Callie shook her real estate agent's hand. She had finally done it. After three separate cleaning crews and she, Alex and Mark carefully inspecting every inch for any leftover evidence, Callie has sold her house. Fully furnished, because she didn't want to drag anything from her old life into her new one. She wanted a fresh start...in a new place. She only kept her clothes, a few books, drawings and other personal keepsakes.

Getting rid of everything, including her old occupation was more refreshing than she thought it would be. She never thought she would have ever traveled down this road, and especially not for a woman. She had resigned to believe that she would never have a marriage like some people did. The kind of marriage where you damn near ran red lights because you couldn't wait to get home to your wife. Or every time you saw something or heard something interesting, you thought of your spouse first because you knew they would like it. Arizona was indeed her entire world. And if that made Callie look weak to some people...fuck them.

They may not have had the fairytale meeting that some people share, but her love for Arizona was no fairytale. It was as real as anything she had ever felt in her life and only kept growing stronger with each passing day.

"Hey Arizona," Barbara said in her usual tired tone.

"Hey mama, how are you?"

"I'm okay. Am I disrupting you from anything?"

"No, you're not. I'm just packing our clothes," Arizona said, as she kicked another box out of her way. Callie had told her about selling her home and buying a new one in Seattle. They were moving to Seattle. They as in, them and Mark's family. The last 2 weeks had been a whirlwind. They had decided that they would be opening another branch of Oysters in Seattle for Arizona along with a chain of restaurants and clubs from Callie's flagship brand that Callie & Mark would be managing. Carina and Alex will look after their business here while April will see over the operations of Arizona's restaurant here in New York. It was a bold decision, one that had involved many arguments and much planning, but at last she had agreed. Callie was right, this city is too dangerous for them.

"So when do you officially leave?"

"In two days," Arizona said, still not really believing how quickly this all happened. Her mother got quiet.

"What's wrong, mama?"

Barbara exhaled. "Well...Daniel is sick."

Arizona immediately stopped tossing items into the boxes. "What?"

"Yeah, apparently the doctors have told him he has stomach cancer. But he's as stubborn as ever and is refusing treatment."

Arizona had a flood of emotions running through her, but she couldn't pinpoint exactly what she felt. Her father was sick and possibly dying?

"Do...do you think I should go see him? I'm not sure if he would even want to see me," Arizona said, sitting down on the closet floor.

"I'm sure he does. Even if he's still mad after all this time, he would still want to see you."

"Does he know about me moving out of the city?"

"If he does, not from me. I don't really speak to him all that much. Legally we still married, but that's about it. But I did go visit him earlier this morning."

"Okay. Thank you for telling me."

Arizona hung up with her mother. It had been several months since she had last seen her father. After he had kicked her out and called her several awful names, she had thought that she would never forgive him. And she still hadn't. But God forbid that he should die without her having a chance to reconcile with him.

She grabbed her purse and left the loft.

Arizona hated hospitals. She couldn't remember the last time she had actually been in one. The weird smell and everything was eerily bright and white, even though people were sick and dying. It made her feel nauseated.

She had signed in at the front desk and walked back to see her father. His door was closed, but she gently knocked.

"What?" she heard her father ask in a pissed off manner.

Arizona took a deep breath and walked in anyway. She noticed her father sitting up in the bed watching sports on TV. He turned and glanced at her and then focused back on the game.

"Hey daddy," Arizona said, trying to let it not bother her that he ignored her entrance. But he still didn't answer.

"Mama told me you were sick. How are you feeling right now?"

Still no answer. Arizona squeezed her hands closed and walked closer to the bed. "Are you going to ignore me?"

Finally he turned to look at her. "What do you want?" he snarled.

"I just wanted to see you, since you haven't been feeling well."

"Well maybe I don't want to see you. I still have nothing to say to you."

That stung. A lot. She glanced up at the TV and focused on the players running up and down a basketball court. She wasn't going to let her father get away with treating her like shit this time. She looked back at him.

