Kobayashi looked at the mansion that Ami invited them to. Kanna and Ilulu were surprised to see a huge mansion as Tohru sighs.

'Well, I haven't been here in years. I'm actually more surprised that Ami took the fact that Tohru and the others were dragons quite well.' She thought.

"OH MY GOSH! THEY"RE REAL DRAGONS?! CAN I SEE THEM?!"

'I was lucky to get her to calm down and explain things more clearly.' Kobayashi thought, sighing.

"Kobayashi," Kanna said, breaking her from her thoughts.

She looks down to see Kanna tugging on her shirt.

"Let's go!" Kanna said, making Kobayashi smile.

"Alright." She said, and they walked up to the gates.

They opened and they walked towards the mansion.

"Oh, right. Tohru," Kobayashi said, making the dragon maid turn to her.

"The maids here are different than you and the ones at the cafe. So try not to carry away." She said.

"Don't worry, Miss Kobayashi. I won't do anything. Though, if that cousin of yours hurt you again, I can't promise he's in for more of a scare." Tohru said, still not liking how Carlos hit Kobayashi and called her a low-life.

"As long as you don't kill him," Kobayashi said.

Carlos might be a jerk, but even she didn't think that killing him would make anything better. However, she wouldn't be against Tohru putting him in his place.

"MELIO!"

Ami came rushing out the door and once more hugged her cousin, once again pushing her between her blossoms.

"AMI!" Kobayashi shouted, pushing her away.

"Oh, right. Sorry." Ami said before hugging Kanna and Ilulu.

"It's so sweet to see you cuties again." She said, happily.

Kobayashi sighs before Ami hugged Tohru next, surprising the dragon.

"And thank you for taking care of Melio." She said.

"Um, sure?" Tohru said, feeling a bit strange that someone beside Miss Kobayashi was hugging her.

"So, are we going to go in?" Ilulu asked.

"Oh! Yes, please, come in!" Ami said, opening the door for them.

They all step inside, and Tohru, Kanna, and Ilulu all gasp in shock at the size of the mansion.

"Huh, I see you haven't changed a thing," Kobayashi said.

"I remember you would get lost every time you came over," Ami said, smiling.

"It's not my fault that this Mansion is bigger than the apartment," Kobayashi said, sighing.

"Don't worry, Miss Kobayashi, I'll stay with you so you won't get lost," Tohru said, smiling.

Kobayashi looked unsure as Ami smiles.

"Please, this way!" Ami said, leading the group to the main living room.

Kobayashi looks around, seeing all the maids the rich side of her family have. She tried to curb her love for maids to be on her best behavior while here.

"Oh, Sister Melio! Welcome." A maid said, seeing Kobayashi.

"Hey." She said, waving.

"Sister, it's been so long." Another maid said.

"It has," Kobayashi said, smiling.

"Wow, Miss Kobayashi, the maids here seem to like you," Tohru said after another maid welcome her.

"Melio spends a lot of time with maids every time she visits. The maids see her as a fellow maid. Some say they were the ones that gave Melio her passion for maids." Ami said, giggling.

"Oh, is that another maid?"

"I've never seen her before."

Tohru looks around before Kobayashi clears her throat.

"Sisters, this is Tohru. She's my personal maid." She said.

"You have a personal maid?!"

"So you're taking care of our sister?"

"I hope you're treated her nicely."

"If you hurt our sister, then you will deal with us."

Tohru would normally shrug off those threats, but there was something about the maids here that made her a little worried.

"Alright, sisters, break it up," Kobayashi said, clapping her hands.

The Maids broke away and Tohru sighs.

"Are you alright, Tohru?" Kobayashi asked.

"I'm fine," Tohru said, taking a breath.

"Wow, I never thought I see Tohru get afraid of some maids." Ilulu smirks.

"Why you!" Tohru growls, ready to hurt her.

"Tohru," Kobayashi said, making her stop.

Ami then guide the group towards the living room as a few maids brought them some drinks. Ami giggles as the Maids even brought the tea set that her cousin enjoyed.

"I swear, they spoil you more than we spoil them." She said.

