~~Hello readers, I'm back with a new chapter.

Pokemon and Assassination Classroom don't belong to me.

I only own my original characters.~~

It was still early morning at Kunigigaoka Junior High School.

I had just finished introducing all three of my Pokemon to the teacher.

My friendship with Sensei had only blossomed since I opened up to him about my life.

"Sioku, you may sit wherever you want," said Sensei.

"Thank you sir," I replied as I stood up.

I then situated myself at the closest desk to Sensei's

A long period of silence passed by.

Much to my annoyance, I saw Julie walk through the door.

The joy that I felt around Sensei had vanished instantly.

I was trapped in a prison of fear once again.

"Welcome back Julie," greeted Sensei.

Julie ignored him and proceeded to situate herself.

She sneakily dragged a chair next to the file cabinet and sat down.

Once situated, Julie stared at me like a hawk to its prey.

"Listen up Sioku, it doesn't matter how close you sit to your pitiful excuse for a teacher. He can't save you from everything," she said bluntly.

I glared daggers at Julie and replied roughly. "You don't know anything about Sensei. Quit trying to tear him down."

"You don't have a right to give orders," Julie argued.

"Whatever," I said with a huff.

Sensei calmly approached the front of my desk.

I was relieved to see his friendly face again.

"Don't worry Sioku, I'll be here for you as long as I'm alive. Nothing or no one will ever come between us," he said softly.

The soothing sound of his voice helped me relax.

"Thank you Sensei," I replied with a small smile.

In the midst of our conversation, the door opened to reveal a group of students walking in.

Many conversations were going on at once.

I watched with curiosity as the other kids took their seats.

Sensei moved to the front of the classroom.

"Good morning everyone," he greeted.

"Good morning sir," the class replied in unison.

As soon as the class went quiet, Sensei explained that all of us must assassinate him by the end of the year in order to win a huge amount of money.

All of the students except me cheered in response to the award.

He also claimed to be responsible for a portion of the moon's destruction.

I sat still with a look of disbelief as I listened.

The thought of killing Sensei felt wrong in every way.

That goal absolutely disgusted me since the kind-hearted teacher and I had just became friends.

Assassinating Sensei would be the same as ending our beautiful friendship just to get money.

I didn't care to be greedy.

Another teacher named Mr. Carasuma listed and explained Sensei's abilities such as his mach 20 speed and tentacle regeneration.

In the midst of Sensei taking attendance, bullets came flying at him from all directions.

I looked around to find the whole class pointing a rifle at Sensei and opening fire.

Fortunately, I didn't see or hear Sensei freak out.

He just dodged the bullets with ease.

The sound of metal flying everywhere frightened me, but I refused to show my fear.

Julie didn't need another reason to punish me.

I inconspicuously hid under my desk and curled up into a ball.

All three of my Pokemon emerged from their Pokeballs and surrounded me.

"Thanks guys," I whispered.

They nuzzled me in return.

My Pokemon and I remained still as we waited for the noise to stop.

Nobody seemed to notice that my chair was empty since they were too busy trying to kill the teacher.

The other students then helped Sensei clean up.

Sensei told everybody that discharging guns was no longer allowed in the classroom.

Right when the coast was clear, I slowly popped out from underneath my desk.

Sensei gasped as he caught sight of my Pokemon and me.

A feeling of embarrassment instantly washed over me.

My cheeks heated up as I trembled.

I slumped down in the chair and covered my face.

My Pokemon sat down under the desk.

"Hold on a minute, boys and girls," said Sensei as he moved toward me.

The other students began to talk quietly amongst themselves.

I looked away from him and bowed my head.

"Oh no... I'm so sorry Sensei. Please don't be mad at me," I pleaded sadly.

Sensei leaned on me in a comforting way and replied smoothly. "It's okay Sioku, I don't have a reason to be mad. I was just concerned about you. Are you and your Pokemon all right?"

"Yes sir, we're perfectly fine. I was afraid of you getting hurt by all those bullets," I answered fearfully.

