At an abandoned industrial park, a figure rose up from water inside storm drain near a river outside it.
Rat King: I awoke in the mud and the slime of a filthy river. I don't know where I am or even who I am.
He stepped out into the river, then opened his eyes, completely covered in bandages.
I'm haunted by glimpses...
He flashed back to Bishop's secret lab being destroyed by the Turtles and Splinter, as well as waking up as the Slayer.
..momentary fragments of a life I think I had.
He stood by a fence, then ripped it open with his hands.
But what life do I have now?
He walked through the fence, then into the industrial park.
What am I, but a monster?
As he walks through the industrial park, a bunch of rats began to follow him.
And now all will fear me...
He stopped and stared at himself in a mirror, before flashing back, waking up inside a container in the sewers.
..because everything fears the monster.
The man walked into a building, as the rats kept following him.
In a abandoned industrial park, which had a long fence around it, with a sign saying 'Posted No Trespassing', which the Turtles and Casey approached from the outside.
"Is it prefect or what?" Casey asked, as it was his idea. "Used to take the train out her after school to raise some uh...uh...you know, to get away from it all."
"I didn't know there were any places like this left in the burrows." Donnie admitted.
"Neither did I." Cath shrugged. "Looks pretty good."
"Yeah. Room to move, shadows everywhere to hide in." Donnie said.
"It's like a ninja playground." Mikey said.
"What do you think, Leo?" Casey asked.
Everyone stared at Leo, who just stared at the industrial park.
"We're losing daylight." he said. "Let's get training."
"Yes, sir, Mr. Sunshine, sir." Raph mocked, running towards the fence.
"Hey, wait for me?" Elisa yelled, following him.
They both climbed over the fence and into the industrial park, then Leo, Donnie, Cath and Mikey all followed. When Casey jumped after them however, his leg got caught on top of the fence, ripping it slightly.
"Ah!" he yelped, before he fell and hit the ground on his chest. "Oh!"
He lifted his head up as Cath turned to him, while the others ran off.
"You okay, Case?" Cath asked, holding her hand out.
"Yeah, fine." Casey said, taking it.
Cath helped him up, then they ran after the others.
"Alright, we ready to play?" Mikey asked.
"What's this screwy game called again?" Casey asked.
As they all walked on through the industrial park, a rat spotted them while on a pipe.
"It's called Stealth Hunter." Mikey explained, as a shadowy figure watched them from a broken window. "Yours truly is the stealth master."
"Oh, yeah, right?" Elisa scoffed. "You've got the biggest mouth in the family."
"Good one, sis." Cath giggled.
"Hey! Anyway, I get 30 seconds head start, and then you guys start hunting." Mikey explained.
"Picture 'Capture the Flag' ninja style." Donnie explained. "He'll be wearing a bandana that we have to take from him. So far, none of us has been able to protect the bandana for more than 15 minutes."
"But then, none of you is Michelangelo, Battle Nexus Champion!" Mikey yelled happily, holding his fists up.
Raph and Elisa both rolled their eyes in annoyance.
"You'd think he'd stop that by now?" Elisa hissed.
"Yeah." Raph grumbled.
"And..." Mikey continued, ducking as Raph tried to whack him. "..he who moves like the shadow."
Raph and Elisa walked off annoyed, as Cath sighed and folded her arms, then Raph brought out the bandana.
"Hey, shadow, think fast?" Raph joked.
He whacked Mikey's arm with the bandana like a whip.
"Ow!" Mikey yelped.
Raph laughed as Elisa sniggered, then Mikey snatched the bandana from Raph.
"One, two, three go!" Mikey said.
"Hey!" Raph complained, as Mikey ran off.
Mikey wrapped the bandana on his right arm as he kept running, then he took out his Shell-Cell and started a timer on it.
"Clock's ticking, guys. Catch me if you can!" Mikey called.
He laughed as he kept running, then turned left past a building, as Casey and his older siblings stared at him.
"Anybody else wanna leave the Battle Nexus Champion here to play by himself?" Raph asked.
"And miss a chance to tag, Mikey?" Casey asked, taking his baseball bat out. "You gotta be kidding."
He began to run after Mikey, then the five Turtles followed him.
Mikey kept on running.
"La-da-dee, la-da-da." he sang. "Whoo, woo, woo."
He stopped and looked around, before he ran towards a building. As he did, a shadowy figure spotted him on a rooftop behind him, before it ran along the rooftop.
Mikey ran into the building, then hid behind a ruined wall, just as the figure landed on a rafter support above him.
Outside, Casey and the other Turtles all ran towards another building near the one Mikey was in.
"Man, this place is even bigger than I thought!" Raph said, as they turned left.