Kobayashi could only laugh sheepishly as she drinks her tea. Kanna thanked the maid for bringing her some juice as Ilulu politely bows in thanks to another maid for getting her some candy.

"I see you kept the secret," Kobayashi said.

"Like you said, who would believe me? And are you sure there are even more dragons living in your town?" Ami said.

"Yeah, they're Tohru's friends. They live with humans too." Kobayashi said.

"Except Lady Elma," Kanna added.

"Elma?" Ami asked.

"She's a Harmony Dragon that loves to eat all kinds of food," Tohru said, not really caring.

"Don't let it get to you, Ami. Elma is a nice person." Kobayashi said, knowing about Elma's and Tohru's past.

"Miss Ami."

Ami turns and saw one of the maids walking up to them.

"The Master and Mistress are home." She said.

"Thank you, please inform them we have guests," Ami said.

"No need, Ami."

Everyone turned to see a married couple dressed in well fashion clothes and smiling at Kobayashi.

"Hello, Melio. It's been a long time." The man said.

"I know. It's good to see you, Uncle Shawn." Kobayashi said.

"And who are these young lovely girls?" The Woman asked.

"My name is Tohru, Miss Kobayashi's Maid." Tohru bows.

"Oh? You hired a maid?" The Woman asked.

"I did, Aunt Shela." Kobayashi said, smiling.

"May you please stand here?" Shela asked Tohru.

Tohru blinks before doing so. Shela walked around Tohru, having her hold out her arms, and even ask to undo her pigtails. Shela continues to look over Tohru before nodding.

"She's a good one." She said.

"Good?! I'm a great maid!" Tohru said before Kobayashi patted her shoulder.

"Don't let it get to you, Tohru. It's how she judges the maids. If you're good, then that means she like you. If you're great, then you should quit being a maid." She said.

"WHAT?!" Tohru shouted, shocked.

"It's nothing personal. I don't mind a hard-working maid, I just find that great maids have nothing left to prove themselves to." Shela said.

"And who are these young ones?" Shawn asked.

"Oh, this is Kanna and Ilulu, I took them in," Kobayashi said.

"You took them in?!" Shela said before looking over the two.

"Well, I can see that they are very healthy," Shela said.

"Are you taking them to school?" Shawn asked.

"Kanna goes to school. Ilulu works part-time at a candy shop." Kobayashi said.

"A candy shop?" Shela asked.

"Yeah, I like seeing the kid's happy faces when they want to grab their favorite snacks," Ilulu said, smiling.

"Hmm, I never understood those shops, but I still remember all the times Ami would get happy every time we grab her very snack," Shela said, not having a problem with Ilulu's job.

"Mom," Ami said, rolling her eyes while smiling.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE?!"

Everyone turns and saw Carlos looking shocked to see Kobayashi and the three girls.

"I invited them over to visit, Carlos," Ami said, knowing what her brother was about to do.

"After the way that low-life maid threw me out?!" Carlos shouted.

Tohru growls, causing him to flinch back.

"I want them out of my home! NOW!" He shouted.

"CARLOS!"

"Mother?! Father!?" He said, shocked to see his parents.

"What have we told you about treating our guests?" Shawn said.

"Melio is family, do not treat your cousin or her friends like they don't belong here!" Shela said, angry.

"But..." Carlos tried to say.

"No buts!" Shawn said, glaring at his son.

Tohru sighs, glad to know that Miss Kobayashi's Uncle didn't approve of his son's ways.

"Anyway, I was hoping Melio and the others could stay for dinner," Ami said.

"I don't mind, I would love to catch up with my favorite niece," Shela said, smiling.

"But..." Carlos tried to say.

"Carlos..." Shawn warned him.

"Sure, I'll be glad to stay for dinner," Kobayashi said, making all the maids happy.

Later,

Dinner rolled around and Kobayashi explain how she meet Tohru and the others, leaving out that they were dragons from another world.

"Are you still hurt?" Shela asked, Tohru.

"No, it's healed, and I was forever grateful for what Miss Kobayashi did," Tohru said, smiling.

"I can't believe Kanna's parents kick her out because of some prank," Shawn said, shaking his head.

