A/N: Please read and review?

It was night time in Roswell New Mexico, in 1947, as a meteor shot down from the sky over the desert like a shooting star.

Bishop: For more years than I can remember I have stood watch.

A bunch of US army jeeps race across the ground, all with the E.P.F symbol on the hoods.

Preparing for a day I've long known was inevitable.

A bunch of Sherman Tanks follow the jeeps across the desert, then one fires a shell at the sky.

The alien threat is real.

The shell hits an object in the sky.

And the world has suffered at the hand of these invaders.

A Flying Saucer falls from the sky and hits the ground hard, skidding along it, before it crashes into a cliff face.

The world must be prepared, it must always be vigilant.

The jeeps and tanks all race towards the Flying Saucer.

Later, two soldiers drag a grey alien from the spaceship and towards the others. They both then stop, then the alien looks up at a man in the shadows.

And I will make sure it is...

The alien garbles in its own language.

..no matter what the cost.

The man steps out of the shadow, revealing himself to be Bishop, who grins evilly.

In Area 51, in a classified location, which included an airfield, was secret base for the E.P.F.

Inside one of the buildings, a door with the E.P.F symbol on opened up, then Bishop came in, moving along a floor conveyor. He past by several aliens inside orange sphere tubes with water in against one of the walls, which included Utroms and Triceratons. He past by a window, where some of his men were making a large Flying Saucer, then by more sphere tubes with aliens in, including a Grey Alien he'd seen many years ago.

He then approached Stockman, who was working on a hi-tech computer, who turned his head to him. His metal body armour was now more spider-like, as it had four legs, and four small pincers in front, which was doing the typing, and a pincer on each shoulder.

"Agent Bishop, how was Washington?" he asked. "I hear it's lovely this time of year."

"It was...disappointing." Bishop answered. "Status report?"

Stockman turned his whole body to him.

"We're on schedule." he explained. "Normally playing Dr. Frankenstein would be beneath me, but I must admit, you have me intrigued."

They both turned to a sphere tube, which had a aqua like alien in.

"These organic manipulations you've requested are mostly cosmetic." Stockman commented. "Nothing that would further your Super Soldier Program. Why?"

"Your project here has a much different goal, Doctor." Bishop explained, walking forward slightly. "After the fiasco with Oroku Saki's ship, and the escape of T9581, the bureaucrats in DC intend to cut our funding."

He clutched his fists, as the skin on the back of his hand began to move.

"Ah!" he groaned, before turning to Stockman. "Your work will make sure that doesn't happen. Trust me, Dr., soon we'll have unlimited funding, right from the President himself."

He turned and walked off, as Stockman looked speechless.

"The President?" he questioned. "How are you going to manage that?"

Bishop looked at the sphere with the alien in.

"In three weeks, the President will be in New York to address the U.N." Bishop explained. "While he's there, we'll demonstrate the necessity of my work."

Stockman walked towards him.

"The job of the Earth Protection Force is to defend this planet from invasion." Bishop explained.

He pressed a button on a panel, lighting up the sphere.

"But in the absence of a current alien threat, we're going to create one." he explained.

The alien inside the sphere opened up its eyes, showing they were bright red.

In the city, the President was inside a limo, which rode down a street slowly, escorted by a motorcade. It contained two black cars, two Police motorcycles in front of motorcade, and four Federal Agents around the limo, two on each other.

People all along the street cheered and whooped, with some holding signs or waving flags, with more Federal Agents near barriers in the streets. One lowered his hand from his headset radio, when the Turtles shadows jumped from one rooftop to another.

"Huh?" another agent gasped, turning around, but saw nothing.

The Motorcade soon pulled over near the Untied Nations building, then photographers began to take pictures, as cameramen began to film the event.

On a rooftop nearby stood the Turtles, with Donnie looking through an inferred imager on his hi-tech goggles, seeing the President inside his limo.

"Come on, Don, I wanna see." Mikey said.

Donnie moved the imager, before he saw a Federal Agent on a rooftop nearby.

"There's a Secret Service Agent." he said, before moving the imager, spotting another on another rooftop. "And another one. And-"

"My turn." Mikey said, getting in front of him.

The girls turned to each other.

"He should've brought his own." Cath mumbled.

"Touché." Elisa agreed.

Donnie sighed and took off his goggles and handed them to Mikey, who put them on.

"Ooh. Turtle vision." he said, getting up and walking away.

He approached Leo, Raph and the girls, as Cath walked over to Donnie.

