Meanwhile Yumichika and Ichigo were having a heated conversation.
Yumichika: Its time Ichigo,can't you see?Everyone's hurting because of you! Squad 14 is not happy at all! I am not happy,no one around here is!(calmly)See,when Uryuu stepped his foot here a week ago I thought everything will take a swift turn for the better. Everyone was smiling and chatting which hasn't happened for three months and I was right, things are better than when we had no lieutenant. Everyone loves Uryuu and he's doing well with everyone, we're improving.
Then the room was full of silence before Yumichika burst in anger
Yumichika: And then here you are trying to ruin everything! What if Uryuu leaves us after this huh?What then?You'll just sit your lazy ass here and feel sorry for yourself?! Ichigo don't you get it,everyone in this squad loves you dearly. When you feel bad, we feel bad too. Please just please,give Uryuu a chance for once. Try and get to know him,who knows maybe you'll find the good in him.
When Ichigo said nothing Yumichika stood up and left leaving a thoughtful Ichigo. Unbeknownst to them said person was just outside listening to their whole conversation.
Uryuu: (thinking) Ichigo...
Yumichika walked into his office and sat at at his desk when he spotted Grimmjaw laying on the floor.
Grimmjaw:Yo Yumi, how'd go?
Yumichika: Dunno. Bastard gave me the silent treatment, I was doin' all the talkin',not that it bothered me.
Grimmjaw:(laughs)Told ya. Her should have let me beat that sense into 'im and handled the fukutaicho.
Yumichika: (mockingly) Ya didn't kill the 'fukutaicho' did ya?
Grimmjaw: (grins)Nah though I did try 'n' threaten 'im 'bout that, guess what the lil' fucker say?
Yumichika: What?
Grimmjaw: Some bullshit 'bout a reason why he's 2nd seat and Ima 3rd seat.
Yumichika: (laughs)Yep,you aren't 2nd seat cuz Ichi doesn't want yer crazy ass near 'im cuz you'll be wanting to kick his ass every second he wipes yours.
Grimmjaw: And you'ren't 2nd seat cuz ya annoy the hell outta him like yer do me.
Yumichika glared at him.
Grimmjaw: (smirks)All Ima saying is we're both really strong and we're capable to be lieutenants so maybe.

Grimmjaw: No?C'mon ya don't even know what Ima say!
Yumichika: I know what yer goin' to say. Ya gonna say some stupid shit like we need to teach 'im a lesson not to underestimate our strength.
Grimmjaw: Ya know me well.
Yumichika: (sigh)Two against one is unfair.
Grimmjaw: Ya can watch...to embarrass 'im.
Yumichika: Grimmjaw I really like that guy so I don't wanna be in his bad books. If you wanna do something do it on your own,don't drag ma ass into it.
