Basics:
- User has perfect knowledge of the sins and fears (Means he feels both sides of the event; such as rape, assault, robbery, etc.) of those within a surround radius of them. Cannot communicate this knowledge with anyone except the person it pertains to.
- Activating the Quirk will cause the user immense pain, but will exponentially strengthen their body
Enhanced:
- Simply increases range, pain, and strengthening effect
Idea Origin:
Mostly from another fanfiction called The Holy Man of the Church Creek (Great read by-the-by!), where Shirou goes to the Underworld and ends up using a Devil power similar to this, in that he takes upon himself literally All the World's Evils both to hide his Humanity from others, possibly as a bit of a power up (not too sure, so don't quote me), and to give the Devil he carries (Angra Mainyu? I skim-read a lot, so I don't know if they ever really clarified that) some relief from doing so.
