Chap 24
Toga's Deal
Now as stated in the last Chapter Kiralexia had been waiting for Toga to arrive at UA. He had about enough with the heroes, the staff mainly, mistreating him and thinking he was just a mindless drone. Well okay the mindless drone part was over exaggerated but had some truth to it. Toga was VERY happy knowing her father would be joining her HOWEVER he did make one rule. he'd only join the League under one condition. He wouldn't take ANY orders from Shigaraki only doing what he himself desired. Toga found the idea of convincing Shigaraki allowing someone who wouldn't listen in hard but possible. She agreed and plans where set up, but now in full secrecy. Eri found out and told the staff of the betrayal and they decided to intercept it.
Thus on the morning of the next day in early December Toga and Kiralexia would be given uninvited guests. They sat right outside Class 1-A's dorm, ballsy really, though they were on the SIDE of the building not the front. They sat down with winter gear on and huddled together for warmth. Toga was happy as all hell and Kiralexia smiled as well. In a short while he was gonna leave and never return to this place. Toga sighed of relief as she looked up to the sky clutching onto Kiralexia's arm. She looked up at him, with a bushy beard and long silky smooth hair on him, both brown, and began to speak to him.
"I'm very happy you decided to do this Dad."
"Ya well remember I do not listen to Shigaraki and only follow my OWN code." Kiralexia reminded her with eyes glowing faintly.
Toga nodded but didn't look to happy on it. For over a month he had been in her grasp yet never in full clutched in her arms. She felt a tinge of anger but not much, only real anger to these so called 'heroes' treated her father. Of course he may have exaggerated a bit of those statements he had told her but it still upset her.
"I understand dad but still I'm not sure Shigi's gonna like that."
"Like I give a damn about that bastard. If anything MY views should be a bit of a mirror for him to base off of."
"I highly doubt that but it is a nice thought to have." Toga said with a faint smile on her face.
"Ya that's what the world needs more of. By the way when the hell are we gonna get out of this fucking dumb huh?" Kiralexia asked looking around the area.
Toga was gonna say something but all of a sudden a small projectile shot right past Toga's face. She and Kiralexia looked down at it and it looked like a dart. Then once again as Kiralexia looked up a BUNCH of heroes from UA and police officers came around and surrounded Kiralexia and Toga, ready to fight back. Kiralexia shot up prepared for a fight electricity sparking off his hands and his eyes now a bright blazing glow. Aizawa then came out walking fairly proud at Kiralexia.
"Actually you will not be leaving the school area nor your daughter ever again. After what you two where gonna do, I don't believe you are deserved of freedom."
"What the fuck are you talking about Aizawa? Are you brain dead or something? this is my daughter here and I will NOT have some fucking heroes take her from me."
'We aren't taking here, we're simply taking precautions. You were going to work with the League correct?"
'Not entirely and-wait HOW THE FUCK DID EVEN KNOW OF THIS ASS HAT?!" Kiralexia yelled angry at Aizawa. Aizawa then moved to the side and showed off Eri holding both a candy apple and a candy bar in her hands. Kiralexia just gave a look.
"Eri you betrayed me? Why?"
"They gave me a candy apple and this chocolate."
"I'd give you chocolate."
"Would it be king sized?" Eri asked quickly before Kiralexia was even ready. He was gonna say something BUT that quick response kinda broke him. He retreated back slightly before giving a cold stare down at Aizawa.
"Perhaps it wouldn't be that but bribery is no Hero's way to do things. Also I've never felt both proud of you yet also betrayed by you." Kiralexia looking down at Eri who was to busy eating her candy apple to care.
"I don't care on that all I care for is that you get away from that villain and come with us peacefully."
"I think you know the answer to that is far up your ass."
"Language."
"Please she hangs around close to Bakugou she's bound to learn a few fucking swear words." Kiralexia spat out growing more aggravated by the minute.
Before Aizawa would have another bout at Kiralexia he had enough. Snapping his fingers and a few heroes had gotten close enough to Toga to hold her back and pull her away from Kiralexia. The same was done to Kiralexia who quickly looked back to see Toga screaming slightly as she was being pulled away. Kiralexia reached out his hand while heroes and Aizawa himself restrained him back from a now more frightened Toga.
"Don't let them hurt me please?!"
"Let her go you're hurting her!" Kiralexia begged with faint tear streaks on his face.