"Mikey might actually last longer than normal here!" Elisa realized, as they ran towards the building he was in.
"True. Plenty of places for a Ninja Turtle to hide." Donnie said.
As they kept on running, the figure - who was male and covered in bandages - and a few rats spotted the six of them.
"Oh, let's split up and find that chowder head." Raph said.
The figure got up and ran along a rooftop, as the Turtles and Casey ran through a doorway.
"And Casey, don't get lost, 'cause I ain't looking for you too." Raph said.
Casey stopped and shrugged, as the Turtles ran off in different directions, then he did the same.
Leo ran into a doorway of a building and looked around, but saw no sign of Mikey.
"Ah." he sighed, annoyed, before he ran off.
Raph ran into another room in another building, as the figure crawled along the ceiling in the shadows. Raph stopped by a window and looked around, as the figure stood upside down on the ceiling, then reached down to grab Raph, who heard something. He turned around quickly, making the figure lie flat on the ceiling.
"Gotcha!" Raph said, doing a grab move.
He moved his hands away and looked around, seeing no one.
"Ah. Keep messing around Mikey and I might start playing rough!" Raph warned, holding his fist up.
In another building, Elisa ran into a room and looked around, seeing the place was empty. She walked slowly forward while looking around carefully.
"Come out, come out, wherever you are, Mikey?" she called.
She kept walking slowly, when a clanking noise made her turn around.
"Aha!" she grinned.
Her smile faded when she saw a rat running away near a knocked over tin.
"Okay, spoke too soon." she admitted, annoyed. "Still, you can't hide forever, little brother."
In another building, Mikey was hiding behind a wall, when a door right next to him was kicked open, then Casey came in.
"Come out, come out, wherever you are?" Casey called.
Mikey crept towards the door as Casey looked around the room, sniggering as he did.
"You don't know the power of the dark side, Casey Jones." he joked.
His feet creaked along the floor, making Casey turn around.
"Hey?!" Casey said.
"Eep!" Mikey gasped.
He ran off quickly, as Casey chased after him.
"Hey!" he called. "Hey, I saw that!"
Mikey ran out of the building, then jumped backwards onto a balcony.
"Get back here!" Casey yelled.
Mikey ran into the building's second floor, as the figure watched from the building opposite.
"I know that was you, Mikey." Casey said, running out of the building. "Michelangelo... Weasley turtle.
He looked around, as the figure hid himself in the shadows of the building opposite.
Nearby, Leo was looking around, when Cath came towards him.
"Leo, you seen Mikey?" she asked.
Leo didn't answer as he looked around.
"Leo?" Cath said.
Leo glared at the building in front of him, which was one the figure was in.
"Leo, you in there?" Cath asked, waving her hand in front of his face. "Leo?"
Leo shoved her hand away, then ran towards the building.
"Leo, what's wrong with you?!" Cath called.
Leo jumped up onto some rubble from the building, then dived into one of the windows, smashing it to pieces. He skidded his feet on the floor, then took out his swords and looked around, but saw no one around. He sighed in annoyance, when Donnie and Elisa both came running towards him, both holding their weapons.
"Easy on the windows, Leo." Donnie said. "It's just an exercise."
"I thought I saw something!" Leo snapped.
"Who, Mikey?" Elisa asked.
"No. It wasn't Michelangelo." Leo said. "It was just right here."
Cath jumped in through the window behind Leo, getting their attention.
"You saw something?" she asked.
"Yes, I did!" Leo snapped.
"Well, I didn't." Cath said. "You sure you didn't imagine it?"
"No, I didn't!" Leo snapped angrily.
"Oh, Mikey, that is the worst hiding place ever." came Raph's voice.
The four Turtles in the room all turned and ran off in the direction Donnie and Elisa had come from.
Outside, Raph was staring at some moving rubble, thinking Mikey was under it, as Casey came running towards him. Donnie, Elisa, Leo and Cath then all landed behind the pair of them, then ran towards them both.
"That is just sad." Casey said, as they stared at the rubble.
"And unsanitary." Donnie noted.
"I just hope he's not hurt." Cath said, being the doctor she was.
"Game over, Mikey." Raph said, approaching the rubble. "Come on out?"
He kicked some of the rubble away, then hundreds of rats came running out from all over it.
"Ugh!" Raph flinched.
"Aah!" Casey yelped.
The rats all divided into three groups, one running off to their left, one to their right, and the third between Casey's legs.
"I think we found your ghost, Leo." Donnie joked.
"Maybe." Leo said.
"Talk about a rat-pack." Elisa noted. "This place must have thousands of them."
"You got a point there." Cath agreed.
Inside one of the buildings, a rat moved along the rafter, as Mikey opened up a door, then darted inside. He closed the door behind him, then leaned against it panting.