"Will you guys knock it off?" Leo asked. "There's Secret Service everywhere. We never should've come here."

"I know what you mean." Cath agreed. "I hate being up here in the daytime. Feel way too exposed as there's no darkness to hide us."

Mikey stopped and turned around, as Elisa rolled her eyes.

"Come on, guys, the President's only in town one day." Donnie said. "This is an important speech. It could determine the future of space exploration for years to come."

"Yeah, and it's at the United Nations." Leo said, as Mikey walked off. "And it's the President of the United States. We might as well just just check into a lab and ask to be dissected."

"Chill, Leo. Just think of this as stealth training." Raph said. "After all, the Secret Service is suppose to be the best of the best."

"At least in this country." Elisa reasoned, turning to them.

"Hmm. Maybe I should be a Secret Service Agent." Raph said.

"Yeah, I hear they're looking for short-green agents." Mikey joked, taking the goggles off, as Cath took them. "They really blend in."

Cath handed Donnie the goggles, as Mikey turned around, before Raph whacked the back of his head.

"Ow!" he yelped, touching his head. "Hey!"

"You so asked for that one." Donnie smirked.

"You sure did, little brother." Cath teased.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, the President of the United States of America!" a man said over a microphone.

A Federal Agent opened up the back door of the limo, then the President got out, who waved to the crowd.

Donnie looked down at the scene through the goggles, while also holding a listening device.

"Look, there he is!" he said.

The President walked and approached a podium.

"Thank you, ladies and gentlemen of the press." he said. "I'd just like to say a few words about today's historic meeting of the United Nations."

A loud noise made everyone look up.

"Huh?" the press people muttered.

"Huh?" the President said, looking up.

The Turtles looked up at the sky.

"Uh..." Mikey muttered nervously.

Everyone saw a large red Flying Saucer appear above the U.N building, like it was turning from invisible to visible. Donnie took off his goggles, as the Flying Saucer fully appeared, showing it had a mouth-shape hole in it.

"Well, I said it would be historic." Donnie gulped.

The Flying Saucer hovered over the U.N building, making a noise as it did.

Down below, the press people all gasped and looked horrified.

"What's going on?" a man gasped.

"What is that?" another said.

"Look!" a woman panicked.

"Uh-oh!" another said.

The President gasped as more Flying Saucers appeared in the sky, all looking smaller and normal.

The Turtles looked shocked as more Flying Saucers kept showing up, until they were over the entire city.

People down in the city panicked.

"AHH!" people screamed.

"What's going on?!" a woman gasped.

"Hey, look, an alien invasion." Raph said sarcastically. "You don't see that everyday. Oh, wait, yeah we do."

"Don, what do you make of this?" Cath asked.

"It looks like...like something out of an old movie." Donnie said. "They're not Triceraton or Federation ships, or even Utrom. They're something new."

"And hopefully friendly." Mikey hoped, pointing at the sky.

"Well, if I had to guess, I'd say that's the mothership." Elisa said, pointing at the large one.

"That's my guess too." Cath agreed.

A loud noise came from the mothership, then the bottom part of it began to power up a laser cannon.

"This can't be happening?!" the President exclaimed.

Two Federal Agents turned to him.

"Mr. President, get back in the vehicle?" one urged.

The other ran around to the driver's seat.

"Go! Go!" he said.

"We're getting you outta here, sir. Now!" the first said, pushing the President into his limo.

"Ah!" the President yelped.

Both Agents got into the limo, then the one driving it started it up.

"Hang on!" he said, hitting the pedal.

The limo backed up and skidded to its left, then raced off down the street.

Small lights then appeared on the mothership, which then shot dozens of small pods down towards the ground, hitting roads and other areas. The driver skidded the limo past two as they hit the ground, then a third nearly hit it.

"Ah!" the President gasped.

The first Agent sat right near him to protect him, as more pods hit the ground, with a few hitting rooftops. One of Stockman's Aliens then rose up from a pod, then one did from each pod, as the President saw from his limo's window. The driver skidded the limo left to avoid a pod, then skidded it left past some cars to avoid some more. It then skidded to a halt as three landed in front of it, then the aliens rose up from them, all holding a Triceraton Blaster, aiming them at the limo.

"Ah!" the President gasped.

"Mr. President, stay down!" the first Agent said, holding his sidearm.

He looked through a window, seeing more Aliens all around, holding either Triceraton or Federation Blasters, then one spoke in a grabbled tongue.

"So much for friendly." Leo said, as the Turtles looked down.

He turned to run off, but Raph grabbed his arm, getting him to turn to him.

