Gilgamesh The King of Heroes: Emiya is considering the fact many Capes are forced to join gangs or government organizations. He knows normal humans are suffering as well, and the Moon Cell Gang are defiantly going to fix that… and god I need a better name for the team.

The Umbral Star is the hardest thing to deal with in this fic, it can do a lot of stuff, but its abilities are also barley known about. Was Sephyr one of the strongest things it had in its armoury? Or weakest? Just too little thing.
But yea I fully agree it could attack the Shards if given enough time, and probably destroy/harvest them.
Kolt999: I could see it, but I don't think even Nero can turn a bunch of Neo Nazi's into decent people. But she would defiantly be interested in them at least (Even if the only reason is because their name).
Imperial Privilege EX, as long as she has a good enough reason, she can acquire anything, even divinity. But honestly even without a Charisma skill, I think Nero has an incredibly high Charisma.
I think most likely, Nero is going to beat the shit out of The Empire, and recruit those who'd actually be able to turn away from being a Neo Nazi, into a New Empire that isn't actually a horrible group.

Amaterasu feels so under-used in Fate/Extra, we know she's powerful enough to effect time, why hasn't she shown up more?
KresnikMBM: I can see quite a few Beasts being able to appear, but some defiantly can't.
A few Beasts such as Goetia, Fou, 666, and the Alien God are very unlikely to appear.
However Tiamat, Kama, Kiara, Koyanskaya, and Whore of Babylon/Draco. Have both reasons why they could appear, but also impact on the plot.
Koyanskaya being a fake Tamamo (who'd most defiantly pretend to be an aspect of Tamamo to mess with Hakuno), is just too perfect. Although honestly I may edit her backstory as her current one is just… weird, and it's an alternate timeline so I can mess with it.
Draco… Yea Hakuno is going to need to give Nero lots of hugs with that one.
Regarding non-confirmed Beasts like Proto Merlin, Amaterasu, and Manaka… Manaka is defiantly not appearing in any way or form, however since Fate/Extra is its own unique timeline Proto Merlin could actually appear. Amaterasu is a god who can mess with time, so even if Tamamo is the 'Current Amaterasu', the past can still interact.

Yeaaa Amaterasu as a God is going to cause some freak outs, and cults. I'm not too knowledgeable on WW2, so I'll have to research.

Da Vinci probably won't show up here considering she's more suited for a Chaldea story then a Moon Cell story. Cu can use runes… not as good as his Caster self, but he can use them, Scathach is better thought. Shakespeare my boy, I love the writer characters.
Shakespeare could both entirely motivate Taylor to be an amazing hero, or a horrible villain. Coil would be absolutely wrecked by WORDS!

If one where to visit Brockton Bay they would immediately notice a few things, it was frankly a horrible place to live. Many buildings were damaged and covered in gang graffiti and homeless could be seen in many places.
Of course this wasn't true for all of Brockton Bay, but it could be considered the truth for most areas. Sure every now and again you'd find a nice area, but those were usually devoted towards areas where Capes patrolled often.
But on this day, if one were to look into one of the many alleyways of this town, they would see a flash of light and 2 people appearing. One male and one female, both incredibly attention catching with their looks and the way they held themselves.
The woman was beautiful, long pale purple hair flowing freely. She was tall and seemed to be the very vision of beauty to many, her eyes were covered by sunglasses so dark it was near impossible to tell their colour or appearance. Her clothing was fashionable but simple, a simple black dress that ended shortly above her knees with purple lines crisscrossing across it. Her legs were hidden by black leggings leading to black and purple boots.
However nothing could hide the cold aura around this woman and the sense of danger she gave off, as if those standing before her were but mice and she a snake, a fitting analogy for the legendary Gorgon, Medusa.
The man had bright red flaming hair tied into a short ponytail, while his eyes had a sinister dark look to them. He wore a red unbuttoned shirt, exposing most of his upper chest, along with a black jacket going down to his knees. Black trousers and simple black shoes.
If Medusa was a predator hiding as a figure of beauty, then Li Shuwen was a predator out in the open and accepting any challenge.
"Kakaka! My my, this place truly has fallen far from its height of glory, don't you agree Ana?". Assassin asked, they had already agreed on codenames and what they were to do here with their master, after all they couldn't just introduce themselves as their true identities.
"And yet you want to set up shop here, what does that say about you Zhang?". Ana asked, their plan was simple but useful, Li Shuwen would create a dojo in order to teach martial arts while Medusa was his assistant and secretary.
(From this point on Medusa and Li Shuwen will be referred to as Ana and Zhang as long as they're in their civilian identities, this will be the same for every other Servant. Also yes those are references to those who figured them out).
Now I'm sure your wondering, how would Zhang creating a dojo help them? Simple, it gave them both a civilian identity and a way to try and deal with one of the main gangs of Brockton Bay.

