I don't own Kingdom Hearts or Avengers. They are owned by Marvel, Disney, and Square Enix. And we've got the full chapter, good and ready. The big halftime event, I gotta say, this had to be the more difficult part of the story as I had to make sure I had all the KH lore right and the big fight scene against the Brotherhood. Hopefully, it was worth the wait. Now before we begin, let's reply to some reviews.

the mysterious Mr.E: The preview of the next world should be at the end of the chapter and I hope you enjoy the big fight scene of the chapter. And now the whole chapter is up so you can see what happens next now. :)

Daniel6: Sure, but there wouldn't even be a remake without the original. Not to mention the songs were done better in the original too. Just saying. Glad you noticed the nods though.

twilightnite13: You'll see. I don't want to spoil the moments.

Monkey D. Conan: Well, they need some rings, a church, and say I dos but yes, Mickey can see they were meant to be together.

Guest: It's okay, it's honestly not the longest post but no Spider-Verse story of this. Sorry.

Guest: It's a good guess but you'll have to wait and see if you're right.

Guest: You'll have to wait and see.

lyokoMARVELanime: Let's face it, even if they were disguised as mice, it's safe to assume Basil would have figured it out. He is the Great Mouse Detective after all! Glad you like the Jungle Book world and how Sora was way less of a pain the Mowgli was. As for why Peter lost his web shooters, well, I didn't want it to be an exact copy of the version of the world I did in the Frozen Journey plus it would seem like the typical Parker luck for that to happen in a KH story. As for why Wanda was so embarrassed by her jungle outfit when her other is like a swimsuit as well, to her there's a difference, not much of one though, I will admit but it's enough to her especially since she's in front of a guy she likes.

Oh, yeah, Wanda definitely wants to be a momma and Sora to be her new son. Definitely better than making an illusion for children. Healthier too. And yes, this version is unknownly trying to avoid following some of her counterpart's mistakes. She's capable of doing the things they do but she's not willing to go on that path. As for what happened to MCU Wanda... I gotta be honest. I'm not sure, part of me thinks she managed to survive but is in hiding. Maybe the Agatha series will shed some light on the subject but only time will tell.

Well, Magento does love and care about his daughters, but his obsession with wiping out humanity and how he was willing to sacrifice his own people to start a war no one wins, pushed his own daughters away from him. Heck, they kick him out of Genosha because of it too. He just wasn't the father his daughters thought he was. As for how he'll react to Spider-Man and little Sora. We'll see.

And Mickey was going to return at some point, he was in the plan to show up near the middle of the story, but after this chapter we might not see him again until the final battle. And while only showing up for two chapters, I'm glad everyone enjoyed Tigger's surprise appearance. And you'll see who the Master will recruit to aid them next in a few chapters from now. And I actually have a big shocker scene of where Riku and Kairi are during the final chapters. Thankfully, it's not Hollow Bastion.

olehbilenko93: Thank you!

Gamelover41592: Thank you!

GuestWithIdeas: Yeah, Kraven always had his twisted sense of honor, so it was fun trying to figure out what he'd do in this particular situation involving Sora. No spin-off series though. By the end of the chapter, Kraven will have no memories of the events of the last chapter. Yeah, I could see Sora making Magento switch sides just by being him. He always could make friends with anyone. Now that they're related through adoption... ;D I won't say anymore without spoiling too much. But neat ideas, you'll have to see if any of them come to play or not.

Adam Luck: Alright, I'll see if I can answer all your questions. Yes, Emma still died the same way she did in Wolverine and the X-Men Season 1's finale or in this sad case series finale. The Professor is still in a coma. In the series, he confirmed the coma would last 20 years and it hasn't been that long since the events of Wolverine and the X-Men came to a close. Let's say a few years at most. For plot reasons. Wanda allowed Pietro to come home but he chose to stick by his father's side. And yes, Sora's parents didn't survive the destruction of the Destiny Islands. Young Xehanort really screwed the timeline for Sora. Thankfully, he's under the watchful loving care of good people. Heroes. In a way too, Sora's bringing them together. Besides, Wanda rejected her own father after trying to start a war no one would win plus to add fuel to the fire, had some of his own people killed in order to in rage them to fight against the humans. So, if he tried to reject Sora... well... let's just say only God knows where she hid the body. But what kind of man or woman to look little Sora in the eyes and say they hate him? Oh, and even if you recall, I'm just answering anyways in case someone forgot. While Magento was kicked out of Genosha some of his followers stood by him because they believe he was right.

Guest: Yeah, I can confirm that's not the villain that will should up due to the lack of information I have on Demogoblin. Mysterio is an interesting guess though. I can neither confirm or deny that's the villain.

Fantasy Queen38: Well, you're not wrong. XD

NaruSaku and SoKai fan in KY: Read the final notes at the end of the chapter and you just might be able to guess it.

animeover90000: Yes, yes she did. Villains are lucky she's being very, very merciful. Because we've seen what she's capable of in MoM when she stops showing mercy.

The Valiant: Thanks! Except a 'Happy Vader' from Magento in the full HISHE chapter! XD

Guest: Thank you for understanding.

Guest: You'll just have to wait and see.

Now then with that out of the way, let's start rolling the next chapter!

Chapter 8: The Darkness of Xehanort

Unaware that Avengers Tower was under attack, Dr. Strange and Wong made it their personal task to seek and contain the cracks releasing the creatures of darkness. Both Strange and Wong returned to the Sanctum Sanctorum, through the portals they made. The Sorceror Supreme turned to his friend, "Okay, so I contained two in Eygpt, three in Wakanda, and four in England. You?"

"Three in the Savage Land and two in Latveria," Wong frowned, "Neither of which were pleasant visits."

Strange sighed, "That made 616 now..." Strange walked past the barrier that used to contain the one in the Sanctum as the Heartless tried to pound their way out, "And the protection spells we cast won't hold them forever." He walked into the library containing the books of ancient knowledge as he turned to Wong, "So... any clue to what they are because I'm at a loss."

"The Heartless," Wong answered, "The Ancient One warned the Kamar-Taj of them long ago before you joined the Master of the Mystic Arts. They're creatures born of darkness and if they ever escape from the Realm of Darkness, they will consume everything that contains a heart. Including the world, we stand on."

"Wait, you're saying the Earth has a heart?" Strange turned to Wong in confusion.

"After everything you have seen," The Keeper of the Ancient Books, "That's where you draw the line."

"Point taken," The former surgeon nodded as he proceeded to ask, "You wouldn't recall if she said anything of how to stop them."

"I'm afraid that information is long lost to the world of man," Wong frowned, "But if we can find out how to close the cracks in reality..."

"...it should prevent our creatures of darkness from escaping and ending the world," Strange smirked, "Which is something we can figure out."

With a wave of his hand, several books flew out of the shelves and opened before the two Sorcerors, Wong turned to him, "It won't be easy knowledge though, these cracks broke in-between space, time, and reality itself. Otherwise, the Time Stone, or at the very minimum, we should be more than capable to repair them."

"Spider-Man and Wanda are going to have to wait until we figure this out," Strange muttered to himself as he began looking through the books.

Time began to pass as they searched through the books. After skimming through several books with zero results, Wong thought aloud, "Hmmm... Perhaps the Book of Vishanti?"

"The one that can give a sorcerer whatever power they need to vanquish their enemy?" Strange replied after flipping through the pages of his current book, "It could work if we had the time but at this rate, these cracks are showing, we don't have enough to search that unreachable book."

Wong nodded as he proceeded to the next book. Strange did the same as it was the Darkhold but it looked burned away by a familiar red power. He shrugged it off, "Probably for the best, the Book of the Dammed always has a price to pay."

He tossed the destroyed dark book aside as it burned to ashes. Wong sighed as he skimmed through his book, "We should probably check to see if they're any new cracks."

Strange nodded as he began doing a global magic search for all the cracks in reality. An image of the Earth appeared before the two of them... with thankfully only a few more cracks showing. Wong frowned, "At least it's only a few."