"Yo, Leo, where you going?" Raph asked. "Don't you think we need a plan?"

"We take out every alien we see, that's the plan." Leo said.

"This better not be reckless, Leo." Cath thought.

They all turned, and saw Mikey and Elisa jumping off the rooftop.

"Come on!" Donnie said, following them both.

Leo turned and ran towards the edge of the roof, followed by Raph and Cath, then they all jumped off it.

Meanwhile, one of Bishop's vans was parked across the river, with Bishop himself pacing around inside, as several of his men worked on hi-tech computers. He was wearing a black trench coat, which had a hi-tech battle-suit underneath, which included a headset radio. He stopped near the back of the van, which showed a projection of the fake alien invasion.

"What's the status of the President?" he asked.

One of his men turned his chair around to him.

"We stopped his limo, sir." the man explained. "Should we collect?"

Bishop grinned greedily. "Let him squirm a bit." he instructed. "Continue the show."

In the city, four aliens approached the limo, as the driver glared at them. He then revved up the limo and raced it away down the street, as more aliens fired on it. The driver skidded the limo along the road, before he crashed it into a dumpster, knocking the President out cold.

"Ah!" the driver moaned, falling unconscious.

Outside, Mikey, Raph and Elisa gathered around the limo, then Mikey opened the back door and looked at the President.

"Think we can keep him?" Mikey asked, turning to his siblings.

"I don't have time to whack you, Mikey." Raph said, as Donnie and Cath joined.

"And neither do I." Elisa said. "So you're lucky this time, little brother."

"So move!" Raph said.

"Just grab him and let's get outta here!" Donnie said, as Leo jumped down from a rooftop.

"I can check on him once we find a safer area." Cath said. "This isn't the best place."

"Uh, that may be harder than it looks, Don." Mikey said, turning right. "And Cath, you're right about this not being the best place."

His older siblings all turned, and saw a squad of the aliens at the end of the alley. One spoke in its language, then the Turtles all brought out their weapons and got ready to fight.

The aliens all fired their blasters at the Turtles, then Leo began to deflect some of the blasts with his swords, as his younger siblings all jumped away. Mikey, Cath and Donnie all dived over the limo, as Raph and Elisa hid behind the dumpster, then all but Mikey peeked out from their hiding spots.

"Something's not right here." Donnie said.

"What do you mean?" Elisa asked, confused.

"Well, these aliens, they're using Federation..." Donnie explained.

Leo dived down towards two of the aliens, then sliced ones blaster slightly, then spun around and kicked another's up.

"..and Triceraton weapons."

Leo sliced off the end of ones blaster.

"All the more reason to go in!" Raph said. "Come on!"

He jumped onto the dumpster's lid, then jumped onto the limo, then dived towards the battle.

"Raph, be cautious!" Elisa yelled.

Raph tossed one his Sais at an alien, which hit its blaster, as Leo turned to it, while slashing his swords. Raph ran forward, then jumped and dived towards the alien, kicking it away. It hit the ground on its back, then began to inflate like a balloon, before it popped, spreading fluorescent blue residue on the ground.

"Ew." Raph said.

Cath jumped up and kicked her feet against a wall, then dived down towards one as it fired at her. She put her Tonfas in front of her, then hit it in the chest with them both, knocking it down onto its back, before she jumped away from it. It then began to inflate, before it popped, spreading the blue residue along the ground, as she turned around.

"Ah, gross!" she said disgusted.

Donnie spun his Bo around over his head as he ran towards three of them, then knocked ones blaster out of its hands with it.

"Hyah!" he yelled, knocking another's staff away. "Hyah!"

He knocked the third's staff away, then knocked the third down, before knocking the second away. He turned to the third as it began to inflate, before it popped and spread the residue.

"Aww, come on!" Donnie moaned, as the first got knocked into a wall.

It began inflate, before it popped and spread the residue.

Elisa spun her Kamas around as she charged at two of them, then she jumped up and kicked one away with both feet, before she back flipped away. She then dug her right Kama into the other's blaster, before she spun around and kicked it away onto the first. They both then inflated, before they both popped, spreading the residue all over the ground.

"Yuck." Elisa said disgusted. "That is disgusting."

Mikey spun his Nunchucks around as he jumped forward, then landed in front of two of them. He then kicked them both, before a third whacked him in the shell with its arm, knocking him away.

"Oh!" he moaned, hitting the ground on his shell.

The alien roared and tried to pounce on Mikey, but he held it back with his hands.

"Ah!" Mikey said.