"Okay, so they're getting closer." Mikey said.
He ran off across the room.
"A little too close." he said. "No problemo. The record's just 15 minutes, and it's already been..."
He took out his Shell-Cell and looked at the timer on it, seeing it'd only been 3 and half minutes since the game started.
"3 and a half?" he gasped. "Oh, man!"
A figured dashed across him quickly, making him stop.
"AH!" he gasped.
He looked around carefully, hoping it wasn't Casey or one of his siblings, when the figure dashed past him from behind, making a noise.
"Leo?" Mikey said, turning around. "Ellie? Raph?"
He looked around quickly, but saw no one around.
"You know, I'm suppose to be the stealth guy here. Right?" he said. "Right?"
The figure looked down at him while being perched on the rafter, then Mikey turned around. The figure grabbed a piece of wood from the rafter, breaking it off as he did.
"Huh?" Mikey gasped.
He looked up, but saw no sign of the figure.
"Uh..." he muttered, turning around. "Uh..."
He brought out his Nunchucks and spun them around.
"Anybody there?" he asked nervously.
The figure dashed down behind him, then slowly approached him, and hit him with the piece of wood.
"Ah!" Mikey groaned.
He dropped his Nunchucks, then fell to his knees, and then onto his chest out cold.
The figure stepped out of the shadows, showing the bandages were over his chest, face, arms and legs - though not every inch of him - and stared at Mikey.
Later, the figure had strapped Mikey to a table inside another building, covered in green light. Mikey soon woke up and stared at the figure, his vison clearing as he did.
"Ah! Who the shell are you?" Mikey asked.
The figure leaned towards him, then pulled his head back and laughed, making Mikey chuckle slightly.
"No, seriously, dude." he said.
The figure put his hand near Mikey's face, clawing at the table, then put his other hand on Mikey's other side, and then growled. Mikey winced as the man glared at him, then hundreds of rats came towards them both from behind the man, like he was their king. Many more moved along the ceiling towards Mikey, who winced in fear, before the man pulled his hands away, and turned around and walked off.
He soon disappeared into the shadows, then two the rats followed him.
"Uh, freaky psycho guy? I...AH!" Mikey yelped.
He stared at all the rats on the floor, who squeaked and moved towards him, alone with many on the ceiling and walls.
Outside, it was nearly sunset, as Raph ran towards some rubble, which he then jumped over, before looking around some ruined building.
"Ah!" he sighed, annoyed.
Leo jumped over some rubble and ran towards him, as Elisa jumped down from a small rooftop, then did the same.
"Anything?" Raph asked.
"Nothing." Leo answered.
"Same here." Elisa said.
"I almost had him." Casey said, running out of a building as Raph turned around.
Raph turned again as Donnie and Cath ran over, then they all gathered together.
"I looked everywhere, guys, but couldn't find him." Donnie explained.
"There's something not right here." Cath realized.
"Yeah, you're right. It ain't like Mikey to be this good at stealth hunter. We usually find him in the first two minutes." Raph said, holding two fingers up.
"The way this place is, I'd say he'd last 3 to 4 minutes at the most." Cath said. "But now this long."
"Wanna bet he cheated?" Casey suggested, raising his mask up. "Probably back at the Battle Shell playing video games right now."
"It isn't right!" Leo snapped.
"Geez, Leo, clam down!" Elisa said, touching his arm.
"Yeah, Leo, cool it?" Cath asked.
"Yeah, relax, Master Leo. Casey's just joking." Raph said.
"Not that. We're being followed." Leo explained.
A large shadowy figure dashed above them all, making them look up. They all looked around carefully as they heard a growling noise.
"You guys hear that?" Cath asked nervously.
"Yeah. Mikey?" Casey said.
They all heard crazy laughter.
"Uh, that ain't Mikey." Raph said.
They all turned as the man landed in front of them crouched down, making Raph take out his Sais.
"Okay, who is this?" Elisa wondered.
"I have no idea, but he looks...familiar somehow." Cath noted.
The man jumped forward slightly, then laughed with his arms up. He turned and jumped away, laughing as he did.
"Don't let him go!" Leo yelled.
He began to chase after the man, then Donnie, Cath and Elisa brought out their weapons and followed him. Casey brought out his baseball bat, then he and Raph followed, with their all jumping over a wall, then running down after the man - Leo bringing out his swords as he did.
In the building, the rats all kept approaching Mikey.
"Focus, Mikey. Block out the rats." he told himself. "The scary, hungry, turtle-eating... AH!"
He shook his head, then began to pull his right hand, trying to break free from the restraint.
"Ah! AH!" Mikey screamed, as the rats on the floor got to his feet.
