The chapter will mostly be done in 3rd P.O.V

it was decided after a long conversation with all the higher-ups that knew the truth along with the Cadets that they would keep to the original plan from before and go forward after everyone believed what Sasha had said was the truth

it was risky considering that Sasha didn't know all the details about what happened in Stohess District or all the big decisions the court and king made but in Erwin's eyes it was worth it to find out if Sasha was telling the completely telling the truth.

Sasha knew this considering and understood that lives would be lost in this plan. The others agreed having known this would be a consequence of a war they never started but hoped to end such as Mike, Hanji, Mikasa, Ymir, and Levi.

of course, some people disagreed with this plan. they didn't see what was the point in knowing what would happen and not stopping some unnecessary deaths, those who didn't agree were shot down.

Sasha saw this coming and confirmed to everyone that Erwin was just testing the waters to see what they would be willing to do for the sake of humanity inside of the walls. they didn't take it well but with a little bit of time, they agreed to go along with this plan.

there was also that one person who didn't believe what was said about Sasha being from the future and about the attack and how everything would turn out. and that person could only be Eren, Sasha knew from the beginning that he would be hard to convince considering that not even in the future did Eren think rationally.

Sasha would just let things work themselves out because right now she had bigger problems to deal with. currently she was riding her horse next to Rainer and Connie as they were making their way to a Scout Regiment hideout for a 'brake' while the higher-up's dealt with Eren.

"wonder where we are headed" Rainer spoke out loud finally breaking the silence as Commander Mike lead them and the rest of his squad to the hideout.

"don't know... just glad we are finally taking a break," Sasha spoke in her usual happy tone.

"yeah..." Connie spoke as he avoided looking at Rainer and Bertholdt. "what are you guys planning on doing once we get there" he asked silently.

"don't know... hopefully they let us leave... my family lives around this area... if they do you want to come with Connie" Sasha smiled at him placing her plan in motion.

"yeah... after that we can visit... my village..." he said as they started to slow down.

"mind if we joined you guys," Rainer said with Berthold behind him not moving "you know... so we can meet the people who raised our resident Potato Girl" he laughed as they finally came to a stop.

they had finally arrived, so they waited for orders only to be told to dismount and get their things inside, but before Sasha could though she walked up to Mike where he was unpacking his things from the back of his horse.

once he saw Sasha behind him he nodded to her allowing her to speak.

"Commander Mike Sir... I wanted to ask for permission to head to my home village while we are on break," she said loudly making sure he heard her.

"hmmm..." he said as he thought

"um... if it's alright Commander I would like to head with Sasha as well... to visit my family as well since my home village is only a couple of miles off." Connie jumped in with Rainer behind him with Bertholdt standing a little bit off into the distance

"I would like to join them if possible sir..." Rainer said jumping in with his big wide confident smile.

"I will think about it, meanwhile unpack and care for your horses," Mike told them before turning back to his horse. Sasha nodded and walked back around to lead her horse to the stables.

"think he is going to let us go" asked Rainer as he followed after her and everyone else headed that way. they talked for a couple more minutes they parted ways so that they can rest in their temporary rooms before going out to eat.

after they had lunch Sasha went to the back to rest in the woods where she was stopped by Mike who had Connie at his side.

"we will leave to your village in an hour, if what you said is correct we should get there before the titans move from Ragako and head to Dauper" Mike instructed "Rainer and Berholdt will stay behind and be kept under watch by Krista and Ymir and some other commanding officers who were trusted with the information." Both Sahsa and Connie nodded their heads showing that they understood "your horses should be well-rested and ready to go" he said before making his way back to the house where everyone else was relaxing

"and if something goes wrong" Sasha stated as she followed him with Connie.

" sacrifices will be made," Mike said as he got ahead of them "be ready by the hour," he said before he disappeared through the doorway closing the door behind him.

"Are we doing this" Connie asked quietly, she didn't say anything but turned around to look at him.

