So, to answer a few questions in the previous update

You can imagine the canvas to be as big as the one that Amy gave to Penny, but it's vertical as in the portrait orientation.

About the girl who moved away, I actually forgot about her, so mostly no chance of her coming back in this story.

I don't have any specific scenes planned with Morgan like the last episode, so there's a low chance of both the Morgans showing up at the wedding.

Previously:

Maya gifts Auggie a painting as an apology and then tells her parents about being pregnant with Josh's baby.

It had been a few weeks since the day everyone learnt of Maya and Josh's baby.

Alan and Amy had also been informed about Maya's pregnancy.

They were excited about their new grandchild, but Amy was slightly disappointed that her youngest son was having a baby out of wedlock.

As per the deal Maya and Lucas had made, Riley had been getting things done from her wedding list with Maya, while Lucas had got almost everything ready for their honeymoon.

Riley and Maya had decided to get boxes of assorted chocolates as wedding favours for all the guests and found a few good bakeries to check in Texas.

With Zay's help, they also tried to find out if the bakeries were actually good because he knew almost all the owners.

Zay had been with Riley because Lucas forbade him from recording him, while he was getting things done for his honeymoon with Riley.

Zay was listening to his best friend because Lucas had promised him an exclusive after he was done with all the planning, which could be played at the reception when everyone would find out about their honeymoon destination.

Riley and Maya were waiting for their better halves with Zay because Riley decided that it was high time that they finalised on the songs for their wedding and reception.

Farkle and Smackle had gone out for a date since they hadn't gone on one in a really long time.

Riley and Maya were having another important conversation about the events of the past few weeks and Riley apologised to Maya for not being a good friend to her.

She explained that after thinking for a long time about the events of the past few weeks and realised that she was also at fault for not being there for her best friend.

Riley had wanted to apologise immediately but had been waiting for her best friend and little brother to sort out their differences first.

Just then, Lucas and Josh entered the girl's dorm room with some shopping bags earning themselves a curious look from their girls.

Josh says, "I went to get some things that I thought Maya might need and Lucas was helping me"

Lucas adds, "We even got some really cute looking onesies"

Riley ordered, "Show me the onesies right now"

Lucas immediately complied with his fiancée's demand and took out the onesies.

Maya asks, "Why did you get baby clothes now?"

Riley opens the onesies to see them properly, while Lucas replies, "Well technically your kid is like my nephew, so as an uncle I have the right to spoil the baby"

Riley awws on reading the writing on the onesie which earns her a look from Maya.

Riley says, "They are so cute. Just look at them Peaches."

Maya then takes the onesies and takes a look at what was written on them like:

Ohana means Family

Maya turns to Lucas with teary eyes and says, "Thank you. They're perfect."

Lucas gives Maya a side hug and replies, "Hey I'm just doing my duty as an uncle"

Zay whines, "That's not fair. You're trying to win brownie points so that the baby likes you more."

Josh says, "Dude the baby won't even know who got him or her the clothes. After the baby is born, there will be plenty of opportunities for you to impress him or her."

Zay replies, "I bet your baby will love his Uncle Zay"

Lucas retorts with a smile, "Of course, which kid wouldn't love a real life cartoon?"

Zay shoots his best friend a dirty look earning himself a round of laughter from the rest of his friends.

Riley decides to change the topic and says, "Alright now that's enough. We have more things to do today and I really want to finalize the songs today."

Everybody nods in agreement and Zay starts recording for his wedding project.

Lucas says, "Alright so we're going to Texas in the next few weeks for the wedding, so we need to make sure that we're on top of things to avoid any problems once we leave New York. So let's review everything first"

Maya replies, "Riley and I placed the order for the wedding favours and they'll be delivered on time. Also, our dresses will be done by tomorrow and Topanga will be keeping them hidden with her, so that Huckleberry doesn't accidently see Riley's wedding dress."

Josh says, "Well, Shawn picked up the suits a few days back and he'll be bringing them to Texas. Pappy Joe already has the suit Lucas will be wearing, so I think we're done from the clothes point of view."

Riley replies, "Well, I talked to your Aunt Linda and she said that the flowers will be delivered on time, so we don't need to worry about that. Also, Pappy Joe said that Zay's folks got all the things ready for you guys to set up the altar once we reach."

Josh interrupts, "What do you mean exactly by set up the altar?"

