Sitting in the classroom after lunch, Asahi looked spaced out as he stared at the prompt in front of him.

Perk Gained due to 200 DEX

[Feather Foot]

Faster than the eyes can see.

Increases movement and attack speed by 100%.

After he had gotten home the previous day, Che had immediately flung himself into the dungeon. Unlike the rest of class 1A, he knew what was coming, a Nomu.

There was no guarantee that things were going to be that same. There was no guarantee that All Might would make it in time.

To increase his chances of survival, there was no time to waste. Fortunately, the goblin dungeon had much stronger opponents than the previous one. They actually used weapons and were a decent threat when their numbers were great.

With the strength of his opponents growing, his leveling speed rose once again from the low point it was halted. He gained a few levels in the hours that he spent before he had to leave the dungeon to work on [Alchemy].

As much as he wanted to spend the entire night leveling up, he also wanted to max out [Alchemy] and pick up another production skill.

The numerous stat crystals that he found in the dungeon were really helping to shape up his stats. Not more than five minutes ago, he found himself allocating a few stat points where he saw fit.

Seeing Dex close to 200, he couldn't help but quickly raise it. What he didn't expect was to gain a perk from it.

He didn't gain a perk when his stats reach 50, 100 or 150 so why 200?

The realization that the perk put him at the mathematical equivalent of basically 400 Dex was sudden and shocking, hence the absentmindedness that he currently displayed.

He was tempted to splurge his remaining points and take another stat to 200 but he squashed that urge, remembering what would occur in a few days.

He didn't know how fast he was compared to All Might but he could confidently say that he would easily leave Iida in the dust.

"I am..." his attention was drawn by the loud over exaggerated voice that came from outside the class.

"...coming through the door like a normal person!" All Might announced as he made his entrance into the classroom, putting the students in awe at the large man's presence.

"It's All Might!"

"Wow, he really is a teacher!"

"That's a costume from the silver age, isn't it?"

Asahi could only stare blankly at the looks of awe they were giving the man. 'Give me a year and I'll wipe the floor with four of him.' He thought dryly.

It might have been arrogant to think that but anyone who knew the potential of the gamer system knew otherwise. Depending on their work ethic, one could surpass All Might with just a little bit of time.

"I teach Hero Basic Training! It is a subject where you train in different ways to learn the basics of being a hero! You'll take the most units of this subject!" He said as he got into a flexing pose.

"Let's get right into it. This is what we'll do today!"He announced, holding up a card that read 'Battle'.

"Combat Training!" He announced as looks of excitement went round along with a murderous one from a certain student. "And to go with that are these!" The man continued, gesturing to the wall as compartments containing numbered boxes opened up.

"Costumes made based on your quirk registrations and requests you sent in before school started! After you change, gather in ground beta!"

"Yes sir!"

- Later -

All Might stood proudly in front of the entrance leading to Ground Beta, waiting for his students to emerge from the dark entrance. He wasn't disappointed as they all walked out wearing different kinds of costumes suited for their quirks and or personal designs.

"They say clothes make the man, young men and ladies. Be fully aware that from now on, you are heroes!" He announced as they all emerged from the passage, now standing in front of him.

"That's great, everyone! You all look cool! Now, shall we begin, you zygotes?!" He asked dramatically.

Walking out of the passage, Asahi couldn't help but sigh as he looked around. He didn't know whether it was the fact that he was raised in a normal world that he found costumes silly.

Unlike the rest of the class, he didn't wear any complicated piece of spandex or iron. He wore a white dress shirt under a black sweater, black dress pants and black shoes. It was basically what he wore for the entrance exam with one key difference.

The parts of what he was wearing was bought from the game store. Most would argue that it was a waste of credits but he begged to differ.

Why would he waste credits buying normal clothes from the game store? The clothes had effects to them. Thanks to his purchases, he was now fire resistant as long as he had the clothes on.

One of the problems with [Fire Magic Mastery] was the fact that he had to be careful lest he burn his clothes to ashes. So far, he hadn't been able to truly show the true power of his flames due to his deliberate restriction but now...

"A-Asahi?" He turned to the side to see Jiro in her own costume.

"Hey Kyoka." He greeted, his use of her actual name causing a red tint to appear on her face.

'Japan customs are weird...'

