Over the next two days, Arizona quickly recovered thanks to the doctor's visits and medication. She tried to stay out of Derek's way so she wouldn't be more of a bother than she already felt, even though Derek insisted that she wasn't. Derek offered to let her borrow one of his cars, but she politely declined and took the bus to work. At first, Derek had refused to let her work since she was recovering, but Arizona was desperate. She needed to keep herself busy and make money, so eventually after nagging and following him all over the house, he agreed to let her pick up some work if she would just shut up.

But it was her third day in the house when Amelia showed up. She walked up straight to Arizona's bedroom.

"Damn!" Amelia said

Arizona's body immediately tensed up. Something about Amelia didn't settled well with her. Ever.

"Don't you knock?" she asked.

"In my own home?" Amelia shot back at her, raising an eyebrow.

"I thought this was your brother's house."

"Yeah, but when he bites the dust, it will be mine. So...how are you feeling? Derek told me you were really sick," Amelia said, leaning against the door frame.

"I'm much better, thanks to your brother," Arizona answered, looking uneasily at Amelia. She just didn't trust her.

"Good. Glad to hear it. By the way, dinner's ready," Amelia stated, and then walked out.

Downstairs, Arizona sat at the dinner table with Derek and Amelia. She noticed that neither of the siblings really talked to each other. They more or less talked to her. Derek said he wasn't feeling well, but said not to worry, he was just tired. Arizona asked if he were sure, and he said he was, then excused himself early, asking her to finish her meal. But this also left Arizona alone with Amelia. The unreliable Shepherd.

She noticed Amelia, out of the corner of her eye, staring. She tried to ignore her as she picked over her salad.

"Robbins...I want to apologize to you," Amelia said, taking a sip of her drink. Arizona could sense the sincerity in Amelia's voice and was truly surprised.

Arizona looked up at her. "What?"

"I want to apologize for the prior two times that I met you. You know, for the pool game and Callie's party. For what I said. And if it's okay with you, I'd like to start over." Amelia looked down, and Arizona felt like she is meeting a new woman altogether.

Arizona didn't know what to think. What did Amelia want? Amelia had this friendly way about her, but it was almost that look she would give right before she would stab you in the back. Arizona just didn't trust her.

"I mean it. So...this is corny, but I'd like to re-introduce myself. I'm Amelia Shepherd," Amelia said while reaching for Arizona's hand.

Arizona did think the whole thing was rather silly, but she would play along.

"Apology accepted and I'm Arizona Robbins."

"Nice to meet you, Arizona," Amelia said, while kissing the back of her hand. A gesture she learned from her brother no doubt. Arizona wondered why none of Derek's other wonderful traits had rubbed off on her.

The next few days went in a whirlwind. Derek picked out a nice location on the 45th street corner to open the sea-food restaurant. The place used to be a non-profit, two-storey library with the Shepherds, but with declining book readers, the place was eating dust. Arizona decided the entire menu and the decor. Since it was on a corner of a busy four-way street, Arizona suggested they keep the glass walls of the library as it is to give diners a nice view of the bustling streets outside. It was her idea to keep the books and the library shelves as it is on the second floor, along the walls, and an intimate dining area in the middle, for couples and folks looking for privacy. The renovation work was almost done and Arizona was beaming with pride and joy for their grand opening tomorrow.

"I say we call it Grey Matter", Arizona was sitting across from Derek in their restaurant while the newly hired staff got acquainted with the kitchen area.

"Really Arizona, we don't need to honour Meredith, she knows I did this for her" Derek said as he signed the documents April Kepner, their restaurant's chief manager, brought to him. "Besides, it's all your work. You have been busting your ass to get this place started. You have done every single thing here. I just wrote the cheques…" he added

"Which is THE most important part", Arizona said as she watched April go. There was a two bedroom apartment attached to the library-diner area upstairs that April wanted to rent but even though April came through her connections, Arizona had her reservations.

