Time once again for a new chapter I am happy that so many people are enjoying this work. This is a bit of a filler chapter until we get to the big tournaments of the story. I hope you enjoy it and will leave a review. Please I need them to fuel my muse.

Chapter Three
"Are you sure you can't stay longer?" Abigail asked her brother who chuckled before he hugged her close once more.
"Sorry little sister, but you know us Ketchum's can't resist the call of adventure." He explained making Abigail sigh but nod in understanding.
"But hey this time we can keep in contact." He said holding up his Xtransceiver making her smile since this time he would be in the region making, so it worked.
"Call me when you miss me. I'll only be unavailable during battles, or when duty calls." He said, making her nod as she hugged her brother once more. Once Abigail walked off Harry accepted a hug from Serena.
"Be safe…as often as you possibly can." She said knowing that the life of a Guardian was going to have moments of danger.
"I promise." Harry said before she walked off before Ash approached with a smile.
"Good luck, and I'll see you at the Plateau." He said using the same farewell he used the first time Harry left making Harry chuckle.
"Until then." He said hugging his father. Once the goodbyes were done Harry moved off to join his friends once more.
"Ready?" Harry asked the group who nodded as the group started on the road. Ash watched his son walk off a worried look once more appearing on his face once more. "Arceus watch him." He silently prayed as he watched his now fifteen-year-old walk down route one.
"They're a lot of these little birds and rats." Tonks couldn't help but comment as she saw yet another purple rat as it passed them by.
"Pidgey and Rattata are the two most common Pokémon to find in Kanto and Johto." Harry said as he looked towards the outfits his friends were now wearing.
Tonks was still in punk style clothes but had ditched the Hufflepuff robe for a black overcoat with yellow trimming. Her pants are a plaid design of black and yellow, with tears around the knees, a white dress shirt untucked, a tie hanging loosely around her neck. Her hair is still in spikes, this time purple. A pair of leather bracelets on her wrist, and a spiked collar around her neck. She may have had to ditch the robe, but she refused to lose her badger pride.
Neville wore a pair of dark brown combat pants covered in pockets, a long sleeve green shirt, a crimson vest, and a pair of black boots.
Hermione wore a sleeveless periwinkle blue shirt, with a white skirt that reached her knees, a pair of blue walking shoes, and her hair was pulled back in a decorated bun held by a golden pin with a lion head. Each had bags styled like Harry's only with different colors.
Hermione's being white with a blue strap, Neville dark green with a black strap, and Tonks with a black bag with a dark yellow strap. All of them held their teams on said straps while Harry carried his blade on his hip. The other three would have to wait for their weapons until they arrived at the guardian headquarters located in Saffron City.
"Should we capture any of these Pokémon?" Hermione asked as they continued to move.
Harry thought about it. "Neville would probably benefit from capturing a Flying Type to act as a sparring partner for his Pokémon since both Fighting type and Grass types are weak to them. Helping to train against a types weakness can help a great deal in the long run." He explained making Neville think about it before Harry looked towards Tonks, and Hermione.
"You two…would probably not benefit from capturing them. You might want to find a type that has an advantage over your preferred types such as an Electric Type, a Ground Type etc. etc." He mentioned making the two girls nod in understanding.
It was the reason why Hermione had begun to teach Cord Ice type moves to cover her weakness to Grass types. "However this does bring up a new issue." Harry said, looking towards Hermione.
"It may be time to allow Amphi to evolve so she has time to learn Water Type moves in time for tournaments." He said, making Hermione blink, but nodded after a moment.
"Once we stop for the night. I'll ask if she's ready." She said, making Harry nod in agreement as they continued their way. As they walked the group hesitated when a Pidgey landed before them and held their wings out in challenge.
"I think you've found your partner Neville." Harry commented, making him nod before he stepped forward and pulled off a blue topped ball from his bag strap.
"Scrapper time to rumble!" He called out as the Tyrogue appeared before him.
"Start off with Bulk Up!" Neville called making Scrapper pump his arms and glow white. The Pidgey jumped into the air and rushed forward a trail of white lines following.