"Don't worry Sioku, your classmates weren't shooting real bullets at me. They were only BB's," Sensei assured.

I felt safe and secure in Sensei's relaxing presence.

Also, I was glad to see that Sensei didn't have a single scratch on him.

"Oh thank goodness," I whispered in relief.

"I'm just glad to know that you and your classmates are safe," the teacher said calmly.

"I apologize for disrupting your class," I replied remorsefully.

"You didn't disrupt anything at all Sioku," Sensei added before walking away.

He then returned to his place at the front of the room.

"Excuse me sir, what's going on?" asked a boy with long blue hair.

"Everything is okay, Nagisa. Sioku was just surprised by the assassination attempt," answered the teacher.

"Why was that girl hiding underneath her desk?" the boy now known as Nagisa continued while pointing at me.

"Sioku was just protecting herself," Sensei answered.

"She seems a bit shy," Nagisa pointed out.

"Sioku should get used to you guys in no time," Sensei assured.

The teacher then shifted his focus back to me and said. "Sioku, please stand up and introduce yourself to the class."

I stood up slowly and faced the class.

"Hello everyone, my name is Sioku Marie. I am a Pokemon trainer from the Unova Region," I said.

All three of my Pokemon slowly crawled out from underneath my desk.

The other students gasped in awe while staring at the tiny creatures.

Oshawott playfully nudged Lilipup with its nose.

Lilipup growled at Oshawott with irritation.

"Both of you knock it off," I ordered sternly.

The two Pokemon looked up at me in response.

"Hey Sioku, are those creatures your Pokemon?" asked Nagisa.

"They sure are, Pokemon are different from regular animals because they have special powers. They can also evolve," I explained with a smile.

Before our conversation could continue, Julie rose from her seat with a glare fixed on me.

The whole room fell silent in that moment.

"Sioku Marie, put those Pokemon away this instant. You know better than to let them out in class," she said sternly.

"Actually, my Pokemon came out on their own. They were just worried about me," I protested.

"Don't argue with me, Sioku! Return them right now!" Julie hollered.

"Yes ma'am," I replied quietly.

I opened up the Pokeballs and commanded. "Oshawott, Lilipup, Purrloin, return."

The Pokemon obeyed my orders without resistance and disappeared into their Pokeballs.

I sat back down in my seat and sighed heavily.

Sensei then began to lecture the other students about the flaws in their attempted assassination.

I listened to the lecture with both interest and growing love for his lively voice.

During the lecture, I heard Nagisa whispering to a female student.

A few hours passed by as the teacher explained the rules and regulations of his class.

After the lecture, Sensei instructed us to line up in front of the door.

Most of my classmates struck up conversations as they did so.

I stood in line behind Nagisa.

"Okay everyone, let's move out," urged Sensei as he took the lead.

My classmates and I followed our teacher out of the classroom.

Sensei led us across a short walkway and into another building.

I scanned the area with curiosity as we entered.

There were desktop computers neatly set up on rows of tables.

I sat down at a table near the door.

Julie sneakily pulled up a chair and situated herself next to the file cabinet.

Her death stare pierced through my soul like a knife.

I shrugged it off as best as I could and stared at the monitor in front of me.

Much to my surprise, Nagisa took a seat next to mine.

At the same time, I was happy to see the blue haired boy again.

I sensed a peaceful aura around Nagisa.

"Hello Nagisa," I greeted shyly.

"Hi Sioku, why do you act so shy around everyone except our teacher?" Nagisa replied with a concerned expression.

A light blush came to my cheeks as I answered nervously. "I haven't been able to talk to people without them rejecting me."

"Why would people reject you?" Nagisa continued.

"I've never been able to make any friends. Throughout elementary school, both kids and adults have labeld me as weird because I keep to myself most of the time. They would avoid me like a contagious disease instead of giving me a chance. The kids would also call me names such as loner, crybaby, and weirdo," I explained.

"That doesn't sound right at all. Everybody deserves to have a friend no matter who they are," Nagisa said sympathetically.

