A/N: Picks up right where, Monsters Vs. Spies, left off.
Previously...
"Jerr, we're still recovering from the last mission," Sam groaned.
"I don't have a mission for you this time," Jerry said. "I summoned you here to inform you about a phone call I received from my mother earlier."
"Isn't she supposed to arrive in New York tomorrow?" Sam asked.
"She's not going to be moving to New York," Jerry said, leaving the spies confused. "My mother has decided to remain in England and go into a retirement home in her hometown of Oxford, and I do still intend to live closer to her and take you eight spies with me."
"Oxford?" Sam asked. She soon thought of something and asked. "Does this mean...?"
"That you eight spies will be attending Oxford University instead of Staten Island University like you originally planned?" Jerry asked. "Yes, you will be attending the most prestigious university in the world."
The spies were in disbelief over what they just heard.
Now...
"So, we're really going to Oxford?" Britney asked in disbelief.
"Yes," Jerry replied.
"I thought those who got the best grades get to go to Oxford," Alex spoke up.
"That's true," Jerry agreed. "But all of your grades have improved greatly these past few years. Besides, I personally know the school's chancellor."
"How do you know Oxford's chancellor?" Nate asked.
"She used to be a WOOHP spy," Jerry replied. "But she retired to pursue a career in becoming a Math Professor and just a year ago, became the chancellor of Oxford University. We've kept in touch with each other ever since she left WOOHP and, after I told her I was taking you spies with me to Oxford, she offered to help arrange it so you spies could attend Oxford University and take the same classes you were planning to take at Staten Island University.
"What's the chancellor's name?" Sam asked.
"Her name is Laura Douglas," Jerry replied. "Now, I have booked you spies on a, 9 pm flight to London tonight. As soon as you arrive in London, you will take a bus to Oxford. I'll let Laura know once you've arrived at the bus station in Oxford and she'll pick you up from there."
"Hey, Jerr?" Lee spoke up. "How are we gonna pack our belongings in just a few hours?"
"A few of my agents will give you a hand with that," Jerry replied. "And we will have your belongings shipped to the house you will be staying in."
"Where are we gonna be living in Oxford?" Sam asked.
"Jake once told me his parents have an off-campus house they rent out in Oxford," Jerry pointed out. "I contacted Jake's parents and they agreed to allow you spies to stay there. They will also be bringing an eight-person van over to the house for you spies to use."
Sam turned to Jake and asked, "Jake, when were you going to tell me your parents rented out a house in Oxford?"
"When it became relevant," Jake replied as he turned to Sam. "But it seems Jerry beat me to the punch."
Jerry soon remembered something and continued, "I just remembered, before you go, I will be giving you school uniform undershirts."
"School uniform undershirts?" Sam asked as she and Jake turned back to Jerry.
"Yes, Sam," Jerry replied. "Since a school uniform is required at Oxford University and, remembering how you, Clover, and Alex complained about school uniforms once before, I designed a shirt that makes school uniforms wearable for you. They can also keep you cool in hot weather as well."
Just then, eight robotic arms, each with a bag of white T-shirts in them, came down and gave each of the spies a bag.
"Thanks, Jerr," Sam spoke up in appreciation.
"You're welcome," Jerry said. He then waved. "Ta tah, spies."
He then pressed a button on his desk and the spies were WOOHPed out of the office.
Harvard University Campus
4:05 pm
A man with brown hair, blue eyes, fair skin, and wearing a gray suit with red tie and black oxford shoes was going for a walk on campus.
Just then, his cellphone rang.
"Hello?" The man answered.
"You will pay for rejecting me, Harvard President," Came a mysterious robotic voice.
Before the president of Harvard could reply, the caller on the other end hung up.
"Prank call," He groaned.
Suddenly, and without warning, what appeared to be a large red robot with two legs, red mechanical tail, and a large green glowing bubble landed behind the man. But what really stood out was a girl sitting in a chair attached to the machine. The girl had blonde hair in a high ponytail on the right side of her head held by a pink hair scrunchie, blue eyes, fair skin and wore a school uniform consisting of a white short sleeve collared shirt, blue sweater vest, red necktie and skirt, white socks, and blue Penny Loafers.
"Remember me?" The girl shouted.
The president turned around and just before he could speak, he was grabbed by a pair of tentacles deployed from the machine and tossed into the machine itself.

A/N: And so, begins my first Totally Spies college story.
Seems a foe from season 5 has returned.
I'm not sure if whether or not students at Oxford wear school uniforms. But after seeing the Totally Spies! episode, "I Want My Mummy", I decided to portray Oxford University students as wearing school uniforms.