"Quick Attack." Harry observed.
"Counter the moment it gets in close!" Neville said, making Scrapper nod before he grabbed the Flying Type by the wings and slammed it down onto the ground.
"Now Thief while it's dizzy!" Neville called before Scrapper gained a black aura and punched the Pidgey making it fall back. Scrapper opened his hand to see a blue berry in it.
"An ouran berry. Handy." Harry commented knowing the heath recovery berry can make or break a battle. The Pidgey stood up shaking off their head before they rushed forward this time their wings turning a steel like color.
"Steel wing! This bird's been in some fights." Harry commented knowing that Pidgey didn't learn that naturally.
"Endure!" Neville called, making Scrapper go still glowing white. The attack hit but Scrapper barely moved.
"Tackle!" Neville called before the Pidgey could get away causing Scrapper to jump and slam into the Flying type in the side.
A moment later the Pidgey stood up before they started flapping their wings quickly. "Gust." Harry commented knowing that this attack was going to hurt.
"Dodge it and hit back with Rock Smash!" Neville called out making Scrapper nod as he jumped away from the burst of wind before rushing up and smashing the Tiny Bird Pokémon on the side again.
Pidgey squawked as it fell to the ground again looking shaky on their feet. "Perfect!" Neville said, taking out a ball before tossing it forward. The Pokéball hit true, absorbing the Pidgey inside before it landed on the ground and started to shake.
"Come on…come on!" Neville thought as he and Scrapper waited. The ball shook again and again before it finally gave a ping of capture. It took a moment for the capture to register with Neville but once it did he jumped into the air with a cheer.
"We did it!" He called out before rushing forward and hugging Scrapper. "Good job buddy!" He laughed making Scrapper laugh as well enjoying the eager energy from his trainer. Harry walked up and picked up the ball and handed it to Neville.
"Nicely done." He said, making Neville nod before he reached into one of the pockets in his pants pulling out a dex of his own. A birthday gift from Professor Oak.
"Let's see. Female, ability Keen Eye, hidden ability Big Pecks, egg move Brave Bird, and knows the moves Tackle, Sand Attack, Gust, Steel Wing, and Quick Attack." Neville said before giving off a whistle.
"She's a powerful ace isn't she?" He asked Scraper before blinking. "Hey…Ace!" He called in joy at the nickname.
That late afternoon the group arrived at the Pokémon center of Viridian City. "Thanks Nurse Joy." Neville said as she accepted Scrappers and Ace's Pokéballs to check them over since they were the only ones to do any battling of the group's Pokémon.
"That's why I'm here." The pink haired nurse said with a smile as she walked off.
"Okay…time to talk Amphitrite." Hermione said releasing her Eevee who shook her head allowing her ears to flop around. Hermione knelt before Amphi holding a synthetic water stone.
"I know we talked about you becoming a Vaporeon when you were ready. However it was pointed out that if we're going to be ready for the Water Type Challenges you're going to need the time to prep and learn a few moves." She said, making Amphi look at the stone before sitting still and nodding.
"It's time mama." She said across their bond, making Hermione nod.
"Very well baby girl." Hermione said before first reaching up and removing the collar with the everstone from Amphi's neck. Hermione placed the synthetic stone down before Amphi making her nod.
"See you soon." She said before placing her paw on the stone. The moment she did Amphi glowed bright white as she began to grow from the little fox into the size of a large house cat.
Soon her tail extended out and gained a fin-like end while a collar appeared around her neck of gill-like objects. Once the glow disappeared Amphi shook her new body enjoying the blue skin now covering her with long fin-like ears.
"How are you feeling?" Hermione asked making Amphi look around at her new form.
"Great." She said with a smile at her mother who breathed easily before hugging her first partner. Hermione took out her own dex and pointed it at Amphi once more.
"Let's see. Bubble Jet Pokémon. A new ability called Water Absorb, a new hidden ability called Hydration, and a new move…Water Gun nice!" Hermione smiled brightly, making Amphi smile with her eyes closed.