"That's your costume?" She asked in slight confusion and wonder. He nodded, not quite understanding her confusion.

"Why? Is there anything wrong with it?" He questioned, causing her to quickly shake her head.

"No! no! no! I just thought that given your quirk and all, your costume would be be more...flashier?" She tried to explain, still confused as she explained.

Bakugo and Todoroki were examples of that. Bakugo's was too flashy and Todoroki's was just weird. Iida was a can of worms he didn't want to touch with his whole white knight theme going on.

There was even Aoyama that was dressed in actual shining armor.

"Oh, that. It's personal preference. I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing all that unnecessary stuff. I could say the same about you." He threw back, observing her own clothing.

Like his own, it was made up of simple clothing. The only addition that was made were the speakers on her legs that were necessary for her quirk so it was still alright in his opinion.

"My quirk's not exactly suited for combat so I needed something to..." she nervously tried to defend herself, causing him to let out a small laugh.

"Relax, I'm not criticizing your costume. You look quite nice in it." He complimented, a small smile on his face as the girl's face was like a tomato.

Before she could say anything, All Might began speaking, forcing her to stay quiet and listen. "Now it's time for combat training!"

"Sir!" Iida interrupted with a raise of his hand. "This is a battle center from the entrance exam, so will we be conducting urban battles again?" He asked.

"No! We're going to move ahead two steps! Most of the villain fights you see on the news take place outside. However, statistically speaking, run‐ins with the most dastardly evildoers take place indoors."

"Imprisonment, house arrest, backroom deals... In this society filled with heroes, truly intelligent villains hide in the shadows! For this class, you'll be split into villains and heroes and fight 2-on-2 indoor battles." He explained, drawing a confused look from Tsuyu the frog girl.

"Without basic training?" She asked with a tilt of her head.

"This is a real battle to understand those basics! However, the key this time is that there's no robot you can just beat up." He explained.

"How will wins and losses be determined?" Momo asked, starting the onslaught of questions.

"Can we beat them up anyway?"

"Will the punishment be expulsion like with Mr Aizawa?"

"How shall we be split up?"

"Isn't this cape crazy?"

"I'll answer all your questions!" All Might yelled over them, causing the questions to end as he brought out a small script.

'No matter how I look at it, a big man holding a boom that small just looks weird.' Asahi thought, seeing All Might open the small book.

"Now listen here. The situation is that the villains have hidden a nuclear weapon somewhere in their hideout. The heroes are trying to dispose of that. The heroes need to catch the villains or get the nuclear weapon back in the allotted time."

"The villains need to protect the nuclear weapon for the whole time or catch the heroes. Teams and opponents will be determined by drawing lots!" All Might announced, bringing out a small yellow lotbox from...somewhere.

Asahi tuned out the unnecessary chatter, getting the main gist of it. It was still the same exercise as he remembered, the only thing that was uncertain was the formation of teams.

With All Might's approval they began drawing lots from the box. It didn't take time for all of them to find their partners.

Looking at the slip of paper that read 'C', he looked around, seeing that most of them had already found their pair. Looking at the remaining people who were still looking for partner, he was about to walk up to one of them when someone tapped his shoulder.

Turning back, he found Momo was the one who tapped him. "Excuse me, I believe we are to be teammates for this exercise." She said politely, holding up her own slip that read 'C' as well.

"I see. I'm Asahi, it's nice to meet you." He greeted as he put away the paper.

"Yaoyorozu, it's nice meeting you as well." She responded, Asahi turning to look at the teams that were formed.

"Hey! I demand a reshuffling! Why do I have to be paired up wit-" A very familiar voice yelled out in indignation.

'Oh? This is interesting.' Asahi thought, seeing a very odd yet interesting pair.

"Alright! The first teams to fight will be..." All Might paused as he dipped his hands into two boxes beside him, labeled Villain and Hero.

His hands rummaged inside for a moment before it came up holding two balls with different letters on them. Asahi grew a smirk as he saw the match up.

"Team A and Team C!" He announced, holding them up for all to see.

"Team A will be the heroes and Team C will be the Villains! Everyone else, head towards the monitor room."

"Yea sir!" Quickly following the instructions, the rest of the students began making their way to the monitor room, leaving four student behind.

Momo and Asahi as Team C and Midoriya and Bakugo as Team A.

