don was afraid he was going to be out of work soon, until he received a call from the network and asked him to come to headquarters for a meeting.

As the elevator reached its destination, the doors opened, allowing Don to step outside and walk down the hallway as he passed by several offices. The workers inside all smiled and waved at Don, and Don smiled and waved back at them. Before long, Don had reached the office he was supposed to have his meeting at, and the brown haired male gently knocked on the door.

"Come in." A female voice on the other side of the door responded to Don's knocking. Don entered the office and shut the door behind him. Looking down on the city of Toronto from the glass windows that clothed the wall of the skyscraper was a Caucasian female with black hair that was done up in a high ponytail along with hazel eyes. Her outfit consisted of an ash gray two piece suit with a white dress shirt underneath along with black leather ankle boots.

"Hello, Amanda. I'm here just as you requested." Don spoke with a kind smile as the black haired woman turned to face him.

"Glad you could make it today, Don. Have a seat." Amanda gestured for Don to take a seat in front of her desk, which the brown haired male did, and Amanda soon sat down at her desk herself.

"So, what did you need me to come to headquarters for?" Don asked Amanda in an inquisitive tone of voice.

"Glad you asked, Don. I think it's needless to say, but I'm sure you've heard of Total Drama making a comeback after the success of its seventh season, Total Drama Revived?" Amanda asked Don back.

"I have. And Revived proved itself to be successful enough for the show to be renewed for its eighth season, and the production on that season has just begun." Don replied.

"Correct. Chris McLean is currently here in Toronto, down at the abandoned film lot preparing things for filming Season 8 of Total Drama. But the success of Total Drama Revived has caused the board to pitch a second season of Total Drama that's going to premiere alongside Chris' season, Revenge of the Action. That's where you come in. Since you proved yourself successful enough by hosting The Ridonculous Race, we want you to host the other season." Amanda explained to Don.

Don's eyes widened at this. "You really want me to host a season of Total Drama? Well, I'm honored to have been selected for the hosting position for this season, but before I take the job, I'd kinda like to know what kind of season I'm going to be hosting." He replied to Amanda.

"Right, here's the deal...We're going to be inviting 26 teens from around the world to compete in a season that takes place all around the world in a similar vein to World Tour. All 26 teens will be representing at least one country from around the world, and you'll be taking them to a different country in every episode using a jet plane. You will be given a certified pilot to take you and the contestants to the different countries for the season, since the network had received a lot of backlash during World Tour for letting Chef Hatchet, who wasn't even certified to fly a plane be the season's pilot." Amanda explained to Don.

"An around the world season starring 26 contestants each coming from a different country? That sounds rather promising. Is there anything else I should know of? Like, is it going to be a musical season like World Tour or anything like that?" Don asked Amanda curiously.

"No, that's about it. We've already selected the contestants for this season, and filming of the season will begin in about a month. That should give you enough time to prepare yourself for hosting this season. That is, if you're willing to take the job." Amanda replied.

"I'd love to take the job. I was honestly very worried that I was going to be out of work when I heard Total Drama was making a comeback, so I'll gladly take the opportunity. Plus, The Ridonculous Race has made me realize how fun it is to host these reality show competitions, so this should be right up my alley." Don replied with a smile.

Amanda smiled at that as well. "I'm glad to hear that, Don. I'll let the board know that you took the job and that we can start filming of the season in about a month. Glad to have you on board for this project." She spoke.

"Alright. I'm heading straight home now so I can start preparing myself for this season. I assume that I'll be receiving information on the contestants in due time?" Don asked Amanda.

"You will. This meeting is dismissed." Amanda replied as Don got up and went to leave the office.

"Alright. I'm very grateful for this opportunity." Don concluded as he left the office.

And that's the prologue for this story! Thanks to Miss Maniacal for giving me the idea for this story! I thought it would make for a nice side plot to the Revivedverse seasons that Chris is hosting, since the Revivedverse features my own OCs as the prominent cast members on each season!