Harry accepted his evolutionary stone back with a smile as Hermione and Amphi bonded over her new form. Once Scrapper and Ace were checked out Nurse Joy was happy to sign Neville, Hermione, and Tonks up for their type challenges.
"And here is your map with the locations and dates of the challenges." She said downloading the map onto Harry's Pokénav since he was their guide.
"Thanks Nurse Joy." The teens said as Harry moved off activating his nav.
"Looks like the first tournament is going to be here in Viridian. Fighting Types…looks like you're up first Nev." Harry said, making Neville nod.
"We've got three days." Harry added, making Neville nod.
"Is that enough time to find a Mankey and train them up?" He asked Harry who thought about it before nodding.
"I will take you out at first light, we'll find a partner, and Ace will help prepare for battle." Harry looked towards the girls.
"While I help Nev get ready you two can explore the forest and see if you can find a couple Pikachu to train or some other Pokémon that catches your eyes." He said, making the two young ladies nod in agreement.
The next day the group of four split up from the Pokémon center with the girls headed north and the boy's west. "So why haven't you caught a Mankey if you know they are here?" Neville asked Harry who chuckled.
"Because my father caught a Primeape…a Mankey's final form…it was hot headed and fought him time and again before he earned their trust." Harry explained making Neville tilt his head.
"Dad's this worlds version of a Squib…his ancestor was a guardian, but he doesn't have full access to the power." Harry explained making Neville go 'oh' understanding a little better. No aura…no aura bonds to help.
"Did he have such a challenge with any of his other Pokémon?" Neville asked, making Harry nod.
"Worse. When his Charmander first evolved he absolutely refused to listen to dad thinking him too weak to command him. When he evolved into a Charizard it became even worse with it constantly choosing to scorch my dad while ignoring him constantly and even going so far as to lay on its side during a couple battles."
Harry said, making Neville blink in surprise before looking out. "What changed?" Neville asked.
"Charizard nearly died after getting into a battle with a Poliwarth that ended in him being frozen solid. Dad spent the entire night caring for Charizard showing that while they were at odds Dad still loved Charizard greatly." Harry said smiling.
"After that Charizard never once ignored or harmed my dad again. Minus the odd burst of flame from time to time to test his reflexes." He said, making Neville smile.
"So the stubborn determination comes from him?" Neville asked, making Harry chuckle in good nature as they left the cobbled path and stepped into a grassy area.
Hermione and Tonks looked around the forest enjoying the peace the early morning had available. "Do you think we'll find more than Bugs and a couple Pikachu here?" Tonks asked after they passed the entrance to the forest.
"It could happen. After all Harry found Sparkplugs egg here." Hermione suggested making Tonks nod in understanding. The pair decided to split up at the large tree not far from the entrance and keep close to it so they couldn't get lost.
Tonks walked around finding a few Weedle and Caderpie for Vixen and Rooster to train against, and even a few Bug Catcher trainers to battle against for more experience.
Eventually when she noticed the sun going down she turned back to meet Hermione only to blink in surprise at the sight of a yellow mouse sitting and eating a bright red apple.
"Huh…" She said reaching into her bag and pulling out an apple as well. Tonks sat nearby and bit into the fruit, making the Pikachu's ear twitch in her direction, but did not react beyond that.
The two sat there enjoying their food. Tonks noticed the Pikachu finished and was looking around. She smiled as she pulled out another apple and offered it out in an open palm. The Pikachu walked up in caution, sniffing the apple before accepting it and eating once more.
Tonks got a better look at the tail of the Electric type and saw that the end was shaped more like a heart instead of a lightning bolt. She remembered Harry telling her that that fact was an obvious tell of gender with Pikachu.
"Hello girl." She said, making Pikachu look at her before taking another bite. Tonks sat there for a few more minutes before standing up.
"It was nice to meet you. Wish I could take you with me, but my partners are too tired from a day of battles to offer much of a challenge. Sorry." She said before leaning down and scratching the Pikachu behind the ear getting a cute 'cha' call as she closed her eyes.