"I'm sorry about your parents, Ilulu," Shela added.

"It's okay. Kobayashi has been taking care of me." Ilulu said.

"Kobayashi is like a mom to us," Kanna added.

"That's so sweet." A maid said, making Kobayashi sweatdrop sheepishly.

"Sister Melio, you're so nice to take in some homeless girls and made them feel like family." Another said, cheerfully.

Tohru didn't like how the other maids were surrounding her Miss Kobayashi but decided not to try anything in order to stay in good favor of her family.

"Oh, sister, did you try any more maid outfits?" A maid asked, causing Ami to look away.

"Well, I tried a few of them, but I didn't look good in any of them," Kobayashi said, surprising the maids.

"Wait, I did wear one that everyone likes." She quickly said.

"Oh?! You did?!" The maids asked, surprised.

"Yeah, I wore Tohru's. She put together a little Maid outfit idea for me to try and find a maid outfit I'll look good in." Kobayashi said.

"She did?" A maid asked.

"Yeah. Everyone said I looked good in it." Kobayashi said, blushing.

The maids turned to Tohru before they all nodded.

"Thank you, Sister Tohru." They said, bowing to her.

"Um..." Tohru said, surprised.

"Oh! Can we see you in it?" Ami said, causing Kobayashi to look surprised.

"Oh, great idea, Miss Ami!" A Maid agreed.

"I don't know..." Kobayashi said, looking away.

"I've never seen Kobayashi in a maid outfit either," Ilulu said.

"I did! She looked great. I would like to see her wear it again!" Kanna said.

"What do you say, Miss Kobayashi?" Tohru asked, smiling.

Kobayashi sighs. She then looks up and smiles.

"Sure." She said.

A few minutes later,

Kobayashi was once again wearing Tohru's maid outfit, and stood in front of her mother's side of the family.

"Melio! You look so cute!" Ami said, swooning over her cousin.

"I'll say! You look beautiful." Shela said, smiling.

"Very cute," Shawn said.

"Sister Melio looked wonderful!" The Maids said.

"Please, stop," Kobayashi said, bashful.

Tohru smiles, happy to see Miss Kobayashi wear her maid outfit again. Ilulu was shocked before smiling. However, Carlos, being the brat he is, scoffs at her.

"She still looks horrible." He said.

"SHUT IT, YOU LITTLE BRAT!" Tohru roars, causing Carlos to flinch back, scared.

"It seems that Sister Tohru scared the young master." A maid whispers.

"That's good. He's always been mean to us and sister Melio." Another maid said.

"Why don't you wear that during your stay?" Ami brought up.

"Ah, maybe she can finally live out her dream for the day," Shawn said, agreeing.

"I don't know..." Kobayashi said, unsure.

"Please, Sister, join us." The Maids said.

"Sister Tohru is welcome to join us too!" Another maid said.

"Well..." Kobayashi turning to Kanna and Ilulu.

"It's alright, Kobayashi," Kanna said.

"Yeah, we'll be fine," Ilulu added.

"Alright. Count me in." Kobayashi said, making the Maids happy.

"Tohru?" Ami said, making the dragon maid turn to her.

"Yes?" She said.

"Keep an eye on Melio, will you? The maids have been talking about wanting to do lots of maids things with her, and I do fear they might go overboard." Ami said, shocking the maids.

"MISS AMI!" They whined.

"Sure," Tohru said.

"This is stupid," Carlos mutters to himself.

However, he notices that both Kanna and Ilulu were glaring at him, and could see they were giving him the same look that Tohru gave him. Something told him that he should be careful around them from now on.

Okay, that's all for this. I know there wasn't much between the Aunt and Uncle, but I did keep what this chapter was about. I don't think it was ever explained how Kobayashi got into maids. I never read the Manga and the anime doesn't even mention how. It only has two seasons so far. So I brought in my idea of how Kobayashi got into maids. The maids even consider her a sister due to how much she interacted with them as a child. I even had her put on Tohru's maid outfit again.

It seems that there is one family member left. The Grandparents. It will take a while for them, since I don't got a lot to work with right now, but they will show up soon.
