"Reunion"

The three headed to a bridge "So Loki where are you going?" Ghost asked.

"Fimbulvetr." Loki pointed to the mountain.

"What's so important up there Little One?" Bayonetta asked.

"Don't know I just feel I have to get up there." Loki said.

Ghost noticed a building "What about that up there?" Ghost asked.

"That is the Cathedral of Cascades; it was used for ritual worship of the mountain. Inside there's a device that can build a "bridge to the Heavens" it will take us halfway up Fimbulvetr." Loki said.

"So I'm guessing we're going up there." Ghost said.

"You wouldn't happen to know where the entrance to inferno is up there do you?" Bayonetta asked.

"Inferno? You must be crazy if you're volunteering to go there. Let me up it this way, love. Once we get to the mountain, you'll get the choice of going up or going down." Loki said.

"Within the Court if you need to get somewhere you fight in a gauntlet." Ghost said.

"On that note, which way will you be going Little One?" Bayonetta asked.

"Let's do this." Ghost said.

"Well, well, well if it isn't Bayonetta." Luka's voice said.

Luka appeared behind from a wall sporting a new look and now wearing glasses.

"If it isn't my little Cheshire." Bayonetta said.

"It's Luka!" Luka said.

"Whose this guy?" Loki said.

"That's Cheshire." Bayonetta said.

"Real name's Luka but she just likes to tease him." Ghost said.

"No matter where I am, you always know how to make a entrance." Bayonetta said.

Ghost noticed Luka's glasses "What's with the glasses bro?" Ghost asked.

"Oh this? Rodin made this so I could see you guys in purgatorio." Luka said.

"Didn't know you met Rodin." Ghost said.

"We met only a few months after you guys disappeared." Luka said.

"Well would have been if he had told us." Bayonetta said.

"If there's one thing I've learned in my line of work. It's when I've found you. I found the story." Luka said.

"What on earth are you on about this time?" Bayonetta asked.

"Don't act dumb with me. You know the story better than anyone. The Umbra Witches and the Lumen Sages, two clans that wielded incredible power just 500 years ago. The clans of the Overseer watching us all with the "Eyes of the World" the power to govern light and darkness. But now I know there really was an Overseer. And this Overseer is the one who created the Eyes of the World for humanity, the same ones that the clans held on to so hard. The overseer was the true creator. The true god of the human realm. The God of Chaos." Luka said.

"The God of Chaos?" Bayonetta asked.

"From what my research has told me, that god used to live right here in Noatun. That's why this place has gateways to each realm of the Trinity of Realities." Luka said.

"It just seem that way." Ghost said.

"La Porta del Paradiso, the doorway to heaven, and La Porta Dell'inferno, the real "Gates of Inferno." Luka said.

Bayonetta gasped.

"Listen, I heard about Jeanne." Luka said.

"Well that's why we're here." Ghost said.

"Well good luck." Luka said.

He fired his grapple hook and left the area.

"He still knows how to be him." Ghost said.

The group headed to the Cathedral of Cascades but a giant snake-like angel appeared grabbing Loki. It created a giant tornado of water. "Let's go get him." Ghost said.

The two followed the angel and entered a portal of light then everyone was in Paradiso. "This place again." Ghost said, referencing the fight between Bayonetta and Jeanne.

Bayonetta summoned the demon Diomedes which slashed the angel's weapons "The boy must not reach the mountain!" the angel said.

"I don't recall asking for your permission." Bayonetta said.

They freed Loki who was falling to the ground Bayonetta and Ghost followed.