Aizawa wouldn't budge and instead tightened his grip on him. His head was now being held back more as Toga was squirming around fighting back as the heroes tried to keep her away. One thing happened that would push Kiralexia over the edge. When they smacked her in the face after she screamed once more to him. His eyes then glowed profusely and he began to stand trying to break the chains that bound him. Then snap, all the scarf strands that were on Kiralexia snapped off in an instant, as he screamed out and lashed at anyone who got near him. He then began to lung forward to Toga before a gout of flame from Shoto stopped him briefly. He looked back at him eyes blazing and tilted his head to the side while looking down upon him.
"Get out of my way Shoto, unless you want the other side of your face to match up." Kiralexia threatened Todoroki sneering as he did so. Shoto said nothing and just put another gust of fire out of him. Kiralexia blocked it easily with his left arm raised and looked at Shoto with disappointment.
"Very well icy-hot. don't say I never warned you." Kiralexia said before throwing a punch so hard into Shoto's face he went flying.
After that Kiralexia continued to go to Toga as bullets flew at them, they had pistols as warnings calm down. Then as you should expect by now more students of both 1-A and 1-B began to try and slow him down. Even Aizawa and the teachers tried to do so with there quirks, with Midnight trying her hardest to make Kiralexia and Toga sleep but nothing. Instead he looked back quickly and bolted to her knocking her out as well as throwing Aizawa over his shoulder and to the ground with hard snowy thud. Kiralexia then turned back to Toga who at this point now had herself a hard time to get away from people trying to latch on to her. Kiralexia threw police away from him and even broke ones arm as he punched them away.
However he wasn't killing them, keep this in mind for later in this chapter of our story. Hell it should be noted that Kiralexia wasn't even trying to hurt the students keeping him at bay, he was simply moving them out of the way. Ashido especially he was gentle with her despite sneering at her and looking betrayed by them, he simply picked her up handled the acid splashed to his face really well and placed her under a tree and wrapped her up with vines before marching back to Toga. At this point he was becoming more and more agitated the more and more these students and police officers tried there best to keep him away. Eventually he had enough with them and made an aura blast the send many people around him away and pushed back, some even flying and landing on the ground hard. He now stood in front of three police officers keeping Toga low to the ground and breathing heavily now.
"ENOUGH! I WILL NOT HAVE YOU TAKE MY DAUGHTER AWAY FROM ME, SHE'S MY NEKOGA AND NONE OF YOU WILL KEEP HER FROM ME!" Kiralexia yelled out in frustration causing everyone to suddenly stop and look a whole lot more guilty.
Alright just because Toga was a villain did not mean that taking her from her dad, in this situation, would make people feel at the very least a little bad. It didn't help the fact that Kiralexia and Toga had tears in there eyes as the other was being pulled away. Many of the cops didn't really budge much but the students, the ones that had a closer connection to Kiralexia, they looked at each other clearly wondering if this was the right choice. Kiralexia looked behind himself noticing Aizawa getting back up and he growled at him in a low tone.
"You, You're sick in the goddamn head thinking THIS was a good idea you bastard!" Kiralexia yelled pointing at Aizawa before pointing back at Toga.
"Actually I was the one who commissioned this." All Might, who walked forward spoke out leaving Kiralexia shocked before his face turned to pure aggression.
"You? You allowed this to happen? HAVEN'T YOU TAKEN ENOUGH FROM ME ALREADY?!"
"Don't take this personally it's simple a precaution. If you had left to join the League do you realize the damage that would do to us?"
"You heroes ALWAYS think of yourselves first. Maybe if you had a bit of brain you would realize the damage you are causing right now."
"I'm sorry to do this Kiralexia but THIS is drawing the line. it's one thing to meet in secret with a villain who you 'claim' to be your daughter, another thing to work with pirates, hell even causing an internal division WITHIN this school on the appearance of ones selves with what a Hero should be like. However to actually side with the villains and decide to join them, who's leader is the apprentice to the villain YOU attempted to kill, you have gone to far."
"I HAVE GONE TO FAR!? How about you look in fucking mirror All Might, YOU HAVE GONE TO FAR! I had plans with the League that far exceed what YOU think of me. However now I may never do them because of YOUR RETARDED ASS!" Kiralexia screamed breathing heavily as he berated All Might.
This didn't stop All Might or the others that much, well anyone who wasn't a student, and instead he snapped his fingers and Kiralexia was once again being restrained by the police however this time by much stronger police officers and even Kirishima and Testutestu where holding him down. Of course those two after hearing Kiralexia go out at All Might for doing this, did so with slight sorrow in there eyes but, they were given a strict order to keep Kiralexia down and they would listen or else. Kiralexia this time was still fighting back pushing everyone off of him, or at least trying and staring All Might down as he did so.