However, something didn't feel right to the Sorcerer Supreme, "Hold on. I'm going to expand our search."

Putting his hands together, he expanded the search for the cracks, and its results... were horrifying. Wong gasped, "Good Lord. Help us all."

"It's not just happening on our world," Strange stared at all the known cracks in reality, "It's happening on all of them. Worlds have already fallen to darkness."

"There's no way we can stop them all," Wong realized, "Even if we did know how to close them... We can't be everywhere in the universe all at once."

"Okay, this is really bad," Strange commented observing each of the cracks, "Some worlds have already fallen and some of the cracks are getting bigger. If we don't find a way to stop this soon there will be nothing left to..." But before he could finish, he took notice one of the larger cracks in reality repaired itself, Strange turned to Wong, "You saw that too right?"

"Someone found a way to repair them," Wong commented before gesturing to the other cracks, "And the other cracks in reality are becoming weaker because of it."

Dr. Strange then turned to the crack within the Sanctum getting smaller, even as the Heartless tried to get free. Curious to who was responsible for figuring out a way to save their universe, Strange zoomed in to where the last crack had been repaired to see three familiar faces. One was Mickey Mouse from all the Disney Cartoons much to the Sorcerors' shock, but even more so of who was alongside him. Even without her costume, Strange immediately recognized Wanda Maximoff in her Queen of the Jungle look. As for the Tarzan cosplay, if Strange had to guess, he would say that's Spider-Man. Wong's eyes narrowed, "Are those...?"

"Wong," Strange turned to the Keeper of the Ancient Books, "I think we found our missing friends... and they might be our only hope to save the universe."

Meanwhile, back at the Mysterious Tower, the King's two best friends sat outside by the entrance. The Captain of the Royal Knights, Goofy couldn't help but comment, "Gwarsh, the King's been gone for a while now."

The King's Magician, Donald Duck sighed, "Yeah, it's just like the last time too..."

Goofy then wondered, "You don't think this will start becoming a habit, do ya?" He then thought at the back of his hand, "Like in about ten years for now, when we think he's not going to do that again, he does. Leaving a letter hand-delivered to us by Pluto, with only vague instructions on what we're supposed to do and we spend the next few years going after him."

Donald turned to him in confusion, it seemed oddly specific, before responding, "Goofy, the day that happens, is the day where we don't blast off the Gummiship and start falling the other end of Disney Castle."

Suddenly, much like months before, a light resembling a shooting star bounced off the sky before crashing down to the ground below. Both Donald and Goofy stood on alert as the latter beamed, "King Mickey?!"

"Wait, let's not jump to conclusions," Donald pointed out, "Remember the last time?"

"Except it really is him this time! Look!" Goofy pointed out as the smoke cleared revealing King Mickey, Sora, Scarlet Witch, Spider-Man, and an unconscious tied-up Kraven the Hunter. Donald beamed as he joined Goofy in exclaiming, "Your Majesty!"

"Donald, Goofy." Mickey smiled as the other three travelers recovered from the journey, "Hope I didn't keep you two waiting."

Donald and Goofy quickly stood at attention, as they stated, "Of course not, your majesty." They then took notice of the two Avengers and the child they were protecting, as the latter wondered, "Gwarsh, and who are they?"

"It's okay. We can trust them," Mickey smiled as he gestured to the boy who stand in awe at the new world around them, "They've kept our future Keyblade Master safe from the darkness."

"What?" Donald commented in shock staring at Sora, "But he looks young than my own nephews." He couldn't help but grumble to himself, "Who never seem to age..."

Wanda rubbed her forehead as she muttered to herself, "I almost prefer jumping through the rifts." She then noticed she rubbed her forehead with a gloved hand. Her eyes widened in shock before observing herself. Her clothes were back. She then turned to Sora and Peter whose clothes were also back to where they were at the start of their journey. She hugged herself with a smile, "Ah, clothing... I shall never take you for granted again!"

Spider-Man also realized that their clothes were back, "Okay, our clothes are back. Does this mean..." He then removed one of his gloves to reveal his web-shooter on his wrist as he mentally cheered, "Yes! Web-shooters are back as well! Hope I never have to run into that issue again on this crazy journey."

Sora then waved to Mickey's friends, "Hi, I'm Sora!"

"Please to meet you, Sora," Goofy smiled as he waved back, "I'm..."

Spider-Man then recognized the duo, "Donald and Goofy."

Overhearing the web-slinger, Goofy nodded, "Hey, he's right."

"But how do you know that?" Donald asked suspiciously before turning to Mickey.

Mickey rubbed the back of his head, "Gosh, I didn't think I mentioned your names at all." Mickey then turned to the two Avengers, "Wait, the world you're from? It's not the Destiny Islands, right? There's a theme park and mascots of us, right?"

"Yep," Peter nodded in confusion.

"Oh!" The King smiled, "You two must be from the Marvelous World!"

"Marvelous world?" Wanda commented in confusion.

"Yep!" Mickey smiled, "It's no wonder why you knew us even before we met. Gosh, it's nice to hear that the company Walt started, is doing so well."

"Wait," Spidey blinked under his mask, "You knew Walt Disney?!"

"Of course," Mickey smiled, "I met him after I first began exploring the other worlds. He was a good friend. He also did a great impression of my voice."

"But he died over 50 years ago, wouldn't that make you," Peter gasped in shock, "Wouldn't that make you...?"

"Funny you should mention it," The King of Disney Castle smiled, "My people age a lot more slowly than others, I'm still young though."

Donald sighed, "Makes raising three nephews a nightmare."

Mickey then proceeded to ask, "So, what are your names?"

"I'm Wanda Maximoff. Back home, I'm known as the Scarlet Witch," She introduced herself before gesturing to Peter, "And this is Spider-Man. As you can see, he's a fan."

"Sup," Peter smiled, "I would have gone to your theme park back home... if I was a rich man."

Mickey smiled, "Nice to meet the both of you. I wish it was under better circumstances."

Goofy then rubbed the back of his head, "So, how did you two end on another world?"

Donald then gestured to the tied-up hunter, "And who's he?"

"It's a long story," Wanda admitted as she finally began to stand along with Peter.

She took the young boy as Spidey continued, "We received the cliff notes from Merlin and... even an old enemy of ours... We're hoping Mickey's Master could shed some light of what Xehanort is up to."

Donald and Goofy gasped in shock, "Xehanort?!"

The wizard turned to the King, "You never mentioned he was involved."

"I didn't know until I meet our new friends on the islands," Mickey admitted, "And I'm not even sure if it's the same Xehanort we stopped last time." His eyes narrowed, "Still, if he's anything like the ones our friends paid the ultimate price to stop him, then he has to be stopped."

Mickey then turned to the two Avengers, "C'mon. Hopefully, Master Yen Sid can shed some light on why Xehanort is here, and who our mystery ally is."

Wanda turned to the tower, "So, he lives here?"

Spider-Man then took notice of where they were standing, as he replied nervously, "Uh... I think it's the only place anything can live in this place."

The Scarlet Witch then took a good look around beyond the plants and trees and... her eyes widened in shock. The land that was there. It wasn't much. It was roughly the size of a medium-sized asteroid. Sora blinked in amazement, "Whoa!"

It didn't seem possible anything could build a home, let alone live on this chunk of rock. Mickey chuckled, "Like it? He keeps it mobile to stay ahead of the forces of darkness. Although, I wouldn't get too close to the edge. Don't want to go floating off in the vacuum of space."

"Speaking of," Spidey raised a finger, "How are we not already? How are we even breathing right now?"

Mickey smiled, "Magic."

"Figures," Spidey just decided to go with it, there was no scientific solution he could use to explain how this was possible, the only things he could think of were either an act of God or very powerful magic.

Wanda started heading towards the tower, "Let's head inside. We shouldn't keep him waiting..." She then muttered to herself, "And I don't want Sora anywhere near the edge of this floating rock."