"Thank you Nagisa," I replied graciously.

"Besides, I don't see or sense anything wrong with you. I want to learn more about you," he added.

Nagisa's kind words brought a feeling of warmth to me that I had never felt before.

My heart started to race with joy.

"I want to learn more about you as well," I said with a smile.

I was too busy being graced by Nagisa's calming presence to remember that Julie was still watching my every move.

The fact that Nagisa made an effort to talk to me was a true miracle.

I had never felt happier at school.

Sensei took attendance again as soon as everybody got situated in their seats.

"Okay, boys and girls, please create a profile on your computers and log in. Then begin working on the typing program located in the desktop menu," he instructed.

"Yes sir," the class responded in unison.

I quickly created my profile and then curiously scrolled through the menu.

Everything was going well until I hovered my cursor over a familiar title: Type to Learn.

My breath caught in my throat as I gasped.

Just reading that title again made my heart drop.

I froze in terror as memories of that dreaded program came flooding into my mind like rushing water.

The female robotic voice echoed in my head loud and clear.

I clicked on the introduction video and watched it anxiously.

Chills rapidly crawled up my spine as soon as the video ended.

I tried to shake the fear off but to no avail.

That monotonous typing tutorial sounded just as frightening as ever.

Unfortunately, being in the same room as Nagisa and Sensei didn't ease my mind in the slightest.

I went into a full blown panic attack.

Nagisa noticed my uneasy expression and looked at me.

"Hey Sioku, are you all right?" he asked softly.

I only shook my head.

"What's going on? Can I help you in any way?" the boy continued in a gentle voice.

Nagisa was only met with silence.

I sat completely still with my head bowed.

A flashback entered my mind, and I couldn't push it away.

~Flashback to Fourth Grade~

My class and I had just entered the computer lab.

After taking our seats, we were asigned to work on Type to Learn.

I sat next to Julie's daughter Mira who was also a bully.

Not wanting to tick off Julie, I reluctantly logged into my profile.

The introduction video played before I could start working.

Hearing the typing tutorial automatically sent me into full-on panic mode.

My heart pounded rapidly in my chest.

Chills covered my body at an alarming rate.

I bowed my head while desperately trying to control my heavy breathing.

Julie caught sight of me not typing and flung herself out of her chair.

She stomped over to my seat in a fit of rage.

"Sioku Marie! Get to work right now! You're wasting valuable class time!" she screamed in my ear.

Julie's yelling immediately snapped me out of my panic attack.

"I'm sorry mis Julie," I said brokenly.

Julie roughly grabbed the collar of my sweater and yanked me toward her.

"I don't want to hear your pathetic apology! Get busy," she demanded.

"Yes ma'am," I replied quietly.

Julie sighed heavily and walked back to her chair.

"You're such a little baby, Sad Sioku. Normal kids don't freak out over silly typing programs," Mira commented.

~End Flashback~

My breathing started to increase in speed as I trembled violently.

Nagisa's eyes drooped with sadness at the sight of me in distress.

The boy firmly placed his hands on my shoulders.

I felt his touch but didn't respond.

My intense fear prevented me from reacting to him.

"Hey, Sioku, this is Nagisa talking to you. Please tell me what's bothering you," he said calmly.

I jumped and let out a nervous yelp.

"Sioku? What's wrong?" Nagisa asked frantically.

Before I could answer his question, Julie rose from her chair and glared down at Nagisa.

"What's her problem?" he wondered out loud.

"Take your hands off of her. I'll handle this," she demanded.

Nagisa slowly removed his hands from my shoulders and kept a sharp eye on Julie.

Julie roughly grabbed me by the arm.

"Sioku Marie, quit acting like a baby. You are in middle school now. Sixth graders don't freak out over computer programs," she said sternly.

I looked up at her with a blank expression.

"You're wrong if you think that dumb mutant is going to save you," Julie taunted.

I felt my blood boil at her ruthless comment.

My cheeks heated up with fuming anger.

"Don't call him that," I growled.

Nagisa watched the scene with an icy glare fixed on Julie.