Tonks smiled before she made to leave only to almost fall forward when a weight jumped onto her shoulder from the stump she had just been sitting on.
Tonks looked to see the Pikachu in question sitting there. "You want to come with me?" She asked, getting a nod. Tonks smiled before placing her hand atop the Pokémon, inciting an aura bond that the Pikachu accepted.
Tonks smiled as she pulled her a Pokéball and gently tapped it against the Pikachu releasing her the moment the capture was accepted. "Let's see." She said holding a dex of her own. "Mouse Pokémon, Static ability, Lightning rod hidden, knows the moves Charm, Growl, Quick Attack, Thunder Shock, and has the egg move Thunder Punch." Tonks smiled as she left to rejoin her friends.
Tonks almost fell to the ground at the sight of Hermione when the pair met back up at the great tree at the entrance of the forest. "Laugh it up clumsy." Hermione growled as she continued to push off the dust that covered her.
"It's not like you've never become covered in dirt before." She added making Tonks laugh again.
"I hope you caught the Pokémon responsible for the mess?" She asked with a small snort.
"Indeed I did." Hermione said, releasing a floating rock being with large arms. "Meet Durin." Hermione said, making Tonks raise her dex once more.
"Geodude a rock/ground dual type." She said before Hermione nodded.
"Yep. He has the ability Sturdy, Sand veil hidden ability, knows the moves Defense Curl, Tackle, Sandstorm, and Rock Polish." She added making Tonks nod as she introduced Heart to her friend and newest partner.
"So Durin?"
"From the Lord of the Rings. He was the first king of the Dwarven people and the most famous of them." She explained making Tonks shrug.
She knew her friend was a bookworm and would know tons of more books than she ever would.
Eventually the pair of teens made it back to the Pokémon center only to blink at the sight of Neville sitting there with a steak held against his eye and a white monkey like Pokémon chuckling in front of him.
"Looks like the little guy got you good." Tonks observed only to make Neville glare at her.
"She is a menace to society!" He growled at the punk styled teen who flinched back at the tone.
"Don't mind him." Harry said, walking up taking the steak and pressed a blue palm against his god-brother's face, making him yelp.
"He's just a little sour that she threw an apple at his eye as a joke. In his fury he battled her and captured her…now he's annoyed with himself that she's one of his partners." He explained making the two girls gain 'oh' faces.
Harry removed his hand showing Neville's face healed. "So…what kind of skills does she have?" Tonks asked.
"Menace here has Vital Spirit for an ability, Defiance for a hidden ability, knows the moves Covet, Focus Energy, Low Kick, Scratch, Fury Swipes, and Mud-Slap, and has the egg move Close Combat." Harry explained.
The trio of magical teens looked at Harry in confusion. "What? Neville has been calling her that for over an hour…it fits." He said with a shrug getting a sigh from the other boy of the group.
"Besides the fact that she has high spirits means she'll make a good partner." He added making Menace give off a cheerful monkey chirp. Neville sighed as he looked towards Menace and accepted her as one of his own, but he was going to get her back for the apple at some point.
"Again!" Harry called holding punching pads on his hands and knees as Scrapper ran through a taka sequence. He punched Harry's hands before kicking his raised knee before going again and finishing with the other knee.
"Next!" Harry called, allowing Menace to do the same.
"Sometimes I wonder just how he comes up with these things?" Tonks commented as she watched Harry work with the pair of fighting types while Neville worked nearby on research for the different types of moves to teach them.
Right now Harry was just increasing their overall power and speed. Harry swiped at Scrapper who ducked in time as he countered with a punch to the padded chest armor Harry wore.
"Good!" Harry called before moving on to Menace.
"I think Lora and Champ inspired these particular training exercises." Hermione commented as she held her egg while Durin was nearby working to learn Dig, and Earthquake from Crusher since he was the only Pokémon in place that knew both moves.