" it's going to be okay..." she told him. She had explained to him that they might not have been able to see their family but there was always a way to turn them back into humans... Or at least the Titan shifters.

" but... My mom..." he said as the tears started to build in his eyes. " and my little brother... And sister" he said as the tears started to fall. Sasha without even thinking ran to his side and held him tighter

" I promise you everything is going to be okay," she told him. They stood there for several minutes. At that point, Sasha starting to think back on all the times that Connie had cried to her about missing his family or how he should have known that Rainer, Bertholdt, and Annie were the traitors before everything turned bad since he was the one that was closest to them. In the original time, he was the one that took it the worst. He was one of the happiest and kindest guys which made Sasha love him even more but at the same time that always put him at a disadvantage because everyone knew he was the one that we always hesitate to pull the trigger on a former Ally.

" how do you know... How do you know everything is going to be okay" he asked her once his sobbing quieted down.

" because right now we have an advantage over them... Right now you all have me with my knowledge of what is to come... I promise you that everything will turn out better than it did before" she told him as she helped him at arm's length. Suddenly the door banged open. It was Rainer coming out with Bertholdt.

He was smiling and talking loudly but soon found himself silent. He looked at Connie who had tears streaming down his face and Sasha who had a slight frown and watery eyes.

" Is everything okay?" Bertholdt asked quietly. He was never the outspoken kind... At least not while they knew him.

" yeah... It's just everything is happening so fast..." Sasha said allowing Connie to wipe away his tears.

" I get that," Rainer said as he Pat Connie on the back hard. " so what did Commander Mike say about heading to your village"

" he said we can go but only because we had family relations outside... He said that you guys can't go so..." Sasha spoke up again she tried to look as guilty as she could looking down at the ground and avoiding their eyes

" it's fine I get it..." Rainer said as he thought about something Bertholdt looked slightly nervous as he watched his friend think.

" I think we should head inside... When are you guys leaving" Bertholdt asked quietly and slowly placing his hand on Raider's shoulder causing him to look over.

" he said he's going to take us in an hour" Connie jumped in once his tears were finally dry.

Rainer nodded and wished them luck in meeting their families before going deeper into the woods with Bertholdt following after him. Sasha gave a glance before hugging Connie once more and leading him inside.

Sasha was riding at top speed almost two hours later with Mike and Connie following her. they had only stopped once for a water and food break but other than that they headed straight to her village.

they were almost there when they hit sundown when Sasha Mike ordered Connie to keep watch by the forest edge with his gear ready in case any titan got close and shoot a red signal flare.

A small village lit up the Dark Forest only slightly as they approached slowly on horseback. They saw a couple of people outside of the houses watching as they approached to look at them or bring their children to go inside. Before they knew it someone recognized Sasha and yelled out that Sasha had returned home. In that moment almost everyone was approaching them. Many people asked her how she was yeah but she stayed silent and only smiled and nodded at them telling them she was fine as a village leader, Sasha's father, walked out of his house and approached his daughter and the stranger that was accompanying her.

" Sasha..." he started as Sasha stopped her horse next to her father. " why have you returned," he asked her silently but kindly

" Artur Braus, I am Captain Mike Zacharias of the scout regiment. we have come with urgent news and order of evacuation by Cammander Erwin for Titans have entered the walls" Mike spoke up as he made his horse walk a little ahead of Sasha.

Sasha's father looked at the man and at Sasha's face. she had a stoic expression and didn't dare look at her father. all around them, people started to whisper and talk asking if what he said was the truth. from behind Artur out walked Lisa, Sasha's mother who she hadn't seen since she left her home...

"Father I promise that what Captain Mike said is true" Sasha spoke up after everyone quieted down not bothering to look at anyone else other than her father. she knew that if she could convince her father to follow her out of the titan's path the rest will follow... except a couple of people who didn't want to leave their homes.

Sasha's father paused for a moment to think. before facing his daughter.