"First, quit talking trash about our teacher. Second, do you have any compassion at all? This poor girl is clearly in distress," he interrupted harshly.

"Shut your mouth kid," Julie snapped back.

"I am not afraid of you. I'm a trained assassin," Nagisa countered.

My eyes lit up with curiosity at Nagisa's last statement.

I never expected a sweet and considerate boy like him to be an assassin.

"You don't scare me," Julie grumbled.

Julie then shifted her attention back to me.

"Do I make myself clear?" she asked loudly.

"Yes ma'am," I answered softly.

Julie released me and marched back to her seat.

"Are you okay Sioku?" Nagisa whispered.

"I'm so sorry Nagisa, I didn't want you to see Julie act like that toward me. She does that all the time. Her intention is to embarrass me. I understand if you don't want to be my friend anymore," I said brokenly.

Nagisa placed a hand on my shoulder and spoke gently. "Please listen to me Sioku, you don't deserve to be pushed around. I promise to stay by your side from now on. You and I will be friends til the bitter end."

"Thank you very much," I said with a small smile.

"That awful woman won't scare me away from you," Nagisa replied with love.

Before I could start my first lesson, I spotted the teacher moving toward me.

"Hi Sensei, what brings you over here?" I greeted cheerfully.

"Hello Sioku, I just wanted to come check on you. Are you all right?" Sensei responded.

I couldn't help but sigh dreamily at the sound of his voice.

"Yes, thanks to Nagisa. I appreciate you for checking on me though," I said happily.

"Nagisa really seems to like you," Sensei replied with a smile of his own.

"I apologize for all the commotion," I said remorsefully.

The teacher lowered himself down to my level.

"Sioku, you don't need to apologize for anything. Can you tell me what just happened?" he said gently.

"I had a panic attack," I whispered to him.

"You may speak to me privately after class," Sensei said before walking away.

Sensei then returned to his spot in the front of the room.

I took a deep breath and began working on the typing lessons.

Sensei's pleasant voice overpowered my fear of the program.

Nagisa's relaxing presence also helped me calm down easier.

The typing lessons seemed to pass by like a breeze since I had already worked on them before.

I finished each lesson with perfect accuracy so far.

Time flew by as my classmates and I continued working.

A half hour later, I heard Sensei's voice enter the space.

"Okay, boys and girls, it's time to log out of those computers and head back to our classroom," he said.

The conversations immediately began again.

"That's a huge relief," I commented as I logged off of my profile.

Nagisa noticed the smile on my face as he watched me stand up.

"You look happy to be off the computer," he pointed out.

"I sure am," I mumbled under my breath.

I stood behind Nagisa as my classmates and I were lining up by the door.

Sensei happily led us outside the computer lab.

On the way back to our classroom, Nagisa decided to start a conversation with me. "Sioku, would you like to sit together at lunch?"

The blue haired boy's inviting request instantly lit a new spark of happiness inside my heart.

"Nagisa, I would love to have lunch with you today. You're the first friend I ever had at school," I answered gratefully.

My response triggered reactions from the other students, and they began to whisper.

Back in the classroom, the other students were discussing their plans to assassinate our teacher.

The bell rang in the midst of their conversations.

"It's lunch time, everybody, I'm going to hop over to China for a bite. I'll see you all later," Sensei said before flying away.

Nagisa and I were the first to exit the classroom.

He kindly led me toward the cafeteria.

Luckily, I didn't see Julie anywhere.

I decided to start a conversation with him as we stood in line. "Wow Nagisa, our teacher is amazing."

"I can't argue with you there," Nagisa replied.

I paced back and forth while lost in deep thought.

"Are you okay Sioku?" asked Nagisa.

"Yes, I'm still trying to recover from my panic attack. I have them during stressful situations. They can take a lot of energy out of me depending on the severity," I explained.

Nagisa gently took my hand and pulled me closer to him.

I gave him a hug in return.

"Sioku, you won't have to go through those panic attacks alone anymore. I'll be here to support you through everything. Julie will never come between us," Nagisa assured.