He pulled hard and broke the restraints on his legs, then he lifted them up.
"AHH!" he screamed, as rats began to climb onto the table.
He put his feet on the ground, then began to run off, while carrying the table still on his shell. The rats all turned and began to chase him, making him turn slightly, before at least nine of them jumped and landed on the table's back.
"You want to go for a ride, huh?" Mikey questioned.
He began running backwards through gaps in the rats on the floor.
"Everybody off the Mikey-train!" he yelled. "AHH!"
He kept running backwards, making the rats on the table jump off it, before he smashed it into a wall, shattering it to pieces, freeing himself from the wrist restraints.
"Ha! Mikey 1, rats..." he said, before a rat landed on each of his shoulders, followed by more. "Ah! All over me!"
He began grabbing the rats and throwing them away.
"Get off of me?!" he panicked. "Ah! Ah!"
Once the last rat was off him, he jumped away.
Outside, it was now dark, as the man kept on running through the industrial site, doing forward flips with both his hands and feet as he went. The five Turtles and Casey kept chasing him, then the man stopped around a wall and turned around. He then turned and ran off, just as Casey and the Turtles rounded it, then he turned right past a building as they chased him. He then turned left, making them follow him.
"He's baiting us!" Leo grunted.
"Like rats in a maze." Donnie noted.
"Well, this place is like a maze!" Cath reasoned.
"Yeah, well, I ain't no lab rat." Raph said.
"Just where's this guy taking us?" Elisa wondered.
The man turned left past a building, then the Turtles and Casey followed, before he grabbed part of a fire escape, then flipped himself onto it. He then began to climb it, then Raph jumped and flipped himself onto it, then ran after the man, as the others began climbing.
On the rooftop, the man stared at a wall, as Raph reached the top of the fire escape, and then glared at him. The man turned and ran off, then Raph took out his Sais and threw them at him. The man ran up a rooftop entrance quickly, making the Sais dig into it, then he jumped off and twirled around in the air, as Casey and the five Turtles stared at him, seeing him dive down off the roof.
"Whoa? Should he be able to do that?" Casey questioned.
"By all Human measures? No." Donnie answered.
Raph walked towards his Sais and pulled them out.
"Not making me feel any better, bro." he said.
They all ran towards the edge of the rooftop, then jumped off it and landed on the ground, but saw no sign of the man.
"Ah, we lost him!" Raph snarled.
"This guy's quick, I'll give that." Elisa admitted.
"Yeah, like Bishop is." Cath hissed.
The man growled loudly, making them all turn right, before they saw him come out slightly of a hole in a silo, exposing his legs. He turned around and walked back into it, then Leo chased after him. His siblings and Casey all began to follow, when a familiar voice made them stop.
"Get 'em off! Ow! Hey! Ow!" it said.
They all turned to a basement door of another building, before it was opened up, and Mikey came out.
"Get 'em off of me! Get 'em off of me?!" he cried, running away.
"Mikey?" his siblings gasped - expect Leo.
Mikey ran towards them all, then stopped in front of them, before Cath hugged him tight.
"You okay, bro?" she asked worriedly.
"No! There's rats everywhere!" Mikey panicked.
"Hey, Leo, we found..." Raph said, turning around, seeing Leo enter the silo. "Ah, shell!"
"Come on!" Donnie said, running forward.
The others all followed as the man laughed evilly. Once inside, they ran towards Leo, and saw the man standing on top of the silo.
"Not him again." Mikey complained.
"Again?" Donnie and Cath questioned.
"That's the freak wad who tied me up and tried to feed me to the rats." Mikey explained.
"Yuck!" Cath said disgusted.
The man pulled a chain up, then the silo's door closed, trapping Casey and the Turtles. They all heard a bunch of squeaks coming from the walls, making Mikey, Donnie and the girls flinch, seeing rats in the holes in the walls.
"I've got a bad feeling about this." Elisa gulped.
The man laughed evilly, as some of the rats stepped out of the shadows.
"They're only rats, how bad can this be?" Casey inquired.
"Uh, Casey..." Mikey said, patting his chest.
He pointed at the ground, showing bones all over the floor, then the rats began to pop into the silo.
"Yikes!" Mikey yelped.
More rats began running towards them all, as Raph began to push on the door.
"Let's try the door!" he grunted.
Mikey and Elisa both turned and to help him push on the door.
"Ah! It's jammed!" Elisa grunted, as they backed away.
"Yeah, no good." Mikey gulped.
Leo turned to some of the rats, then to Casey and his siblings.
"Get away from the walls, now!" he ordered, before bringing his swords out.
The man watched as Casey and the Turtles all backed towards each other, as the rats surrounded them.
