Chapter 5 : Old Friends, New Lovers
Several hours later Gail, Kari and the rest of Alpha Team returned to the station after successfully resolving the hostage situation.
"Good job everyone." Carol says as everyone enters the SIS office.
After being debriefed Gail and Regina left the SIS Office.
"Let's go find Naruto, I can't believe that both Kay and Yuri got to sleep with him first." said Regina.
"Are you jealous?" the ebony officer asked, raising an eyebrow.
"J-just a little, Gail and I think that Kay is dating him." Regina says with a hint of sadness in her voice.
"Yes, I am Naruto's girlfriend officially, but like I told Yuri, I don't mind sharing Naruto with any of you on the team." Kay says as she comes out of the ladies room.
"W-what?" Gail asked, totally shocked by the revelation.
"I-I mean is Naruto cool with this?" inquired Regina.
"Yep." Kay answered.
"Aren't you afraid of Naruto falling for someone else?" Gail asks, to which Kay shrugs.
"Well then, I'm gonna be the next one to bag him." Regina says, licking her lips seductively.
Ten year old fourth grader Beverly Ross sat in her seat in her Art class coloring a picture of a unicorn that she'd just drawn.
"Very good, Beverly." Chase Hopkins, Beverly's thirty nine year old Teacher says from over her left shoulder.
Chase Hopkins is single and doesn't have any children of his own, but he loves teaching.
Sometimes Mr. Hopkins would take Beverly or one of the other girls that he taught into the Janitor's closet and have sex with them and threaten them and their families if they ever told anyone.
This continues for eight more weeks until Beverly tells her Mom Judy at dinner one Friday night, when Beverly's Father Martin learns that his Daughter is being sexually abused by her Teacher her Father absolutely loses it.
Later, Regina stepped into the elevator, she was sore and tired from the intense workout with Kari she'd just finished. Hoping to be able to take a shower and head home without any problems, she wanted to get ready for Naruto, who would coming over to her place tonight though Regina didn't think she would be that lucky.
Just then, Regina sees Naruto coming towards the elevator, covered in dirt and blood, looking exhausted.
'Oh for the love of Kami, please hold the elevator, whoever is in there.' Naruto silently pleaded,
Regina held the door for the exhausted blonde, Naruto reached the elevator, allowing the brunette to pull him inside,
"Thank Kami for you, Regina," Naruto huffed as he all but slumped against the elevator's wall opposite Regina.
"You're quite welcome, Naruto." Regina said with a hint of cheerfulness in her voice,
Regina hit the button, the elevator began moving, but then suddenly jerked to a stop.
"Are you kidding me!" Naruto yelled, Regina felt the same way as her companion, but decided not to voice her frustration, so as not to make things worse, at this rate Regina would never get that shower.
Naruto picked up the emergency phone and got Carol,
"Naruto? You're in the elevator?" she asks, feigning concern.
"I am Carol, with Regina, what's going on?" he inquired,
"Systems Check." The SIS Captain lied.
"How long will we be in here, Captain?" Naruto inquired, trying not to get irritated.
"At this rate, maybe two or three hours," she replied.
Regina takes the phone and hangs it up before turning to her blonde teammate.
"I talked to Kay, so do you intend to bang all of Alpha Team?"
Naruto smirked slyly and nods.
Regina grabs Naruto and pins the blonde against the elevator's wall and kissed him passionately. Naruto moved his hands down Regina's hips as Naruto instinctively pressed his body against Regina.
Regina moaned into Naruto's mouth, he slowly pulled away from Regina and buried his face into Regina's neck.
"Oh, Great God." Regina hissed as she ran her fingers through Naruto's hair.
Naruto grabs Regina's left breast through her shirt and squeezes it gently eliciting another moan from her.
Naruto eased his right hand down into Regina's pants, she threw her head back and gasped sharply as she felt Naruto's experienced fingers move around inside of her.
"N-Naruto, d-don't stop." Regina whispers quickly.
"Wouldn't dream of it, Princess," Naruto said lustfully,
Naruto dropped to his knees, pulling down the brunette's pants and thong panties in the process, he then put his face in between Regina's thighs. Regina is lightly stroking Naruto's hair as she moans with passion.
"Yes! Yessss! OH YESSSS!" moaned Regina.
