After that the two had talked. They talked about a lot of things,what they liked and hated,their pasts,childhood, the weather,squad 14,how Nozomi loathed Senna and knowing she wasn't the only one and most of all they had talked about Ichigo. Nozomi had yawned of tiredness and Uryuu chose that time to let her rest. Smiling he closed the door only to meet Ichigo leaning just right outside the door,he was looking at him with something he couldn't put his finger on...hunger perhaps and that made his heart skip a beat and his smile dropped, Ichigo frowned at this.

Uryuu:Kurosaki.

Ichigo: Take a walk with me.

Uryuu:You could just ask you know?

Uryuu saw something in Ichigo's eyes flicker before sighing.

Ichigo: Please?

Uryuu: Ok.

And then they began walking, Ichigo had insisted that they go on their spirit forms,without gigais. The two explored the streets,shops where Uryuu had manipulated Ichigo into by him ice cream, a large pizza and ice coffee. Uryuu had licked his ice cream messily drawing something Ichigo couldn't explain while he tried to look unimpressed. They had settled on the grass by the park and began sharing the pizza and tea.

Ichigo: How come you eat that much and yet you have such a slender body?

Ichigo had asked in shock making Uryuu burst in laughter. He liked it,it was so magical he felt as if his heart would stop at any given time without noticing he found himself laughing lightly with him.

Uryuu: So to what do I owe this pleasure?

Ichigo's frown returned, straight to business as always huh?

Ichigo: Why do you always do that?

Uryuu: What?

Ichigo: I mean...when you're with anyone else who's not me,you become politely spoken, kind and always smiling as if you're truly happy. And then when you're with me...(sadly) you're sharp tounged and rude as hell, always finding a way to annoy the hell out of me and we always and up fighting.

Ichigo took his eyes off Uryuu and stared at the sky. Feeling his heart dropped he whispered.

Ichigo: I don't like that. Ishida I hate it. You're never that nice to me. It's like I did something to you.

Uryuu frowned at him as he took this in.

Uryuu: Kurosaki...don't be pathetic. You want me to be nice to you and have you going all soft?

Ichigo: I...I don't get how you being rude to me solves any of that.

Uryuu: Trust me Kurosaki, it does. Look,when I first joined squad 14 and tried to be nice to you, you buried yourself deeper into your sorrow and sulked like an idiot. But then that day I spilt tea over you and we argued I realised something. For the first time you actually were aware of what was going on around you,you acknowledged me not as Senna but as your new fukutaicho. It's the first time you shown anything that resembled emotion to me and that's what I wanted! That's when I realised that you weren't a person for gentle,sweet love and that tough,rough love worked on you instead and I was right. The more our fights got intense was the more reaction I got outta you. Look where we are now. (frowns)But now I'm confused, what exactly do you want from me Ichigo?

Ichigo stared at Uryuu as if he was crazy and to be honest Uryuu felt stupid.

Ichigo: Tough love huh? I don't mind that Ishida demo it would be nice if you added a lil' bit of gentle love y'know? Once in awhile.

Uryuu: (smiles)You really are a baby you know that?

Ichigo grinned stupidly which made Uryuu's heart flutter again. Then both leaned in slowly and shared a short but sweet kiss.

Uryuu: Um...

Ichigo: We should probably head back.

Uryuu: Yeah.We should.

They stood up,avoiding each other's eyes and began their walk to Urahara's. At Uryuu's room...

Uryuu: So um...goodnight.

Ichigo: Yeah,I probably won't be able to sleep tonight.

Uryuu: Would it be better if I invited you in?

Ichigo looked at Uryuu in surprise before nodding quietly. They went in and that was the biggest mistake they made.