"Funny how you hardly ever said a word to me when I was doing things the right way. No appreciation, nothing. But the moment I do one thing wrong in your eyes, you are so quick to cut me off."

"You and your mother were just ungrateful and you both looked down on me."

Oh, this man was delusional. "Daddy you had a hundred get rich quick schemes that you would constantly make me and mama help you with. We both sacrificed so much to help you, and you never seemed to give a damn about us."

Daniel cut his eyes toward Arizona. "You were just a spoiled child."

Arizona almost laughed incredulously. "Are you kidding?! You never spoiled me a day in my life. I didn't even know what the hell that meant until I met Callie. And in case you're wondering, this is an engagement ring," Arizona said, holding out the ring for her father to see.

"We are getting married and will be moving to Seattle in two days. Look daddy, I came here to see if you were alright. Not to get into an argument with you. There are things you've done that upset me, and there are things I've done that upset you. But there's no reason why you and I can't at least talk about it."

"I meant every word I said to you!" her father barked, raising his voice. "You are no daughter of mine! You think just because she puts a ring on your finger that you can erase that fact that you were nothing more than a gold digging girl with no self-respect? It won't. Now get the hell out of my room!"

"Easy for you to say when you are sitting in this nice hospital isn't it? I'm sure you want to turn a blind eye on who has been paying your rent or who has got your insurance covered!" Daniel just stared at her, "Oh no, it's not me, it's all Callie. It's always have been Callie. If it were to me, I wouldn't have been so gracious." Arizona added.

Arizona stared at her father. He looked even older than she last remembered. She picked up her purse and walked towards the door, but then turned back around. "You know, I'm done trying to understand you. Trying to figure you out. You are just a mean old bitter man. I tried to love you over the years, but you made it damn near impossible. And at the end of the day, I look around and I have a family that loves me. What do you have?" she said, then walked out.

Callie could tell that the plane ride was making Arizona anxious. She was so excited, she could hardly contain herself. Arizona had told her that she was more than ready for this new chapter in their lives.

Callie had already flown out to see the house that she bought earlier that month, but Arizona had yet to see it. She hoped Arizona would like it. It was located in a cute, quiet gated suburb with its own private park. The moment she saw the house, she knew that this was the one Arizona would have picked out. The best part was, Mark & Lexie were now their neighbors. Callie felt that this was essential as they were all a family now and have each other's back in this new town.

When they finally pulled up to the house, Callie noticed Arizona's eyes widen. "This is our house?" Arizona whispered. Our house. Callie would have to remember to play that over and over again in her head, because Arizona saying it gave her a warm feeling. She watched as Arizona eagerly hopped out of the car and ran to the door. Callie laughed to herself as she pulled the key from the ignition of the rental car and got out.

She followed behind Arizona as she walked in and out of every room at least three times. The first time Arizona was shaking her head in disbelief. The second time she was learning where each room was and by the third time, she was mentally placing different things in different areas.

The house really was a nice place for a family. And Arizona really appreciated the pool. Back home, it stayed a little too chilly to really enjoy a pool, but here...the weather was perfect, and she was sure they would be taking full advantage of it.

They didn't really have any furniture, something Callie said she was leaving up to Arizona. Arizona was extremely nervous about that venture because there was definitely a difference in decorating a small one bedroom in a rusty old apartment, and a eight bedroom house with lots of space. But she was up for the challenge.

The few items that they had actually packed would be arriving the next day, along with the cable company so Callie could use her laptop on a secure network. Not that security really mattered anymore, when it came to her business prospects. Something she could finally breathe about.

That night they had takeout while sitting on the floor in the dining room. At that moment life couldn't get much better. Callie was happy. Truly happy for the first time in a long time…

When they went to sleep on the soft carpeted floor in the master bedroom, Callie couldn't fall asleep. Not because she had a bad feeling. But because of how at ease she felt. This has all been worth it.

Arizona was beside her, reading a rom-com novel. She was wearing a yellow negligee that was falling softly at her thighs, and Callie was done waiting.