"Well we are not naming this restaurant after my dead wife. It's your project, you name it" Derek added with finality. For the short amount of time Arizona had worked with Derek, she knew enough to not push him further

She pondered on Derek's suggestion and looked around. This place was her dream come true. She hasn't slept for more than a couple of hours in the last week and worked tirelessly to get everything going. The staff has been handpicked by her from her years of connection in the food & beverage industry. The menu has been personally created by her. Her chefs are here because she convinced them about this project. Derek was right, this place is hers.

"Oyster", she said while she smiled at Derek's confused face

"What?"

"Oyster Sea-Food Restaurant…that's what I want to name this place" Arizona added

"But why Oyster?" Derek was confused

"You remember the night I met you at Cal—at the party?…you didn't knew how to eat an oyster…that's why I even talked to you" Arizona said. Her voice was twinkling with happiness for what they have achieved.

Derek nodded in understanding and went on to ponder on Arizona's suggested restaurant name. It was fitting for a seafood restaurant, in fact it was perfect. He picked up his Champaign glass and clicked it with Arizona's.

"To Oyster"

As Arizona wrapped up for the day and exited the restaurant, she saw Callie standing across the street, arms crossed around her chest, leaning casually against her Ashton Martin. This has become a permanent fixture in her life for the past week or so. Everyday when Arizona would get up in the morning, she would find Callie standing outside Derek's house, leaning against her car. Callie would then follow her in her car as Arizona would take the bus and when she got done with her day, she would again find Callie standing outside her restaurant, and again Callie will follow her all the way to Derek's house. She knew once she was safely inside, either at her restaurant or at the house, Callie would leave for the day, but still she briefly wondered how Callie's business was not getting affected now that Callie was spending so much time just watching her get by her day.

It was unnerving to say the least.

She didn't find it endearing, if anything it was irritating. Because not once had Callie had tried to talk to her since that night. And seeing her, in all her gorgeous glory, was putting Arizona on edge.

As Derek came by to the restaurant today, Arizona joined him on the ride back home.

"You should call security on her," Arizona said, eyeing the rear view mirror where she could see the Ashton Martin following them.

"Why? Is she bothering you?" Derek asked as he cut a sharp lane to his left.

Arizona sucked in a breath because Callie was…not bothering her. But she was surely unnerving.

"She's acting very stalker-ish.."

"Alright, I'll have the security throw her out" Derek lied

Which was…not what Arizona wanted. She just didn't want to be sucked in by those beautiful brown eyes every day. " No…I mean you can politely ask her to leave.." she added.

Derek smiled. Arizona was a sweetheart of a woman but sometimes she could be so stubborn about her feelings for Callie.

"I think you should talk to her" He added as he entered his estate and parked in front of his mansion.

"No" was Arizona's sharp reply as she got out and made her way inside.

Arizona was on cloud nine. Oyster's opening day had been a grand success. She was surprised to see Mark & Lexie along with their three beautiful kids stop by to congratulate her. Even Alex and Webber came. But Callie didn't. The restaurant was now open to the public, it was not like Arizona would have stopped Callie if she had come, but she didn't. Maybe Callie didn't liked her earning her own money and getting success, Arizona thought ruefully as she closed for the day.

It was raining but for once the rain didn't dampen Arizona's mood. She looked at Callie's usual spot across the street and though she could see the car, Callie was nowhere to be seen.

As Arizona pulled out her umbrella and made her way towards her stop, she felt feets following her and she immediately turned around. Walking a couple of feets behind her was Callie. Dressed up in a pair of dark-wash denims and a black hoodie, Callie looked as exquisite as Arizona remembered her to be. But Callie was getting herself drenched in the unforgiving rain and that angered Arizona.

Her mood was dampened again.

"What? You're stalking me on feets now?"

"My car broke down"

"Go away Callie. Just…go away" Arizona tried to keep her emotions in check but seeing Callie getting all drenched was irritating her. She walked and stood at her stop, as Callie stood by her side. God. This woman is infuriating, she thought as she saw the bus slowly crawling their way. Thank god. Now Callie will leave.

As Arizona made her way inside, Callie followed suit. Callie looked around and saw that the bus was fairly empty and when Arizona settled on a window seat, she sat on a seat behind her.

