I'm so sorry it has been a while since I last posted anything. I am in college and about to take finals so I'm trying to get all my work caught up. But hopefully this longer chapter makes up for some of my abandonment. Please write a review and let me know what you think. Constructive criticism is extremely welcome but no flames please.
Chapter 3
Stepping out of Madam Malkins, Regina glanced up and down the street in search of Gringotts bank. Spotting it easily she promptly marched right over to the building in question. There had never been a goblin in the Enchanted Forest as far as Regina was aware and she was slightly curious to meet one. Upon reaching the bank, she was slightly amused that seemed to be in the shape of a large slice of cheese since the building was triangular. Three stories high with white marble columns stacked upon each other formed the very front of the impressive structure. Armed guards that Regina assumed to be Goblins were standing lined up on the stairs. The Evil Queen debated with herself whether or not she should try speaking to one them or if she should go inside instead. She decided to enter the bank first and find out who she had become in this new world before doing anything else.
Walking inside, she was quite impressed with the large Brown Marble columns and crystal chandeliers that decorated the huge space. People ran to and fro with Goblin escorts to accomplish their different tasks for the day. Noticing the that one of the tellers seemed to be unoccupied, Regina approached him.
"Excuse me Master Goblin, I am new here and I was informed by a resident of this place that I should inquire how to properly greet a goblin before doing business with you."
The Goblin gave an undignified snort before saying, "And who was this illustrious patron of Gringotts who would have you treat us politely. Rarely do wizards ever treat a Goblin with curtesy and respect regardless of the fact that we do guard all of their gold."
"My pardon if I have offended you Master Goblin, but the woman who told me to inquire was Madam Malkins."
"You have not offended me young one, I was just surprised to find a polite human customer. Yes, Madam Malkins would know of the importance of being polite to the goblins. You said you are new here from whence did you come?"
"Would it be possible to speak somewhere privately about that? Its just that I don't wish to cause more of a stir than is truly necessary."
"Hm, said the Goblin. "I suppose we can use one of the conference rooms for this but it had better be important young one. Alright, follow me."
The goblin jumped off of his chair and disappeared from sight for a moment before coming over to Regina's side and leading her off to a side door in the wall opposite the teller's stations. They went through it and found a hall with many other doors lining both sides. Discovering that that the first two on the left were already occupied the Goblin lead his customer to the next door and they entered. It was an oval shaped room with a large conference table that could sit at least twelve people quite comfortably. Sitting down opposite each other the two scanned each other's faces before getting down to business.
"So, Madam, please tell me your name and I will summon your file if you have one, so we may get started."
"My name is Regina Mills, but I don't think it will be in your files as I have come from another world. The spell I used was supposed to give me a completely new Identity when I arrived here."
"Well in that case I shall need to do an inheritance test to see what new name is and any titles or vaults you might hold. Oh, and my name Ragnold."
Regina smiled softly and decided she liked this Goblin rather well. Ragnold pressed a button underneath the table and a second later several items appeared on the desk seemingly out of thin air. A dagger and a roll of parchment.
"Please cut your hand and allow seven drops of blood to fall on the parchment." Ragnold Instructed.
Regina took the dagger he handed her and sliced it shallowly down her palm. Holding her hand over the parchment she counted the drops as they fell and removed her hand once seven drops had fallen. She then watched spellbound as words started to appear and her new name was revealed.

"Well, said Regina. "I certainly wasn't expecting this."
Ragnold took the parchment from her and scanned it quickly. "You must decide whether you want it to be common knowledge that you come from another world. People will certainly question your sudden appearance in the Wizengamot. The Selwyn family is an old one and is believed to have died out almost two hundred years ago when the last surviving member was discovered to be a squib or someone born in a magical family that cannot access magic themselves. That person left the wizarding world and never returned or had any contact with anyone from within it."
"Well", said Regina. "They obviously managed to find a way to leave and wound up in the Enchanted Forest where I was from originally. As for letting people know where I am from I don't think that would be a very good idea. I came here for a fresh start, a clean slate. Dredging up the past can only cause more problems than it is worth."