'Now this is certainly unexpected. This is going to be fun.' He thought, a cruel smirk on his lips.

New Quest!

[Combat Training]

Objective: Utterly crush Team A

Rewards: EXP, 500 Credits, Perk

'I don't even need a quest, I'd do it either way.' He thought as he looked to Bakugo who was glaring daggers at him.

He showed a mocking smile, further infuriating the boy much to his amusement.

"Villain team, go in first and set up! In five minutes, the hero team will break in and the battle will start!" All Might announced as Asahi and Momo made their way into the building.

"Young Asahi, Young Yaoyorozu, leave to think from the perspective of the villains." The pro hero advised. "This is pretty close to a real battle. Go all out and don't be afraid to get hurt."

"Understood." Momo said while Asahi simply nodded.

"If things go too far, I will stop it." He warned, allowing them to enter the building.

As they entered, Momo took the initiative to start the conversation. "Do you have a plan?" She asked.

"That depends..." he trailed off, turning to see a confused look on her face. "If I recall correctly, your quirk allows you to create literally anything. What are your limits and how fast are you at creating objects?" He questioned.

"My quirk uses lipids to function. I can only create something if I understand its molecular structure. The speed depends on how big the item is." She explained as he pulled out something from his pocket.

"A gumball tube?" She wondered out loud seeing the small tube filled with small white gum balls.

"Pop a gum ball and tell me how you feel." He said vaguely, causing her to give him a wary look. "Humor me." He added as they climbed the stairs.

With a cautious look, she took one out and threw it in her mouth. Not more than a second later, her eyes popped wide open as she stared at him in shock.

"How?"

"From your reaction, I'm guessing it works. Good. Here's the plan."

- Team A -

"Shut the hell up, Deku! I don't care about your stupid plan!" Bakugo screamed at the green haired boy.

"B-but Kacchan, w-we need to-"

"Shut the hell up, you damn nerd!" He yelled, interrupting whatever the other boy was going to say.

"Now, let's start the indoor combat training with Team A and Team C!" All Might's voice came from a loud speaker.

Not waiting for anything else, Bakugo swung the door open, entering the building despite Midoriya's complaints.

"Don't get in my way, Deku!" He screamed as he made his way into the building.

How were they supposed to win if his partner wouldn't even listen to a word he said? He also couldn't control One for All so they were left relying on Bakugo's explosions.

With no choice, Midoriya followed behind him only to hiss in panic as Bakugo screamed.

"Hey! You glasses wearing bastard! Come out here and fight me!" He screamed as he quickly walked further in.

"Kacchan! We're not supposed to let them know where we are. I-if they do th-" the boy's words were interrupted as Bakugo turned to him.

"I thought I told you to shut the hell up!" He yelled, his palms crackling with mini-explosions, frightening Midoriya. The green haired boy paused for a second as he noticed something.

"Fog?" He wondered confused as he looked behind Bakugo.

"Huh?!" The violent boy turned around only to find a large amount fog creeping into the room. "What is this?"

A thin layer of fog slowly filled the hallway, lowering visibility as a familiar voice was heard.

"Welcome Heroes." Asahi's voice came from in front of them but they couldn't see anything.

"You think this fog is going to save you?! I'll kill you you bastard!" Bakugo screamed as he rushed forward, thrusting his palm out as it let out an explosion...only for it to hit nothing.

"Nice try but you'll have to do better than that." Asahi voice said again, now coming from further down the hall.

"Stop running away you bastard!" The blond haired boy screamed as he rushed forward into the ever growing fog.

"Kacchan wait!" Midoriya called out but the boy ignored him.

What was he going to do now? Bakugo was obviously not going to listen to him. It also gave him a chance.

If Asahi was on this floor with them, that mean that Momo was alone with the bomb. From what he remembered from the quirk test, Asahi was at least as powerful as Bakugo so it was best to avoid him and go directly for the bomb.

Without wasting anymore time, he rushed to the stairs, going to the second floor. Moving through the hallway as silently as he could, he could feel the vibrations from Bakugo's explosions below.

Surprisingly, the fog was less dense on the second floor, only barely obstructing his vision. He stalked around the second floor, checking each room only to find nothing.

'This is the last room.' Midoriya thought as he slowly peeked past the open door, his eyes widening in shock.