"What proof do you have," he asked but Sasha stayed silent. "...you want us to leave our peaceful lives and homes... for something you have no proof of and with an outsider no less," he asked her with his head held high staring at his daughter assessing what she would do next. Again Sasha stayed silent and just stared at her father and mother who was now next to her husband staring up at her only child. "I sent you out of this village to grow Sasha... to get an open mind... are you telling me that that was a mistake on my part," he asked her

"No" Sasha spoke up with her posture getting even straighter than before. "you sent me to the military to grow up and experience the outside world... you sent me out there to open up my mind and grow not just as a person but as a hunter... I have grown up if you can't tell, I am willing to show you how much I've grown as a person and as a hunter and all the other things I've learned... which is how I know that the titans are inside of the walls... the scout regiment also confirmed that the titans are inside of wall Rose and heading here." she said as her words never wavered and poster never changed, no matter how her horse moved or flinched.

"if you will allow us to explain we would be more than happy to but right now we are running out of time." Mike jumped in as he got up from his horse and lead it closer to Artur.

Shortly after Sasha, Connie and Captain Mike left Rainer was found talking with Krista who tried her best to hold herself together. Ymir as always stayed by her side now more so that they both knew each other secrets.

"what do you think something is wrong with Connie... he was acting kinda off," Rainer asked as he looked over at Krista

"I'm not sure... you think he might have gotten sick" Krista offered with a kind smile. Ymir had to give her credit of course for her acting was much better than hers. She couldn't stop glaring at him and at Berthold after it was revealed that they were the reason that she had to be separated from Krista. She, of course, kept her feelings to herself and try to act as natural as possible but it was hard to do so with a voice inside her head telling her that they were the reason that she could not be happy.

" you think so..." he asked her looking at her with a weird look in his eye. Bertholdt who was sitting next to him glanced at them before returning back to his food.

" you know I have this gut feeling... That the reason that Connie is acting kind of weird around you is that you were too close to Sasha..." Ymir stated with a mocking tone. Of course, she knew that Connie and Sasha have liked each other since the first year of training, and God forbid what happened in the future stayed secret for only Sasha to know.

" what do you mean" Krista asked her turning to her hoping she would explain a little more and give her something she could work with to turn into a lie so that they would not be caught.

" I've been watching them since we've joined the military, it's not that hard to see that Connie has a thing for Sasha" she mocked Rainer started to laugh and almost choked on his food but was helped by his close friend who was sitting right next to him.

" yeah but what I don't get is why he is so mad at me" Rainer said with a smile once he calm down. " I mean I get he likes a girl but I'm not trying to take her if anything I'm the one that pushed him to hang out with her more"

" love is a strange thing" Krista jumped in with a very kind smile " I'm pretty sure Connie doesn't mean anything in a bad way, and is just going through a phase... Don't worry Rainer I'm sure he'll be back to normal before you know it" she smiled kindly at him.

They continued to talk for several more minutes before they saw many soldiers running around in the field next to the window. They look confused for only a moment before it hit both Ymir and Krista what was happening.

They had barely found out that the Titans are inside the world and it was already close to sundown. Sasha had warned them not to let Rainer and Bertholdt out of their sight during the entire investigation of the wall.

Just as they both looked at each, a soldier higher ranking than both of them came into the room yelling orders telling them to hurry up and get themselves ready for the Titans have broken through the wall. Instantly all of the cadets jumped into action and quickly ran to their horses waiting for orders. None of them had their maneuver gear but seeing as it was taken away because they didn't want accidents to happen and it was vacation time for most of them. The only ones who had gear were the older members of the scouts or the high-ranking members.

" they break through the wall," Rainer asked shocked

"... I don't know" Bertholdt spoke up from behind him as they ran towards their horses. Ymir and Krista watched their reactions and knew that they had nothing to do with the Titans being inside the wall and had not been informed that the Beast Titan was now actively attacking.