Lucas explains, "Riley and I are getting married on the ranch, so we need to set up an altar ourselves. I have an idea on how to do it because we've had a wedding before at a neighbouring ranch and I was asked to help them. You guys just have to listen to me and Pappy Joe and I'm sure that we'll have the ranch set up in no time."

Riley says, "I'll just send a picture of how I would like the altar to look like, for your reference"

Lucas replies, "That would be really helpful. I promise we'll set up an arch at the end of the altar, just the way you want it."

Riley smiles and kisses Lucas softly on his lips.

Maya asks, "What about the invitations?"

Riley replies, "Those will be delivered in a few days. They have been printed and now they just need to be posted to all the guests."

Zay says, "I guess that's everything. Now let's finalise the songs and strike one more thing from the 'To Do List' for the Rucas Wedding."

Riley replies, "Alright so we need songs for the first dance and the father daughter dance, oh and also for when I walk down the aisle"

Maya asks, "Aren't you going to use that 'Here comes the Bride' song for that?"

Riley shakes her head and replies, "Well I thought about it and I decided that I didn't want to use that"

Lucas says, "Well I'm sure you have an idea about the exact song you want playing as you walk down the aisle so let's hear it"

Riley smiles brightly and picks up her phone to play a song.

Lucas recognises the song almost immediately and shoots his fiancée a surprised look.

Once the words start Maya says, "Wait, I know this song"

Josh adds, "It's from that vampire movie you girls loved to watch"

Zay replies, "That vampire movie has a name and it's called 'Twilight' and the song is called 'A Thousand Years' by Christina Perri."

Lucas says, "I guess it's a good song for your entrance, so it's a yes from me"

Riley smiles and replies, "Alright so now let's move on to the song for our first dance. Now for this I wanted a song that kind of defines us and I think I found it."

Lucas says, "Alright then let's hear it"

Riley starts playing another song which earns her a soft smile from her fiancé.

Riley smiles and asks, "So, what do you think?"

Lucas replies, "It's perfect. No pun intended."

Maya says, "It really does seem to describe your story and I don't think you could find a better song"

Riley squeals in happiness and asks, "So should we move on to the song for the father daughter dance?"

Lucas replies, "Well actually, I had a suggestion for that one if you would like to hear it"

Riley says, "Well I didn't have any particular song in mind for this dance, so I'm open to suggestions"

Lucas takes Riley's phone and selects a song.

Riley's eyes start tearing up when she realises which song her fiancé had suggested.

Riley immediately hugs Lucas and says, "I love it. This is the song I'll dance to with my father."

Josh replies, "Lucas I have to say that your choice is amazing. I bet Cory will love to hear this song at his little girl's wedding."

Maya asks, "How about we don't tell Cory and surprise him with this song at the reception?"

Riley replies, "That's a wonderful idea. Let's do it."

Zay says, "Alright so that's the main important songs done, but we will even have a few more dances so we should probably select songs for those also."

Maya replies, "We can add a few slow and fast beat songs and mix things up at the reception"

Riley says, "That's a great idea and I want Zay to handle the music as our official DJ"

Zay replies, "Aww thanks Sugar. I'd be honoured to be your wedding reception DJ"

Lucas says, "Alright so let's think of some songs that we can possible use"

Zay replies, "Well, for your last dance I have a song suggestion"

Riley immediately hands her phone to Zay to play his suggested song.

Riley smiles brightly when she realises which song Zay had suggested and says, "I honestly can't think of a better song for our last dance"

Lucas smiles and adds, "I'm with Riley on this one. Thank you buddy."

Zay smiles, feeling great because his song suggestion was liked by both the bride and the groom.

Maya takes the phone from Zay and says, "Well, I also have a few suggestions so listen up guys"

Maya plays the first song and earns herself a nod of approval from her best friend.

She then changes the song, earning herself a nod of approval from Lucas as well.

Josh then takes the phone and says, "I have a suggestion which we can use to just have some fun"

With that he plays a song which causes Maya and Riley to instantly nod their heads to the beat.

Lucas comments, "I guess that song has been approved"

Josh chuckles and says, "They used to love this song when they were younger so I figured they would get a kick out of it."

Zay replies, "Well I guess the songs have been finalised now"

Riley says, "Yeah but Zay you are allowed to add a few songs if you would like to later on since you are the DJ"

Lucas adds, "Just let at least one of us see the songs before you add them to the list"

Zay replies, "Will do guys. And now we are ready to travel to Texas for your wedding."

Lucas and Riley look at each other before turning to their friends with a smile on their faces.

They couldn't wait to say their vows in front of their loved ones before starting their new life together.