The alien roared as it tried to grab Mikey, when Donnie put his Bo between them.

"That's my annoying sibling you're trying to eat there, slimy!" Donnie said, knocking the alien away.

Mikey rolled onto his chest, then got up, just as the alien popped and splattered him with residue.

"Why can't we ever get cute, furry alien invaders?" Mikey complained.

Leo ran towards an alien, which came at him.

"Stay focused!" he said, kicking the alien.

Donnie and Mikey both turned as the alien hit the ground, then it got up and stared at them both. Mikey hit its jaw with his right Nunchuck, then whacked off both its hands with it, before it inflated and popped, splattering the residue all over him and Donnie.

"Uh, he slimed me." Mikey moaned.

Elisa came over to him, covered in the residue herself.

"Hey, we're all getting slimed here, bro!" she said annoyed. "It's not just you!"

In Bishop's van, Bishop was looking at the three Turtles on the screen.

"Ha, you wear it well, guys." Donnie joked weakly.

"You think?" Mikey said annoyed.

"I do." Donnie said, as Bishop turned off the screen.

"Interfering freaks!" he growled, turning around. "Get me Stockman!"

One of his men touched his computer, then a holographic monitor screen of Stockman inside his Area 51 base showed up in front of him.

"How goes your production, Agent Bishop?" Stockman asked. "Are you the next Orson Welles yet?"

"Your aliens are decomposing ahead of schedule, Doctor." Bishop explained. "Explain?!"

(Area 51)

Stockman used his front hands to type on a computer.

"Decomposing? Ahead of schedule?" he questioned.

A monitor screen showed up behind him, showing Leo running down the alley the aliens were in, which he turned to.

"But...that shouldn't be." he said, confused.

"Doctor, time is of the essence." Bishop snarled, getting Stockman's attention.

"Your parameters were to make them follow basic orders and fire weapons. Hand-to-hand fighting wasn't on the list." Stockman realized.

(The van)

Bishop glared at him.

"The psychical battering must be accelerating the breakdown." Stockman deduced.

Bishop growled as the skin on his face crawled.

(Area 51)

"Looks like they're not the only ones whose bodies are breaking down." Stockman joked.

"Another time, Doctor." Bishop huffed.

He cut transmission, turning the screen blank.

(The van)

Bishop growled angrily, before he turned around and walked past his men.

"Ready the Saucer! We're cutting the invasion short!" he said. "Take the Eagle now! If the Turtles get in the way, eliminate them!"

In the alley, all six Turtles stood at what was left of the aliens they'd destroyed, all covered in the residue.

"Well, one thing's for sure, they don't make aliens like they used too." Raph said.

"Can I freak out now?" Mikey asked, as Donnie put his Bo away.

"Don, what is going on here?" Leo asked.

"Yeah, do you have an idea, bro?" Elisa asked.

They put their weapons away, as Donnie took a test tube out of his bag.

"Hang on." he said, crouching down. "Let me get a sample of..."

He began to put part of the residue on the ground into the test tube, when a transmitter device rose up from it.

"Huh?" he muttered.

He picked it up as his siblings all looked at it, then he held it up.

"What on Earth?" he said. "I think this is a transmitter."

"Well, what's it doing inside an alien?" Cath questioned.

"I-" Donnie said.

A roaring engine noise made them all turn to the end of the alley, as a US army truck and a US army jeep both raced down the street. They both then pulled over, then the soldiers inside both vehicles got out.

"Alright, fan out!" a Sgt. said. "Secure the area! Move it! Move it!"

A Humvee pulled up near the truck, then more soldiers got out of it.

"You heard the man!" a Cpl. said, as three ran down the alley, but saw no sign of the Turtles. "Go! Go! Go!"

More soldiers joined the first three, but they saw no sign of the Turtles.

That was because they were all climbing up a wall on suction cups.

"Oh, this is nuts." Raph mumbled.

The soldiers all looked around the alley carefully, but only saw the residue.

"All clear." one reported.

Donnie looked down at the scene.

"What about the President?" he said. "He's still out cold in the back of the limo."

"Hey, the army has him now." Mikey said. "They can take care of him, right?"

"As long as no more of those aliens show up, they should do alright." Cath reasoned.

A noise made the three younger Turtles look up, followed by the elder three above them, then the soldiers, all seeing the mothership moving down towards them. The center of it opened up slightly, sending a tractor beam down at the President's limo.

"What the?" a soldier gasped.

"Whoa!" another yelped, diving away.