" come on we don't want to get split up" Ymir ordered as she quickly grabbed and saddled up her horse with the others following behind her as they quickly follow their commanding officer.

They were given orders by their commanding officer and were sent on their way to check the walls and make sure that they steered away the Titans from villages. It was starting to get darker and darker but of course, they had a plan and they intended for it to succeed... Because if it didn't they were going to have to go for Plan B and that would have been something that they were trying desperately to avoid.

as Eren laid on the ground with rubble all around him and a wood plank going threw him right in the chest the only thing that came to mind was how... how could this be possible, not the fact that Annie was a titan (even though that itself was shocking and mind breaking) but the fact that Sasha told the truth and was from the future.

'why... why is this happening...' he gasped out remembering all the stories Sasha shared about the outside world. 'what... did we do to deserve this... to be treated like cattle... sure our ancestors did something bad... but why...' he cried as he tried to move. the piece of wood that was threw his chest going in deeper. 'why... did they have to act... so nice after what they did... what did i do to deserve my mother be taken from me.'

"EREN" he heard Armin yell but he was too deep in thought and losing too much blood to concentrate as the word 'why' crossed over his mind over and over again.

"EREN GET UP WE NEED YOU" Armin yelled once more. he didn't know where Eren exactly was but knew he at least must have heard him yelling for him over the ruckus that the female titan was making to get away as the rest of the scouts followed her and tried to slow her down.

'After everything, we went threw... why did they lie... and act like they were our friends... like we were the same... was it all lie... did they honestly even... consider him a friend... was he just a means to an end...' Eren thought before his confusion slowly turned to anger the more he thought about his 'friends' betrail. 'bastards... they... lied... to all of us... and got away with it for so long... and... we were all... so stupid to realize... that we where being used as pawns... and the only one who realized it... is out there... while I'm here...' he growled at his thoughts. he tried to move once more. he could feel the pain as it went through him. once more he thought back to their talk in the meeting room and what Sasha said she knew about his abilities.

'Eren i get you don't trust me or believe what i say and all, but i want you to remember you can only transform after you have a clear goal set on your mind...' Eren remembered Sasha explaining 'you never really explained much about your powers because we hardly understood it in my time but now we have a head start so they won't catch us by surprise.' she explained.

again Eren thought back in the way he reacted to her explaining things to everyone. of course he didn't believe her at the time and ridiculed her and everyone else that believed her even though that earned him a glare from Levi. he didn't believe her and now he found the way he acted was very much childish... sure her story was a little outlandish but now it was proven to be true... and that made him look like an even bigger idiot than before. But now he had to prove that he was no idiot, he had to prove that he was the bigger person and apologize to her and not only that when this war that they had no choice to be a part of, maybe after this is all over he can ask her what the sea was like... No better yet she can take him to go see the sea if she ever forgave him for being such an idiot in both timelines.

And with that, he had a clear goal in his mind and let out a scream as lightning struck him throughout all the rubble

I know I know you don't have to tell me it's been a couple of months and I kind of forgot that I have to update. I actually had the chapter written out but I was waiting for my Editor to get back at me but it has come to me that my editor is no longer working with me so most chapters will be kind of shity until I find another editor or I get better at writing either or.

again I'm really sorry for the lag I've been keeping up with my mental health I finally gone to see a therapist and we've been doing a lot better and I've made so much progress than when I first started so that's good and I'm thinking about going back into writing... again.

the next chapter will not probably be done anytime soon I'm just letting you know I'm not going to lie about it and be like always going to be done in a week when it's not true or not. But just remember I haven't forgotten you guys I love all my readers with all my tiny little heart.

Hopefully you guys will stick with me throughout this journey of writing this book and giving me feedback about what you guys want to see in future chapters.

right now I need to re-watch season 2 and I will start working on the next chapter but don't worry it probably won't take as long as this chapter (LOL 7-months my bad)
