-Next morning Uryuu yawned as he sat on his desk,tiredly getting ready to start his paperwork
Uryuu:Konnichiwa,Kurosaki-taicho.
Ichigo:Yo,um...(shyly)ya can call meh Ichigo.
Uryuu: (rolls his eyes)Yeah right...what are people going to say if I walk around calling my Captain by his first name? I may not look like it demo I'd like to protect your image(smirks)...dork.
Ichigo: (annoyed)Protecting my image now,are we?
Uryuu snorted as Ichigo gritted his eyes in frustration. Not even two minutes with this guy in one room and he already wants to strangle the hell outta him.
Ichigo: OK,you can call me Captain or Kurasaki-san.
Uryuu: (evil smirk)Oh Kurosaki is just fine,no honorifics sir. And you can call me Ishida.
Ichigo: But Yumichika calls you by your first name!
Uryuu: Yumichika is a friend... you on the other hand are not my friend.
Ichigo: (sarcastically) Yeah,rub it on ma face.
Rolling his eyes Ichigo went back to work as Uryuu released a smile laugh then there was silence,Ichigo took deep breaths and tried again.
Ichigo: I know we began on the wrong foot but I'd like to fix that...
Uryuu: Is that an apology I'm sensing coming my way?
Ichigo: Geez yer annoying.
Uryuu: Ouch,you are forgiven
Ichigo: (frustrated) Look Ima sorry k?I shouldn't have spoke to ya like that. You were triyin' to be nice and I threw it on your face...because of my insecurities. Ya know ever since yer walked through those those doors I never showed my strength as a leader to yer, Ima willing to correct that now. If ya let me Ishida Uryuu.
Uryuu looked at Ichigo thinking for awhile before giving a smile that took Ichigo's breath away.
Uryuu: Heh,nice to meet the real you...Kurosaki.
Ichigo: Will ya be nice to meh now?
Uryuu: (glares)Don't push it you idiot.
Ichigo: Bastard.
Uryuu: Imbecile...
Ichigo:Smartass...
Uryuu: Dumbass...
Ichigo: You always get the last word don'tcha?
Uryuu: No.
Ichigo: I see...
Uryuu: That's a first, at least there are some things you understand.
Ichigo:(groans) So much for getting the last word

Ichigo rolled his eyes and went to work realising that for the first time in three months...he felt relieved.