While Amphi was nearby practicing her aim with Water Gun with Shellshock watching her progress. Later they will move on so Shellshock can teach Water Pulse and Ice Beam since both would be good to have and to continue to cover against Amphi's weakness to Grass types.
"So besides Crusher, Shellshock, and Kali, who does Harry have with him?" Tonks asked knowing she saw the tiny bear earlier during breakfast.
"I actually don't know. He's been pretty tight-lipped on what team he brought with him." Hermione explained to Tonks who nodded after a minute. Later she would work with Harry to train up Heart her Pikachu, but right now the morning belonged to Neville and Hermione.
The group continued as they were until they heard a new voice. "I know you!" They looked up to see a teen with a sour expression on his face. Long red hair hanging in a ponytail wearing a burgundy suit and a pair of burgundy shades over their eyes.
"You're the champ's son." He mentioned making Harry sigh as he looked at the teen.
"Can I help you? I'm in the middle of training right now." He said, trying to be polite. The teen snorted as he approached.
"I wonder if you can actually battle…or if you've been getting by on your daddy's coattails." The teen said aloud, making Harry simply raise an eyebrow.
"If you want to battle, just issue the challenge and get on with it. I don't have time for every Tom, Dick, and Larry that thinks themselves better than me for no reason." He said losing the polite tone making the teen flinch back slightly.
"Fine. I Robert Jorgen of Hoenn challenge you to a three-on-three battle!" He called out.
Harry sighed as he recalled Crusher, and Shellshock. "We're gonna need a ref. Do you happen to have one?" He asked making Robert blink and look around before another voice popped up. This one however was familiar to Harry.
"I can handle that." Harry blinked as he looked to see a woman wearing a long-sleeved traveling shirt, with jeans, and a pair of shades with her red spiky hair up.
"Auntie Zoey!" Harry called out in joy as he rushed up and hugged the red head.
"Hello Harry." She said with a smile taking off her shades.
"Hey!" Robert called making the pair look towards him. "We're trying to have a battle here!" He growled, making Harry sigh.
"Would you mind?" He asked politely, making Zoey smile and nod. "I'd love to." She said as she moved into the referee box while Harry took his place.
"This will be a three-on-three match between Harry Ketchum of Pallet Town, and Robert Jorgen of…" Zoey paused here making Robert blink.
"Oh Rustboro City." He said, making her nod.
"Rustboro City of Hoenn. There will be no substitutions if a Pokémon is called back for any reason they automatically forfeit the round. Thus no moves such as Roar will be permitted this battle." She said looking at both teens getting nods from both.
"Trainers release your first Pokémon!" She called.
"Mudkip I choose you!" Robert called releasing the Water type starter from Hoenn onto the field.
"Kallisto time to rumble!" Harry called bringing Kali to the field where she cheered before posing in a fighter's stance.
"A Teddiursa? I thought this was going to be a serious battle!" Robert called out, making Harry simply raise his eyebrow again.
"Are you here to fight or talk? Cause so far all I've seen is a coward who likes to bully his opponents thinking they'll back down." Harry said, making Robert growl.
"Tackle!" He ordered making the Mudkip charge forward.
"Rookie…" Harry sighed. "Protect!" Harry called making the Mudkip run into a barrier keeping it from damaging Kali.
"Fury Swipes!" Harry called, making Kali's paws glow before she charged and struck swift and true, making Mudkip fly back in pain.
"Water Gun!" Robert called making Mudkip launch the attack. "Use Dig to avoid it!" Harry called, making Kali nod as she dug quickly into the ground.
"Where did it go?!" Robert yelled looking around along with Mudkip.
"Now Kali!" Harry called making Kali raise up and uppercut the Water Type.
"Mud!" It called out not overly hurt but still in pain. "Now before it can react Covet!" Harry called making Kali growl as her fist glowed white once more and struck the Mudkip in the face. Once the attack was done she opened her paw to see a familiar blue berry.
"Hey! That's my Ouran Berry!" Robert called.
"Covet is a legal move thus the item was taken fairly." Zoey ruled, making Robert growl since she wasn't wrong.