"You're...What are you doing up here?" The green haired boy asked in confusion as he saw Asahi standing in front of him with a smirk.

"Sorry to disappoint you but I've been here all this time." He said, the smirk growing just a bit as the boy tensed.

"I'm a bit disappointed though." Asahi continued as the temperature in the room began to increase. "I thought you'd get here faster than this. Perhaps I shouldn't expect competence from heroes like you two."

"Kacchan, there's nobody on that floor!" Touching the communicator in his ear, Midoriya tried to reach Bakugo only to hear static noise, paling at that.

"Is something wrong?" Asahi asked in a tone that suggested that he knew exactly what was happening.

Gritting his teeth, Midoriya tensed for a moment, wanting to quickly dash out of the room only for a wall of fire to emerge around him, forcing him into the room.

"There's no need to run. We're just getting started." He said as he walked towards the tense boy.

"To make it fair, I'll be a bit generous. I won't use my quirk to attack you. Come at me with everything you can." Asahi spoke as he stopped in front of the boy.

'He won't use his quirk? Why would he do that? There has to be a trick somewhere. Where is Yaoyorozu?' All of these were thoughts that ran through Midoriya's head as he found himself stuck in the room with no choice but to fight.

"What are you spacing out for?" The boy's eyes widened as he heard Asahi's voice from behind him, breaking him from his thoughts.

He jumped away in an attempt to put some space between the both of them only to find himself grabbed by the scruff of his costume.

"Pay attention or you'll lose. Aren't you supposed to be the hero here?" Asahi said as something seemed to snap within the boy.

Midoriya swung his arm forward, intending to punch Asahi in the face only to find himself punching air.

"What are you looking at? I'm right here." Asahi mocked as the other boy spun to throw another punch only for Asahi to easily tilt to the side, a hand now in his pocket.

"Aren't you going to use your quirk? Or perhaps...is there a reason you can't use it?" Midoriya's eyes widened as his already amateurish swings became frantic.

He didn't know how long he spent trying to hit him. All his attempts were either dodged or slapped away. He had no way out of the room and he couldn't depend on Bakugo to show up.

"You bastard! How dare you toy with me?!" Bakugo's voice came as the wall to the side came down with an explosion.

"Interesting. I was beginning to think you'd already given up. Midoriya here has tried his best but I'm bored of that already. You wanted a fight, I'll humor you." Asahi said as Bakugo glared murderously at him.

'I have to wait until he's distracted before I escape!' Midoriya thought as Bakugo shot forward, uncaring as his explosion pushed his partner away.

"Die!"

Getting in front of Asahi, his palm shot out, letting out a powerful explosion. He smirked only for it to freeze as he heard Asahi's voice.

"What are you smirking about?" The was the only thing he heard before a burst of fire crashed into him, sending him out through the hole he created.

"You bastard!" Bakugo screamed as he quickly got back up. Dashing forward, he barely noticed Asahi pulled out something from his pocket until it was too late.

Asahi tossed a marble shaped substance at the incoming explosion boy, hitting his palm as a red foam solidified around it.

"What the hell is this?!" Bakugo complained as he prepped an explosion.

"I wouldn't do that if I were you. High-density polyurethane foam. If you attempt an explosion with that on, you might as well say goodbye to your hand." Asahi said, a cruel smirk on his face. "Now, what are you going to do?" He said as he took out a digital stopwatch from his pocket.

"Three minutes left. You don't seem to have a lot of time, do you?"

'Three minutes?! I need to find the bomb. He let down the fire!' Midoriya immediately saw his chance to leave.

"How dare you?! A damn side character like you! I'm better than you!" Bakugo screamed as he aimed his other palm at him. "Die!"

An explosion more powerful than he had ever shown up till this point erupted from his palm, exploding enveloping Asahi who stood at point blank range.

*BOOOMMMMM!!!*

'Now!' Seeing his chance Midoriya rushed out of the room.

The room was silent as the smoke died down. Bakugo panted slightly, showing a smirk of satisfaction. All the sweat from running around had built up on his palm. Even if he couldn't activate the gauntlet, he could still let out a powerful explosion larger than his usual one.

"Is that all you've got?" Asahi's voice came through the smoke, shocking the boy.