She started at Arizona's ear lobe, suckling it softly as her hands went inside the hem of Arizona's negligee and palmed the soft breast. She groaned at the fact that Arizona wasn't wearing a bra.

Arizona moaned, but otherwise stayed invested in the novel. Her one hand was holding the book upright and other was playing at the back of Callie's head, who was now sucking the side of her neck. Carefully, Callie situated herself on top of Arizona, aligning their bodies, and started a slow grinding. Arizona angled her hand out, holding the book in its place, but the words were getting blurred as she could feel Callie growing all the way through her shorts, and oh fuck, that felt really good.

Callie straddled Arizona, and slowly lifted her t-shirt off, taking her bra along with it. But Arizona stayed unfazed, still looking at that stupid rom-com novel. Maybe she needed to up her game. She swayed her upper body a bit, making her breast jiggle, and Arizona's eyes moved towards them involuntarily, getting visibly darker at the show she was putting on but then it returned back to the book.

What the fuck?

She bent down, placing her hands on either side of Arizona's head, her breasts hanging right at Arizona's lips, aching to be devoured. She started her rhythm again, grinding her erection through her shorts at Arizona's now damp panties, her breasts swaying in motion.

And fuck, Arizona only had that much self control….her resolve broke. She threw the book away and captured the mocha bud with her lips as her hand went to fondle the other breast.

Callie arched her back, pushing more of breast into Arizona's wanton mouth.

"Mmm…you…are…mmm…such a tease…" Arizona moaned between her sucking. She let her hands roam all over Callie's naked back, pulling her closer as her tongue started lapping at the pointed bud of Callie's breast. She buried her face between the two globes while she moved her hands to massage them erotically.

Callie was keeping herself upright on her hands besides Arizona's head till now, but her length was visibly straining to come out, so she moved down, ignoring Arizona's whining as her breast slipped out from her mouth and kissed her way down the blonde's body.

"We are going to make love for the first time in this house on the floor?" Arizona asked as she pushed herself up on the elbows

"We have done it at worse places" Callie replied unfazed, without looking up from the feast in front of her eyes.

Callie lifted the hem of Arizona's negligee and went under it. She moved the panties aside and stretched out her tongue and licked it open. Arizona sighed and pressed herself closer to her. Callie opened up her folds, licked at her sweet moisture, and when she sucked Arizona's clitoris into her mouth it made a wet slurping sound that made her smile. Arizona moaned and Callie took a good hold of her buttocks to keep her down. When Arizona started whimpering and grinding against her chin she let go and bowed her head to get back out from under her negligee. Her own chin drenched with Arizona's juices

Their eyes met again and she smiled.

"You still bothered with it being on the floor?" Callie asked.

"Oh, hell no….come here," Arizona said huskily.

Callie crawled up Arizona's body and situated herself between her legs, Arizona wrapped her legs around her pelvis and looked at her with lust clouding her eyes now. Callie didn't say anything more, they were done with their dialogue, instead she kept eye contact as she lowered her shorts and guided her length with her hand so that she could slide it against Arizona's slit. Arizona was dripping wet, and Callie got her dick covered in her fluids quickly, and then she started to push in.

Callie went in slowly and Arizona moaned and tensed up a bit. She pushed all the way in and gyrated slowly against Arizona's pubic bone. Arizona broke eye contact, tilted her head backwards and moaned. Callie had her arms on either side of Arizona's head again and as she started to thrust inside Arizona, her own head tilted upwards in pleasure. There was something about entering Arizona without any barrier that made her lose her mind. Post Arizona's miscarriage, when they first got intimate after two weeks, she had insisted that she would use a condom until Arizona gets back on pills. Arizona obviously wanted them to try for another baby right away, but Callie wanted for them to settle down in their new life before they plan a family. And Arizona was back on pills now, so Callie was back in her own little paradise again.

"Oh fuck" Callie panted out as she felt Arizona's nails raking her back

Arizona was so turned on by now she didn't want it slow anymore. She wanted it fast, quick and dirty. As Callie accelerated, getting more aroused by the wet slapping sound of them meeting each other, she could feel Callie getting harder inside her. Her breath was getting harder as well, and she was panting.