Spider-Man nodded in agreement, "Fair enough." Seeing how she was carrying the small child, he turned to Kraven as he lifted the defeated supervillain over his right shoulder, "Guess, I'm the lucky guy who gets to carry the 'nowhere near as loveable as Sora' inside. Figures."

With that, the two Avengers, three anamorphic cartoon animals, and the boy entered the tower and began climbing the stairs, which turned out to be longer than the three humans thought. Spider-Man muttered to himself, "Boy... whoever Mickey's master is, he's making Strange look like a street magician."

When they finally reached the top, they entered the door to the King's teacher, and Spider-Man instantly recognized the elderly man sitting in the chair by the desk. Peter's eyes widened, "The Sorceror from the Fantasia movie is Mickey's teacher?!" He then thought about it, "You know, saying it out loud kinda makes sense."

He then turned to the King, "Hey, did the whole thing with the brooms and the water pales...?"

"Yep, that happened," Mickey smiled sheepishly, "I got a little carried away when I was younger."

Wanda turned to Peter in confusion, "Umm... Brooms and water pales?"

Before Spidey could answer her, Mickey, Donald, and Goofy immediately stood at the attention of the Sorceror, as the King said, "Master Yen Sid. I brought the future Keyblade Wielder and his guardians that I mentioned."

"Ah, yes," Yen Sid turned to the visitors, "It would appear we are grateful for protecting him so far."

"It's no problem," Wanda approached him, "We are just as concerned as you are about him."

Spider-Man set Kraven off to the side before approaching him, "Uh, sir? We came here hoping to get some answers. In particular about Xehanort."

"So, Xehanort is the one responsible for all this destruction," The retired Keyblade Master turned to the wall-crawler, "I feared as much."

"But how is he here now?" Mickey wondered, "I was sure the sacrifices that Terra, Aqua, and Ven made stopped him for good. And he looked so much younger than he did before."

"I think we might have an answer for that," Spidey spoke up getting Mickey and Yen Sid's attention, "Before all of this, a villain from our world called Kang the Conqueror was trying to escape the prison we put him behind. He could travel through time with his time chair. When he made a move for it, Wanda and I tried to stop him."

Wanda picked up where Peter left off, "Before he used it to travel back to his own time, I used my mutant powers to put a hex on it in hopes it would malfunction, but instead it dragged us with him, and it... well... unintentionally creating the cracks you've seen. Kang actually saw what happened and sent the two of us to the Destiny Islands before its destruction."

"Since this is time travel we're talking about," Peter thought aloud, "Is it possible a young version of him saw the cracks and traveled through time."

"A solid theory," Master Yen Sid admitted before shaking his head, "But for this, it would even be difficult even for him."

"What do you mean?" Wanda wondered, before shaking her head, "On second thought, just who is Xehanort, and what could he possibly what with this sweet little boy."

Yen Sid closed his eyes before answering, "As you may already know, Xehanort has a gift like few others. However, as he grew older his mind was often plagued by a single great question. What is the essence of the human heart that weakens us, or empowers us?" The retired Keyblade Master continued, "The answer, he believed, would be found in the 'Keyblade War.'"

Wanda blinked, recalling the visions of Xehanort's conversations with Earqus, she even remembered how he was obsessed with this 'Keyblade War.' A war that nearly led to the destruction of their universe. Heck, apparently it was enough to shatter the Earth all over their universe and make everyone believe that their chunk of Earth is the true Earth. Yen Sid continued, "What if the challenges of our past were, in fact, a map to the light and darkness that battles within us all? Xehanort had to know, so he renounced his duties as master and chose the seeker's life."

Spider-Man then crossed his arms, "And let me guess, that led him on a dark path leading us to deal with the psycho that we're fighting today."

"Correct," The Retired Master nodded, "Since that day he turned to darkness, he has clashed with protectors of the light. Ventus, Aqua, and Terra." He then turned to Wanda, "But this you already knew."

"Yes," Wanda blinked in shock, "But how did you...?"

"I assumed as much. Choas magic is unpredictable," Yen Sid answered, puzzling the young mutant, "However, it was safe to assume while its power was the cause of the cracks in reality, Xehanort's own connection to them, allowed you to see on his own path in the past."

"Choas magic?" Spidey blinked under his mask, "Last I checked, she's a mutant, not an actual witch or sorcerous."

"And she is, but her 'x-gene' as you call it," The retired Keyblade Master continued, "...ties into ancient and dangerous magic. Even rarer, is that it had never been taught to her, it was given to her without her knowing of its consequences."

"I-I never knew this," Wanda blinked in shock before thinking, "Although, it would explain why Strange had always been intrigued by my power."

"It's not your fault," He reassured her, "Although, I'd advise caution when fully extending your powers. Chaos magic is very dangerous to be used. For light or darkness. The way you used it so far, is okay and responsible, but any reality-bending, could have a dangerous effect on the mind. It could turn you into a force that could threaten the multiverse, especially if in the possession of the Darkhold."

"Darkhold?" Wanda blinked in confusion.

"I wouldn't worry too much about it," Yen Sid reassured her, "That book has recently been destroyed throughout all the multiverse by someone with your power."

"Multiverse?" Sora tilted his head in confusion.

"Let's just worry about the fate of this universe," Spidey rubbed the boy's head, "Let's back it up to the three protectors of light you mentioned." He turned to Yen Sid, "You mentioned that they stopped Xehanort before, right? Could you summon them, I'm sure with both Keyblade Masters and Avengers together can bring this younger wacko version of him in."

Mickey frowned at that, and even Donald and Goofy looked down to the ground, as the King admitted, "Well, that's the thing, we don't know what happened to them."

Spider-Man turned to the King concerned, "What do you mean by that?"

"Not long after Xehanort had mercilessly struck down their master, Earqus," Master Yen Sid began to explain, "They went off the stop him in one final battle in Keyblade Graveyard. He fully intended it as he and his pupil Vanitas used them as an attempt to forge the χ-blade."

"Keyblade?" Peter blinked before turning to Wanda, "Didn't you say Xehanort wanted to forge a Keyblade even though he already had one?"

Wanda nodded before Mickey shook his head, "It's not that kind of weapon. The Keyblades that we carry are pale reflections compared to that weapon."

Master Yen Sid nodded before waving his wand making an image of the letter, "χ. It's an ancient letter. Some pronounce it kye but the meaning is the same. Death... A letter that spells endings."

"Well, that's not terrifying or anything," Spider-Man commented, "χ-blade, huh? You know, what? I'm just going to call it the X-blade. Because χ-blade sounds too much like Keyblade and it's way too confusing."

Sora raised his hand, "I like that idea!"

Wanda just giggled at that despite the situation before getting back serious, "So, this χ-blade or X-blade... what so special about it that Xehanort is risking the destruction of our universe just to forge it."

"Aside from being far more powerful than any other Keyblade," Yen Sid answered, "It can both summon and unlock the secrets within its counterpart... the true Kingdom Hearts."

"Kingdom Hearts?" Peter blinked in confusion, "What's that?"

"The source of all hearts of all people and worlds," Mickey answered, "It's Xehanort's ultimate goal. It's why he's risking the stability of the universe. Once he gets his hands on the χ-blade, he'll summon Kingdom Hearts and unlock it."

"That's it?! That's his ultimate evil scheme?!" Spider-Man exclaimed, "He's doing all of this the place for a bunch of pumping organs?! WHAT'S SO SPECIAL ABOUT THAT PLACE THAT SOMEONE WILLING THE RISK THE SPACETIME CONTINUUM JUST TO GET A VAST SUPPLY OF SOMETHING WE'RE AUTOMATICALLY BORN WITH?!

Yen Sid calmly replied, "Now, then young man, there's far more to a heart than any science can uncover. After all, it's how future generations of Keyblade Wielders are chosen. Through the connection of hearts." He then gestured to the young boy, "After all, something special about this young man's heart deemed him worthy to be chosen by the Keyblade."