Arizona turned around and was surprised to see Callie. Because that was just so unreal. She never in her wildest dreams imagined Callie to take a bus. As Callie started munching on what seemed like a takeout dinner container, Arizona balked because this woman is so not Callie. Callie didn't do bus rides and meals on the wheels, Callie was all about overpriced cars and fine dining.

On Arizona's continuous huff and puff, Callie added

"I'm hungry okay, I haven't eaten all day. I had meetings and visitations and ran straight here when I got done with them"

"Why are you even here?"

"To drop you off home"

Arizona threw her arms in the air and sighed because Callie was being highly unreal now. She watched as Callie continued to eat like a little girl who has just got her first chocolate bar and that's when Arizona noticed. The take out container was from her restaurant. She looked at Callie's face again who was looking anywhere but at Arizona. It didn't take much to put two & two together - Callie hadn't eaten all day because she wanted to eat at her restaurant.

And that angered Arizona even more. Because how dare she. How dare Callie act all goody-good with the traitorous, venomous, dark, & evil soul she carried. Arizona thought of more evil words that she could associate with Callie and sighed. This has to end. She can't let Callie walk around her like some martyr.

As they exited the bus at Arizona's stop, Arizona with the umbrella, and she herself in harsh rain, Callie internally chastised herself for not bringing her own umbrella from her car. When they reached Derek's house, under the front portico, Arizona turned and shoved the umbrella in her face. Which was a bit unexpected because she has been getting drenched for an hour now and Arizona didn't seem to care. Like at all. But now Arizona was extending the umbrella? Maybe because she was not going to go inside Derek's house, and will just stand outside till Alex arrives. Maybe because Arizona didn't want her to get further soaked. Maybe, just maybe Arizona still cared.

"Please stop this stalking and just leave me alone" she heard Arizona say as she took the umbrella. Maybe not.

"I'm sorry Arizona! You won't accept my apology, you won't listen to me. You don't want me around you. At least let me ensure that you are safe", Callie quickly added as she took a step forward

"You weren't bothered about my safety when you had Carina kick me out of her apartment. What changed now?

"And I'm sorry for that too…I didn't think that you won't…"

"Won't what? Come crawling back to you?"

"Won't even look at me!" Callie added desperately as she tried to tame her wet locks. She probably looked really ugly right now. Here she was, looking like a mess, a fool, for a woman who won't even look at her. This was the prime reason she didn't want to pursue her feelings.

"Callie…" Arizona took a step closer and for a moment Callie's eyes lit up with hope.

"I'm gonna say this once and I'm not gonna say this again. I want you out of my life. You ruined my life, you didn't care about my feelings, you made my life a living hell. You treated me horribly. You humiliated me day in and day out. And you have done it all, deliberately..."

"And I'm trying to apologise for that. I have never done this before…

"No. You don't get to apologise. And I'll not feel guilty because you have never apologised to anyone in your life. If being a basic human being is a new concept to you then I don't know why you are here…" Arizona was seething. She didn't want to sound so harsh but seeing Callie day in and day out has already put her on edge.

"I'm here for you. Can't you see? I said I'm sorry. You want me to apologise 1000 times more? I'll do that. You want me to get on my knees and beg? I'll do that too" Callie reasoned but she could see Arizona's closed off stance and knew she was talking to a wall.

"Do it!" Arizona said as she crossed her arm in a protective posture. She knew women like Callie don't bend. And maybe this way she'll be able to stop Callie from hovering around her.

Callie felt that pain in her chest again. But this time she didn't feel like someone was holding her heart and shaking it around her ribcage. She felt like someone had laid her heart on the ground and was stomping on it, repeatedly. Maybe she did deserve this pain for all the horrible things that she had done to Arizona. She just wanted Arizona to forgive her and get on with her life. But she was not gonna lower herself to the ground to get that. She worked too hard in her life to get off that ground. To be someone people will respect, will follow, will fear to mess with. She won't do that to herself.