"Easy rodents, nice rodents. Have I mentioned my Sensei was a rat? Master Splinter? Any relatives here with us today?" Mikey asked.
The rats squeaked, making Mikey back away.
"I don't think they are, Mikey!" Cath gulped.
Donnie began swinging his Bo around, whacking several rats away. Leo, Raph and Elisa all sent slashes with their weapons, but the rats still kept coming towards them.
Two squeaked and jumped up, making Raph stab them with his Sais, but they got stuck on them through the gaps.
"Ugly little suckers, ain't ya?" he said.
He slashes his Sais from left to right, knocking the rats off them.
Donnie ran off slightly, as Casey brought out his hockey stick, then he whacked two rats away with it, followed by another two, then another two.
"AH!" he yelled.
Elisa and Leo both sent slashes with their weapons, as Casey whacked more away with his hockey stick.
Cath spun her Tonfas around while standing near a wall, then whacked few rats away with her left, then a few more with her right.
Mikey spun his Nunchucks around, just missing a few rats beneath him, as more came towards him. He turned around as more jumped down from a hole above him, then knocked two away with his right Nunchuck, then another two with his left one. Some rats then began climbing up his leg and onto his shell, making him turn look at the areas he could.
"AH!" he panicked.
He whacked two off his shell with his Nunchucks, then turned to some more, when more landed on his shell, making him bend down.
"Ah!" he whimpered. "AGHH!"
He began whacking them all off his shell with his Nunchucks.
Donnie spun around while waving his Bo, as hundreds of rats came at him from all sides.
"There must be hundreds!" he said.
He pole-vaulted towards a wall, sticking to it briefly, then somersaulted off it, knocking a few rats away on his Bo as he did. He landed near Leo, Casey and Elisa, who all knocked some rats away with their weapons, then he turned and whacked a few away with his Bo.
"We'll never take them all out at this rate." Donnie said.
"We don't have too!" Leo said, as Donnie whacked a few.
"Well, what do we do?" Elisa asked confused.
"We just show them we're one meal that's not worth the trouble." Leo said.
He slashed his swords against the ground angrily, scaring some rats off.
The man stared down as all the rats turned and retreated, as Casey and the Turtles kept slashing and whacking their weapons at them.
"AHH!" he yelled.
The Turtles and Casey kept whacking and slashing their weapons, until the rats all ran back into their hiding holes.
"Turtle is off the menu!" Raph said, kicking one lagging behind.
Soon, all the rats had left the silo, leaving the Turtles and Casey alone.
"NOOOO!" the man yelled.
"I think the Rat King is mad." Mikey gulped.
"Rat King?" Cath questioned.
"Well, he is sort of in charge of them, like a king." Mikey noted.
"Fair enough." Cath sighed.
The Rat King jumped down from the top of the silo and landed crouched down in it, then he looked up at glared at Casey and the Turtles. He then somersaulted forward, then glared at them all in a three point stance.
"AHH!" Leo yelled, shoving past Raph.
"Leo, wait?" Cath cried.
Leo ignored her, then sent two slashes at the Rat King, but missed as he dodged them both, then Leo tried again with both swords, but the Rat King grabbed his forearms.
"AH!" Leo grunted.
The Rat King flipped over Leo's shell while keeping hold of his forearms, then he threw Leo over himself.
"AHH!" Leo yelled, before hitting the ground on his chest. "UH!"
"LEO?!" Cath cried.
"Ah!" Elisa gasped.
The Rat King walked forward and stood on Leo's forearms.
"Ah!" Leo grunted.
"Goongala!" Casey yelled, charging in with his baseball bat.
The Rat King dodged as Casey tried to whack him, then he grabbed Casey and wrapped his arms around him. Raph then tried to slash him slightly with his Sais, but missed as he dodged, and then he kicked Raph in the belly.
"AH!" Raph grunted, stumbling back.
He clutched his chest as he fell to his knees.
Donnie and Mikey then both charged at Rat King, who lifted Casey up over him and threw him away.
"AH!" Casey yelped.
He hit Mikey and Donnie, knocking them all down.
Elisa and Cath both charged at Rat King, then Elisa tried to slash him, but missed as he dodged, while Cath spun around and tried to whack him, but missed as he ducked. He then dodged a kick from Elisa, before he grabbed her leg, then wrapped his arms around it.
"Huh?" Elisa gasped.
The Rat King pulled her towards him, then spun around and used her to whack Cath, knocking her down, before he threw her away.
"AH!" she yelped.
Cath looked up as Elisa flew towards her, before landing on her.
"OH!" they moaned.
"That one really hurt!" Cath moaned.