"WAS THIS WHAT YOU WANTED!? TO KEEP ME AS SOME LAB RAT!? TO GET VENGEANCE ON MY SUCCESSES THAT YOU COULD NEVER DO?!" Kiralexia yelled out asking everything that was on his mind. All Might simply stared him down while he spoke.
"This has nothing to do with that, this is kinda poetic actually. It is to teach you a lesson." All Might then looked up to the officers keeping Toga down, who now only barely wiggled trying to get out. " Alright officers take her to jail, and make sure HE'S restrained for awhile now. he's gonna need time off afterall." All Might said looking down showing a bit of sadness.
However that was not enough to stem Kiralexia's hatred and he looked back in horror as Toga now becoming more frantic tried to break out. She screamed and kicked and even tried biting but, well one of those officers had no quirk so it wouldn't even help. Nothing was going to work, he was going to lose his daughter again, after years of wondering where she went and finally given a chance to see her again, it is taken from him again. He struggled out and at this point when he made one last break to get to his daughter, he was tackled and fell to the ground as Kirishima who was on the ground gripped onto his legs, giving a much more pained look on his face. Clearly he knew this was terrible to do, or at least conflicted on the actions, and didn't like to do this. Kiralexia looked back as Toga was now being forced back closer and closer to a police van now being noticed. The small tear stains that where once on Kiralexia now became full on crying as he moved his right arm out from his side and cried out to Toga.
"TOGA!"
"DAD!" Toga Screamed as she wriggled to get out. Kiralexia in one last bid screamed out one last time with all the vocal cords in his voice.
"STOOOOOOOOP!" Kiralexia yelled clearly in pain seeing his daughter be forced away from him.
It was at that moment that a gun shot from what sounded like a flint-lock pistol ringed across the scene. Everyone froze and looked over to the entrance of UA where it came from and saw, Jack. He was holding a custom made flint-lock pistol that had smoke coming from the barrel and his normal 17th century esque suit was switched out with a more wintery attire. Still keeping the boots, trench coat, an especially the hat, but wearing more thicker gloves, having patches of what looked like fur on his clothes, and a brand new scarf that just added to the attire. He covered his lower face with that scarf as the end of the scarf blew in the wind as he stared down everyone with furrowed eyebrows and a very clear sneer on his face. His breath was seen in the air as he pulled down the scarf and let his pistol go low to the ground.
"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON HERE!?" He asked yelling at everyone as he walked towards them.
"Stay out of this Jack this doesn't concern you and your, Pirates." Aizawa said looking at him hard. Jack then softly chuckled before giving his own look at Aizawa and the rest of the people there.
"I come here to try and, persuade your little principle to make our deal FAR more favorable and release some of my men and what do I see? A bunch of goddamn idiots who are still holding harsh grudges, fighting over the simple fact of, what could be compared to someone in the band deciding to leave. Do I have that right?"
"It's more than that Pirate, this is about the fact that Kiralexia here was going to join the League of Villains. Do you not realize the damage that could do to us?"
"Sounds like a party to me. Besides if I know my Pirata Lord well enough, he would've used espionage from within, taking the organization down and possibly turning it into something of his own image. Correct?" Jack asked looking down at Kiralexia who was both relieved and shocked at Jacks arrival.
Kiralexia nodded and that allowed Jack to smile as everyone now realized the mistake they really were doing. However, All Might, Aizawa, and a few other heroes wouldn't budge at this. They didn't really give that much of a damn at this, they just wanted to make sure HE knew his own place when under there protection. This was a mix between an excuse and an actual goddamn reason, I mean him going off to the villains is bad enough, but with the League of Villains and not some low level one? Ya that did not settle with them at all.
"He's still a killer and well known to be a bit villainous."
"Oh I never said he wasn't. Are him and I known killers and murders? Hell yes, but look around has he killed anyone?" Jack asked causing everyone to look around.
Low enough there were only police officers and heroes tossed around with roughly one to maybe two police officers with broken limbs or bones. This was a good testament on his restraint, he could have killed the police officers, he could have crippled the heroes and even those of his friends. Instead he tossed them around and even with Ashido he simply put her away from himself to prevent such a thing from happening. If that wasn't enough to convince them that he had no intention to kill them, Jack didn't know what would. Sure enough most decided that at that point Kiralexia could be raised a bit more off the ground. Aizawa on the other hand, did not seem to happy at this.
