Finally! An update.

Disclaimer: Unfortunately, I don't own MHA or Memphis May Fire.

Like a giant in a giant's world, I am proud of nothing

We try to be better from the outside in

But still, we have no place to go home in the end

Well yeah!

A wise man speaks when he has someone to say

But fools just have to say something

A wise man speaks when he has something to say

Just keep your mouth shut!

Just keep your mouth shut!

- Memphis May Fire

"The world is full of unfairness. It is a hero's job to try to combat that unfairness. If you want to be a Pro, you're going to have to push yourself to the brink. For the next three years, Yuuei will throw one terrible hardship after another at you. So go beyond, Plus Ultra style. Show me it's no mistake that you're here." Aizawa's words sparked a flame inside of Miyuki. She was ready to crush these tests and anything else Yuuei had to throw at her. She hadn't spend her entire life preparing for the hero course just to flunk out now. It was absolutely no mistake that she was here and now was her chance to prove it.

The first test was the 50 meter dash.

When Miyuki stepped up to the line, she was up against a guy, who had wild blonde hair that rivaled Bakugo's who she had learned name is Kaminari.

As the robot requested that the runners be on their marks, she threw on her hood from the jacket she wore underneath her gym uniform. Activating her quirk, her ears poked up from under her hood as her eyes dilated and the pupils morphed.

The sound of gun shot echoed throughout the field as she bolted down the track leaving Kaminari in her wake.

"4.48 seconds!"

He moved rather slow, assuminngly by the lack of diversity in the use of his quirk, getting to the finish line over 2 seconds after her.

"7.20 seconds!"

While she watched the rest of the students, she took note of everyone's quirks that she was able to gauge. Though naturally Iida got the fastest time, she was still in the top 3 for this particular test.

Right behind Katsuki Bakugo... She noticed, disdainfully.

The second test was grip strength which was something she had a fair amount of, but nothing to brag about. Though looking around her, she could see that wasn't the case for some of her peers. Especially her neighboring multi-appendaged classmate.

And just like that, the tests continued, gauging just about every physical ability you could think of; standing long jump, repeated side steps, ball throw (to which she got one of the lowest scores on), the distance run, sit-ups and the seated toe touch (to which she got the best score).

By the end she had learned quite a bit about her classmates and their quirks, but was also incredibly fatigued. The downside to using her quirk was the immense amount of energy it took to hold that form and it's abilities. Her eyelids felt like lead and she would love nothing more than to take a nap to regain her strength, but she refused to show such weakness.

As Aizawa was about to display the results, she could have cut the tension amongst her class with her claws. Though some were more nervous than others, she thought as her eyes wondered to Midoriya, who was clutching his injury with a panicked expression.

Despite being terrified herself, she kept her demeanor cool and collected as the results were projected above them. The top competitors were as to be expected, number one being a girl named Momo, Yaoyorozu with an impressive creation quirk. From what Miyuki had observed, she was very intelligent and her quirk was, unlike Kaminari's, extremely versatile. She was followed by Shoto Todoroki, rumored to be the son of Endeavor, or so she heard from the gossiping members of her class. It was difficult not to overhear all the gossip when her hearing was so heightened by her quirk and also her overbearing curiosity as a person. She realized that she hadn't seen either name on the Entrance Exam result leading her to suspect that those two had been the ones that had gotten in on recommendations.

The next person on the list was none other than Bakugo.

I bet he's burning up inside about not getting first, but third place. She thought smugly as she continued down the line.

"Tenya Iida, Fumikage Tokoyami..."

She had placed 6th right after the guy that sat next to her in class, who she had learned to be Shoji.

She had almost let out a sigh of relief, realizing that she was far from the bottom.

But Midoriya is.. Aizawa, what is it that you have against this kid? She couldn't help but wonder, feeling like he had singled him out, expecting him to be the one with the lowest score.

Once everyone's scores had settled in Aizawa-sensei announced that he had lied, no one was getting expelled.

Miyuki couldn't help but let out a sigh of irritation, of course it was a trick. She should not have expected any less from him, though Yaoyorozu didn't seem to be suprised by that fact. In fact, she was more suprised that we hadn't caught on ourselves.

Miyuki felt herself growing smaller next to such an amazing student, she should have known but she let her fear get the better of her. However, that also meant that she had gotten first amongst her classmate without the extra motivator. Momo Yaoyorozu was a force to be reckoned with, that was for sure.

Shortly after his announcement, Aizawa dismissed the class before providing Midoriya with a nurse's pass to get his finger checked out.

Despite being wracked with fatigue, she took a detour to the library. She clearly needed new reading material, Yuuei tier material to keep up with these students. They were everything she imagined and more. Miyuki would have to work harder than she ever had in her life just to keep up.

It was night by the time she caught the train home, her fellow students long gone by this point.

Harder than the tests were, was the fight for consciousness on the ride home. It definitely wasn't a good idea for a lone teenage girl to fall asleep on a train at night.

She could feel herself loosing consciousness as she unlocked the door, practically falling inside once the door was open. Her vision blacked around the edges as she locked the door behind her. Every step felt as though she had weights tied to her ankles as the black around her vision completely encompassed her...

Aizawa arrived less than an hour later, not in the least suprised to see his ward curled up on the floor, fast asleep. He couldn't help but smile to himself out of amusement. He honestly hadn't expected her to last even this long, though if she hadn't he would have given her a similar speech that he had given to Midoriya.

You did good, kid. He thought to himself as he picked up her sleeping form and placed her in her bed underneath the covers, making sure to tuck her in tight.

Yeahhh Bakugo is not her favorite person right now, but you know what they say about opposites! I hope you enjoyed this chapter that took me forever to finish. Hopefully I'll have the next one finished in a reasonable amount of time. We'll see. xD