"Thank you Nagisa, your support really means a lot to me. I appreciate your kindness," I responded with a smile.

After ordering our food, Nagisa and I sat down at a picnic table near a brick planter box.

There weren't many people in the area.

"You picked a nice place Nagisa," I commented while looking around.

"I couldn't agree more," Nagisa responded.

Nagisa and I ate our meal in silence as we relaxed under the gorgeous weather.

This peaceful moment that I spent with Nagisa was like the best dream I ever had.

I silently prayed that it would never end.

Our moment of peace was soon interrupted when three boys from our class rushed over to Nagisa.

"Hello boys, what brings you here?" I greeted.

"I hate to interrupt your date, Sioku, but we need Nagisa's help. He's been studying our teacher," one of them said.

A blush came to my cheeks as I jumped up from my seat.

"Hold on a minute, it's not like that! Nagisa and I are just friends!" I hollered.

All three boys laughed out loud at the sight of my pink cheeks.

I slumped down on the bench and groaned.

"Anyway, what are you three bugging Nagisa for?" I wondered with a bit of frustration.

The three boys ignored me and focused their attention on Nagisa.

I sat quietly and decided to listen in on their conversation.

"Hey Nagisa, can we pick your brain for a minute?" one of them asked.

"We noticed that you've been taking notes on the teacher," another boy added.

Nagisa opened up his notebook and began listing everything he knew about Sensei.

I was surprised by all the information that he had already collected in class.

"This kid is really smart," I thought with a smile.

The four boys then discussed a plan that they would use to kill Sensei after lunch.

I frowned and lowered my head as I listened.

Knowing that Sensei and I were about to part ways very soon tugged at my emotions.

I stood up and inconspicuously slipped away from the group.

On my way back to the classroom, Julie intercepted me by a brick pillar.

She wore that annoying glare on her face as usual.

"What horrible deed did I do this time?" I asked sarcastically.

"Don't you use that tone of voice at me, young lady. You acted like a selfish child in computer class today," Julie snapped.

I straightened myself up and glared back at Julie.

"I could care less about what you think of me. My panic attacks cannot be controlled," I responded boldly.

"You freak out just to gain the sympathy of others," Julie accused.

Her accusation instantly sent me into a burning rage.

My cheeks turned bright red with fury.

"I am sick and tired of you saying those awful things about me. You will never fully understand a person until you've walked in their shoes," I said furiously.

Julie roughly grabbed the collar of my shirt and forcefully dragged me toward her.

"There is absolutely no way to understand someone like you. You're a little baby who refuses to grow up and act normal," she replied sternly.

I thought about Nagisa in order to brush off Julie's ruthless comments.

With all my will power, I pulled myself out of her grip.

"What do you think you're doing, Sioku?" Julie asked in a low voice.

Sensei's lively voice echoed in my head which gave me a major boost of courage.

"From this moment on, you'll never have anymore power over me. I won't let your disgusting voice frighten me again," I added before taking off in a different direction.

I sprinted down the walkway without looking back.

"I'm not done with you Sioku! Get back here!" Julie shouted after me.

I ignored her and continued running toward the classroom.

My heart pounded in my chest, but I didn't let it bother me.

All that mattered to me was getting as far away from Julie as possible.

Right as I was about to slow down, I felt a pair of tentacles wrap around me in a gentle way.

I curiously looked up to find Sensei standing in front of me.

"Wo Sioku, what's the rush?" he greeted with a concerned expression.

I was relieved to hear his friendly voice again.

"I'm sorry Sensei, but I was trying to get away from Julie. She was harassing me on my way back here," I answered with frustration.

Sensei carefully pulled me closer to him.

"Please calm down Sioku, you're safe now. I promise," he assured softly.

"Thank you Sensei," I said weakly.

I leaned against him for comfort and tried to catch my breath.

"Your energy level must be really low. I'll take you inside," he said.

I gave a nod in response.

The teacher slowly led me inside and then helped me get situated in a chair next to him.