"Keep him down officers, he's still dangerous. Besides THIS man has no say in things."
"Oh" Jack stated a little surprised before snapping his fingers and revealing a whole lot of pirates surrounding everyone. "Actually I have say in this. I had a feeling my attempts of a new deal wouldn't work without a bit of, persuasion thus I brought some arms with me. And even someone Kiralexia here should remember." Jack said before whistling this time and someone came from behind him and stood proud next to them.
It was the one woman that's voice was like that of a siren. They were healed up now and got a new hair cut, with an under cut and new mask clearly meant to both restrain and make her voice stronger when needed. Kiralexia smiled at them and called her out which she just scoffed at. The sight of her allowed Aizawa to get distracted, not by beauty, but by her banshee wail. Knocking almost EVERYONE down, for about 30 seconds. Jack smiled at that and kicked Aizawa around and put his pistol to All Might's face.
"Ya'know you ain't number one anymore, perhaps you should quit this shit already and allow Kiralexia to stay with his daughter."
"He can't leave yet, he's a powerful ally and we need as many of those as we can get."
"Then how about we make a deal? Meet up in there to talk things out and see if we can come up with something that works?" Jack asked as he tilted his head to the main UA school building.
All Might and the others thought for a moment but it wouldn't take long to think of something good. Afterall this pirate just showed up out of nowhere really, and was keeping one of them at gun point to talk with him and the others. Plus Kiralexia and Toga themselves agreed with that plan, full heartedly. It was clear that the plan was actually really good, just sit down and see if a deal can be made.
"Fine but only because the other option doesn't look good for either side." All Might responded as Jack smiled and put his pistol out of All Might's face.
"Good to hear, now for this to work ONE THING has to be done. Release Toga and Kiralexia, NOW." Jack ordered looking hard at the officers holding them down.
They did so without hesitation, and both Toga and Kiralexia ran to the other and embraced each other. Crying as they did so, everyone while WAS a little bit guilty, now that pit was a bitch to keep in and now they all just shuffled away uncomfortably. Jack nodded a bit, told his men to lower there weapons but be on guard and said for everyone that was faculty and for Kiralexia and Toga to follow him. Once that was done he froze for a second and turned his head slightly looking at everyone and told them to go into the dorms and wait. This they did so immediately for the most part, simple because they feared what would happen if THEY pissed him off.
After the students left for the dorms and everyone Jack demanded to follow him entered into a conference room, the deal could be made. Jack was sitting proud on the chair, legs straight on the table and arms behind his head as everyone else sat more professionally. Kiralexia was sitting upright staring down All Might on the other side of him while Toga, sitting next to Midnight, for some reason, had her head down and looked like she wanted to move away. Kiralexia and everyone else were waiting as to who would speak first, but of course Jack being the one who started this would be the one to first speak.
"Now I think the first thing we must discuss if my own position. Afterall I came for a better deal with MY crew first. Don't worry Kiralexia I'll deal with your situation next."
"Oh no take the time you need with your stuff, trust me I know the feeling being back stabbed." Kiralexia retorted looking directly at All Might as he did so. Jack nodded, got his feet off the table and began to discuss his new deal.
"Alright I think the first thing that must be done, and should've from the start, is keeping your end of the bargain. Stop with this villain shit already, we're pirate remember? Second I think NOW is a good time to make a new deal. One that actually aids in my helping with you heroes."
"You'd help us? Seriously?" Aizawa said a bit baffled and Jack merely shrugged.
"Payment's payment. Plus I think it would be a good way to prove pirates and villains are VERY very different. For that to happen one you must pay my crew fairly, and second, for the love of god release some of my men. They do not deserve a life behind bars, at least not here." Jack said tapping his finger on the table as he did so.
Kiralexia nodded at that, claiming it as rightful and necessary. The heroes on the other hand were less than inclined to do so. Afterall those pirates were arrested and put behind bars for a reason. The heroes couldn't really do much on that since it WAS the police's sway in it not there's. However they could possibly make it work, thus they begrudgingly agreed to it. The only real reason was that they wanted to deal with Toga and now.
"Good, I hope to see my men before Christmas?"
"You will get them soon as well as the pay."
"Very well, now as for Toga. I think it is clear as to what must be done with her."
"Arrest her, it's that simple." All Might said causing Kiralexia to sneer and give a low growl. Jack put his hand up and spoke.