"Fine Rock Smash!" Mudkip called out as it struck Kali while its body glowed red making Kali cry out.
"You okay girl?" Harry asked in worry as Kali shook off the attack and nodded.
"Alright then let's end this Brick Break!" Harry called, making Kali rush forward and before Mudkip could react, was struck by the red fist making it fall back.
Harry waited as the Mudkip tried to get up only to fall on its belly with swirls in its eyes. "Mudkip is unable to continue! Kallisto is the victor!" Harry smiled at the cheer from Kali who was bouncing around in joy.
"Nicely done girl!" Harry laughed as Kali ran up and hugged her daddy.
"I did it! I won my first real battle!" She called out, making Harry laugh.
"You sure did. I'm so proud of you." He said nuzzling his daughter before looking up when Robert pulled a second Pokéball.
"Wurmple I choose you!" Robert called making the red and beige worm appear.
"Ready?" Harry asked Kali nodded before she jumped back onto the field.
"Tackle!" Robert called again, making Harry sigh.
"Dig!" He simply commanded, making Kali nodded as she dug quickly once more. Kali rose and hit the Bug Type only for Robert to call out another attack.
"Poison Sting!" He called, making the Wurmple spit out a torrent of purple needles hitting Kali, making Harry growl at the move.
"Scratch!" Harry called, making Kali rush forward and striking true, making the Wurmple fly back and hit the ground, fainting.
"Wurmple is unable to continue, Kallisto is the victor!" Zoey called before Kali glowed purple cringing in pain.
"Kali!" Harry called out before looking at Zoey. "I surrender Kali." Harry said as he rushed forward and picked up the bear. Harry reached into his bag and quickly fed her a pink berry.
Kali groaned at the sour taste but breathed in relief when the glow faded away.
"Kallisto has been called back. Both trainers release your next Pokémon!" Zoey called as Harry walked back towards his box handing Kali over to Hermione who checked her out in worry.
"I'm okay mama." Kali said to Hermione who nodded but still cuddled the little bear close.
"Tauros, I choose you!" Robert yelled releasing the Bull Pokémon who. Harry looked at the Pokémon before reaching for a ball on his bag strap.
"Apis time to rumble!" Harry called releasing his Tauros who stomped his feet on the ground calling out in challenge.
"Where did he get a Tauros?" Tonks asked wondering how someone who came from the Hoenn region found one of the Bull Pokémon.
"Probably from a contest involving my dad but that can wait." Harry answered before looking at Robert.
"Work up!" Robert called making his Tauros stomp on the ground as an orange aura built around it.
"Use it as well Apis." Harry said making his bull glow orange as well making Robert growl.
"Tackle!" He called making the Bull charge forward making Harry sigh.
"You really need a new opening move." He commented.
"Zen Headbutt!" Harry called making Apis nod before he glowed blue and charged forward striking true and pushing Roberts Tauros back.
"What?!" He called out in shock.
"Just because I haven't participated in an official league tournament yet. Doesn't mean I wasn't training spilling blood, sweat, and tears to prepare for it." Harry said before pointing forward.
"Horn Attack!" He called making Apis roar as he charged his horns glowing white as it struck true making the opponent Tauros cry out as it was pushed back.
"You have no idea how often I get approached by cocky little shit stains like you thinking I'll be an easy target because I'm the champions son. I did not grow up to be a spoiled little brat that threw a fit every time something didn't go my way. I was not given powerful Pokémon…I raised them to be powerful!" Harry said before Apis jumped back and stood before him.
"And I hate little bullies who think themselves top of the world because they come from rich backgrounds. Apis end this now with Wild Charge!" Apis rose on his hind legs before stomping down his entire body glowing orange and red before he rushed and hit the Tauros true causing it to fly off the field and faint as it hit the ground.
"No!" Robert called out before turning to glare at Harry. "This isn't over!" He growled before returning his Pokémon and leaving.
Harry shook his head before sighing. Apis walked up and licked his cheek making Harry smile at his friend before he hugged him around the neck making the Tauros give a moo in happiness.