"He has a point, Spidey," Wanda spoke up getting his attention, "Hearts ultimately help shape us who we are. There's no scientific explanation for what it does other than just keeping us alive. Besides, that fact that Sora's life, as well as everyone else's, are at stake because of this madman."

Peter didn't seem to grasp the concept fully but she was right about that. He then turned his attention back to Yen Sid, "What happened when they confronted Xehanort and his lackey?"

"Well, we're not exactly sure what happened to Terra," Mickey admitted, "He ran after Xehanort but vanished without a trace. I found Aqua unconscious but alive. Once she came to, we found Ven but I noticed something wasn't right. Ven was wielding the χ-blade, and his eyes were turned orange. That's when I realized Vanitas's heart was controlling Ventus. Together, we were able to stop him and destroyed the χ-blade, thanks to Ven's own heart fighting back. We returned here but Ven's heart never returned to him."

"So are saying he's..." Wanda started concerned.

Mickey shook his head, "No, thankfully, he has a chance for his heart to return to him. As long as we keep believing, I'm sure his heart will return to him. Aqua was taking him somewhere he'd be safe until that day comes, then to go look for Terra. Then she ended up vanishing too. We don't know where any of them are."

Spider-Man sighed, "Translation, we can't depend on their help any time soon."

Mickey then turned to Wanda, "Wait, you've been looking into Xehanort's past, if there's anything about locating where my three missing friends are could you..."

"Of course," Wanda smiled, "If there's something in the dreams I've been having about what happened to your friends, I'll let you know."

Mickey smiled in gratitude. The Scarlet Witch then turned to Yen Sid, "You said it couldn't be possible for Xehanort to use the rifts to be here now. Why is that?"

"There are rules when traveling through time,' The retired Keyblade Master explained, "First, you must leave your body behind to do it. Then, there must be a version of you waiting at the destination. Upon arrival, you can only move forward as per the laws of time. And you cannot rewrite the events that are destined to happen." Yen Sid turned to the two Avengers with seriousness in his eyes, "Theoretically, Xehanort could bypass the rule that would have prevented from changing events that are destined to happen, but even he would have needed to follow the other rules."

"So, if he were to accomplish traveling through time," Wanda realized, "A version of him had to have been here now in the present to meet him here? What about his current version of himself then? Could he send his past version of himself after Sora?"

"No, I don't think so," Yen Sid shook his head, "We believed Xehanort perished during the battle of the Keyblade Graveyard."

"Hey, unless you see the body," Spidey pointed out, "Then that means still alive. Just like Captain America, Jean Grey, Charles Xavier..."

Wanda gestured to Spidey, "He has a point. We believed people from our world to be dead before only to reveal that they've been alive the whole time."

Yen Sid stroked his beard at this new information, "Hmmm... I suppose you may have a point. It's quite possible for Xehanort to use his younger self to pick up the pace while he recovers. Still, how would his past version of himself know to come here now without any knowledge of the future?"

That puzzled the two Avengers as well as the residents of Disney Castle. Mickey then walked up to Master Yen Sid, "There's one other thing. When I rejoined our three new friends on Ancient Jungle, there was a man in a Black Coat that has been somewhat helping there. Even bringing a friend from another world to help them but we haven't had a clue of who he is, we were hoping that you might know."

"I would say that this mysterious new ally of yours was another Keyblade Master who could care less of meddling in the affairs of other worlds," Yen Sid admitted, "But the only remaining Masters these days are missing in action, I'm hoping your Mark of Mastery would change that."

"Then who could he be then," Wanda wondered.

"During the Age of Fairy Tales," Yen Sid declared, "There were few Keyblade Masters that vanished shortly before the Keyblade War started, they contained much knowledge that have been lost to centuries of time."

Spider-Man raised an eyebrow under his mask, "So, you're saying we could be dealing with a... Lost Master or perhaps one of their own secret pupils?"

Yen Sid muttered to himself, "I must not make assumptions... not without actual proof."

"But the possibility exists, right?" Peter asked again.

Master Yen Sid relucted nodded, "Yes, it is possible but I could not say for sure that's who we're dealing with."

"He seems to know that the timeline changed despite being from the past," Wanda spoke up, "How would it be possible that he would know that timeline changed because of Xehanort?"

"It's likely due to the Book of Prophecies," The retired Keyblade Master answered.

King Mickey gasped in shock, "The Book of Prophecies?! I thought it was only a myth?!"

"The book exists," Yen Sid told his apprentice, "It is as real as the Book of Vanshti."

"What does pro-for-C's mean?" Sora asked innocently to the two Avengers.

"It's prophecies," The Scarlet Witch lightly giggled before explaining, "It's things said that will happen in the future, no matter what you do it will surely happen."

"You're saying there's a book out there that can tell us the future," Peter blinked in shock, "What about alternate timelines we've prevented? Isn't the future always changing?"

"While it's true that we can choose our own paths," Master Yen Sid began to explain, "What truly makes the book special no matter what changes one makes within our timeline or different path they take, the book supposedly never changes. No alternate timelines. No paradoxes. It would not change in the slightest. It would focus on the one true timeline."

"So, what your saying is," Spider-Man realized, "No matter what we or do wouldn't change the course of the future. For better or worse."

"Exactly," The Sorceror nodded.

Peter muttered to himself, "Now that's a little freaky."

"There's more to it," Mickey replied, "There's one prophecy on that book we're trying to prevent." Mickey then recited the prophecy, "On that fated land, a great war shall transpire. Darkness will prevail and the light expire."

"What do you mean light expire," Wanda asked in concern, "It better not mean what I think it means."

"If light were to expire, then that will mean the end of all life as we know it," Yen Sid closed his eyes confessing the truth, "Master Eraqus always believed light could catch the darkness off guard and stop the prophecy from coming true. Although, Xehanort believed otherwise."

Spider-Man crossed his arms, before thinking aloud, "Wait... if Xehanort really believed that... then why go through so much effort of going after Sora?"

"Well, before she vanished," Mickey spoke up to the two Avengers, "Aqua told me that she meet two boys on the Destiny Islands she considered passing the Keyblade on to but she learned that Terra had already done so. I think wants Sora to make things easier for him to accomplish his goals."

Sora blinked in confusion, Wanda genitally set Sora down before asking him, "Sora, do you recall this happening? Did you see any visitors arrive before us?"

"Well, there was this guy Riku was talking to but he never told me who he was or what they were talking about. He said it was a secret and he even kept it from me," Sora slightly pouted.

Wanda let out an overdramatic gasp, "From the best secret-keeper in the world?!"

"Exactly," Sora nodded, "He should have told me!"

"Well, it sounds like your friend Riku spoke with Terra," Mickey walked up to the boy, "But what about Aqua?"

Sora then turned to Mickey, "Does she have blue hair?"

"Yep!" The King of Disney Castle smiled, "That's her!"

"Then yes, Riku and I talked to her," The islander answered, "She made me promise to look after Riku in case he went down the wrong path... whatever that means. She seemed nice."

"She is," Mickey smiled before blinking, "Wait... if Aqua didn't pass down the Keyblade to you or Terra... then did you meet a boy named Ventus?"

Sora thought for a moment before shaking his head, "No, after they left the only new people to come to the islands was Kairi." He then frowned, "Then the bad man and the monsters." He then brightened up again, "And then you showed up."

Wanda turned to Master Yen Sid in confusion, "Well, from the sound of things, none of them passed down their Keyblade to Sora. This Terra might have with Riku though."

"That's weird," Mickey admitted, "If Sora's friend Riku was the one chosen by the Keyblade passed down by Terra, then how was Sora able to summon a friend from another world to help us beat Shere Kahn and Kraven? Why are Xehanort and the Heartless going after him at all?"

"There are other means of being chosen," Yen Sid answered, "It's likely the Keyblade saw something in Sora as well and decided he too should be a wielder without the knowledge of our three missing Key Bearers."

"Yes but that still doesn't explain why Xehanort is after Sora. If the prophecy says that darkness, which is most likely his big bad present self, why not stick to whatever plans he has?" Spider-Man pointed out, "Why even bother going through all this trouble of alternating the timeline at all if he knows he'll win."