Regina's head was spinning, she had no idea that her teammate was so adept at using his tongue like this, the blonde's every move and motion set the brunette's nerves ablaze, she felt a rush of arousal flood her loins and didn't want Naruto to stop making her feel this way.

Sometime later, the team was standing in Carol's office, the Captain noticed that Regina seemed to be a little out of sorts, but decided not to voice her concern.
"Team a ten year old fourth grader named Beverly Ross was sexually assaulted by her art teacher, Chase Hopkins. Naruto, I want you to interview the victim and her parents, Kari, Carla, I want you to run Mr. Hopkins' name." Carol says.
Naruto goes to interview room three to speak to Beverly Ross and her parents.
"Hello Mr. and Mrs. Ross, I'm Detective Naruto Uzumaki of the Special Investigation Squad." the blonde explains.
He looks at Beverly, the little girl looked so broken and dejected and it broke Naruto's heart.
Naruto listened to Beverly's heart wrenching tale as she described every sordid, horrible thing that Mr. Hopkins had done to her and it made Naruto sick to his stomach, meanwhile, Assistant DA Kimberly Patterson is hard at work trying to get a search warrant for the teacher's home.
When Naruto came out of the interview room, he is greeted by Carol and Kimberly Patterson, who has the warrant for Hopkins's house.
"Here's your warrant, Captain Wong." Kimberly says with a smile until she looks at the lone man in the room, whose expression is one of sadness and pain.
Kari came up to the trio with all the information on Chase Hopkins that she could find.
"Here is everything that I could dig up on our suspect, Captain." Kari said, handing the file to Carol.
"Good job, both of you. Now, go and arrest this scumbag." Carol says.
"Yes ma'am." Kari said.
"Roger that." Naruto says a moment later.
Alpha Team is en route to Chase Hopkins's house, Kari and Naruto are seated next each other.
"Naruto, can we get to sometime?"
Naruto smiles at Kari warmly.
"Sure." he answers.
The team arrived at the house, Naruto takes point and walks up to the front door.
"Chase Hopkins, LAPD, Special Investigation, search warrant." Naruto said in a booming voice.
For a long moment an eerie silence washes over the team, then suddenly there is a thunderous explosion and the front door is disintegrated and Naruto was launched backwards off the porch into the front yard.
"Naruto" Kari screamed as Carla, the team's Medic came running with her first aid kit.
Kari and Carla moved the severely injured Naruto inside the APC, Kari looks at the bloody officer who she loved like a brother, but was too afraid to admit that she also harbored romantic feelings for is now probably going to die without knowing Kari's true feelings for him.
'Hold on for me Naruto, please.' Kari silently prayed before leaving the APC. Kari joined Kay, Regina, Jill, and Carol behind the APC.
"How is Naruto?" Carol inquired.
"I didn't have time to ask Carla, I wanted to get back out here and stop this guy.
"Regina, can you get a shot?" Jill asked.
"No, he has an M3 Riot shotgun, automatic." Regina assesses.
"I've got some flash bangs." Kari said somberly.
"OK, use one to stun Hopkins and Regina and I will move in for the takedown." Jill says.
"Got it." Kari says.
Kari pulls out a flash bang grenade, runs out from behind the APC's cover, pulls the pin and tosses it at Chase.
The grenade detonates, stunning the man and driving him to his knees, Kari draws her Beretta and points it at the wheezing man.
"Drop the gun, on your face, now!" the blonde yelled as Regina and Jill moved in and handcuffed Chase and take him into custody.
"Kari, Captain, we've got a problem." Carla says from the rear of the APC, the two women she had addressed made their way back to where Carla was treating Gail.
"What is it, Carla?" Carol asked.
"Naruto wasn't wearing his K-33 heavy body armor, he was wearing the K-10 light armor, it was just shredded by that shotgun shell." Carla said.
"He... Naruto will be okay though, right Carla?" Kari asked, her voice full of desperation.
"I don't know, Kari. The faster we get him to Municipal Medical Center the better his odds are." Carla said truthfully.
As soon as the team got to Municipal Medical Center Naruto is rushed into the OR, Carol tells Kari to call the station with any update on his condition.
Kari begins frantically pacing the floor as she worried more and more about Gail as the minutes turned to hours with no word from the hospital staff.
After calming down, Kari goes to the cafeteria and grabs some coffee when two women came barreling into the cafeteria.
"Where is Naruto Uzumaki!" one of the women yells.
Kari sighs and takes a long drink of her coffee before she walked over to the two women.