The tractor beam began to pull the President's limo and the nearby dumpster up towards the mothership.

"Ah!" the President yelped, wobbling inside his limo.

A hatch opened beneath the mothership, then the limo and dumpster both got sucked into the mothership, before the hatch closed.

The Turtles all looked up from the rooftop, as the mothership began to fly off.

"This is bad." Donnie gulped.

"What was your first clue?" Raph asked sarcastically. "Aliens abducting the President?"

The mothership closed its center up, stopping the tractor beam, then it flew off towards the sky.

"Something doesn't feel right." Cath said.

"What do you mean?" Mikey asked. "This is an alien invasion?!"

"You think so?" Cath questioned. "Then why aren't the rest of the spaceships moving?"

Elisa looked up and saw her sister's point.

"You've got a point there, sis." she admitted. "The others are all just standing still."

"Don, why don't you check with the goggles." Cath suggested.

Donnie took his goggles out of his bag, then put them on, and saw the other Flying Saucers were all just illusions.

"Guys, I think Cath is right, 'cause these readings are really weird." Donnie said.

He pressed the side of his goggles, going through the settings.

"When I shift though the electromagnetic spectrum, it reveals that all those spaceships aren't real." he explained.

His siblings turned to him.

"The ships...they're fake." Donnie said, taking his goggles off. "Illusions."

"I knew something weird was going on, the way they weren't moving." Cath said.

"But, um, what just took the President then?" Mikey asked confused.

Raph took the goggles and put them on, seeing Donnie's point.

"Well, that one's real." Donnie explained, pointing at the mothership. "But the others aren't."

He began to go through his bag as Cath crouched down near him.

"Someone is trying to make everyone think there's an invasion going on." Donnie said. "Fake aliens, fake ships."

He pulled out the transmitter from his bag, along with his tech-tab, then he began hooking them together.

Leo approached him, then turned to Mikey, who shrugged, as Elisa folded her arms.

"Don, what are you doing?" Mikey asked. "We have to go. The President!"

"Cath, what's he doing?" Elisa asked.

"Trying to connect the transmitter to this tech-tab." Cath explained. "Why through, I'm not sure. Care to explain, Don?"

"I knew it. Someone's sending a signal to this thing." Donnie said, getting up. "Someone was controlling those aliens."

"Who in their right mind would do something like this?" Elisa wondered.

"I can think of only one person." Cath said. "And you're not gonna like it."

"Don, can you track the signal?" Leo asked.

Donnie looked at his tech-tab, which showed a blip moving along it.

"Already done. We follow this signal, we find who's behind this." Donnie said.

"Oh, I hate this techno crud!" Raph grumbled, taking the goggles off. "Just show me what to hit!"

"You'll get your chance, bro." Elisa assured. "Whoever this guy is, he's not gonna get away with it!"

Meanwhile, Bishop was still inside his van, which was now racing down a street.

"Hallow imaging systems at 100%." a man explained, as a satellite dish moved on the roof. "Saucer control is tracking perfectly."

He turned to Bishop.

"The President is on board and I've changed the course to the rendezvous coordinates." he explained.

"Excellent." Bishop grinned.

The driver of the van kept racing it down the street.

Nearby, the Turtles all ran along the rooftops while chasing after it.

"There's our target." Donnie said, as they jumped onto another rooftop. "Anything look familiar to anyone?"

"Oh, yeah. That's one of those wacko Bishop's vehicles." Raph said, as they jumped onto another rooftop.

"I had a feeling he was involved in this." Cath said, as they jumped onto another rooftop. "I wonder why though?"

"You got me." Elisa said. "I thought he hated aliens."

"Here we go!" Donnie said, as they jumped onto another rooftop.

The Turtles all jumped off the rooftop and landed on top of the van. Raph then bent down over the driver's window.

"Eat feet!" he said, kicking the driver, knocking him out.

The van began to serve around along the road, and smashed into a pile of crates.

(Inside)

Bishop gasped as he looked around.

"Huh?" he said, before pressing a button on his headset radio. "Driver? Driver, report."

The door to the front of the van opened up as Bishop approached it, just as Raph darted into the control room.

"YOU!" Raph yelled, pouncing on Bishop.

Bishop hit the floor on his back, as his men all got up, then one brought out a blaster.

"No, don't shoot!" Bishop said, grappling with Raph. "You'll hurt the equipment!"

Leo came in and sliced the blaster in half.

"Ah!" the man gasped, turning left.

Leo spun around and kicked him away.

Another then came at Leo to punch him, when Elisa came in and kicked his chest, knocking him away.