We sat in silence as I regained my strength.

The fact that Sensei was sitting beside me helped speed up the recovery process.

I felt safe and secure in his presence.

There was no other place that I would've rather been than by his side.

Our moment of silence was soon broken when Nagisa entered the classroom.

"Hello Nagisa," greeted Sensei.

"Good afternoon," I added.

Nagisa pulled up a chair and sat down beside me.

"You came just in time," I said happily.

"Hey Sioku, what happened after you left the table?" Nagisa replied.

"Julie confronted me about my panic attack in computer class," I answered with a frown.

"Sioku, can you tell me more about your fears and panic attacks?" Sensei asked calmly.

I adjusted my position and faced him.

"Yes, I have an uncontrollable fear of medical facilities, equipment, procedures, and Tv shows. This fear started when I was a baby because I had been in and out of the hospital for a few years. Getting a simple check-up at the doctor's office will scare me into a shut down. I am also afraid of constant loud noises. My panic attacks usually come from stressful situations. They can be minor or major depending on how severe my situation is. Traumatic events will give me flashbacks," I explained.

"Why were you always in the hospital?" asked Nagisa.

"I have a weak immune system and can get sic very easily. Major panic attacks can also cause heart and breathing problems," I answered.

"I'm guessing that you've had a traumatic incident with Type to Learn," Sensei continued.

"No sir, that typing program just gives me nightmares. I don't like the instructor's voice," I informed.

"How often do you have nightmares?" asked nagisa.

I usually have nightmares whenever my days are overwhelmingly stressful. My nightmares are usually about getting medical procedures done or Julie torturing me," I explained.

Sensei wrapped one of his tentacles around my shoulders.

I took a deep breath of relaxation.

"My class and I will do our best to protect you, Sioku. You can count on us," he said smoothly.

"I appreciate that very much," I replied.

A brief period of silence passed between the three of us.

I stood up quickly as a thought crossed my mind.

"What's the matter Sioku?" asked Sensei.

"I just remembered that my Pokemon might need a bathroom break right now," I answered suddenly.

"I'll take you to a grassy area behind the classroom," Nagisa offered as he stood up next to me.

"That's really helpful of you Nagisa," Sensei commented.

"I would love to go with you," I said joyfully.

"We'll see you later sir," Nagisa added.

"Enjoy your break," Sensei replied.

Nagisa graciously led me out the door.

Back outside, Nagisa decided to start a conversation with me. "Hey Sioku, I noticed that you call our teacher Sensei. Why?"

"He told me to call him that as soon as we met," I answered with joy.

A medium sized patch of grass came into my view as we strolled behind the building.

"This place is nice," I commented while staring down at the thick grass.

"Our teacher does a good job maintaining the area," Nagisa responded.

I held up all three of my Pokeballs and commanded. "Okay everybody, come on out."

My Pokemon popped out of their Pokeballs and started to run around the area.

Nagisa watched the scene with an amused expression.

"Your creatures look so happy to be outside," he said.

I don't blame them," I replied before laughing.

Lilipup carefully circled around Nagisa while sniffing him.

Nagisa watched the tiny dog with curiosity.

"You don't have to worry, Nagisa. None of my Pokemon would ever hurt anyone," I assured.

Nagisa grinned at me in return.

The puppy began to growl in annoyance as Oshawott approached it.

"Knock it off Lilipup," I ordered firmly.

Oshawott stepped back in fear.

Nagisa stared at me with a look of confusion.

"It's okay, Nagisa, Lilipup doesn't like to share its territory. That's just something I have to deal with now," I said with an apologetic look.

"It doesn't bother me at all," Nagisa replied.

I gently shooed Oshawott away from Lilipup before they could get the chance to fight.

Lilipup affectionately brushed up against Nagisa's leg.

"I think it likes you," I said to Nagisa with a smile.

"Your puppy is cute," Nagisa replied.

Lilipup rested its front paws on Nagisa's knees.

Nagisa slowly bent down and lifted the little dog into his arms.