"You'd think people would realize that you don't suffer fools." Zoey said as she approached making Harry shrug.
"Like I said people believe me weak because they assume I grew up spoiled because of my dad." Harry said before smiling as he hugged his auntie once more.
"Welcome to Kanto." He said, making Zoey smile.
"Thanks for having me. By the way I'm here because your mom asked me to perform for the opener here in town." She explained before anyone could ask, making Harry nod in understanding.
Aunties Zoey, May, and Dawn were the most common coordinators that came to perform and show off their experience. Their displays were meant to inspire new coordinators to perform while also inspiring those that were already coordinators to reach higher.
"Of course you'll be watching?" She asked, making Harry chuckle.
"I never miss a chance to watch you perform. Although I wonder if you're going to use a different Pokémon besides your trusty Purugly?" Harry asked, meaning the evolved form of the Glameow she took Top Coordinator with when Ash traveled to Sinnoh.
"Depending on the field I'll probably leave Purugly be." Zoey said, making Harry nod in understanding.
He blinked after a moment and looked towards his friends. "Sorry everyone. This is my Auntie Zoey Maple, wife of fellow Top Coordinator…and my Auntie…May Maple. She and Auntie May run a Coordinators academy in the Hoenn region to help Coordinators prepare for anything that could happen in the field.
She's also a former rival of Auntie Dawn's from the Sinnoh region when she and Dad were traveling together." Harry introduced before motioning to the teens.
"Auntie Zoey, these are Neville, Tonks, and Hermione. My friends from my trip. Also trainers, future guardians, and future challengers of the Type Challenge tournaments." Harry explained making Zoey smile.
"Nice to meet you all." She said, making the teens smile as they approached and shook her hands.
"So no coordinators among you huh?" She asked, sounding a bit disappointed.
"Now, now Auntie before you try to sway their lives let them at least see a contest first." Harry said, making Zoey hesitate before she smirked and looked at Harry who almost flinched back at the smirk that spread upon her face.
"Then how about you inspire them?" She asked, making Harry blink. Before he could talk Zoey continued.
"The ceremony was supposed to have two coordinators give a demonstration, but my fellow coordinator had to back out." She said smirking at Harry who crossed his arms in front of his chest.
"No way…" He said, making her smirk at him. "…Not going to happen." He added making Zoey look towards the other teens.
"What do you say? Want to watch my nephew show off his skills as a Coordinator?" Tonks smirked as well while Neville and Hermione looked like they didn't want to be put in the middle.
"Oh come on! You know Dazzler loves to perform!" Zoey called out pouting, making Harry flinch.
True he had joined in on a few contests in the past when he gained Dazzler back when she was a Vulpix. "Those were nothing but amateur contests that were open to both trainers and coordinators. They didn't even count towards a person's record." Harry pointed out only for Zoey to reach into her pocket and pull up a page on her Xtransceiver.
It was the image of Harry standing next to Dazzler holding a small trophy with a smile on his face as Dazzler licked his cheek. "But you are a well-known Coordinator…the perfect person to inspire the next generation." Zoey said, making Harry sigh.
He lifted his arm and pressed a few buttons before one of the balls on his bag vanished and was replaced with another. He grabbed it and released the Aloha variation of Ninetails for all to see.
Harry looked at her before sighing once more. "Are you ready to put on a show once again?" He asked her. Dazzler looked at him in excitement…if the wagging tails were anything to judge by.
"Really?!" She called out in excitement, making Harry look towards Zoey who was nearly bouncing on her feet.
"Alright…we'll do it." He said to his Auntie who smiled brightly.
"Excellent!" She called before taking out her Xtransceiver.
"Now I just need to make sure the other Aunties and Uncles will watch!" She called out before rushing off making Harry facepalm.
He looked at Dazzler who stood there dancing in place in happiness, her tails still wagging. "Alright, alright we'll start working right away. The opener is in two days so we can still help the others. We'll just have to figure out how to still show off your beauty…again." He said making Dazzler yip in joy.