Everyone turned to Spider-Man at that, Wanda asked, "Spidey, what are you suggesting?"

"Wanda, you've been seeing Xehanort's past because your power was... partially unintentionally responsible for damaging the rifts between light and darkness," Spidey answered, "What if Young Xehanort can do the same except seeing his future self... far beyond what the current Xehanort is planning?"

Goofy then spoke up, "Are you suggesting that Xehanort saw something in his future involving Sora that interests him?"

"Or he saw something he didn't like," Spidey smirked under his mask, "Like say... the dark prophecy never comes to past."

Wanda then realized what he was saying, "Wait, you don't mean, all of this... years from now... when Sora does become a Keyblade Wielder and meets his present self... that he'll actually manage to stop him for good?"

Spidey nodded, as Mickey beamed, "Oh, now I get it! Xehanort saw his own defeat at the hands of Sora so he's using the rifts in time to his advantage to prevent Sora from ever becoming the Keyblade Wielder he's going to be!" Mickey turned to the boy, "Guess this makes you all the more special."

"Wait, I'm going to beat the bad guy in the future?" Sora blinked in amazement before turning to the Avengers, "Does this mean I'm going to be a superhero when I grow up?"

"Well," Peter smiled slightly under his mask, "That depends on you. Nothing is set in stone. This whole journey so far has proven that much."

"It could be a good thing though," Mickey smiled, "You make the right choices and the worlds just might have a chance."

"Oh, okay," Sora placed his hands behind his head, "But if I do make the right choices, can I be an Avenger too?"

"Sora, you keep making the right choices," The Scarlet Witch smiled, "And I'll grantee that you'll be an Avenger."

"YAY!" The little boy cheered, "I'm going to be a superhero too!"

Everyone smiled at that, before Wanda thought, "Okay, so we know why Xehanort is after Sora... but why does he need him alive?"

Mickey crossed his arms, "You know, that's what I'm wondering." He then turned to Wanda, "I guess we'll just have to find out together. As we fix the tears in reality, you look deeper into Xehanort's past. It could be the key to all of this."

"And once we'll seal the last of the big rifts, we gather as many heroes back home as possible to stop Xehanort, send him through the rifts trapping him inside and hopefully that should close the remaining cracks," Spider-Man smirked behind his mask, "Then we can focus on dealing with the Xehanort of this time."

Sora then looked up to the adults with concern on his face, "And my friends?"

Remembering what they promised Sora, and learning from this possible Lost Master that his friends were indeed alive, the two Avengers looked to each other and nodded. The Scarlet Witch turned to Master Yen Sid, "Excuse me, but we promised Sora that we would find his friends. Riku and Kairi. The man in the black coat told us that they are still out there but we're not entirely sure where. Is there anything you can do to help?"

"Yes, if the boy, Riku is also expected to receive a Keyblade," Master Yen Sid nodded, "He too may have a role to play in all of this. Kairi might also be special if she came from another world before meeting these boys." He then turned to the mutant woman, "If I am not mistaken, Donald's Uncle Scrooge has been working with your Guardians of the Galaxy to find them. Once, you depart to seal the remaining tears, I will send Mickey to aid in their search."

"But where do we even begin to look," Mickey wondered, "There are countless worlds out there. It's impossible to search them all with the short amount of time we have."

"True, and reaching them might not be easy as it seems," The King's Mentor stroked his beard, "When the Destiny Islands fell, I could sense the few who still linger in the realm of light, but outside of Sora, I have been unable to directly locate the other children."

Spider-Man's eyes narrowed under his mask, "But that guy in the coat knows..."

"Indeed," The Sorceror nodded, "While he may not be on Xehanort's side, we cannot assume his truly our ally." Yen Sid turned to his pupil, "Mickey, your goal is to locate this Lost Master and get him to talk. Do whatever you can to make him tell you where to find the children."

"Yes, Master," Mickey bowed to his mentor, "He said about getting Sora some extra help, I'll take Donald and Goofy and ask around people among the other worlds... if anyone had gone missing. I'm sure he'll leave a trail."

"Good, but should you be unable to locate him by the time, our new friends finish sealing the larger cracks in reality," Yen Sid added, "You should take your friends, Scrooge, and the Guardians back to earth. Stopping Xehanort and ensuring Sora's safety is our top priority. Afterward, we'll work with Earth's Mightiest Heroes to find them."

Spider-Man placed a hand on Sora's shoulder, "And we'll keep an eye out on the worlds we visit too."

Sora smiled in appreciation before the heroes heard a small groan from Kraven. Spider-Man added, "Oh, that reminds me, Xehanort sent one of my old enemies Kraven after us, he also saw me without my mask, is there any way you can... not send him home without remembering ever leaving his world."

"Yes," Yen Sid stood up from his seat before approaching Kraven, "The other worlds have enough issues with Xehanort out there. The last thing anyone needs is a mad hunter out there as well." Waving his hands over the supervillain's head, Kraven was poofed away and vanished from the Mysterious Tower, "There. Kraven will not recollect anything he's seen for the past few days and was sent home to the proper authorities."

Wanda smiled in relief, "Well, that's one less problem we have to worry about." She then thought aloud, "Still leaves one other issue..."

Donald groaned, "Now what?"

"Well, before we actually defeated Kraven, he closed the rift preventing us from going to the next world to seal the crack," She answered, "We're hoping you could help us get back on the path."

"Ah, yes, your Reality Orbs," Yen Sid nodded as he gazed to the backpack Peter was carrying, "It just so happens, that I found a crack that I was able to contain, you can use it to reach the next world. However, you only have 4 more orbs left, I suggest you be more careful when you use them. Otherwise, getting from one world to the next without a Keyblade will be difficult."

"Then why not let the King go with them," Goofy wondered, "Wouldn't he be able to help them get there safely too?"

Donald nodded in agreement, "Yeah, and us too."

"Now, fellas," Mickey spoke on the Avengers' behalf, "There are other children that need our help too. Our best bet is to find this Lost Master, if we investigate, we can find him and make him tell us where the children are... maybe we can even find out what Xehanort wants Sora alive."

Donald and Goofy smiled in agreement before Yen Sid warned him, "Don't underestimate him. If he trying is a 'Lost Master,' then he won't allow himself to be found so easily. Let alone defeat. He could be more powerful than any of us realize."

Mickey nodded in agreement as Wanda picked Sora back up, "Okay, we should probably get moving then..."

Then the King spoke up, "Wait, I have one more thing I need to tell you." Sora, Peter, and Wanda all turned to Mickey before he told them, "I always feared that the Heartless were on the verge of coming back even before the rifts. So, I visited an old friend..."

Not that long ago, on the world of Radiant Garden, Mickey was in the castle and home of his good friend, Ansem the Wise. He had recently come to learn of his studies of the heart which brought some concerns to the mouse king. In Ansem's study, Mickey turned to him, "Wise Ansem, I seek your advice."

Ansem sat on his chair with his favorite treat in his hand, a sea-salt ice cream bar, "I'm glad we have the opportunity to speak like this, my friend. I'm intrigued by your hypothesis... and I'm finding it difficult to stave off the urge to test it. Still, I'm concerned about the stability of the worlds."

"Yep," Mickey nodded in agreement, "That's what worries me too."

"The doors that appeared," Ansem rested his arm on the table, his hand on his forehead, "The place the Heartless seek. I fear my research may have brought this upon us..."

Suddenly, there knock on the door. Ansem looked up and Mickey turns around. A man in a lab coat with white hair opened the door and entered the room. He bowed slightly, "Master Ansem. Regarding the experiment I presented the other day... With your permission, I'd like to proceed-"

"I FORBID IT!" Ansem snapped as he stood up standing up as he slammed his hands on his desk, "Forget this talk of doors, and the heart of all worlds. That place must not be defiled!"

However, the young scientist tried to convince him otherwise, "But, Master Ansem! I've been thinking..."