(Outside)

The younger Turtles were all still on the roof of the van.

"Here's our transmitter." Donnie said, who was crouched by the satellite. "Hmm? Now how to shut it down?"

"Your the tech-wiz." Cath said. "It's your decision."

"Well, I suggest a four wood." Mikey said.

Donnie got up and brought out his Bo, then whacked the satellite off the van like a golf ball.

"Well, that works too, I guess." Cath shrugged.

All over the city, the fake alien Flying Saucers all vanished, until only the mothership remained.

"Nice one, Donnie." Mikey remarked.

(Inside)

As Raph and Bishop kept wrestling each other, a man ran towards both Leo and Elisa. Leo then kicked another away, as Bishop threw Raph away, then Elisa banged another with her shoulder, knocking him back.

"Uh!" he moaned.

Bishop got up and ran towards Raph, who'd landed on his feet, as Leo dodged a punch from a man, then got behind him and jumped on him. He hit the floor on his chest, then Leo back flipped away as another tried to pounce on him, making him land on the first. Elisa dodged as one tried to punch her, before she got behind it and kicked it in the back, knocking it onto the first two. One came at Leo and tried to punch him, but missed as he dodged and kicked him in the back, knocking him away.

Both Turtles turned to the last man, as the power inside the van went out. Leo dared him to come with his finger, as Elisa smirked, but the man panicked and ran towards the back door. He pressed a button and opened it up, then jumped out of the van.

"What is this?" Bishop demanded.

"Attention, people of the Planet Earth!" Mikey called.

Bishop and the three elder Turtles turned to the back door, as Mikey came hanging down from the top of it, with Cath and Donnie standing on either side.

"The alien menace has ended. We took out the satellite, and poof, no more alien ships." Mikey explained.

"You did what?!" Bishop growled.

He pushed past Raph as he approached the younger Turtles, knocking Mikey and Cath aside as he jumped out of the truck.

"Ooh!" they moaned, hitting the ground.

Bishop looked around, and saw the sky was clear.

"NO! NOOOO!" he cried.

Mikey and Cath got up, as Elisa got out of the van, with Leo and Raph standing in the doorway.

"The saucer was remote controlled via satellite, you fool!" Bishop scowled, turning around.

The Turtles turned, and saw he was right, as the mothership was shooting down towards them.

"Uh, guys, he's not kidding!" Cath gulped.

"Nice one, Einstein!" Raph scoffed annoyed, glaring at Donnie.

He and Leo jumped out of the van, then all six Turtles and Bishop looked up at the mothership, as it kept shooting down towards them. Bishop turned and ran left, while the Turtles all turned and ran right, before they approached the edge of the river.

"Any ideas?" Raph asked.

"Just one. Jump!" Donnie yelled, diving into the river.

"You heard him!" Cath said. "Dive!"

She jumped and dived after her closet brother, then her other siblings all followed.

The mothership kept shooting down towards the ground, as Bishop revved up his van, then moved it back. He then raced it away from the scene, just as the mothership crashed into a building nearby, creating a smokescreen.

In the river, the six Turtles all rose up from it, then looked at the mothership.

"Yeah. That might've been a mistake." Donnie admitted.

"You think?" Raph said sarcastically.

"You didn't know at the time, bro." Cath reasoned. "It's not your fault."

They all swam towards the edge of the river.

A little later, they were on the side of the mothership, then Leo and Raph put one of their swords/Sais in the doorway, and pried it open.

"I vote Don goes in first." Raph said.

"Since it's his fault it crashed?" Elisa inquired.

"Yeah." Raph grinned.

"You better do it, Donnie." Cath said.

Donnie sighed, then walked into the mothership, then his siblings all followed.

"I've never seen anything like this before." Donnie said, as they walked down a hallway. "It's not a warship, not like the Triceraton or Federation ships. Man, Bishop is full of surprises."

They all walked into a room, but then Donnie stopped in front of one of the aliens.

"AH!" he yelped.

His siblings all came in, and saw aliens all over the room, but they weren't moving.

"Um...why aren't the slime brothers moving?" Mikey asked.

"Maybe their on a union break or something?" Raph suggested.

"Don, what do you think?" Cath asked, turning to him.

"I think when the satellite dish went down, they just didn't have any instructions." Donnie deduced. "Kinda like robots."

"Very astute, Donatello." came Bishop's voice.

The Turtles all turned and saw him walking in in his battle suit.

"Why, Bishop?!" Leo demanded. "All these games, for what?!"