Arizona watched in horror as Callie took a step back and bent one of her knees to get down. This was too much. She didn't expect Callie to actually do this. She quickly jumped and stopped Callie midway. She gripped Callie's arms tightly and stared intently at her face, "Don't….just don't", she added as she shook her head and ran back inside.

Callie stood there shaking. She wanted to feel angry at herself. Angry for willing to lower herself, to beg. But all she could feel was the tingling heat on her arms where Arizona had just touched her before she went inside.

As Arizona made her way inside, she found Derek standing in front of her. His face told her that he had witnessed what just transpired on his front porch. As she was about to take the stairs, she heard him say…

"Give her a chance, Arizona. If Meredith was alive, I would have done everything in my power to spend my every waking moment with her and here you are, letting go of something extraordinary…wasting your time"

"She was trying to protect you by not letting you near her. She thinks something will happen to you and she might lose you like I lost Meredith…that doesn't gives her the right to treat you badly but I think she hasn't come to terms with her feelings for you and probably neither have you…" Derek sighed and moved to the bar area right near his front door to pour himself a drink.

"You know she sent all her staff to our restaurant today…" he turned around to face Arizona but the staircase was empty. Arizona was already gone.

Days passed and Amelia started showing up more & more at her brother's house. Arizona tried her best to avoid her. But pretty soon Amelia started wearing her down, and she even laughed at a few of her jokes.

Amelia even tried playing Scrabble with her, but Arizona could tell she was pretty bored with it. Amelia's game was cards. Poker to be exact. Arizona had played before, but she was nowhere near as good as Amelia. Amelia would beat her every time. And something in her eyes when she won, was unsettling for Arizona. Almost like this lust for winning. She had to win at all costs. She thought about that night Amelia bet Callie in the pool game. How dark Amelia's eyes had seemed when she had lost. And again, when Arizona had taunted her at Callie's party, and she told her not to bet with someone who will beat her every time. Again, Amelia's eyes darkened. Arizona tried to shake off the thought, and concentrate on the game.

"So, a friend of mine is throwing a small party tonight. Wanna go?" Amelia asked, placing down another card.

"No, thanks," Arizona said, as she studied her cards.

"Oh, come on Arizona! Live a little. You go to the restaurant, then come back here and read, then go back to work. You're too young to be this boring. It will be fun," Amelia said.

"Amelia, I'm content right here. But thanks for the offer."

"Please...please. I need a date. You wouldn't want people to think I'm a loser, would you?"

"Amelia, I'm sure some already do," Arizona quipped, while placing a card down.

Amelia pretended like Arizona had struck an arrow to her heart. "See! That's why I need you. Who else is going to keep this huge head of mine from taking off?"

Arizona laughed and shook her head. "Amelia, no. Besides, I have nothing to wear to stuff like that."

"Problem solved, I'll buy you something now," Amelia said, as she placed her winning hand down and left the table.

Arizona hopped up. "No! Wait, seriously, don't do that!" she called after her.

Amelia stuck her fingers in her ears and walked toward the door. "I can't hear you...be back in a bit," she said, grabbing her jacket and leaving.

'Fuck!' Arizona thought. She walked back to the table to clean up the game. She grabbed a book and went to her room.

About an hour later, Amelia appeared at her door.

"Knock, knock," she said, while barging in. Arizona could tell Amelia held something behind her back. "For you," Amelia said, while holding up a very short, strapless bright blue dress in one hand, then pausing for a moment before producing the heels in her other hand.

"Amelia! I...no, no no! I'm not going. And I asked you not to spend any money on me," Arizona said, clearly pissed.

"Hey, don't worry. I got this dress from a flea market. Seriously, there might be some stains on it." Amelia quickly ducked from the box of tissues that Arizona threw at her.

"Come on, you have no excuses now," Amelia said mischievously.

Arizona sighed and leaned back against the headboard. She did kind of want to get out of the house for a bit. Just not with Amelia and definitely not at one of her parties. She would just die if she ran into Callie.

"You said it's a small party, right? A close friend of yours?" Arizona asked, slowly feeling herself caving.

"Yep. Small party, close friends."