"Xehanort..." Ansem refused to hear it, "Those thoughts are best forgotten."

Mickey blinked in shook hearing the name from the young man. Xehanort restrained himself, bows once more, closing the door behind him as he left...

"I spoke with him not long after I left," Mickey continued, "He didn't seem like Xehanort and he had no memories before showing up on Ansem's door steps... but I can't help wonder now... if he was at the very least related to him."

"So, you think he could have been Xehanort's son or close relative," Spider-Man asked, "Who likely could have helped the Xehanort we're currently up against?"

Wanda then added, "From what you told us, he sounded very interested into the same power Xehanort is after. Do you think he truly stopped after your friend forbade him to?"

"I know I can trust Ansem," Mickey replied, "But I lost contact with him not that long ago... so you two maybe on to something. Either way, it could be a vital clue to figuring out Xehanort's current plans and may even aid us dealing with his younger self."

"We'll definitely look into it," Wanda nodded before added, "Thank you, your majesty."

"Aw, there's now need for that," Mickey reassured the Scarlet Witch, "Just call me, Mickey."

"Thank you, Mickey," The daughter of Magento smiled before turning to Master Yen Sid, "We're ready."

As Master Yen Sid was about to present him with the crack, Spider-Man spoke up, "Wait, if you were able to send Kraven back home. Couldn't you also send Sora there? He would be safer with the Avengers."

"I could," Yen Sid admitted, "But they wouldn't know how dire the situation truly is and it would be hard for a child to explain. Not to mention, it's not just Wanda's power that allows you to travel from one world to another. You still need the heart of a future Keyblade to travel with you. Otherwise, you could just end up on the wrong world."

"Me?" Sora blinked in confusion.

"Yes, little one," The Sorcerer nodded, "You are a compass for your guardians. They need you to guide them home just as you need them to protect you."

"Guess, we're still stuck with each other," Wanda smiled softly, "Which I don't mind. But it was a good idea for Sora to be safe back home."

"Yeah," Spider-Man nodded, "Well, we're about halfway there at this point. Let's get through the other half together."

Yen Sid summoned the crack in reality, as Wanda used her power on it. As they vanished from their sight, Mickey promised them, "We'll meet you on the Marvelous World, hopefully with Riku and Kairi with us."

Yen Sid added, "May your hearts be your guiding key."

Meanwhile back on Earth, Magento lifted both Wolverine and Vision with his magnetic power. He then demanded, "Tell me what happened to my daughter or I'll have the Brotherhood tear this Homosapien tower of yours apart."

"Are you freaking kidding me?!" Wolverine grunted as he could feel the Magento pulling at his adamantium-covered bones, "We're trying to save her you son of a..."

"Please, Wolverine," Magento glared at him, "As if I could have ever trust, my daughter in the hands of the Homosuperior pretenders that only seem to protect their own kind. Which is why I had Pietro had frequent checks to make sure no one tried anything... so when he told me she vanished from the face of the Earth..."

The Avengers, Fantastic Four, and the X-Men prepared to face off against the Brotherhood. Captain America spoke up, "Listen to me, we don't know what happened to her. That's what we're trying to figure out..."

"Fine, play it that way," Erik's eyes narrowed before gesturing to the Brotherhood, "Tear them apart until you find her..."

Juggernaut smirked as he charged at them. Hulk roared in response as he went to engage the half-brother of Charles Xavier. Two behemoths clashed, creating a shockwave that shattered the glass of the tower. The two fell out of the tower as they threw fists at each other on the streets below.

"Oh, you picked the wrong day to mess with us," Thing declared as he charged at Blob, "IT'S CLOBBERIN' TIME!"

Blob's eyes narrowed as he braced for impact but still got knocked out of the building with Thing.

Quicksilver began running around circles around the other heroes, knocking out their only telepath, Jean Grey, before targeting the shrinking Avengers knocking out Antman and Yellowjacket, but Wasp was able to shrink to avoid the assault just in time. She tried firing her stingers at Quicksilver as she did her best to pressure him. An angered Scott Summers also fried his optic beam at the commander of the Brotherhood. However, Quicksilver seemed to prove to be too fast as he avoid the counterattacks.

Iron Man quickly suited up in his armor, getting an odd look from Clint Barton, who was currently having a stand-off against Domino, "You sure wearing a metal suit is the best idea when going against a guy could probably crush you like a tin can with a mere thought?"

"He's gotta point," Shadowcat added as she phased through the ground, hoping to ambush an unexpected brotherhood member from below.

"Relax," Tony smirked as his helmet closed up, "This suit is made out of carbon nanotubes. No metal for him to control."

Magento stared at the armor before smirking, "Too true. But can you say the same for the rest of your armor?"

The Master of Magnetism raised a hand as Avengers Tower began to rubble as Iron Man's other suits of armor burst from the floor below flying into the air before turning on the creator and his friends. The Invisible Woman quickly created a force field to defend herself from the Iron Mens' repulsor blasts. The Human Torch glared at Stark, "Did you have to make so many suits of armor?"

All Tony had to say for himself was, "Sorry," Before three of his own suits tackled him into another building nearby making him grunt in pain on impact, "GAH!"

Captain America repelled a repulser blasted with his vibranium shield before throwing it at the suits of armor. The bounced off three of them knocking them away before returning to its owner. Only to be punched in the face, but the mutant speedster. Wasp continued her pursuit of Quicksilver when Toad noticed her. Figuring she'd be the easiest of the group of him to fight launched his tongue at her.

"Come on! Hold still will ya-gah!" Wasp was caught off guard by Toad's tongue and was yanked towards his mouth. She then quickly grew back to full size much to the weakest member of the Brotherhood's horror as she was coming right at him with a kick. Her foot made an impact on his face knocking him to the ground. She glared at him as she yanked back her fist, "Oh, you're so asking for this!"

"I give up! I give-" Toad begged only to get a full stinger to the face knocking him out of the fight.

Wasp was about to rejoin the battle when Quicksilver knocked her out too. Pietro smirked to himself, "Earth's Mightiest Heroes, right? This is too easy!"

Just then, he was almost hit by Cyclops's optic blast, as he narrowly avoided it. He then noticed, in slow motion to him, Thor destroying the Iron Men that were in control of his father, throwing his hammer at him. As the hammer returned to its owner. Quicksilver ran up to it and thought of all the damage he could do with that hammer. He grabbed it to use it on the heroes only to be yanked towards Thor much to his horror.

Thor caught his hammer, noticing the speedster attached to it. The son of Magento only had time to say, "Uh-oh!"

The Asgardian punched him toward Captain America who slammed him in the face with his shield. Cap's eyes narrowed at him, "Stay down, son."

Pietro only groaned in pain in response. Shadowcat ran threw one of the Iron Men causing it to explode as a result. She then quipped to herself, "I hope Stark has good insurance on his suits of armor."

She then ran towards the battle taking away Domino's guns before phasing through the ground. Hawkeye then used an eclectic arrow to knock her out. Ice Man froze the suits of armor while the Human Torch tried to melt them the best he could. However, both were overwhelmed by the Iron Men. Thankfully Storm used the winds to ease them to the ground before destroying the suits with her own lighting. One was about to take a shot from behind but Black Panther threw a vibranium dagger at the arm slicing it off before throwing another at the arc reactor causing an explosion.

Strom smiled sweetly to the King of Wakanda who simply nodded in response...

Meanwhile, on the ground, Hulk and Thing were having their own battles against the Brotherhood's own brutes. Juggernaut and Blob didn't seem to care about collateral damage while the heroes were trying to take the fight away from the city. Thing glared at the green goliath, "I thought you get stronger the angrier you get? Well, get mad you dumb monster!"

Ben Grimm then threw a fist at Banner's alter ego who quite easily caught it and lifted him into the air with a glare, "I already am mad."

Hulk roared as he proceeded to use Thing as a weapon knocking both Juggernaut and Blob back unaware of the dark shadows rising from the ground...