Leo spun around to tackle the Rat King, but missed as he back flipped away, then stuck to a wall like a spider. He then dived down towards the ground as Leo got up, landing on his hands, then he flipped forward and kicked Leo with both feet.
"AH!" Leo moaned.
Casey came up behind Rat King to whack him with his baseball bat, but missed as he jumped up and landed on Casey's back.
"Oh!" Casey moaned.
The Rat King jumped up and landed on a wall, getting everyone to turn to him.
"What's the deal with this freak?" Casey wondered.
"I don't know, but I feel like I've seen these moves before!" Leo said.
"Same here." Cath said. "They're almost like...like Bishop's moves."
"What?!" Elisa exclaimed.
The Rat King jumped off the wall and somersaulted forward, landing crouched down between the Turtles and Casey. He then tackled Leo, then tripped Elisa up, while kicking Raph in the belly slightly.
"Uh!" Raph moaned, stumbling back.
The Rat King kicked Raph again, knocking him down, making Casey and Cath dodge. Casey then tried to whack him, but he handspringed forward on one hand, then jumped backwards as Donnie tried to whack him, then he grabbed Mikey's arms from behind.
"AH!" Mikey yelled.
The Rat King picked up him and slammed him into the ground in front of him.
"Ugh!" he moaned.
Rat King turned and dodged as Donnie tried to whack him, then punched him in the shell, knocking him down.
"Uh!" Donnie moaned.
Rat King turned and ducked as Cath as tried to whack him with her left Tonfa, before he put his hand on the ground and tripped her up, knocking her onto her chest.
"UH!" she moaned.
Rat King then dodged as Casey tried to whack him, before he elbowed him in the back, knocking him down.
"OH!" he moaned.
Mikey got back up and tried to whack Rat King with both his Nunchucks, but missed as he bent forward, then wrapped his legs around Mikey.
"Ah!" he gasped, before Rat King threw him away. "AHH!"
He hit his shell against a wall while upside down, then slide onto the ground. Rat King then turned as Elisa came at him and tried to slice him with her right Kama, but missed as he dodged, before he grabbed her left arm and twisted it.
"AH!" she moaned.
Rat King then spun around and tackled her, making her back flip onto her shell, before he jumped up.
The rats all began coming back in, as the Turtles all got up and stared at them.
"The rats are coming back in!" Leo exclaimed.
Raph turned to where Mikey was, who was on his knees, then saw a cracked hole in the wall that had been made by his shell, which began to get bigger and bigger.
"And it's time we busted out!" Raph yelled.
"Lead the way, bro!" Elisa said.
Raph ran over to where Mikey was, who looked up.
"Ah!" Mikey gasped.
He dived and rolled to his right, just as Raph smashed through the cracked wall. He stopped and dusted himself off, as his siblings and Casey all came out of the silo, which began to crack some more.
"Nice going, bro." Mikey commented, rubbing Raph's head. "I always said you were thick as a brick."
Raph turned to him. "Ah!" he growled, holding his fist up. "What happened to ugly?"
They all heard the Rat King's angry yell.
"Guess he's not happy." Cath gulped.
They all turned and saw him standing on top of the silo, before he jumped off it and landed on the rooftop opposite him, then he turned around.
"You gotta admit, the dude has some sweet moves." Mikey said.
Elisa slapped his head from behind in annoyance.
"Ow! What?" Mikey asked, rubbing the back of his head.
"Seriously, Mikey! Now's not the time!" Elisa snapped.
"She's right. I've had enough of this madness!" Leo snarled.
He took out some Shuriken's, then threw them at Rat King, who knocked them all away with his forearms, getting two wedged into the roof, one into a chimney, and one near Mikey's foot.
"Ah!" he yelped, lifting his foot up.
Rat King laughed while staring down at the Turtles and Casey, when the rooftop area he was on cracked open - as one Shuriken was in it - causing him to loose his balance.
"Ah!" he yelped.
He fell backwards onto the roof, and then his body created a hole in it, which he then fell down.
"Ah!" the Turtles gasped, expect Leo.
"It's over." Leo said, turning around.
He walked past his siblings as they and Casey turned to him.
"Let's get outta here." he said.
The others all stared at him, when a hole was made in the wall of the building.
"Ah!" they yelped, shielding their faces.
Leo turned around, and saw the Rat King come out through the hole, as smoke appeared around it.
"Ah!" Leo gritted.
He brought out his swords, seeing a Shuriken stuck in Rat King's right shoulder. He turned to it and pulled it out, then looked at it carefully, seeing his reflection.
(Flashback)
Rat King was inside a tank of water, with wires plugged into him. Electricity shot through the wires, as robots worked on him, with Bishop plugging one into him as he lay on a table. He falls into a tank as Bishop stands on top of it, then the lab began to fall apart by explosions, before he smashes the glass tank.