Arizona didn't want him to think she was thinking about Callie, but she had to ask. "And no chance of running into Callie, right?"

"Nope, she's not invited," Amelia smiled.

Arizona looked at the dress again. If they only stayed and hour or so, who could it hurt? "Alright. I'll go. But this isn't a date, okay?"

"Yes! And gotcha, not a date," Amelia said, handing her the dress and shoes. "See you downstairs."

Arizona stared at herself in the mirror. The dress Amelia had chosen was awfully short. And strapless at that. And tight! She could barely bend over to slide her heels on and fasten the straps. She could feel the material on her body and tell that this is not a flea market grab. This is a costly outfit and Amelia has most probably lied to her to convince her to go to the party.

She grabbed her jacket and met Amelia downstairs. Amelia gave her body a onceover.

"Damn, you look so good," she said, glancing at Arizona's chest again.

"Thanks, but Amelia, this dress is so tight. You sure you got this for me?" Arizona questioned, raising her eyebrow.

Amelia laughed, "Trust me, I knew exactly what I was doing."

When they pulled up to the party, there were several cars parked outside of a club. It was definitely not a small get together.

Arizona stared at the long line of people waiting to get in. "Amelia, you said this was a small party!"

"Well, I guess he invited more people," Amelia said, grabbing her arm to escort her to the front of the line. The bouncer immediately let Amelia in, and the two glided through the main entrance. The club was packed. People on all sides. Arizona couldn't really hear anything over the loud music, but Amelia stopped and talked with several people. Amelia was definitely charismatic in a room, Arizona thought. She continued to pull Arizona through the crowd, until they made it to a small room in the back. The VIP section.

"There she is," Amelia whispered in her ear as Arizona downed a martini.

"Riggs! How are you buddy?" Amelia asked a guy. Arizona still couldn't see over Amelia's side, as she was standing at an odd angle, but she heard a man with an English accent answer him.

"Amelia! I'm well. How are you? You know, I was just saying to myself that it isn't a party until Amelia Shepherd shows up."

"Hey man, I want to introduce you to my lovely date, Arizona," Amelia said, pushing her up front.

Arizona was about to say hi when she froze. Son of a bitch! She should have NEVER trusted Amelia. Standing beside the guy she could only assume was Riggs, were Callie and Mark. They both immediately stared down at her. There she was in this ridiculously short, tight dress with Amelia holding her hand. She tried to pull it away, but Amelia only gripped her hand tighter. Her skin seemed to burn as Callie's eyes scanned over her dress and then back up to her face. She could see the veins in Callie's neck and she knew Callie was clamping her teeth together.

"Nice to meet you, Arizona," Riggs said, the only one in the group with a smile still on his face.

Arizona still couldn't speak. She tried to jerk her hand away again, but Amelia tightened his hold. Callie must have sensed it, because she saw her eyes shift to their hands and then to Amelia's face. Arizona tore her gaze from Callie long enough to look at Mark. He gave her a small smile but didn't say anything.

"And Amelia, I think you know Torres and Mark," Riggs offered further, clearly not picking up on the negative tension surrounding the situation.

"Yeah, Nathan. We all go way back," Amelia said, smiling in Callie's direction.

Callie's head was on fire. There she was standing in that outfit and holding Amelia's hand. Her eyes were done in a smouldering smokey makeup, her lips were painted a crimson temptation and her hair was down in wild curls. Arizona looked breathtaking and she was here as Amelia's date. Damnit! Callie chastised herself for begging Arizona for forgiveness not a few days ago. She had almost let Mark's words the other night affect her, only to find that Arizona had moved on, and of all people, his fucking enemy! Arizona refused to stay with her, yet now she was hanging out with Amelia. Callie couldn't hold it in any longer. She wanted to hurt someone, anyone.

"Really?" Callie spat out at Amelia.

Arizona's eyes widened and Mark coughed.

"Um...hey you know, I see another guest who just came in. I'm going to say hello. Um...yeah," Riggs stammered, as he quickly left the group.

"Whoa there, Torres. Is that any way to greet a friend?" Amelia said, smirking.