During the battle at Avengers Tower, Hawkeye was shooting down some of the Iron Men with some explosive arrows when he noticed Black Widow approach him, "Nat! Good! I could use some backup!"

"I'll get right on it," 'Nat' smirked before kicking him in the head, she then revealed herself to be Mystique. Just then, she found herself overtaken by gunfire as the real Black Widow, and the Winter Solider pursued her. The shift-shaper made a quick retreat as the Iron Men came in to aid her.

Black Widow turned to the Captain's long-lost partner, "Cover me!"

He nodded before he started shooting the Iron Men out of the sky while Black Widow went after Mystique. Mr. Fantastic wrapped himself around Magento, "Listen to us! We're just as concerned about what happened to Wanda. We're trying to find a way to save her and Spider-Man."

"As if I'd ever trust of a word of a Homosapien," Magento's eyes narrowed before throwing both Wolverine and Vision at him causing him to lose his grip on the former leader of Genosha.

Just then, a lightning storm started striking down many of the Iron Men. Several people turned to Storm, as she shook her head, "This isn't my doing..."

The real cause of the storm was Thor as he twirled his hammer, "ENOUGH! WE DID NOT WANT THIS FIGHT BUT THE SON OF ODIN SHALL END IT! NONE CAN WITHSTAND THE POWER OF MJOLNIR!"

He then threw his hammer with all of his might at Magento, as Iceman smirked, "Ah, he's screwed now!"

Mjolnir headed straight for the Master of Magnetism when all of a sudden... it stop just short of Magento's face. Shadowcat peeked her head from the ground, "Um... why did you stop?"

"He didn't," Magento smirked as the hammer turned around ending up in his hand much to everyone's horror, "I did."

"Odin's beard..." Thor gasped in shock, "How?"

Magento couldn't be worthy, far from it. Iron Man blasted the other Iron Men off of him before scanning both Magento and the hammer, "Uh oh... It's his power, he's using it to use his hammer!"

Magento then raised his hammer causing a lighting storm of his own, "At long last, I can wipe out all you humans off the face of the Earth."

Mr. Fantastic's eyes widened in horror as he saw what Magento was trying to do, "He's trying to cause a tsunami... we need to stop him here and now!"

While still under Magento's control, Wolverine grunted, "STORM! STALL HIM! YOU'RE THE ONLY ONE WHO CAN!"

Strom nodded as she took to the skies and commanded the tsunami to stop before it could reach the land, "HURRY! I DON'T KNOW! HOW LONG I CAN HOLD IT!"

As Cyclops blasted an Iron Man out of the sky, Jean began to regain consciousness. Scott turned to her, "Jean! Speak to me!"

"His helmet..." She groaned, "We have to remove it."

Cap nodded as he called out, "You heard the lady, knock that helmet right off him!"

Iron Man flew directly at Magento to do so, only for the villain to strike him with Thor's hammer knocking him away through a building. Thor roared in anger, "MAGENTO! YOU WILL NOT TAINT MJOLNIR WITH YOUR EVIL!"

Magento didn't seem to care as he threw Vision at him who he swiftly dodged only to be knocked away by Wolverine. Nightcrawler teleported himself on Magento's back and tried to remove his helmet but was stopped by an Iron Man armor under his control. Ice Man tried to get it close with an ice path but was cut off by Avalanche, who destroyed his ice path with his power. He was saved by Beast. The ice mutant groaned, "Where's Captain Marvel when you need her?"

"I believe she claimed to be searching for the Guardians of the Galaxy to come to aid in our search," Hank McCoy answered before looking up to Magento with Thor's hammer still trying to cause a giant tsunami, "Although, I will admit it's incredible poor timed."

"No kidding," He nodded, "He's trying to start the events of Noah's Ark all over just for his daughter!"

Despite the chaos in the sky, Hulk continued using the ever-blue eye Thing as a weapon against Juggernunt and Blob. Hulk roared, "HULK SMASH BROTHERHOOD OF EVIL MUTANTS!"

"Hit me all you want," Juggenernut smirked, "Nothing stops the Juggernaut!"

Just then, they were about to be struck in the back by the shadow Heartless only for someone else to strike them down. The four brutes stopped fighting, as Blob wondered, "Uh, what was that?"

Blade landed on the roof of the car, as he turned his blade to more of the Shadows. He briefly turned his gaze among both heroes and villains alike, "You four going to continue hitting each other or help me stop the creatures from destroying our world."

The four turned to each other before nodding in a truce to stop the real monsters. Thing asked Hulk, "Are you going put me down now?"

Instead, Hulk roared and used Thing to crush the Heartless coming at them as Blob and Juggernaut joined the fight with the daywalker. As a portal opened up behind them...

As Black Widow finally subdued Mystique and Rogue was able to absorb enough of Avalance's life force to take him out of the fight. The heroes still standing then turned their attention to the leader of the Brotherhood. As they were about to reach him, Magento declared, "ENOUGH!" With that, he either used their own weapons and gear against them or whatever metal was nearby to subdue them all, "I grow tired of this fight! If you do not reveal where my daughter is then the humans will suffer for this..."

Just then, a portal opened up by Magento as he turned to face the Sorceror Supreme. Dr. Strange declared, "Okay, this fight has gone long enough..."

Magneto rolled his eyes, "Oh, please, I don't care who you are, you won't last a minute against the Master of..." Strange then struck his palm at Magento, knocking his astral body from his physical body, much to Eric's shock, "What?"

With everyone free from Magento's grasp, Thor reclaimed his hammer as Shadowcat removed Magento's hammer before phasing deep within the damaged Avengers Tower. With the threat defeated, Storm calmed down the tsunami and once the ocean was still she fell to the ground before being caught by the King of Wakanda. The Iron Men under his control fell from the sky. Toad began to regain consciousness, "What happened?" He then noticed both Magento's physical body and astral body, he then screamed, "AAAAAAHHHH! MAGENTO'S A GHOST!" He then hid behind Quicksilver, "I'M SO SORRY THAT I MADE FUN OF YOUR HELMET BEHIND YOUR BACK WHEN YOU WERE ALIVE! PLEASE DON'T DRAG ME DOWN TO THE BAD PLACE!"

Magento paused at that, "Uh, what?"

"Oh," Toad hid his head behind Magneto's son, "Uh... nothing..."

"Oh, calm down, he's not dead he's..." Pietro told Toad as he turned to Dr. Strange, "What did you do to my father?"

"Yes," Magento couldn't help but agree with his son before turning to the good doctor, "What did you do to me?"

"You've just been separated from your physical form," Dr. Stange answered, "And you'll stay that way until everyone listens to what I have to say."

Iron Man then landed, "Forget that! This guy just tried to commit genocide! He's going straight to the Negative Zone for what he's..."

"This is much bigger than a debate if humans and mutants should go to war with each other or peace," Strange told the armored Avenger, "And we can use all the help we can get."

"As if I would trust the word of a..." Magento started.

Stange then cut him off, "Save it, weren't you the one that agreed with Kelly to end your war to avoid a grim future but tried to do it anyway?" Magento paused at that, as he couldn't come with a retort, "Besides, I may have found your daughter and Spider-Man."

Magento's eyes widened, as well getting both the heroes and the Brotherhood's attention. Wasp flew up to him, "You found them?!"

"Yes," Strange nodded.

Quicksilver then demanded, "Well, then where are they?"

"First, you all need to know how dire the situation is," The Sorceror Supreme answered before cast a spell showing the earth as well all the current cracks in reality, "Ever since Kang escaped and our friends vanished, there have been tears, in reality, opening up to the Realm of Darkness, bring monsters from their realm to our own."

"M-monsters?" Toad shivered in fear.

"These creatures are very old and very dangerous as they've been known to consume entire worlds," Strange revealed, "And every single being on them."

Wasp asked, "So, we're talking about another Galactus?"

"Big whoop," Johnny Storm shrugged, "We kicked that purple butt to the Negative Zone, I'm sure these guys will be a piece of cake."