"Ma'am, maybe I can help you?" Kari says.
"Only if you can tell me where Naruto is." the second woman answers.
"Who are you?" Kari inquired.
"Pauline Summers, I am Naruto's Adopted Mother." the first woman says.
"And I am Jane Thomas, Naruto's Maternal Aunt." the second woman quipped.
"Excuse me for a moment." Kari says, pulling out her phone and calling Carol.
"What's up, Kari?" Carol asked.
"Two women just showed up here claiming to be Naruto's Adopted Mother and Aunt." Kari explains.
"Names?" Carol asked.
"Pauline Summers and Jane Thomas."
"Hold on a sec."
Carol types in the two names and they indeed are related to the blonde.
"They're good, Kari." Carol says. "Okay, thanks Captain."
"What happened to my Son, Officer?" Pauline asked, her voice breaking somewhat.
"Naruto was shot by a suspect when we went to serve a warrant." Kari explains the best she can without breaking down herself.
"Where is the person who hurt my Nephew, Officer?" Jane asks.
"The rest of our team have him in custody and are interrogating him right now." Kari said.
Pauline takes Kari's left hand gently.
"Thank you." Pauline whispers.
Kari offers Pauline and Jane a warm smile.
Back at the station, Kay and Jill take Chase into interview room three, Kay reads Chase his rights again before leaving the room, followed by Jill.
"Regina, you and Yuri talk to the suspect." Carol says.
Carol stood behind the one-way mirror and watched Regina and Yuri as they interrogated Chase.
Just then Assistant DA Kimberly Patterson came in and joined Carol.
"Come to enjoy the show, Counselor?" Carol asks.
"Yes, among other things." Kimberly says, looking at Regina the whole time.
"You're in a heap of trouble, Mr. Hopkins." Yuri says.
"I don't know what you mean, baby." Chase says smugly.
Regina slams her right hand, which is clenched into a fist down onto the table hard.
"Don't disrespect my partner!" Regina yells.
"Thank you, Detective Hu." Yuri says before turning a steely gaze to Chase.
"You raped a ten year old girl that was placed in your charge." Yuri said.
"And you shot a teammate of ours, you'd better hope that she survives." Regina adds.
"That sounds oddly like a threat, Detective." a woman's voice said, causing Regina and Yuri to turn and face the owner of the voice. A tall blonde woman wearing a green power suit and black high heels entered the room.
"What do you want, Allenbee?" Regina hissed, not even making an effort to hide the disdain she held for the arrogant Defense Attorney.
"To speak with my client." the blonde answered.
Chase smiled as Yuri and Regina left the interview room.
"Who called The Barbie?" Regina asked Carol and Kimberly.
"Chase's girlfriend, Melody Saunders." Jill said as she entered the room.
"All right, Rubi won't definitely let us anywhere near the girlfriend now." Carol says.
"Counselor, do you think that Melody loves Chase enough to accept him being a child molester as well as lie for him?" Regina asked Kimberly.
"She could indeed Detective Hu, and if she does arrest her and bring her in for a hard interview."
"Yes ma'am." Regina says.
Naruto undergoes surgery to remove the buckshot from his body, the operation lasts ten hours, meanwhile Kari goes home, showers, and changes her clothes before returning to the hospital.
Susan Chen, Chief of Surgery was waiting for Kari when she entered the waiting room.
"Good morning Detective Jones." Susan says in greeting.
"Morning Doctor Chen, how's Naruto doing?"
"Splendidly well, he made it through surgery just fine and she is now resting comfortably." Susan said reassuringly.
"Can I see him?" Kari inquires.
"Of course Detective. Follow me please." Susan said.
Kari felt her chest tighten with apprehension as she and Susan made their way to Naruto's room.
"Is he awake yet?"
"Yes, just don't rile him up too much."
"Okay." Kari says in understanding.
"I'm going on my rounds now, if Mr. Uzumaki needs anything page the Nurse's Station." Susan says.
"I will, and thank you Doctor Chen." Kari says before Susan leaves the room.
Now alone Kari walks over to Naruto's bed.
"Naruto, are you awake?" Kari whispers.
"Yes Kari." Naruto answers.
"You scared us, Naruto, we all thought that we-." the blonde says, but cuts herself off.
"W-Where's Hopkins?" Naruto asked.
"We got him, Naruto. He's at the station." Kari says.