"Ooh, Callie," Arizona whimpered. "Ooh, ooh, ooooo."

She was close, and Callie didn't hold back anymore. She thrust in her faster and faster, and soon Arizona went rigid and squeezed tight and fast around her. Callie moaned and let go, Arizona's fast spasms rippling around her as she herself came long and hard. She kept Arizona in place as she slumped in her arms, pressing her head against Arizona's neck.

They stayed still for a minute and caught their breath. Finally Callie lifted her head from Arizona's neck and kissed her gently.

"Home sweet home"

"Indeed…" Arizona grinned as she used her leg to flip them over, and made her way down Callie's body.

Over the course of a few weeks, they finally got several things up and running as Arizona got started on picking out little household appliances here and there to complete the decor. It was almost completely decorated now but she still wasn't quite ready to take on the task of decorating the lawns and front yard all by herself. Luckily Lucia and Barabara had arrived the other day for her new restaurant's opening and now they were here to help her in decorating the outskirts further.

Three of their restaurants were already down and ready to start, including Arizona's Oysters. Mark had been setting up the ground work since the day Callie had told him about quitting her life in NY. So, it had been easy to get started on. Luckily, for Oysters, they again got a spot that was in the middle of a four way street and Arizona had again poured her heart into decorating it exactly the way she had decorated it before. Initially it was a challenge to hire chefs and staff or find places with fresh produce but a couple of weeks in streets scouring for the best of the best vendors, and Arizona had got everything sorted. She wasn't involved in how Mark & Callie ran or planned their operations for their chain of restaurants and clubs, because those were high-end, 5 star or 7 star diners and she was sure the whole blueprint of running those is way different from how she is running hers. Hers was more of a comfy, soft spot for everyday visitors. Oyster was her baby and she would be damned if she had to hear it from anyone on how to run it.

Callie had also driven her to the site where her new office would be. Arizona could tell Callie was excited although she tried to play Ms. Cool about it. Callie was finally going to open her design unit, something she had wanted to do since college. But they still had a little while to wait before all of the plans were finalised.

"I can't believe that's where you want to go for your honeymoon. You're going to pass over Paris, Amsterdam, London, Rio de Janeiro and other spectacular places for Milan?…or let me put it this way…because you want to see an aquarium in Milan?" Callie said, shaking her head in utter disbelief. She stared over at her wife's beautiful face. Her wife...she loved that. They had been married for approximately 2 hours now.

Two amazing hours..

Arizona had shocked her into not wanting a big wedding. Actually, she hadn't wanted a wedding at all, insisting Callie was all she needed. And she also commented that there wouldn't be many people, if any, to invite on her side, other than her mother. Her outlook on it had been a welcome change. They had gotten up early that morning and arranged for a small family affair for the next day, to be orchestrated in their new home.

The whole process of getting married had lasted less than half n' hour, but they couldn't stop touching and kissing each other.

Callie was dressed in an ivory wedding suit. The muted gold of her shirt, with intricate patterns on her waistcoat was shining under the soft glow of the restaurant's dining room. She looked dapper, yet gorgeous. Powerful, yet charming.

Arizona was dressed in a blush-pink wedding gown and was an exquisite sight to behold. Her ensemble emanated poise and grace, with the light pink hue alluringly accentuating her features. The dress's layered skirt cascaded around her frame with its intricate lacework detail adding opulence to the look. She exuded sophistication, complemented by the glimmer of sparkles that adorned her bodice and sleeves.

When Callie had looked up for the first time when she had seen Arizona as her bride. She had gone speechless. Because how do you compliment that kind of beauty? Arizona was literally glowing.

Her complexion seemed to glow amidst the opulent hue that surrounded her form. The warm pink hue also brought out the softness of her hair, like spun gold cascading from her head down to her waist. She looked angelic, ethereal even, and Callie was sure she was gonna pass out.