"For the good of all mankind." Bishop smirked.

"By staging a fake alien invasion?" Cath scoffed. "You're insane, Bishop! Why would you do something like this?!"

"Well, haven't you heard? I'm making the world a safer place." Bishop smirked, before he walked off. "And on that note, I have to save the President."

He turned to the Turtles.

"Are you whacked that in the head?" Raph asked, pointing at his head. "The only place you're going is painville!"

"I don't think so." Bishop scoffed, now holding a remote. "My sleeping pets are all rested, and in need of a few playmates."

He pressed a button on the remote, then the aliens all began to come to life.

"Play nice, boys." Bishop said, running off. "I've got a job to do!"

The aliens growled as the Turtles took out their weapons.

"It's slime time again." Mikey said.

An alien began to pounce towards Raph, but Leo jumped up and kicked it away.

"Raph, you, Cath and Don go after Bishop." Leo said. "I'll bet he'll lead us right to the President. Mikey, Ellie and I will catch up."

Donnie dodged and ran past an alien as it tried to grab him, then he, Raph and Cath all jumped past one and ran off, as Leo, Elisa and Mikey held back one each with their weapons.

"Wait a minute." Mikey said, as Donnie, Cath and Raph all ran down a hallway. "They get to leave, but I have to stay and fight aliens that pop up like giant zits?!"

He, Leo and Elisa all backed away towards each other.

"Leo, right now I think your plan stinks!" Mikey said.

"Oh, just shut up and fight!" Elisa snapped. "The others are gone now anyway!"

In the hallway, Bishop walked down it slowly, then raised up his right wrist, which had a communication device on.

"Bishop to Omega Squadron, rendezvous in ten in the probe room for extraction. Confirm, Omega." he said.

"Hi-yah!" Donnie yelled.

Bishop turned as Donnie grabbed him and banged him against a wall. Bishop then grabbed his arm, then spun around and banged Donnie into the wall, then into the other wall.

"Oh!" Donnie moaned.

Bishop then pulled Donnie over his shoulder, and slammed him into the floor.

"You're a fascinating specimen, but nothing can be allowed to threaten my work." Bishop said, raising his left arm up.

Cath came over and pounced on him, knocking him away slightly.

"And what kind of work is that?!" she snarled. "Just what is your game here, Bishop!"

"That's none of your business, Catharina!" Bishop snarled, grabbing her arm.

She tried to punch him with her other arm, but missed as he dodged, before he spun around and elbowed her belly, knocking her back.

"Oh!" she moaned.

Bishop then kicked her in the chest, knocking her onto Donnie.

"AH!" they moaned.

They both looked at Bishop, as a machinery attached to his suit rose up on his forearm, showing multiple blasters like a Gatling gun. Just as he fired them however, Raph jumped onto Bishop from behind, making him miss, as Donnie and Cath both got up. They both jumped away as Raph made Bishop turn around, who kept on firing, putting holes in the wall.

"AH!" Bishop growled, as Raph got off of him.

He turned to Raph, then they both grappled with each other, as Donnie and Cath both stared at them. Bishop kept firing, making the bullets hit the ceiling, as Donnie and Cath brought out their weapons and charged at him, as the mothership began to shake. Bishop then knocked Raph down, making Donnie and Cath back away. Bishop then charged at them, but then Cath dodged past him and kicked him in the back, as Donnie whacked him with his Bo, knocking him away.

"Ah!" he yelped, before he went down a tube shaft. "AHHH!"

"Come on, we have to find the President." Donnie said.

"I hope he's okay, and that Bishop hasn't done anything to him." Cath said.

"Wait, I wanna hear him hit bottom." Raph said.

"Go! GO!" Mikey yelled.

Raph, Cath and Donnie all turned to the hallway, seeing their three siblings all running towards them, covered in the residue. An alien came up behind Leo, who grabbed its hand and pulled it over his shoulder, then sat on it, before it inflated.

"AH!" Leo gasped.

The alien popped and spread residue all over the hallway, then Leo ran down it.

"What the shell are you guys doing?" Raph asked, as Mikey ran past him, Donnie and Cath.

Elisa ran past them, before she stopped and turned to Raph, as Leo ran past him, Donnie and Cath, who both turned and followed him.

"See for yourself, Raph!" Elisa said, pointing down the hallway.

Raph turned and saw about 10 aliens coming towards him and Elisa, some crawling along the walls like spiders.

"There's too many of them!" Elisa said.

"Well, bring it on!" Raph said, bringing out his Sais.

