Prompt: Write a story based on an odd news headline. (I remembered seeing one that was about testing cookies for disease.)
Rating: HHH for Harmless Heyward Hilariousness
"Heyward," Emma started, a bit unevenly, "what are you doing?"
Heyward help up a cookie from the midst of his tubes and glasses. The edges ragged and crumbling. "Testing it."
Emma raised an eyebrow. "For…what exactly?"
"Lallo asked me to find out of these can carry diseases and if Firstflower can expell them." At Emma's bemused look he grinned at her. "I don't have anything else to do right now so I said, 'why not?'"
Reply to Ann: Another short one! :D (Tomorrow's will be longer though! Around 300-400 words!) I can't go below five words for it to still qualify as flash fiction though, so you don't have to worry about that!