"Not exactly, she came here possibly without the League being aware of it. Now tell me, how do you think they'll react when she was captured from WITHIN UA? If I am to guess, a possibly outbreak of villains to the school, major damage to both your image and to the school itself. If you don't want that to happen I highly suggest you allow to go free."
'And just allow her to come in and out as she goes? that's possibly even worse than arresting her."
"Then don't allow that, instead keep her here, for as long as she herself desires. Whenever she's here, have someone from the school, or Kiralexia of course, keep an eye on her and be by here presence at all times." Jack explained gesturing to Toga who was now having a peaked interest in this.
The heroes did not seem to fond of that idea. To allow a villain to just walk in and do whatever the hell they wanted within, seemed like they were being pushed around. While Midnight and even Aizawa had nodded and agreed it was for the best, All Might and even Nezu were not so keen on it. It should be noted All Might was simply looking out for his students and knew of Toga's quirkiness around people. He just didn't want them to get hurt, making him deny this a bit hypocritical but whatever, probably a little bit of take some aggression out on Kiralexia but not much.
"So we just allow this unstable girl to be held by a leash? Seems a little to dangerous to me."
"My daughter is not some rabid dog to you heroes."
"I never said that I simply said it was, risky to do."
"Yet you implied she was no more than that. And you called yourself the number one hero, what a joke."
"Watch your tongue Kiralexia." All Might retorted starting to stand up. Kiralexia stood up as well staring down the hero with hardened eyes.
"Piss off you bastard, I've face worse than you. Besides, you're nothing more than a skeleton now."
"I said watch it."
"And what will you do? Try and bury me again?" Kiralexia mocked with a small grin coming onto his face.
All Might this time was about to attack, or at least do something with him, when all of a sudden a bullet hissed between the two. They looked over to see Jack with his pistol extended out and smoke out of the barrel as he himself just frowned. Kiralexia became more strait and just stared Jack down as All Might spurt out some blood from the surprise of the bullet whizzing past him.
"Ladies, ladies, please, just make up already. Both of you failed to kill All For One, and you seem to be arguing like an old married couple."
"Excuse me?!"
"You heard me, now shut it and allow Nezu here to put a bit of his own thoughts on this idea and figure out what the hell to do with you daughter. Or you can sit in the corner like a bunch of whiny children, your choice." Jack said motioning to Nezu and smirking a little as he did so. Kiralexia was gonna argue however he simply growled and sat back down alongside All Might who while looked upset, didn't seem to care.
"Speak rat."
"Thank you, now I do believe having Toga here with someone to watch her is a good idea. However I must say that switching someone out to watch her every time she's here and NOT with Kiralexia here is counter intuitive. Yet again I also see having one person picked by us or even her is ridiculous she could pick someone whose terrible at keeping watch and that can lead to bad situations. Now what do you think could be done to prevent that from happening?"
"Well, how about we think about who she cares for most, the one person next to her father here that she'd, if not listen fully, at least try to respect." Jack gave a face looking up before realizing what he said. "Okay someone she'll follow. Someone she loves, and has a bit of an obsession for."
'Who would that be?" Midnight asked as Toga, who knew where this was going, began to give her usual smile. Jack just gave Midnight a look and waved his hands out as he questioned Midnight's obliviousness.
"Seriously, the one person in class 1-A she has feelings for. The one she stole a drop of blood from."
"She did that?"
"Yes pretty obvious when ONE student disappears from the license exam of course she scratched and took a drop. Izuku goddamn Midoriya." Jack said and everyone just collectively looked both dumbfounded and like they realized they were stupid.
Kiralexia even knew of this BEFORE he asked, of course it was a hunch but it still counts, so the fact that even NEZU of all people in the room didn't fully realize it, is truly ridiculous. Jack was snickering as he saw all of the heroes just look dumbfounded and Kiralexia just look around surprised by all of this. He was the first to speak after there reaction and just sounded like he couldn't believe it.
"I mean to be fair that boy seems to be a magnet for women, and even men in a few timelines I've seen. So for my daughter to love that plain boy makes sense. With context more so, without it, eh sort of."
"But does no one realize, that if HE is put under guard duty of Toga, a person who is most likely VERY clingy to him. We're basically signing a death warrant on the poor boy."
'Hey I'd show restraint." Toga retorted to Hizashi who was the one to say that.
"And how's that?"
"I won't cut him right away." Toga responded shrugging a bit as she did so. Hizashi did not look to pleased with that but Kiralexia was quick to respond.
