Yumichika ran as fast as he could,heading to Ichigo's office.

Yumichika:(sweating)Goddamnit!...Please be ok Grimmjaw you fool. You better not die over there,just...hold them down and be careful until I come back with help!

Turning another corner he saw the door to his destination and burst it open finding it hard to breath after running so fast. A bored Ichigo looked up from his paperwork but suddenly panicked when he saw Yumichika's face.

Ichigo: (worried)Yumi-...?

Yumichika: It's Grimmjaw!

The sentence didn't even have to be finished as Ichigo nodded and disappeared after Yumichika. Uryuu stood up,calmly following them.

Uryuu:I guess they forgot I was there. But it's boring so I'm going to check what that goofball got himself into.

Grimmjaw grit his teeth as a group of menos grande surrounded him. Hell he was tired and in pain, his body was filled with scars from these ugly things. Wiping sweat with his sleeve he wondered where the hell that freak Yumichika was and annoyed at himself because he couldn't handle this thing himself. The beasts attacked at the same time...

Grimmjaw: (thinking) Damnit...It seems I have no choice, I have to use my Resurrection!

Just then blames surrounded the beast and Yumichika appeared next to Grimmjaw using shunpo to get them in a safe distance away from Ichigo and the hollows as they let out a piercing scream.

Yumichika: And you were supposed to be their king,Vasto lorde.

Grimmjaw: (grits his teeth) Shut up.

Uryuu arrived just in time and his behind a building,observing the Ichigo. Ichigo's flames were uncontrollable as they burned the hollows, he watched intently as they disappeared to thin air and then...Uryuu felt a powerful presence behind him,slowly very slowly he turned back and so a ridiculously huge hollows behind him drooling. Forgetting he was hiding he shunpoed away.

Grimmjaw: Is that?

Ichigo: That fool!

Just as Uryuu drew his zanpakuto he noticed that the hollow was behind him

Uryuu: (thinking) It's fast!

Yumichika tried to run and help him when Ichigo stopped him.

Yumichika: (surprised) Ichigo, what are you doing?

Ichigo: It's time to see if Ishida deserves the title of fukutaicho,after all a single hollow shouldn't be a problem for him right?

Yumichika still looked worried.

Ichigo: Listen,if it goes too far I'll step in and help him k?

Yumichika gave a nervous smile and nodded,he trusted Ichigo. Their focus went back to Uryuu as he dodged another attack from the hollow.

Uryuu: (thinking) Damn thing is strong!

The hollow was so fast to the fact that when Uryuu used shunpo he found it in the spot he was supposed to step in.

Uryuu: (thinking) So you want me to play the bad guy card?...Fine!Now I'm the bad guy...

A blue light appeared under Uryuu's feet,now he was way faster than before giving him the upper hand. Getting a good distance between the hollow and himself he raised his arm,a strange bracelet shining as a bow formed in his hand and then a blue arrow was shot directly into the monster's head before it disappeared and Uryuu bowed in apology.

Uryuu: Gomenasai.

Fixing his glasses the archer turned back to find three shocked faces,he cursed under his breath as he noticed that he had forgotten about them,now he was in trouble.

Grimmjaw: That definitely wasn't shunpo.

Yumichika: And I'm sure the bow and arrow wasn't part of your zanpakuto because it is on your hip...sheathed.

Ichigo: Ishida. The following question requires a yes or a no. Are you by any chance something we call a Quincy?

Uryuu: Um...yes. Are you going to kill me now?

Everyone looked at him as if he had two heads.

Grimmjaw: Aren't those,I mean the quinces dead?

Uryuu: Um,yeah I'm the last one.

Ichigo: How?

Uryuu: (annoyed) What kind of a question is that? Look just kill me if you think you can but I'll tell you this...I'm not going down without a fight.

Drawing his sword,Uryuu muttered

Uryuu: Everything Will Freeze,Rule Kōri no jōo!

And then it happened, everything in the seretei got frozen,the sun disappeared replaced by grey clouds, Uryuu's hair turned white,his skin more pale and her zanpakuto became sharper and more shiny,his shihakunsho was snow white and it was so cold,colder than Hitsugaya-taicho's bankai. The three boys were paralyzed with shock as they stared at Uryuu.

Uryuu: Well?

Grimmjaw:Are you a Quincy or a Shinigami?

Uryuu just smiled revealing a pair of perfect white teeth.

Uryuu: Wouldn't you like to know?(cocks his eyebrow) What? Are you scared?(scoffs)And this isn't my bankai yet.

Ichigo: Ishida,sheath your zanpakuto right at this moment. We weren't going to attack or judge you. We were just shocked is all.

Uryuu: Why should I believe you?

Staring at the cold eyes behind thick frames,Ichigo's eyes softened as he finally understood.

Ichigo:(softly)I wondered why they sent you to squad 14. I mean...you looked normal except when you opened your mouth of course but now I get it.

Uryuu slightly lowered his zanpakuto at Ichigo's soft tone.

Uryuu: What are you on about?

Ichigo: Squad 14 is a squad that was specialized for hybrid shinigami. It is known to be the strongest squad in the seretei. Everyone you see in squad 14 is not a normal shinigami including myself.

Uryuu: W-what?You mean...there are people like me?

Ichigo: Well not exactly, I never dealt with a Quincy before. For sure no one knows since you're still alive as you know Quincy and Shinigami don't get along. We won't kill actually... I'm honoured to meet you.

Uryuu: So you won't try to kill or hurt me?

Ichigo: No and I promise to protect you as long as you lay your trust in me.

Uryuu: Trust?Don't get ahead of yourself Kurosaki.

Suddenly everything went back to normal, it got warmer too. Ichigo smiled.

Uryuu: But I'll pretend I trust you,for now.

Ichigo: Thats enough,for now.

Both men smiled at each other as they shook hands.

Grimmjaw: Things just got interesting.

Yumichika: I love my squad.

Just then all 13 Captains were in front of them.

Shinji:Yo,Ichigo.

Ichigo: Shinji?

Kyoraku:We sensed an unfamiliar reiatsu before it got cold,what's going on?

Ichigo: Oh um...I have anew lieutenant. Meet Ishida Uryuu,we were just...testing his um...abilities.

Kenpachi:Cool bankai kid,wanna spar?

Uryuu just smirked when Yumichika, Grimmjaw and Ichigo looked at him with horror.

Ichigo: Um...some other time Kenpachi. Ishida and I have some things to do right this moment. See ya!

The four men disappeared with shunpo leaving the confused Captains.

Gin:Yup,still a jerk.

Kenpachi: Can't the fukutaicho speak for himself?

Turning away the Captains left leaving one taicho who was staring into the empty space where Uryuu stood seconds ago.

Toshiro:(thinking) Impossible. No,it can't be...

The short Captain looked towards the sky thinking

Toshiro:Ishida Ryuuken-taicho...