The puppy closed its eyes and drifted off to sleep.

"You two are so cute together," I complemented with a dreamy grin.

Nagisa lightly ruffled Lilipup's fur.

We heard the bell ringing in the distance.

"I don't want to separate you two, Nagisa, but I should probably put my Pokemon away now. You may see them again," I said.

Nagisa lowered the puppy to the floor as gently as he could.

Lilipup stretched its body and then shook off.

I opened up my Pokeballs and commanded. "Oshawott, Lilipup, Purrloin, return."

All three of my Pokemon imediately let themselves get pulled inside their Pokeballs.

Nagisa and I then hurried into the classroom.

"Welcome back you two," greeted the teacher.

"Hi Sensei," I responded with a grin.

"Hello sir," Nagisa added.

I waved at Nagisa before walking back to my seat.

Julie entered the classroom unnoticed and sat down.

She stared at me like a hawk to its prey.

After everyone had situated themselves in their seats, Sensei assigned us to write a short poem.

Everyone except me groaned at that.

Sensei encouraged us to get our sparks slithering.

I burst into laughter when I saw Sensei move his tentacles in a slithering motion.

"Will you knock that off?" shouted a male student.

The boy's annoyance only made me laugh harder.

Julie glared at me, but I brushed it away like dust.

A short girl with light green hair raised her hand.

"Yes Kayano?" responded the teacher.

"Is there a reason why we're calling you sir all the time? You haven't given us your name yet," she said.

"I don't have the name that you can just give to people. You guys can pick one for me," Sensei replied cheerfully.

I watched as Nagisa and the other boys rose from their seats.

They silently snuck up behind Sensei.

Nagisa tried to strike Sensei with a knife, but he was blocked instantly.

Then he launched a BB pellet grenade at our teacher.

A bomb went off shortly afterward.

The rest of us became startled and screamed in terror.

Instead of worrying, the three boys surrounding Nagisa cheered in celebration.

"You didn't see a suicide bomber coming, did you?" one of them bragged.

A few male students became furious and yelled at the three other boys.

"Terasaka! What did you make Nagisa do?" shouted Kayano.

Terasaka explained that he armed Nagisa with a toy grenade that contained BB pellets and gun powder.

At the sound of that, I jumped up from my desk and ran toward Sensei.

My heart raced with anxiety.

Julie's death stare had been completely wiped away.

The safety of my new friends was more important to me.

"Sensei! Nagisa! Are either of you hurt?" I shouted with a deeply concerned expression.

"Don't worry Sioku, Nagisa and I are just fine. I promise," the teacher assured.

"Sioku Marie! Get back to your seat right now!" Julie screamed in my direction.

The entire room fell silent at that.

I defiantly moved closer to Sensei and wrapped my arms around him.

"Please don't scare me like that again, Sensei. I already love you so much," I said softly.

"I love you too Sioku. I'll be okay," he whispered back.

After releasing him, I reluctantly walked back to my seat and sat down.

I breathed a sigh of relief when I heard Sensei reveal his skin shedding ability and how he protected Nagisa from the blast.

His face turned pitch black with extreme anger as he confronted the three boys who had put Nagisa in danger.

"This was your doing, wasn't it?" he growled.

The three boys cowered in fear at the sight of our angry teacher.

I sat completely still while observing the scene.

I had never seen Sensei get so upset since we met.

"It was all Nagisa," one of the boys said fearfully.

I stood up and glared at the three ring leaders.

"No it wasn't! I heard you guys discussing your plan during lunch!" I argued.

"Sioku, sit down!" yelled Julie.

I sat back down with a heavy sigh.

I watched as Sensei disappeared and then reappeared with the name plates of their houses.

He threatened to harm their loved ones if another incident ever happened again.

Sensei finally settled down as soon as Terasaka claimed that they were defending themselves.

He then told us that we need to assassinate him as a team.

I was relieved to see Sensei looking happy again.

Before class was dismissed, the other students gave our teacher the name Korosensei.

Korosensei accepted the name with love and joy.