"Trust me knowing her and her lovers, that's a good thing."
"Whatever you say Kiralexia."
"So it's settled we have someone to watch her when Kiralexia is elsewhere."
'It appears so, but what would happen if Midoriya is not there to watch her?"
"Well…. Okay you got me there, but Kiralexia might have an idea right?" Jack asked looking at Kiralexia who just kinda went numb to that thought.
He looked around and had to think for a minute as to WHAT he would do. I mean he doubted ANYONE else would be okay doing this. However he was also aware of the other problem that the school was facing. Thus he had an idea, one he didn't like, but one he would do.
"Well, since the school has been having a bit of trouble finding the right mentor for class 1-A and B, how about we find someone for them? In the mean time they can also train Toga and keep a watch on her, two birds one massive stone." Kiralexia offered having all of the teachers think about it.
"That's not a bad idea actually. there's one problem to that, and it's the fact that we have no one to do it."
"Exactly and besides even IF we could have the pirates or even members of the Militia train them, I doubt it would actually work. Plus the Militia has not been seen on Japan for quite some time now. Unless, YOU have someone who could do it?" Nezu asked Kiralexia.
Kiralexia then looked down at the ground and was MUCH less pleased with the situation. He groaned slightly before looking up at everyone. Clearly he did have someone, or maybe not it was hard to tell. What was known was that he did NOT like this. After rubbing his face with his right hand he spoke.
"I have someone in mind, but I REALLY don't want them to be here."
"Well who is it?"
"Someone who worked with the Militia. HOWEVER they weren't full time, they were 'Part-Time'. Honestly he would tell us that it was no fun going all in on one idea. They were incredibly strong and athletic, in short someone who'd be skilled in a lot of situations." Kiralexia said, describing the person in question with not much details but enough to get an idea. Aizawa then decided to ask.
"If there so good, then why didn't you tell us of them?"
"Because despite there skills, strength, and all of the above, the just had one issue with them. And that was the fact that they were the most unstable and villainous member of our order."
"Well do you mind showing us there skills and why that is the case? We do know how your quirk works afterall and you can show us." Aizawa asked making Kiralexia sneer a bit as he put his hands on his head.
He agreed and showed them the person in question. The image appeared on the table of a man in a certain scene. It showed a man wearing a simple suit with plated armor around shoulder, chest, and legs. The ends of such points were sharp and showed signs of blood on them. The mans face was slightly covered with a gas mask that's tubes went backwards. Yet his face showed crimson green eyes with a tinge of yellow to them, and a small set of horns over ornate short black hair. His skin was pale and he looked as if he was untouched by sunlight for years. They were fighting a group of thugs or some form of group with both his fists, and a sword in there hands with engravings to hard to read cutting people up. This was enough to show that this man had a fire in there eyes and seemed incredibly unstable
"His name was Vanelis Lithica I believe, and he was notorious for MANY things. Being a mentally deranged person who had no concept of mercy. There laugh of glee whenever a special victim was killed, and the way they danced around on the battlefield. It truly was a sight to behold, even with there, dubious mental ideas and process of what was 'wrong' with this world."
"Has he ever met Toga?"
"Oh several times and he was, something. I'd rather not talk more about THOSE moments they don't bring good light in my mind."
That is fine but why do you believe HE out of everyone could work?" Nezu asked Kiralexia which prompted an immediate response.

"I'm saying his quirk ain't bullshit and instead he's never told us. So if you are so inclined to find him know that when it comes to teaching, he's no forgiving at all, and no one knows his quirk. My advice, keep him away so that he doesn't break anyone." Kiralexia said dead eyed at everyone around him.
After he said that he got a call from someone and took it. It was Dabi and he said he and Toga had to go out somewhere, important. Everyone was miffed off but agreed and said t he deal with Toga was made, she can stay and leave but must be around either Kiralexia or Midoriya. They even said they will keep an eye on this Vanelis person just in case, but Kiralexia said 'I had just explained his mental state and how he teaches. Look over other candidates before you choose him.' clearly Vanelis and Kiralexia did not have the best of relationships or the fact that this person is more villain that hero, and while they didn't like it, they agreed simply for the safety of it. However as Toga, Jack and Kiralexia left the room, deals now made and a candidate found. Perhaps not the best one but his power and strength, that alone seems like a good one to have. Nezu only hoped that when the time came, this Vanelis person wasn't as deranged as Kiralexia told him about.
