Chapter Summary:In which chaos erupts when Dracula gets pulled to Hogwarts in the middle of the final battle. (Castlevania, end of Season 2)

"Headmaster, there's a commotion in the great hall!"

"The students need protection! You're needed in the great hall now!"

"I've never seen his like before! This is nothing the wizarding world has ever seen!"

Harry stumbled up from his chair, out of his office, down the moving gargoyle staircase and apparated to the doorway of the great hall. Thoughts of a reborn Voldemort ran through his mind. Non magical people finding out about the wizarding world and carrying pitchforks to the castle. He shrugged those thoughts off, knowing them to be hardly likely, and pushed through the door

It looked like a battlefield in the great hall, like several non magical bombs had gone off, and Harry's heart skipped several beats. The younger students were pushed up against one corner of the hall, protected by several older students as they aimed their wands at a… man. The tables and benches had gotten thrown out of the way, several broken apart, like they had gotten exploded by spells.

Power flared from the man and Harry ran, taking in the man as he charged. The guy was tall, wearing a black and red cloak that fell to his feet, well tailored breeches and a tunic that was all dark. Harry reached out to the castle, to the power that Hogwarts held within it, and drew on it. Shields seemingly rose up from the floor, shimmering into existence between the man and the students, shining brightly and causing the man to take a step back.

Harry used the moment to slip into place, between the man and his students, wondering where his friends and professors were, his eyes fixed on the guy. His heart raced as he saw the man's eyes, noted how they were entirely red. They were unlike Voldemort's but there was so much power radiating from him that Harry was entirely surprised that his students could have stood their ground against this man.

As it was, the dark power surrounding the man was giving him a challenge. The man let out a growl on human vocal chords and Harry blinked, seeing the fangs that peeked out of the man's mouth. The noise that the man made was inhuman and vicious, low, and nothing Harry had ever heard before. This man was nothing he had ever seen before. Fenrir Greyback didn't hold a candle to this man. Voldemort didn't even come close to the sight that Harry was seeing now but… There was something about the man that peeked his interest, other than the man being unfairly handsome.

The man's long dark hair was loose and wild against his back.

His blazing red eyes had a hint of deadness to them. This man was clearly a vampire from what Harry could sense, using his other powers, but… Harry shrugged it off, unsure what he was seeing.

"Stand down or I will force you out of here," Harry said, sinking his bare feet into the stone floor beneath him. He had just woken up minutes ago, had just enough time to throw a shirt and pants on before running down here. The elder wand slipped itself into his palm and crackled with power, even though Harry hadn't needed a wand in years.

The man growled again and crouched down, his pupils showing bright red, and Harry cast a stunning charm his way. Idle and testing like, shooing the students behind out towards the door. The man easily dodged it and leapt at him, fangs out and bloody. Harry didn't even spare a thought as to what or the man was before he rolled, still keeping himself between the fleeing students and the man.

The power of the castle around him continued to shield the students, curling its magic around the kids like a warm hug. Harry moved around the man, as he watched the guy bat aside another stunning charm.

Harry moved, ran to the far corner of the hall to stand over an unconscious Neville.

"Mortal."

Harry blinked at the first word from the guy and apparated out of the way of the man as he jumped towards him. The guy paused and blinked before growling again and changing. Changing into… Harry tilted his head at the sight, at the instant shape change, as the guy blinked from a human shape to a giant bat. The man… or bat… was about the size of a muggle van and it had been easy, that much Harry could see.

The giant bat flew at him, its huge wings beating idly and batted at him, like a baseball player would bat at a ball. Harry moved and rolled, pushing himself at the man, as his cloak dropped onto his shoulders. The ring flickered into view on his finger and he closed his eyes and then breathed into it, as power flowed into him.

The man or bat flew up into the ceiling of the great hall and then leapt down at him, shifting back into a man again and landing on what would have been Harry. The guy roared and searched the hall, seeing nothing but broken tables and benches. The students had all but fled and Harry had felt more than heard Hogwarts closing the door to the great hall behind them.

"Where are you, human? You who killed my wife?!"

Harry blinked at the words from where he was, a few inches behind the man. The words were said in a low but vicious voice, almost like the man was caught in memories and couldn't get out. Or perhaps the man was lost in more ways than one and lashing out at everyone he saw.

"Is this a trap of my son's making? Answer me!"

Harry flinched at the absolute stillness to that voice and carefully reached out to grasp the man's shoulder. The guy reared back and hissed at him, breaking away from his touch and growled.

"What's wrong?" Harry asked, dropping the power around himself so that the guy could see him. "Why are you attacking us? We haven't done anything to you."

The man hissed at him and crouched to the ground before leaping at him. Harry flinched and met him almost mid air, changing form mid step onto four legs and pushing the man down onto the floor. He was back to two as he straddled the man's waist, looking into dark red eyes.

"Who are you?" Harry questioned, peering into the man's eyes. The man went limp underneath him but Harry refused to move, feeling the man's muscles flex underneath him. He idly wondered if he was a young vampire since he knew just turned vampires had a problem with control.

Dracula stared up at the human man, looking into his bright green eyes. "You are human. How did you do this? Are you a speaker?"

"Speaker?"

"Not a speaker."