But Arizona had surprised her, because as Callie had stood their, slack jawed, she had approached her, blue eyes wide and dreamy, and had said,

"Oh my god Calliope, you…you look so beautiful..,take my breath away beautiful!" and in that moment Callie had known that they would always be each other's equal. That the adoration and love she felt for Arizona was the same Arizona felt for her.

Callie was still speechless, and after several attempts, all she could say was,

"Marry me?"

And Arizona had grinned, dimples popping in that adorable way that melted Callie's heart.

The two brides had then made their way to their opulent living room. Garbed in gorgeous gowns of ivory and blush pink, they had sparkled under the glittering chandeliers as they stood arm-in-arm in front of everyone. Their mothers were already there, and so were Mark & Lexie. Aria and her two brothers Vincent and James along with their families had just made it in the morning. Carina and her girlfriend Maya, Alex and Webber, and even Derek had flown in overnight to celebrate their nuptials.

And as they exchanged their vows and rings and the priest declared them married, the hushed murmur of their guests soon gave way to an ecstatic crescendo of cheers and applause - a cacophony of congratulations for two women publicly pledging their eternal love and devotion. Glowing with radiance, they had experienced unbridled joy as they made their way through the small crowd.

They had then ditched the said crowd and escaped the house to spend their wedding night at a 7 star hotel's suite, a gift given to them by Mark & Lexie. But before that, Arizona had declared that she was hungry and Callie had taken her to one of the most famous pancake joints.

So now, here they were.

Arizona smiled, and nodded her head. "Yep. You've been to all those other places right?"

"Yes."

"I want to experience something new with you. Somewhere you haven't already been and something you haven't already done. Since you and I have been together, we've visited some amazing places, dined in the finest restaurants...but I want to do this, well more my style if you don't mind."

Arizona looked over at Callie, while she was piling a fork full of pancakes in her mouth.

"Izz good, huh?" she smiled at Callie, chewing around her food. Callie had to chuckle. In moments like these, Arizona was always downright adorable.

"It sure is. Because there's nothing better than pouring sugar on top of carbs and shoving it into my mouth," Callie joked, biting into her pancakes.

Arizona lovingly rolled her eyes.

"I can't believe this. I'm essentially spending what is supposed to be my wedding reception at The International House of Pancakes and you want to spend our honeymoon observing fish."

"Have you ever been to the Aquarium?"

"No."

"Neither have I, but I've always wanted to go. Hey, you asked me what I wanted."

"Which I now regret," Callie said, then dodged a packet of sugar that Arizona threw at her. "But I still love you, Mrs. Robbins-Torres."

Arizona smiled. She would NEVER get tired of hearing that.

A few days later, they set out for their honeymoon. Arizona was so excited. She loved the thought of experiencing something new with Callie that she had never done.

Milan's beauty was unparalleled. From its vibrant cobblestone streetscapes to its awe-inspiring piazzas and cathedrals, the Mediterranean metropolis had something for everyone. They had spent the entire day exploring various European Gothic architecture and it was such a welcome change to see Callie so carefree and happy.

As they strolled their way around Navigli, a network of canals that run through the heart of the city, Callie had pulled her into a searing kiss to thank her for picking up a spot she had never seen before. And then she had thanked Callie back, of course.

But when they pulled into the entrance of the Aquarium Arizona wanted to see, her heart sank.

"Oh, shit," Arizona said, as she stared at the empty parking lot. "It must be closed today. I swear, I checked it online and it's supposed to be open all year long."

"Hmm," Callie muttered, as they parked the rental car.

"Callie, we might as well turn around. I'm sorry."

"Well, we're already here, we can at least check and see if they will be open tomorrow."

Callie escorted Arizona to the ticket booth. Standing there was a man dressed in one of the park's uniforms and a big smile.

"Hello Mrs. and Mrs. Robbins-Torres. Welcome to the Aquarium."

Arizona's mouth dropped and felt like it hit the pavement. Did Callie really close down the park for them? She looked up at Callie who pretended to be surprised, like she didn't know.

"Hi," Callie said, shaking the man's hand.