"Stop it, Amelia," Arizona said, finally jerking her hand from her and taking multiple steps back. She knew Amelia was trying to bait Callie.

"What?" Amelia said, looking down at Arizona's backing form. Then she stared back up at Callie. "See, our girl Callie can dish it, but she can't take it."

Amelia took a step closer to Callie. "You steal the Russians, so I fuck your girl. Damn it was so hot though, when she went down on me, she was moaning so loudly—Amelia whispered so only Callie could hear, just seconds before she was slammed back against a wall and lifted up to her tiptoes by her throat.

Mark grabbed Callie's hand that was squeezing Amelia's neck. "Callie! She has two guys by the door. They're going to know what's happening in just a second. Let her go," Mark said, scanning the room to make sure no extra attention was brought to the problem.

Arizona screamed, but quickly covered her mouth. She had never seen Callie lose control like that. Usually, Callie was so calm and never got frazzled. At least not with other people.

Callie only saw red. She knew she had to get herself under control. She had never ever physically harmed a person, but everything in her body was telling her to choke Amelia until her eyes bulged out. But that wasn't Callie's style. She released Amelia's neck.

As soon as Amelia got herself free, she jumped on Callie and tried to lay a blow on Callie's jaw. Callie reacted quickly and covered her face and the blow landed on her hand, and she yelped in pain.

Before things could get murkier, Mark put himself between them and stopped any further advances.

Amelia coughed and rubbed her neck. She quickly straightened her jacket and smoothed her hair back, glancing over to the corner where two of his men were engrossed in a conversation.

Callie looked down at Arizona, holding her hand close to her body.

Arizona grabbed Callie's good hand and was about to pull her away from the group when Amelia made the mistake of grabbing Arizona's other hand. Arizona tried to jerk her hand away from Amelia, but Callie was already heading for her again when Mark stepped in and blocked the two women.

"Take your fucking hands off her," Callie growled at Amelia.

"She's my date!" Amelia spat back.

"Keep fucking with me Amelia. And pretty soon the fact that Derek Shepherd is your brother isn't going to be enough to keep me from putting you to sleep," Callie warned, as she felt Arizona jerk her through the crowd.

Amelia knew the look on Callie's face, and Callie wasn't bluffing. Amelia looked down at Arizona. "Don't take too long. I'll be leaving soon," she said, as she turned to walk away.

Now that the situation was defused, Arizona pulled Callie through the club and entered the first room that she found open. The room looked like a regular suite and Arizona was hoping there's a first aid box in the bathroom. She made Callie sit on the sofa near the bed and headed off to scour the room.

Callie was beyond pissed at this point. This girl always made her lose her mind. She hated getting so worked up. Only fools lost their temper and once that happened, they usually lost control of the situation. That wasn't her. She was calm and collected for the most part. Until Arizona started screwing with her brain. How stupid she had been to follow Arizona like a fool.

Arizona was thankful for finding a small first aid kit in the bathroom cabinets, she quickly came back, jerked Callie's hand away from her and started putting on antiseptic on the open marks on the back of Callie's hand. One of Amelia's ring must have opened the skin, she thought as she carefully put on a bandage on the open wound.

"So you're with her now?!" Callie stood up and pulled Arizona up to face her

That's it! Arizona wrenched her arm away from Callie. She stuck her finger in Callie's face. "Don't you EVER say anything to me like that again! I don't know why you get off on embarrassing me, but I'm not a whore, I don't care what you think! I've only slept with two women in my life. One was my high school girlfriend that barely touched me and the other one is you, you!" she screamed, punching Callie in the chest.

Callie stood there, taking in the sight of Arizona. Her hand was still stinging. She had to ruefully chuckle to herself. A couple of months or so ago, there's no way in the world anyone could have gotten away with screaming on her face or even dare touching her, let alone punching. But right now, damn if Arizona didn't look fine as hell. She had missed Arizona so much. It had been too long.