(Flashback ends)
"AH!" Rat King gasped.
Leo charged at him as he remained still, then punched him with both hands, ramming him forward.
"OH!" Rat King moaned.
Leo pulled back slightly, as the Rat King looked at the ground.
(Flashback)
Bishop plugged a wire into Rat King while he lay on the table. A bunch of rats wake u in the sewers, as Rat King walks out of the pipe outside the industrial center. The rats squeak as they run through the industrial center. Electricity runs through Rat King as he lies on the table. He walks through the sewers, opens up a first-aid kit, then keeps on walking.
(Flashback ends)
Rat King dropped the Shuriken, before Leo kicked him in the chest, knocking him back.
"What's wrong with you?!" Leo yelled.
He kicked Rat King in the chest, sending him flying towards the building he'd come out of.
(Flashback)
Rat King moans inside a tank full of water.
(Flashback ends)
Leo jumped and spun around, kicking Rat King's chest, knocking him back.
(Flashback)
Rat King floats in the tank as electricity flows through him.
(Flashback ends)
Leo punched the Rat King in the chest, and then in the face.
(Flashback)
Rat King lies on the table, as electricity flows through him.
(Flashback ends)
Leo punched the Rat King in the chest, knocking him back.
"Uh!" he grunted.
He glared at Leo, who charged at him, then tried to punch him, but missed as he dodged and then chopped him in the shell.
"Ah!" Leo gasped, stumbling forward.
Rat King picked up a piece of wood off the ground, then threw it at Leo, hitting his chest as it smashed to pieces.
"Uh!" Leo moaned, hitting the ground on his shell.
The Rat King jumped up and past Leo, who got up and turned around, and then chased after him.
Donnie coughed as he, Casey and his other siblings all turned to Leo.
"Look!" Donnie gasped.
Rat King pounced towards a warehouse like building, then jumped and smashed through the big window. Leo kept running on after him, then jumped up and smashed more of the window as he dived after him.
"Come on!" Raph said.
He, Casey and his younger siblings all ran towards the building, as the silo began to crack some more. They ran around the warehouse, then turned left and ran towards an open doorway, seeing Leo on the other side.
"Leo!" Donnie said.
"Stay back! He's mine!" Leo snarled, getting them to stop.
"Leo, wait!" Cath cried, as Leo charged in. "You seriously need help, bro."
Rat King charged at Leo, who jumped up and landed behind him as he tried to grab him. They turned to each other, then Leo tried to slice him with both swords, but missed as he jumped up, then somersaulted through the air. He dived down to pounce on Leo, but missed as Leo flipped back onto his shell, then flipped upwards and kicked him with both feet, knocking him down. Leo backwards handspringed as Rat King got up, then they charged at each other, then Rat King jumped over Leo as he tried to slice him, then he spun around to kick Leo, but missed as he dodged. They both glared and growled at each other, as Casey and the other Turtles all watched, then Rat King laughed.
"That guy's cracked, bro'. We can't leave Leo alone with him." Mikey said.
"We don't know the limits of his strength and skill, even with the seven of us." Donnie reasoned.
"He really is tough for us all to handle." Cath agreed.
"If Leo gets in trouble I'm the first one in there, but right now..." Raph said.
Leo ducked as Rat King tried to claw him, then dodged another, before kicking Rat King in the back, knocking him away. Leo growled as he charged at Rat King, then sent a slash at him, then Leo kneed him in the chest, then spun around and kicked him, knocking him away.
"...it looks to me like Leo's got more than one monster to work out of his system." Raph said.
"So true." Cath agreed. "One on the inside of himself."
"Is that your medically theory?" Elisa inquired.
"Sort of. I have noticed Leo's rash behaviour recently." Cath explained.
Rat King got up as Leo charged at him, then he jumped over Leo as Leo tried to slash him, then he turned around and jumped towards Leo. Leo dodged as Rat King almost whacked him with his fists, then jumped back as he tried to whack him. Leo tossed his right sword at Rat King, who caught it, then he charged at Rat King and punched him in the face, knocking him up.
"Ah!" he moaned.
Leo jumped and landed crouched down as Rat King hit the floor, then he got up and caught his sword.
"Go, Leo!" Casey whooped.
"Come on!" Mikey whooped.
"Impressive." Elisa commented.
"Yeah!" Donnie whooped, as he and Mikey held their fists up.
Cath looked shocked. "Oh, boy..." she muttered.