"Right this way, mam'," the man said, leading them inside the large building. All of the lights were on, but there wasn't another soul in sight. No lines to view the exhibits, no screaming, crying kids, or cameras flashing every few seconds. Just them and the beautiful marine animals.

Arizona couldn't stop shaking her head. She still couldn't believe it. "Oh my God, Callie...this is, it's amazing," Arizona whispered as they moved from tank to tank. She had never had the time nor money to spare to visit this Aquarium. She was mesmerized by the fish, which came in all different sizes and colors. Some were absolutely terrifying like the eels and tiger sharks...others were adorable and she would 'ooh and ahh' over them, like the penguins and seals.

Callie walked closely behind her, again more interested in her than what they were viewing, but Arizona was quite alright with that. Every now and then Callie's hands would grope her, but otherwise she tried to be good and somewhat pay attention.

One brightly colored fish kept following her as Arizona walked back and forth in front of the tank. It was the cutest thing and she kept laughing at it.

"Callie, I think she likes me just as much as you do," she giggled.

"Hey, come here and close your eyes," Callie said to her, pulling her away from the stalker fish. Arizona complied and when Callie told her to open them, she screamed and jumped back into Callie's chest. Staring right at her was probably the ugliest fish known to man. It was a giant grouper. He was twice the size of her and had the biggest mouth that was sure to cause her nightmares.

Callie laughed and wrapped her arms around her. "Don't worry baby, I'll protect you," Callie whispered into her ear.

As they continued on their tour, they walked past a tank full of jellyfish. Arizona observed their electric, neon colors and how smoothly they flowed through the water.

"Now these, I like," Callie said, staring at them.

"Hmm, beautiful and dangerous...just like my wife," Arizona retorted sarcastically. Callie chuckled as she grabbed her hand and led her to another tank.

When they reached the final room, Callie opened the doors and Arizona gasped.

It was a large room, and the tank was from floor to ceiling and covered two walls. The tank was filled with brightly colored coral reefs and fish. And located directly in the middle of the room was a small table, beautifully decorated, with two silver covers.

"Callie, I-," Arizona was speechless. Again.

"I figured a little of your style and mine mixed together, and we couldn't go wrong with this honeymoon."

Arizona looked at the bright blue water from the tanks and then to their table. This was all way more than she would have ever expected.

Once they sat down and Callie removed the covers from their food, Arizona could finally speak.

"Callie, thank you. This has been so incredible. Something I will never forget."

"I'm glad you like it, baby. I enjoyed it too."

They ate and talked for hours, enjoying every moment they were there. In the car on the way back to their hotel, Arizona fell asleep. Callie sat in the parking place staring at Arizona's sleeping form for several minutes before she begrudgingly woke Arizona up so they could go inside.

Inside their presidential suit, Arizona stood in the bathroom brushing her teeth and flossing. Callie stood behind her, just observing. Arizona felt a little self-conscious, but as Callie's wife now, this is something she would normally be doing in front of her. She smiled at Callie in the reflection of the mirror, to ease her embarrassment. But Callie didn't smile back. She just continued to stare at her.

Arizona grabbed her birth control from the sink and popped one of the tiny pills out. She lifted her hand to her mouth about to swallow, when Callie's hand stopped her.

Callie continued to stare right at her eyes in the mirror as she turned both their hands and then slightly taped at Arizona's causing her to drop the pill down the drain.

"Callie, I-," Arizona started, before Callie turned her around and began kissing her. Oh, her kisses were always so sweet and powerful. She felt Callie pull the pack out of her hand and she heard a clanking noise as Callie dropped the entire bottle into the trash. Arizona's eyes widened, but then closed as Callie's tongue caused her to moan.

When Callie finally pulled away from her, Arizona's eyes were still closed and her lips still puckered up. She slowly opened them to stare into Callie.

"Are you sure?" Arizona asked.

She could read the look on Callie's face. Yes, Callie was sure. And instead of replying, Callie kissed her again, and then led her out of the bathroom and to their bed for an unforgettable start to an already magical honeymoon.