"No, this is far worse," Strange answered, "There is only one Galactus, and how only cared about his own hunger. These creatures on the other hand are many come in many shapes and sizes, and the more they consume, the more of them there will be. Wong and I have been containing the tears but they won't hold forever..."

"They might get free sooner than expected," Wong spoke up as everyone turned to an open portal as he, Blade, Hulk, Thing, Blob, and Juggernunt entered Avengers Tower, "Some have already escaped the breach, thankfully Blade happened to be nearby and was able to get your brutes to defeat the escapees."

Cap turned to the Daywalker, "Blade?"

"I swore I'd deal with all dwellers of darkness that threaten humanity," The vampire-hunter answered, "Not just vampires. The Midnight Suns all over the globe have noticed them and have been doing their best to keep them at bay."

Rogue lifted an eyebrow, "Midnight Suns?"

"Long story short, they're on our side," Strange answered, "A good thing too because we need all the help we can get."

Mr. Fantasic then proceeded to ask, "Even the Brotherhood?"

"The situation is much worse than we realized," Strange then expanded the search across the entire known universe, "Take a look."

Thor's eyes widened, "Odin's beard!"

"You said it, Blondy," Thing's added, "These suckers are everywhere."

"So, in order to stop them," Iron Man realized, "We need to find a way to seal all the cracks at the same time... that's not going to be easy."

"Tony is right," Reed Richards nodded in agreement, "Even if we were able to find a way to seal the cracks, it would take a billion lifetimes to seal them all."

"Yeah, I can only think of a few who might live that long, if the universe is still in one piece by then," Wolverine commented with arms crossed.

Magento turned to the Sorceror, "And where does my daughter fit in all of this?"

Sue Richards then added, "And Spider-Man?"

"I was getting there," Doctor Strange added, "The cracks will only get bigger if they left uncheck, and when I took a notice where one of the bigger tears were, one began to seal itself, which means..."

"Someone was able to find a way to seal them," Cyclops realized.

"Well," Iceman realized, "That's good right?"

"Not just that," Strange pointed out, "Sealing the bigger cracks weakened the rest, so when I went to find out who's responsible and behold..."

He then zoomed in on one of the tears to see Spider-Man and the Scarlet Witch traveling through them. Yellow Jacket's eyes widened, "It's them!"

Magento's eyes widened in shock, that was his daughter alright, but while the Avengers and the rest of the Brotherhood were focused squarely on them, he noticed they were accompanied by a small spiky hair boy. Who was that? Did... did Wanda have a son? Was this his grandson?

It had been so long since he last spoke to her, but he didn't know that he might have been a...

Just then, Captain America spoke up getting Magento's focus back on the main topic, "So, while we've been looking for them, they've been handling this threat alone?"

"We've gotta find a way to help them," Wasp added.

"Can you take us to them?" Clint turned to Strange.

"I cannot," Dr. Strange answered.

Quicksilver ran up to him, "And why the heck not."

"There are barriers to worlds, not even the Sorceror Supreme can reach without aid," The Sorceror Supreme admitted, "The worlds had invisible barriers to prevent anyone from discovering them. While our friends may have found a way to use the cracks to travel through them safely, that information is lost to me."

"So, who's behind the monsters," Tony couldn't help but wonder, "Kang?"

Black Panther pointed out, "You have mentioned that they appeared shortly after Kang escaped."

"I doubt it. Kang would have just as much to lose as the rest of us," Steven shook his head before admitting, "Though I can not say for certain." He then turned back to Magento, "Which is why we should put our differences aside until the danger to our universe has passed."

"Yeah, right," Quicksilver rolled his eyes, "As if we'd ever work for you..."

"I agree," Magento cut his son off.

The rest of the Brotherhood turned to their leader in shock, as Pietro gasped, "Father?!"

"You heard me," Magento turned to his son before turning back to Strange, "If these creatures are as dangerous as you say, and my daughter is caught in the middle of it, then on behalf of mutant-kind I'm willing to work with you 'heroes'... for now."

Scott turned to the love of his life, "Jean?"

She read Magento's mind, "He's telling the truth."

"I don't like this," Tony admitted.

Eric turned to the armored Avenger, "The feeling is mutual."

Tony Stark then turned to Cap, "Okay, Cap. It's your call."

"If the Brotherhood wants to help us find our friends and save our friends then they can help," Cap answered before turning to Magento, "But as insurance, we'll be hanging onto your helmet. If Jean even senses a chance you might betray us, she shuts you down."

Jean nodded in agreement, "And I will do it."

Wolverine crossed his arms narrowing his eyes, as Magento look back into Wolverine's, "I agree to your terms."

"Father," Pietro gasped in shock.

Wolverine then nodded in Strange. With that, the Sorceror Supreme returned Magento's astral body back to his physical body as if nothing happened. Shocked at what happened, the father of Pietro, Wanda, and Lorna flexed his fingers feeling the magnetic power back in his fingertips. He then turned to the other heroes, "So, what's the plan?"

"Well, since you trashed Avengers Tower, and this is a..." Tony stated before nearly gagging on the next word, "...magic... situation. We'll be observing the situation at Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum."

Wong turned to the others, "Please don't touch anything. The last thing we need is unintentionally to bring the Dark Dimension into all of this." He then added, "That I just cleaned the place and I'd hate if someone trashed it."

The Brotherhood then turned to Toad as he laughed sheepishly, "Uh... I'll be on my best behavior..."

Just then, Kitty's head peaked up from the ground, "Okay, I put Magento's helmet so deep into the Earth, there's no way he can..." She then noticed the fighting had stopped and it wasn't because they beat Brotherhood or the other way around. She then turned to her boyfriend, "Bobby, what did I miss?"

And that will finally conclude today's chapter. Man, it wasn't easy. Especially with babies around (gotta love them), but I finally did it. We finally finished the halfway point of the chapter. And in just case there are those of you who missed the preview of the HISHE for this, I'll post it up again.

In the SWORD Facility, two SWORD Scientists walked away from a vault containing supervillain gear. One of them turned to his buddy, "Looks like we're done, you sure all this supervillain tech is secure in the vault."

"Yeah," The other scientist nodded, "I'm sure it's alright."

Just then a third scientist with glasses walked his way over to the two of them. He glared at them as he pointed at them with an accusing finger, "Here's a bright idea, how about you dismantle all this dangerous supervillain tech instead of assuming this vault can withstand anything just in case a supervillain breaks out which leads to a boy to become several traumatized of the death of his home and loved ones, just because you're too lazy to safely do your job to ensure that no one would be hurt by this dangerous technology again? Hmmm?"

The other two scientists stared at him before the second one groaned, "Ugh! Okay! Fine!"

Later on, Kang had finally broken into the vault he assumed contained his time chair, but when the vault finally opened up. It turned out to be a break room for SWORD employees where all the SWORD scientists were hanging out, as the scientist who reluctantly changed the vault into a break room, "You know, this is much nicer." He then noticed Kang, "Oh, look! A supervillain really did try to steal back his tech!"

"What the-?!" Kang gasped in shock, "Where's all my stuff?!"

"Oh, we dismantled your chair, so it can never be used again," The scientist answered with a grin on his face, "And now it's gone forever."

"YOU DID WHAT?!" Kang exclaimed as his suit finally ran out of power just as Spider-Man leaped in to web him up, "NO! NOT AGAIN!"

Spidey then turned to the Scarlet Witch, "Well, that was easy. I was beginning to think this was going to lead to this whole adventure where you and I team up and end up falling in love and adopting a kid we happened to help."

"What was that?" Wanda turned to Spider-Man.

"Oh, uh..." Spider-Man rubbed the back of his head, "Nothing! You wanna get a cup of coffee sometime?"

Wanda thought about it before smiling, "You know, why not?"

As the two left the building, Vision watched them walk off, "What?! What about WandaVision?!"

"Yeah," Wanda called back, "It would never work! I'd probably go crazy if I did!"

Vision thought about it before admitting, "She's probably right..."