Two men walked by on the street, both walked with a purpose and strength, any who saw them felt as those with them here, nothing could harm them, an aura of protection.
One of them had wild blue hair and striking red eyes, a grin on his face as he gazed about looking for a fight. A white t-shirt and a black jacket, trousers and shoes, it was simple but the rest of him was attention grabbing enough.
To those who stared into the man's eyes however, they felt the gaze of a monstrous hound, stronger than an army of men and they felt a shiver down their spine of incoming danger. The legendary hound of Culann, Cu Chulainn, currently going under the name Sean.
The other man was slightly shorter, but had a far more muscular form. He had dirty yet bright blond hair and cyan eyes that held both a kindness and a sternness to them. He wore a simple navy shirt and grey jeans to black shoes.
If Cu was a monster hound, then this man was the very image of a knight, as was fitting of Sir Gawain, under the name Wayne. His presence held a promise of protection and honour.
Neither of these men were stagiest and were given a simple plan, one they were all too eager to start with once they learned the nature of their target. Especially with one of their leader's reactions to this groups name…

"OH GOD! STOP PLEA- ARGHHHHHH!". The agonized scream of a drug dealer filled the room as a stake pierced his heart, his killer flicking the blood off the blade in disgust.
The killer was pale skinned man with long extremely pale-white blond hair, his eyes were cold towards his enemies. A black and grey jacket along with a silver stake-spear.
(Sorry I can't really describe the appearance super well, but it's Ascension 1 Berserker Vlad III).
Despite the bodies and filth around him, this man carried a noble aura, but also radiated a feeling of constant anger.
Vlad III, still a Berserker but this time with far more of his sanity. The legendary Impaler who inspired Dracula, a devil among men. His mission was simple, to exterminate this city of the filth inside it, the Archer Bridge Merchants.
He had slaughtered many, not sparing a single life, however he was not the most devastating force here.
"RAAAAAGGHHHHHHH". A scream of utter rage and madness came from Vlad's companion, their appearance impossible to tell besides their large size and the black mist radiating off them in waves, a glowing red visor visible through it.
If Vlad was an image of rage and terror, then this black knight was nothing but absolute madness, but his technique was anything but. Every strike, every movement and every weapon was wielded with the skill of a master, from the bluntest knife to the fastest gun.
Such as the skill of Lancelot du Lac, greatest among the Round Table, a master of every weapon and a warrior of unequalled skill.
The Merchants had tried to fight, but they quickly realized, they were but pigs to the slaughter, whether that be by stake or hand. It was only a matter of time now.
Unknown location.
"…Are you sure this is the best idea, Emiya?". Hakuno asked the white haired Archer, while Hakuno had been a part of the planning for each group, she was uncertain for many of the plans, especially the slaughter of the Merchants.
"I know you dislike the plans Master, but by having Vlad and Lancelot hang as a sword above any criminals, it will drastically lower the amount of crimes. I know these type of people, you can't offer them mercy, and they'll just twist it and hurt more people". Emiya explained, it was a cruel tactic but they were dealing with a cruel world.
"Husband, this world… it's rotting, you can't cure rot, you have to cut it out. However as your wife, I swear we'll make it better!". Tamamo promised her beloved, in honesty she could care less about the humans of this world, but her husband's heart was too pure and as her wife, it was Tamamo's duty to lighten her beloved's shoulders.
Hakuno nodded but couldn't shake her feelings of worries, they had sent out many Servants all over the world and many were already making big waves, but soon it'd be time for Hakuno herself to make an appearance.
Even if she wasn't sure on the outfit Nero and Tamamo had prepared…
Unknown World…
On a near dead world, an entity beyond mortal understanding rested. To some mortals, this existence was known as a "Shard", a piece of an entity. This Shard was currently inactive, which assured it would not be able to avoid its fate.
Its systems started up when it detected space-time warping around it, believing it to be another Shard a message was attempted to be sent towards the presumed Shard. When no reply was given, the Shard realized something was off but it was far too late.
Multiple ships from sent from the unknown intruder towards the Shard and slammed into it, each ship was known as an "Arc of the Stars", containing weapons meant to wipe entire planets, the Velber.
The Shard tried desperately to fight off the Velber, but they had already started destroying pieces of the Shard and acquiring more power, every second they grew stronger and the alien parasite grew weaker.
Within minutes it was over, the Shard had been harvested and absolutely destroyed. But its destruction would lead to something far greater, the Umbral Star would need more knowledge before it could proceed with hunting its true prey.
Oh, oh dear… Looks like the Umbral Star is on a hungry rampage against the Shards, and what exactly are the many Servants doing? You'll see next time.