"I guess it's to be expected. Face it, Bakugo." The smoke died down as Asahi was revealed to be standing unscathed apart from the steam on his clothes. "As long as I'm alive, you'll never be number one."

A ball of fire slammed into him, sending him crashing into the wall. "For you to think that you can even come close to my level...such wishful thinking. Wake up to reality!" Asahi's voice came as Bakugo struggled to his feet.

"You're weak, Bakugo." That was the straw that broke the camel's back as the boy shot forward in blind rage.

His hand poised for an explosion only for his palm to be slapped to the side, the explosion completely missing the boy. He wasn't deterred as he released another one only to find that it didn't hit his opponent.

In fact, Asahi wasn't even in front of him anymore. "You talk big for someone who's destined to be trash." He heard the boy whisper in his ear before another fireball shot into him, sending him to the wall and knocking him out.

"Bakugo has been knocked out!" All Might's voice came from the speaker.

Hearing the announcement, Midoriya stilled. 'He beat Kacchan? No way! No way!' He thought in disbelief before shaking those thoughts away.

'I have less than two minutes to find the bomb!' He thought as he entered the last room on the third floor, finding the bomb there but it wasn't alone.

"I apologize Midoriya but this is where you lose." Momo said, actually sounding apologetic as she leveled a staff at him.

He rushed into the room, heading straight for the bomb only for him to have to jump away as Momo's staff swung through his former position.

His eyes caught a timer on her hip similar to the one that he saw with Asahi. He paled as the timer showed one minute left.

'I have to use it!' He thought as Momo dashed towards him.

Seeing an opportunity, he jumped back as his finger lit up briefly with energy, flicking it to areas the floor as a powerful air pressure exploded into the ground, taking her off guard and pushing her away.

'Chance!' Ignoring his now broken finger, he dashed at the bomb, noticing that Momo had yet to get up. He quickly crossed the distance as his hand came in contact with the bomb, letting out a sigh of relief.

"Huh?"

Unlike what he expected, All Might didn't call the end of the match.

'Why isn't he ending the match? I have the bomb!' He thought only to pause as he realized something.

He quickly spun to look at Momo, finding a victorious smile on her face as he realized where he messed up.

'Her quirk allows her to create things! Which means the reason why the match isn't over...is because this isn't the real one!' He realized as his eyes found the timer that had fallen off Momo.

'30 seconds left!' Picking it up, he quickly ran out of the room, heading towards the fourth floor.

He didn't spare any energy as he rushed through the hallway, pushing doors open only to find empty rooms.

'10 seconds left!' He rushed out of a room, heading to the next room. 'This should be it!'

Entering the room, he found the bomb at the back of the room. Not wasting time, he dashed as fast as he could, jumping into the air to cover more distance. Just before the timer ended, his hands came in contact with the bomb.

"The match is over. Villain team wins!" All Might's voice announced, shocking the green haired boy.

"How?! I'm sure I got it on time!" The boy complained.

"Of course you did." Asahi's voice came from the corner of the room, startling the boy. "If only that was the real bomb."

"What?"

"I knew you'd realize that the bomb was fake so we created two decoys. The one downstairs and this one." Asahi explained.

"Then the real bomb..." Midoriya trailed off, prompting a smirk from the other boy.

"Yes. It's on the fifth floor above us. You saw Yaoyorozu guarding the bomb downstairs so you assumed it was real. Thinking you caught on to our plan, you rushed here, reassured that this was the real one." Asahi explained as Midoriya realized something.

"That means that there was nobody guarding the actual bomb?"

"Exactly. It's my win."

- Asahi -

The gum balls he gave Momo were the product of [Alchemy]. It was basically a full lunch in a tiny pill. He had her create a fog machines to hide the speakers that played his voice recordings when Bakugo and Midoriya entered.

Creating two large bombs, five fog machines, a signal jammer and speakers were supposed to be a bit more than what she could handle but the 'gum balls' helped.

He walked into the monitor room to see the rest of his classmates students staring at him with a strange look in their eyes.

"What?" He couldn't help but ask as they shuddered.

'Scary!' They all thought.

All Might who stood by the side stared at Asahi with narrow eyes. 'This kid...his tactical skills are scary. Even I wouldn't have expected that. If he were to ever become a villain...nobody in japan would be safe.'

Author Note: For some reason I don't feel satisfied with this chapter. Enjoy!
