Velma, Shaggy, and Asamad had been following Scooby for quite some time now until they had finally reached the empty parking lot in front of the party venue.

"Are you sure that this is where they are, Scoob?" Shaggy asked.

"Ri'm sure," the dog nodded in response.

Velma walked up to the building and looked through the windows for a moment.

"Rhat do rou see?" Scooby asked.

"Do you see Flim Flam, Jayden, or Cheryl in there?" Asamad questioned.

"I don't see anyone in there at all," she said, looking back at the others. "Even though the lights are on and the music is still playing."

"Well, they have to be in there somewhere," Shaggy replied. "Possibly in the back?"

"Maybe, but I don't see why everyone would be in the back room and have no one be in the front room, unless that's a part of Professor Phantazmo's plan of course."

She then went to the doors to open them, but was suddenly pushed back by a wave of magic.

"Are you okay?" Shaggy asked her.

"Yes, I'm fine. It looks like the entrance is protected by a magic barrier, so we won't be able to get in unless we can break it," she realized.

"I'll break it," Asamad said. "The rest of you stand back."

Everyone nodded and did as he said, and watched as his magic then started pouring out of his hands, aiming at the doors.

Within seconds, the doors were completely shattered, and the wave of magic had disappeared.

"Follow me," the ghost then spoke, before they all went into the building together.

Covington watched all of this from afar, and teleported upstairs to speak with Phantazmo.

"Professor, he has arrived. Asamad Van Ghoul."

The demon looked up at him.

"And right before the spell will reach completion. When it will be fully cast at the stroke of midnight, I will deal with him as he sees who his friends really are."

The professor then teleported out of the room.

Vincent rushed as fast as he could into Daphne's room, carrying multiple warm towels and water bottles in his hands.

"I have returned, and I've brought everything to help you with the aches," he told her.

He placed everything down on her nightstand and grabbed one of the warm towels.

"Now tell me, Daphne, where do you feel those aches?" Vincent asked.

She pointed to her legs and then to her stomach, and took two of the warm towels off her nightstand, placing one on her legs, and the other on her stomach.

"Do you feel them anywhere else?" he questioned.

"No, I don't," Daphne answered.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes."

"Very well then. Now, once that goes away, we can get rid of that raspy voice and you'll be back to the way you were before."

She then nodded in response, and quickly checked her cell phone again.

"It's almost midnight," she said. "I hope the aches will go away in time for me to go back to sleep soon."

"I'm not so sure about before midnight, since you said they were bad, but I am sure that they will heal before morning," he assured her.

"So, I'm going to feel exhausted in the morning, aren't I?" Daphne sighed.

"Don't worry about that, you can sleep in for however long you need to," Vincent smiled.

She smiled back at him for a moment.

"You're not only a great father figure, but also a great doctor."

"I'm glad you think so of me," he responded.

She then grabbed one of the water bottles and took a sip out of it.

"I suppose I should've asked you this earlier, but are you hungry at all?" he pondered. "You haven't eaten in a few hours. I could make you something if you'd like."

"Not really, the dinner you cooked earlier tonight was enough. Plus, I don't want to risk my stomach hurting even more now if I decide to eat something and then it gets too full after," she said, setting the water bottle back on her nightstand. "You know?"

"I understand," he nodded. "Just wait a few more minutes and then take the towels off for a moment, alright?"

"Got it."

The door had several holes in it from the other teens banging on it as Flim Flam, Cheryl, and Jayden were just looking on in horror.

"Is there anywhere else we can hide? Maybe another door we can find back here?" Flim Flam asked, his voice trembling.

Jayden aimed his phone flashlight at the back of the room for a moment.

"No, there's nothing there," he told him. "The only option we have left right now is to fight them. If we can defeat real ghosts and monsters, we can do this, but we're going to have to work together here," he then looked at his friends. "So, I need the both of you to put aside what's happened tonight in order for us to do that."

"We will," Cheryl sighed.

"Yeah, we can do this," Flim Flam agreed.

"On the count of three…"

"One," Jayden began.

"Two," Flim Flam continued.

"Three!" Cheryl exclaimed.

The door had completely broken down now, and the three of them went straight ahead and started fighting the bewitched teens.

Cheryl fought off four of them at once, and would've had a fifth one grab her if she hadn't quickly pushed them out of her way and into the back.

"Five down and a lot more to go," she grinned.

Flim Flam, however, was fighting only one at a time, trying to keep focus on what Jayden had told him.

He then found himself trapped in one of the teen's tight grips suddenly, and it was painful.

He winced as he looked at the teen's face, seeing that blank look in their eyes once again, struggling to break free, feeling the grip get tighter the longer he was held in it.

"You are helpless against me, and soon your friends here will see that and eventually leave you, and you will be all alone forever," the teen whispered to him.

"NO!" he exclaimed, as he struggled for a second before finally being able to break free and keep fighting the bewitched teen.

In a few minutes, the three youngsters had managed to defeat the rest of the teens and quickly ran out of the room.

"We did it! Are you guys okay?" Flim Flam asked.

"Yeah, I guess I'm okay," Cheryl said.

Jayden placed his hand over his forehead.

"What about you?" she questioned.

He removed his hand, showing blood trickling down from his forehead onto the floor, and a wound was seen there as well.

"They punched me pretty hard," Jayden admitted.

"Are you in any pain?"

"Yeah, but I think I'll be alright with waiting until we get home to get this healed," he assured her.

The others nodded, and started their search for a way out.