"Raph, Ellie, come on!" Leo yelled.

"Oh, but I like it when they go pop!" Raph complained, turning around.

"Just move it, Raph!" Elisa yelled, as she turned and ran off. "We haven't got time!"

Raph reluctantly chased after her.

Inside the probe room, the President lay strapped down on a dissection table, as he woke up.

"Uh!" he moaned. "Ah!"

He saw a light shining over him, along with medical tools on mechanical arms. He turned as some of the aliens approached him, then grabbed a tool.

"Ah!" the President yelped.

The alien growled, as another grabbed another tool and growled, then a third grabbed a tool.

"NOOOO! What do you want?!" the President panicked. "Say something?!"

A banging noise comes from the nearby door.

"NO!" came Mikey's voice.

The President closed his eyes as the door kept getting banged on, then he opened his eyes to look at it. It kept getting banged on, before it got knocked down, showing Mikey falling onto more residue on his chest, as they'd been two aliens outside with him.

"Ah!" he moaned.

He pulled himself up and chuckled nervously slightly, as the President stared at him.

"Uh...Hi." Mikey said.

He got to his feet as his siblings all came up behind him, all covered in residue, as they'd had to fight aliens on their way over.

"We are so busted." Mikey gulped.

"We'll worry about that later." Leo said quietly. "Right now, we have to get him outta here."

He began to approach the President.

"No! NO!" the President said. "Stay away!"

Leo raised his sword up, like he was about to cut open the President.

"Leo, put your sword away!" Cath hissed quietly. "You're making him more frightened!"

The other bang was then knocked open by explosions, then Bishop and a squad of his men stepped in, all holding blasters.

"Agent Bishop, help me!" the President said. "Those...those aliens!"

"Uh...I sure hope he isn't talking about us." Mikey gulped.

"I think he means us and them!" Elisa argued.

"We're here to save you, sir." Bishop said. "Open fire!"

He and his men fired at the aliens, splattering them into residue, then they fired on the Turtles.

"Ah!" they yelped, diving forward.

Leo, Mikey and Cath all hid behind the dissection table, while Raph, Elisa and Donnie all behind behind another one.

"This is messed up." Raph said. "We can't let Bishop take the President, can we?"

"If Bishop wanted to hurt him, he'd have done it already." Donnie reasoned.

"Then why would he do all this?" Cath questioned, confused.

"I have no idea." Donnie said.

"There's more going on than we know." Leo said. "Come on, we have to get outta here."

The Turtles all got up and ran off towards the door on their side of the room, then down the hallway. Bishop and his men all stopped firing, then Bishop approached the President.

"I owe you my life, Agent Bishop." the President said. "Whatever your project needs; money, men, whatever it is, say the word."

Bishop unstrapped him from the table and smiled, please that his plan had worked.

"Come along, sir." he said.

The President got up, then they both turned and walked off.

"You can count on me." Bishop assured.

The next day, the Turtles were all in the lair, watching a news report, which had the President giving a speech. Donnie sat in the chair near the TVs, while Mikey, Raph and Elisa all sat on the couch, with Leo and Cath standing near it.

"More details are coming in from the alien invasion." a Newsman said. "The President is safely back in Washington."

Donnie crawled towards the TV showing the news report, seeing the President behind a podium, with several Federal Agents, and Bishop.

"He spoke to the country from the White House this morning, pledging to renew funding for the Earth Defence Force." the Newsman explained, as Bishop nodded, like he knew the Turtles were watching.

"Money? This was all about money." Donnie said.

"I wonder what Bishop needed it for?" Cath said.

"Probably to create more stuff to hunt us down with." Raph answered.

"He must've been desperate to stage that fake alien invasion then." Elisa deduced.

"I would like to thank the Earth Defence Force for rescuing me from the invaders." the President said.

The screen showed a artist's rendering conception of the Turtles, all with fanged teeth, red masks and eyes, and a evil smirk.

"And I have their assurance that the invaders will be hunted down."

"Huh?" the Turtles gasped, looking at the rendering.

"We are in so much trouble." Cath gulped.

"The alien threat is very real." the President said.

(Topside)

The streets were filled with residue from the aliens the Turtles had destroyed, as a sweeper truck moved down the street to clean it up.

"And I'm told we are only beginning to learn just how dangerous these creatures can be." the President said. "But we can all rest easier knowing the Earth Defence Force will continue their fine, fine work."

As the truck kept sweeping the street, a small part of the residue went down into the sewer from a grate cover, not knowing what it could do.