"Good." Naruto replies.
"Naruto, don't worry about that scum. Just concentrate on getting better." Kari said.
"All right, Kari." Naruto said weakly.
"I'm going to call the others and let them know how you're doing."
Naruto nods, Kari then exits the room to call the station.
As Kari is walking down the hallway she sees Jane and Pauline coming towards her.
"Detective, how is Naruto doing?" Pauline asked.
"He's awake, Ms. Summers." Kari answers with a smile.
"Can we see him, Detective?" Jane inquires.
"You'll have to see Doctor Chen about that, Ms. Thomas." Kari says.
"All right, we will." Jane says.
Kari stops at the Nurse's Station and tells the auburn haired nurse on duty that she was leaving, then the blonde Detective went out to her car, dialing Carol's number as she walked.
"Naruto is awake, that's great news, Kari. I'll tell the rest of the team." Carol said excitedly.
Susan is checking Naruto's abdomen for swelling and is pleased when she finds none.
"Well Detective, you're healing nicely and there is no swelling that I can see." Susan informs her patient.
"So, when do you think I can go home, Doctor Chen?" Naruto asks.
"In two days, and I want you to take at least two weeks off from work before you return to duty."
"Will you give me a doctor's note?" Naruto asks in a playful tone which made Susan blush.
"I can... do that for you, Detective." Susan stammers.
Just then Pauline and Jane came into the hospital room.
"Doctor Chen, may we see my Son?" Pauline asked.
"Y-yes." Naruto says weakly.
Sakura, Sasuke, Sai and the four ROOT ANBU returned to the ravaged remnants of Konoha, the head towards the Hokage Tower, as they walked Sakura couldn't help but think about Naruto.
"Naruto has changed so much, he's so cold now, why?"
"Do you have to ask, Sakura? The answer is that the whole village save for a very select few hated and detested the Dobe, you included." Sasuke said coldly.
At this Sakura shoots Sasuke a glare.
"You found Uzumaki, but he refused to return to Konoha and help us?" Danzo asks Sai, who nods.
"Are there any other avenues we can explore to convince him?" the Hokage asked.
"Yes, Tsunade and all of his friends are in Wave Country." Sasuke said, "We can go there and capture them, this will surely lure the idiot out." Sasuke angrily, whose pride had taken a major blow from Naruto beating him and at seeing Naruto surrounded by Kay and the others.
Sasuke grits his teeth in anger as he turns and storms off. Koharu looks at Sakura, silently asking a question.
"Naruto beat Sasuke in a one on one fight. He's much more skilled now, Koharu-sama."
"Did he use the Kyuubi's chakra in this fight?" Danzo asked.
"No, Hokage-sama." Sakura stated.
Naruto is at home in bed resting when his home phone rang, Doctor Susan Chen was on the other line.
"Hello Susan." Naruto says, smiling as he sits up in his bed.
"How are you feeling, Naruto?" Susan asked.
"I'm feeling great, very little pain." he answers.
"That's good to know, Naruto." Susan says.
"That's because I had the best doctor in LA." Naruto replied.
Susan blushed at Naruto's compliment.
"I-I... Thank you, Naruto."
"Have you eaten dinner yet, Susan?" Naruto asked suddenly.
"No, I haven't." Susan answered honestly.
"We can't have that, Doctor." he says playfully before adding, "You have to take better care of yourself."
"Yes Doctor Uzumaki." Susan teased.
"You can come over to my place and I can whip up something for us." he said.
"I wouldn't want to impose on you, Naruto." Susan replied.
"Nonsense Susan, you need to eat a decent meal." Naruto said, his words soaked in concern.
"All right, I'll be over to your house in half an hour."
"OK, I'll be waiting. See you when you get here." Naruto said before hanging up his phone.
As soon as Henry, Darren, and Janet get home, Janet goes to lay down while Henry and Darren go into the Study.
"What are we going to do about Chase?" Henry asked Darren.
"We'll call in Vinnie and Dylan to take care of this." Darren says.
"Those two loose cannons? They're going to ruin everything that we worked to build here."
"Have you forgotten Darren, that we owe the Red Viper Cartel for the cocaine, LSD, and Molly we ordered three months ago. They expect results. Or would you rather be visited by the Red Foxes?" Henry says.
"I'm on my way to the warehouse to see if the trucks came in yet." Darren replied.
Meanwhile...