Leo held both his swords sideways, as Rat King got up and backed away into the shadows. Leo turned right slightly, then left, then jumped backwards as a chain nearly hit him, then he looked up and saw Rat King on a rafter with the other end. Rat King jumped down from the rafter and landed in front of Leo, who then charged at him as he wrapped the chain around his left arm.
Leo then tried to hit him with his right sword, but he blocked it with his chain covered arm, then Leo jumped back as he tried to whack him with the other end of the chain. Rat King then wrapped the other end of the chain around Leo's swords.
"Ah!" Leo grunted, trying to get them free.
He pulled on his swords as Rat King pulled on the chain like a tug-of-war, then Leo stood on his end of the chain, knocking Rat King down.
(Outside)
The silo wall cracked open a lot more, then one of its walls fell right onto a cooling tower, knocking it over. The cooling tower then fell right towards the building.
(Inside)
Leo ran towards the Rat King, who pulled himself up, but then stopped as they and everyone else heard a noise.
"Guys, get out of the way!" Leo yelled, seeing the cooling tower from the rooftop window.
The tower smashed through the rooftop window, making Leo run towards Rat King as he got to his feet.
"Look out!" Leo yelled, pushing him put of the way.
The cooling tower smashed through the warehouse, creating a large smokescreen. The Turtles and Casey all coughed, then once the smoke had cleared, saw no sign of Leo or the Rat King.
"Leo!" Mikey called frantically, his voice echoing.
"Mikey, watch your step!" Donnie cautioned, touching his shoulder.
They both turned and saw most of the floor had fallen apart, showing the basement, which was crawling with about a thousand rats, along with Casey, Raph and the girls.
"Whoa, it's rat central!" Mikey gasped.
"Just how many rats does this place have?" Elisa wondered.
"You got me." Cath gasped.
Raph looked up, and saw Leo and the Rat King on a small platform made by the damage, between them and the rats.
"Leo, let's go!" Raph called.
"Leo, come on!" Cath yelled.
Leo turned and put his swords away, then he turned and jumped towards Casey and his siblings, landing at the edge of the edge.
Rat King growled while holding his fist up, when the platform he was on began to wobble, as the four support beams were bent. He jumped off it before it collapsed, diving towards Casey and the Turtles as he did.
"AH!" he growled.
"Look out!" Casey yelled, as Leo turned around.
Donnie and Cath gasped as the Rat King landed on Leo's shell, then began to pull on him.
"Ah!" Leo moaned.
Rat King made Leo stumble back towards the rat pit, then down towards it as Raph came towards them.
"AHH!" Leo yelled.
"Gotcha." Raph said, grabbing Leo's hand. "Leo, hang on!"
Donnie and Mikey grabbed Raph's shoulders, as Cath grabbed Donnie's and Elisa grabbed Mikey's. Rat King growled as Raph struggled to pull Leo up, then Donnie grabbed Leo's other hand. They and the others all pulled Leo up onto the ledge, who then turned and kicked Rat King in the chest, sending him flying towards the rats.
"AHH!" he yelled.
Once he hit the floor, the rats all swarmed over him and began to pull on him, like they were eating him.
"AHHHH!" he screamed, his hand up, before the rats completely covered him up.
"Bleh." Mikey said disgusted, as the others stood up.
"That's horrible." Cath sighed sadly.
Casey and the boys all turned and walked off, as Elisa touched Cath's shoulder.
"Come on. It had to be done, sis." Elisa said. "He was gonna feed us to those rats."
"I know, but I still feel sad for him...even if he fights like Bishop." Cath sighed.
They both turned and followed Casey and their brothers out of the building.
Once outside, they all approached the fence, then Leo jumped over it, followed by Raph, Elisa, Donnie, Cath, and then Mikey. Casey then threw his bag over the fence, then crawled a small gap beneath it, before getting up.
"Ah." he sighed, dusting himself off.
He picked up his bag and walked towards the Turtles.
"Hey, I still got the bandana on." Mikey said happily, as Casey put his bag over his shoulder. "It's been what, like forty-five minutes easy. I am the stealthiest, heavyweight most ninja-esque ninja turtle of all time. Woohoo!"
Raph yanked the bandana off his arm and snapped his arm with it.
"Ow!" Mikey yelped.
"This one doesn't count, due to that Rat King capturing you!" Elisa snarled. "Now come on!"
The Turtles and Casey all walked off away from the fence.
On the other side, three rats squeaked and ran off.
"They fled by now, but I will haunt their nightmares for many days to come." Rat King said.
In the warehouse, the rats in the pit all moved away, showing they hadn't eaten him.
"I am the monster they will never escape." he declared, sitting up. "Everything fears me."
He turned as a rat came towards him, then jumped into his hand.
"Everything except the rats." he said.
He looked around, as the rats all stared at him from all sides, like he truly was their king.