Arizona calmed her breathing long enough to take in the way Callie was gazing at her. She had that look on her face...the one Arizona had seen several times before. She needed to leave. She turned to go back outside, when Callie blocked her exit. Callie gently pushed her back against the wall near the door and locked Arizona in with her arms braced on both sides of her.

"How are you?" Callie whispered to her. She tried to inhale as much of as Arizona's intoxicating smell she can

"No."

"Talk to me, Arizona."

"No!" she said, breathing hard and glaring up at Callie. Her body was so close to Callie, she was brushing up against her, causing her nipples to harden.

"I just want to talk, okay?" Callie whispered close to her neck.

"No you don't," Arizona said, turning her head away from Callie.

"Just talk," Callie persisted.

Arizona knew better, but damn if she wasn't feeling a bit bold with the martinis she had earlier. She had only been away from Callie for less than three weeks, but still, she felt herself moving inside the room.

She finally sighed. "Okay. But to talk only."

Arizona was trying to pull the dress down again as she sat on the bed. But sitting was a bit of a challenge.

"Okay, what do you want to talk about?" Arizona asked.

"Why the hell did you show up here with her?"

Arizona sighed again. "Callie, that's really none of your business. You and I have no connection now."

"She bought this dress for you?" Callie said, scanning over her curves.

"Callie, I told her not to. Honestly, I didn't want it," Arizona said.

"Can I honestly tell you how much I hate to see her with you? You let her parade you around like you're her Barbie or something."

"Like you haven't," Arizona replied. She shook her head. She didn't owe Callie any explanation. "Look, I make no apologies on how I choose to repair what you broke.." with that Arizona got up to exit the room

"I broke you?" Callie laughed incredulously

Arizona turned to face Callie again because there was nothing humorous about this situation.

"I know you don't have any feelings but really you laughing at this is a bit unreal and—-" and with that Arizona found herself pinned to the bed she had just taken two steps away from, with Callie hovering over her.

"FEELINGS? You want to talk about feelings? Do you even have any fucking feelings?" Callie was panting. She will accept all her wrong doings but she will not stand there and listen to Arizona Robbins talk about feelings.

Arizona tried to break free but her hands were pinned down on either side of her head and being this close to Callie was making her head a mess.

"Well you won't know feelings even if they hit you like a boulder…you are too cold to even understand them.."

"And you do? You understand feelings?

"What are you even talking about"

Callie stared Arizona down. For a split moment wondering if Arizona was as clueless as she was showing her to be. But how is it even possible to be this oblivious?

"Feelings. You are talking about feelings here. So do my feelings matter or is it only about you"? Callie asked as she pinned Arizona down with more force.

And for a moment Arizona flattered because what does this conversation even mean?

Callie saw the confusion written all over Arizona's face and quickly got up and sat at the edge of the bed. Maybe Arizona didn't understand at all. "You should go" Callie said with a finality in her tone.

Arizona sat up and tried to look at Callie's face but Callie was staring at the nearby wall and had her back to her.

"Callie? What are you even saying?" Arizona asked as she saw Callie standing up and straightening her suit.

"Forget it, Arizona. You always blame me for being cold but really you should see the mirror…" Callie said as she removed the scarf from around her neck. Breathing had always been a difficult task whenever she was near Arizona.

Arizona huffed. Because this woman in front of her was cold as ice and was accusing her of coldness. She crossed her arms and came to stand in front of Callie.

"You know NOTHING about feelings. Admit it Callie. Because you don't have them" Arizona yelled at Callie's face

"And you know? You are full of feelings?

"Of course I'm."

"Then how is it that you had feelings for me but you NEVER EVER touched me? Wow Arizona those must be some huge feelings you must have got. I mean I'm the ice cold one here but I have burned myself in my passion for you but what about you? Did you ever feel like touching me? Kissing me? Making love to me? No. You never did."

Arizona stood stunned because she wasn't expecting….this.

"You wanted me to trust and act on the feelings but do you think I didn't know that those were just MY feelings, MY passion, MY desire! YOU never found me desirable. You wanted me to turn my life upside down for you but you didn't even have it in you to at least lay your hand on my heart even once…" Callie shook her head as she furiously wiped her face.