Jenny is sitting in her office when Monica Black and Karen Serenity came into her office.
"Captain, my source in the Warehouse District just tipped me off to a pair of long haul tractor trailers pulling into Warehouse #19 on East Garcia Street." Karen says.
"Suit up and go, and girls..." Jenny said.
Monica and Karen turn back to their Captain.
"Be careful." Jenny simply says.
The two women nod before heading to the locker room to gear up.
Once Monica and Karen left her office, Jenny goes next door to Carol's office.
"Hello Captain Wong, I've come to ask for your help."
"Hello Captain Lang, what kind of help do you need?"
Jenny explained the situation to Carol, who readily agreed to have Alpha Team backup Bravo Team.
Regina, Jill, Yuri, and Kay, along with Kari join Rebecca Dawson, Gina Miles and the rest of Bravo Team on their raid.
Chase Hopkins was tried and convicted of the rapes of Beverly Ross, Kira Nagasaki, and fourteen other girls that he'd taught over the last eight years in seven different states. He is sentenced to life in prison plus thirty years for the attempted murder of Naruto.
Naruto fully recovered after two months, Susan kept him home for an additional month and a half just to be safe, while also having a few dates with the blonde.
Naruto is now walking back into the SIS Office for his first full day back, Kay and Regina are the first two people to greet the returning blonde with hugs and kisses.
"Oh Naruto, thank God you're back with us." Kay whispers as she hugs her boyfriend tightly, tears threatening to spill from her eyes.
"Sorry, Kay-hime, didn't mean to make any of you worry." Naruto said sadly as Yuri and Regina walk up to the blonde and each give him a soft kiss on each cheek.
"We're all just glad that you're back." Regina said, smiling warmly at the blonde man.
A week later...
Naruto is at his desk when once again, Melina comes into the bullpen, dressed in her uniform, but instead of her standard black pants, the caramel skinned woman opted for a black pencil skirt, black high heels and sheer stockings. She smirked as she sauntered over to Naruto's desk, but stopped when she saw both Kay and Regina walk up to the blonde and each place a report on his desk, and then her smile fell when she saw Regina sit down on Naruto's lap and kiss Naruto hungrily on the lips, and then after a few minutes, Kay did the exact same thing.
Seeing this made Melina bristle, making her glad she did what she had done all those months ago.
(Flashback)
Naruto had just completed a friendly spar with Kari, which he had lost, to which he now had to invite the team over to his place and cook dinner for them, Naruto had begun to love cooking, and doing it for Kay and the others made it even better.
He was gonna make egg and seafood bentos for them, he hoped that Kay and the others would like them.
He was showering in the Men's Locker Room Showers and no one was in the locker room. Bravo Team Melina Arnold was still fuming over being rejected by Naruto, she would make him pay for spurning her advances, she snuck into the Men's Locker Room, eyeing Naruto's clothes and gear on a bench, she eyes his K-33 heavy body armor and the perfect idea formed in her head, carefully and quietly Melina removed Naruto's heavy body armor from the locker where he'd put it and replaced it with the lighter K-10 armor before tossing the K-33 armor into the To be cleaned pile for the Laundry Maintenance detail before she left the locker room.

Melina cut her eyes at the trio before leaving.
Naruto had invited everyone from Alpha Team and Susan to his place for dinner and some fun, he made the egg and seafood bentos for his guests, which Kay, Susan, and Regina simply raved about.
Midway through dinner however, Naruto gets a frantic phone call from Pauline.
"Hello Kaa-san, what's wrong?"
"Son, a strange girl with pink hair is here demanding to talk to you, she's got some kind of knife with her that she's threatening myself and your Aunt Jane with." Pauline says, the fear was evident in her tone of voice.
"Sakura." he growls before hanging up the phone and headed into his bedroom, Kay and the others take notice. Kay, Regina, Susan, and Carol quickly follow him.
"Naruto, what's up? What was that call about?" Carol asks.
"My Mom and Aunt are in danger, Captain, I need you to call in a disturbance call at my Mom's residence and get EMS over there ASAP." Naruto says as he finished suiting up and grabbing his Glock P-260 and a Desert Eagle.
"Want some back-up?" Kay inquired.
"If you all wouldn't mind." Naruto said before leading Carol, Kay, and Regina across the hall to the guest room.
"Gear's all there, I'll be out here waiting for you all to get ready." the blonde said.
"OK." said Carol.
