-Peter pov-

I look at the front door and take a deep breath. This is going to be my home for a little bit. Once I prove I am not danger to myself I go back to my apartment. I am about to open the door when I hear a familiar helmet click sound.

I turn to see Morgan standing there with one of his helmets. It is not fully finished but it has a lot of good stuff done. I smile and get down on a knee as she walks up slowly. She tilts her head and looks at me confused.

"Are you one of mommy's friends?" She has a lot of friends that come I guess "You do not look like daddy like the others do"

"Oh" Pepper has been trying to find another Tony "No I am a friend of your moms and your dads"

"Really?!" Her face lights up and her hands are grabbing one of mine "You can help me finish the suit!"

"Well maybe" She starts pulling on me and I chuckle as I let her guide me toward a wood shed "I guess this means I have to help you out now huh?"

"Yeah!" We stop outside of the shed "You can be like daddy when he built mommy's suit!"

I smile and she opens the door. I look around in wonder as I see all of the tech. I frown when I see fresh wine stains on some blueprints and others destroyed. I walk up to a table and see the helmet she is wearing.

"Alright" I turn and hold out my hand "I need the helmet and a wrench"

-Time skip-

It took hours but I got the suit finished. It looks like a hotrod honestly. I followed the paint designs to a tee. I smile and step back just to bump into a table.

I look at the name and get confused. Who is this Harley kid? Did they have another kid? Did they lose a child at some point?

"She is inside eating dinner" I jump and turn to see Pepper standing in a coat by the doorway "You two snacked through lunch"

"Sorry I did not go inside" I look back at the table that has a tarp over it "What is all of this?"

"A kid who wanted to be Tony but for the wrong reasons" Pepper walks over with a frown and lifts the tarp off the table "He was going to be Iron Lad but I shut his plan down"

"Harley Keener" We both turn to see a blonde boy beside the newly built hotrod suit "And I am going to be better than Ironman! I will be the Superior Ironman!"

"Like hell you will!" I shoot a web at him but he uses scrap as a shield "Wrong move"

I pull the scrap away and swing it into his face. He stumbles but grabs some gauntlets. I protect Pepper as we duck from the blasts. The sheds right wall is blasted away along with some blueprints.

I look up and see him smirking from his spot. I will not let him hurt this family or Tony's legacy! I rush him and tackle him out of the shack. I figure out how he got to us quietly by him launching us toward the sky.

"I have been sneaking in for months now!" A nano tech suit of silver covers him "I will be your worst nightmare and anyone who stands in my way!"

"The suit is blinding you Harley!" I get a boot to the head and almost slip "Be reasonable!"

"He took you in after kicking me away" His boot raises back up "You took the only father I had"

I get kicked off of him and free fall down. I look at my wrist and see I am wearing a watch Tony gave me. If I know Tony enough this should work. My luck is this shit will backfire.

I tap it and move like I will have a suit attach to me. Of course it did no-HOLY SHIT! I have suit pieces attaching to me as I fall toward the ground. I am a little bit away from splatting when it all completes.

Harley lands across from me and I see his eyes of red. He has been corrupted by the metal and tech he used. There is no making him return to his senses. The Harley who once was there is lost.

Unless I can get a witch to fix this. I take off for the air knowing he will follow. I send a message out to Steven for either him, Wong, or Wanda. I need someone who can get into his mind.

If I do not have to kill him I will go for that. I lead him away from people and toward a secluded area of woods. His thrusters are a bit better and I am soon careening toward the ground. I groan and get up just to be blasted away.

"YOU TOOK EVERYTHING FROM ME!" I dodge a repulsor blast just to get my brace locked up "You fight injured! I have a clear victory!"

"I fight out of my element" I let the suit open up and make sure my webs are ready "But I just needed my nano tech to be fully ready to beat your ass"

My suit covers over me and I see him ready to blast me. My legs are gone but I can still move! I dodge his next blast and swing through the trees. I send an S.O.S out and hope for some backup.

I am not going to die to a crazy Ironman wannabe. I swing until I am blasted from the trees. I roll some and crawl under a downed tree. I know I only have a little bit of time.

"You will be squashed little spider!" I see the Avengers are coming and I just need to buy some time "Why not see Tony early and let me take care of them? Morgan will grow up and when Pepper is gone...maybe I can take Stark from her"

I move some of the nano tech to the braces to fix them enough. I stand up from where I am not waiting for help. He will not threaten what family I have left. Screw saving his life right now.

This man is as good as dead.