The man, who was still straddling his waist, shrugged. "Wizard. That's what I'm called. And… you're a vampire."

Dracula raised an eyebrow and the man stared back at him, waiting for an answer.

"I am."

"My name's Harry."

Dracula stayed silent at that one. He did not care enough about this man to answer him. He did not care about anything except killing all humanity, killing every single human on the face of the earth. There was some part of him that liked the warmth that radiated from the human on top of him, reminding him of… He veered away from those thoughts and glared up at the human above him.

Harry stared down at him. Dracula stared back and then would have slipped away into mist had his wrists not been caught in heated skin.

"You're not from around here, are you?"

Dracula growled and tried to move. Warmth slithered into his hands and he shuddered, bucking up into the man unconsciously. Harry groaned but stayed over him, leaning half onto him.

"I'm not moving until you promise not to hurt my students," Harry remarked, looking right into his eyes.

Dracula continued to stay silent.

"Fine. I'm just going to call you… Silent but handsome vampire. Long name but whatever," Harry retorted. "And we are staying here."

Dracula glared up at the man.

Harry glared back. "I am Headmaster of this school. One of my jobs is to protect the students within. Surely you understand that."

Dracula turned away, resigned to laying underneath the human. At least he had sent Isaac away from his castle before he had been summarily portalled here by some power. The last he had seen of his castle was the sight of Carmilla's forces invading it and then he had fought, tooth and nail. He had been betrayed by one of his own, by more than that if Isaac had seen correctly. His son had been coming to kill him. Adrian didn't stand a chance, even less of a chance now that they knew who was better.

He wondered what had become of Hector. He hoped his other forgemaster was… safe.

"My godfather's husband was a werewolf. I fought a Dark Lord. You don't particularly scare me. I've seen folk with red eyes before. If you've just been turned-"

"What do humans know of vampires, hmm?" Dracula interrupted, meeting the man's eyes steadily. "Aside from House Belmont, I do not think any of you know much."

"House Belmont?"

Dracula kept his mouth shut as he studied the man, taking in the faint scar on his forehead and messy black hair. He shifted underneath him and his nerves crackled, sensations bubbling to the surface. Long dead heat flared to life and Dracula flinched and growled up at the man.

"What did you mean we killed your wife?" Harry questioned, his pupils blowing wide with unconscious arousal. Dracula watched as the human licked his lips, watched as the man looked him over. "Who are you?"

"I am Vlad Dracula Tepes and I want you off of me! You are beneath me!"

Harry stared down at him idly and then shook his head. "No. I think not. Your name's Dracula. I call bullshit."

Dracula stared at him and tried to slip into mist again, growling low in his throat. Harry sighed and shadows curled around him, pinning him to the floor as the darkness wrapped around his wrists, keeping him in this form.

"Don't push me," Harry whispered, his eyes faintly glowing. "Now… why do you look like you were just in a fight? Do not tell me you killed someone here. I will kill you if you even think about harming anyone within this castle."

Dracula growled and writhed underneath him, trying to move, and then Harry laid a hand to his chest.

"What's wrong?"

Dracula roared and Harry stared down at him idly. Dracula bucked up into the man, trying to unseat him.

The movement sent shocks through both of them as their cocks brushed against clothing. Dracula's heart fluttered and beat for the first time in a year and Harry let out a noise of consideration before reaching down, meeting his eyes as he did, and grasped him. Dracula hissed through clenched teeth and fangs, bucking up into the hand around his cock.

Harry hummed and stroked him through his breeches. Dracula fell silent at the continued touch, as his own blood raced within his body, as shivers moved through him and heat shuddered through him. He shut his eyes as muted pressure built, as thought fled, and he stayed silent even as Harry pulled his breeches down, getting his hands on bare skin. Shocks of heat and pleasure coiled through him like snakes and he stayed still, his mouth closed.

He bucked up into the hands on him, on his hip and on his cock, and refused to groan or whine or any of those human reactions. Still… his cock was hard and his body was reacting to the man on top of him. His heart raced, something that he hadn't felt since…

Hissing came from the human man's throat and Dracula startled, even as wet warmth surrounded his cock, pleasure slithering into him and his release came fast. His toes curled in his boots and he dug his nails into the stone floor underneath him, making dents in the stone. A crack echoed through the quiet hall and Dracula opened his eyes, looking up at the human man who had just put his hand around him.

Harry was peering at him curiously, heat in his green eyes, and had not yet had his release.

"Don't expect me to help you."

"I didn't think you would. Now… answers."

"I would think a magician such as yourself would know when people are lying," Dracula remarked. "You did shape shift. I could not sense you moments ago."

"Wizard. And… you expect me to believe your name really is Vlad Dracula Tepes."

Dracula just stared up at him. Harry stared back.

"For what reason did you bring me here, human?"

Harry blinked at his words, tilting his head. "You think I'm mortal."

"You are human. Humans are mortal."

"Eh, most here are," Harry offered, shrugging. "And I didn't bring you here. I think you did that yourself."

"I did not bring myself here. I do not- What do you mean most humans are mortal."

"I'm the odd one out. Well… do you want to go back to wherever you're from then? I can probably send you back."

Dracula stared at the man that was still sitting on him. "What was that hissing noise I heard?"

"Trade secret."

Dracula stared at him and Harry grinned back.
